Pengaruh Bimbingan Kelompok Terhadap Perilaku Asertif pada Siswa

Assertive behavior holds important guidelines for the formation of a person's personality can be improved in group guidance, because in group guidance can be utilized the influence of a person or some individual against other members. This study aims to determine (1) the large influence of group guidance on assertive behavior in the expression of the mind, (2) large influence group guidance on assertive behavior in the expression of feeling, and (3) large influence group guidance on assertive behavior in the expression of mind to students. The research method used in this research is a simple correlation research method. The result of calculation obtained by value of porsentase influence group guidance to assertive behavior in expression of mind equal to 2,5%, in expression of feeling of porsentasenya equal to 4,4%, whereas in expression action only equal to 0,1%. So it can be concluded that group guidance has little effect on assertive behavior in the expression of thoughts, feelings, and actions. The overall influence of group guidance on assertive behavior is only 2.5%.   Perilaku asertif memegang pedoman penting bagi pembentukan kepribadian seseorang dapat ditingkatkan dalam bimbingan kelompok, karena dalam bimbingan kelompok dapat dimanfaatkan pengaruh-pengaruh seseorang atau beberapa individu terhadap anggota lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) besar pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi pikiran, (2) besar pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi perasaan, dan (3) besar pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi pikiran pada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian korelasi sederhana. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai porsentase pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi pikiran sebesar 2,5%, dalam ekspresi perasaan porsentasenya sebesar 4,4%, sedangkan dalam ekspresi tindakan hanya sebesar 0,1%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok berpengaruh kecil sekali terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi pikiran, perasaan, dan tindakan. Yang secara keseluruhannya pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif hanya sebesar 2,5%.

Creativity in learning is a character that is the power of individuals to be able to complete their competence in learning. In learning, creativity makes students sensitive or aware of problems, shortages, understanding in knowledge, by gathering existing information, limiting information, or connecting (looking for) nothing, finding answers, making hypotheses, changing, and testing them.  It is accepted and finally communicates the results. The purpose of this study is to get a complete picture of the learning process and group guidance using Gestalt in developing learning creativity. The research method uses literature studies. In operational terms, creativity in learning requires students to be able to reflect the abilities that are responsible for the burden, burden, and the learning process. The understanding resulting from the reflection process becomes a reference in the formulation of the problem. The results of the literature study show that group guidance with Gestalt theory can help students develop their creativity in learning. Give advice about assistance when interacting and interpersonal problems, as well as creativity assistance, implemented to support/bring up productive solutions in efforts to improve Gestalt. Gestalt-based group tutoring to develop learning creativity gathers students to find opinions about the challenges of learning, to finally find the discovery of actions that are appropriate for yourself. Group techniques that can be used are lap exercises, fantasy exercises, and homework

This research is motivated by the low understanding and learning outcomes of students in the marketing management course. The purpose of this study was to improve student understanding and learning outcomes in marketing management courses using the mind map method at IAIN Pekalongan for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This research was conducted on 50 students of class IIA of the Sharia Economics Study Program, consisting of 40 women and 10 men. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the PTK Kemmis & Taggart design consisting of 2 cycles, each consisting of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Collecting data using observation instruments, tests, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate an increase in understanding and learning outcomes in marketing management courses, marked by an increase in the number of students who reach the completeness limit, namely in cycle I there are 33 students (66%), in cycle II there are 44 students (88%). The conclusion of this study shows that the application of the mind map method can improve understanding and student learning outcomes in marketing management courses.

Pictures they say worth more than a thousand words. Photographs have gained a worldwide acceptance in terms of its usage in newspapers to stimulate the sales of goods and services based on its immense prowess to establish a mental picture in the mind of readers. This study examines newspaper photographs influence on made-in-Nigeria products patronage in Anambra State. The uses and gratifications theory was adopted as the core theoretical framework for this study. The study adopted survey research method with four hundred copies of questionnaire administered to respond-ents across five major cities in Anambra State. The study found that the regular usage of photographs on made-in-Nigeria product campaign by the newspapers have prompted many people to patronize locally made products. Therefore, this study rec-ommends that the use of photographs on made-in-Nigeria products’ campaign should be integrated or replicated on the various newspapers online platforms since majority of the respondents chose online, as their ideal source of accessing newspapers. Also, the study recommends that the federal government should ensure that the newspapers are constantly presenting pictures of quality made-in-Nigeria goods, so that readers’ will inadvertently get to associate these goods with quality and reliability.

AbstractThe Influence of Celebrity Brand Ambassador Credibility against Wardah's Purchase Decision. Wardah ad version of Dewi Sandra. Economics and Business Faculty. State Islamic University of Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta 2017. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the credibility of Dewi Sandra as a celebrity brand ambassador against consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah cosmetic products. The research method used is quantitative research method. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of numbers then explained and interpreted in a description. There are 100 samples used in this study, which is a student of Faculty of Economics and Business. State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta who had bought and used Wardah beauty products. In this research used 2 variables namely credibility brand ambassador as independent variable and purchase decision as dependent variable. Data analysis in this research use validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and hypothesis test consisting of simple linear regression test, simple correlation test, coefficient of determination test (R2), and T significance test. Data processing in this research is assisted By SPSS version 24.00 for windows. The results of this study indicate on the simple correlation test (R2) that brand ambassador credibility has an influence of 25.9% on purchasing decisions, while the remaining 74.1% of consumer purchasing decision making process influenced by other variables not examined in this study .Keywords: brand ambassador credibility, purchase decision, WardahAbstrakPengaruh Kredibilitas Brand ambassador Selebriti terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk Wardah. Universitas Islam Negeri Syaarif Hidayatullah Jakarta yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk kecantikan Wardah. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 2 variabel yaitu kredibilitas brand ambassador sebagai variabel bebas dan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel terikat. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji regresi linear sederhana, uji korelasi sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji signifikansi T. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dibantu oleh program SPSS versi 24.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada uji korelasi sederhana (R2) bahwa kredibilitas brand ambassadormemiliki pengaruh sebesar 25,9% terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 74,1% proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Kredibilitas Brand Ambassador, Keputusan Pembelian, Wardah

Tip of the tongue (ToT) is experienced by BIPA students when speaking Indonesian due to delayed lexical access. This study aims to describe two focuses, namely: (1) the characteristics of the target vocabulary and the ToT vocabulary and (2) the mental processes when the ToT occurs. The theory used in this research is lexical retrieval in morphosemantics. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out by observation and interview techniques during the learning process of BIPA Muhammadiyah Malang University. The results showed that ToT occurred in nouns (42%), verbs (24%), adjectives (21%), conjunctions (8%), and numeralia (5%). Tip of the tongue is accompanied by a lot of silence as a fallacy effect that appears in the speech. Gestur becomes a description of the meaning features of the target vocabulary. The mental process of ToT occurs in several events, namely (1) the speaker has a picture of the object in his mind, (2) the activation of the semantic set when the active vocabulary has a relation with the meaning of the target vocabulary, (3) activation of the meaning field when the speaker describes it, (4) activation of the phonological set when the similar sound vocabulary appears in the mind, and (5) the appearance of the first language and / or intermediate language.

Within the framework of the research on process in psychotherapy, Wilma Bucci has initiated an attempt to reformulate and widen metapsychological concepts as well as the scope of psychoanalysis towards the contents of neuroscience and cognitive science. Such intent has contributed in developing the multiple code theory: a theoretical-empirical basis for the development of a research method on the evaluation of referential activity – measure of the therapy’s global progress through the transcriptions of the sessions. The method ranks in the course of the research on process and stems, as many empirical methods of therapeutic change evaluation, from the crisis of Freud’s metapsychology, documented by the various controversies on the theory of the mind at the basis of psychoanalytic practice. From such controversies, it was acknowledged that psychoanalysis requires a modern theory explaining the fundamentals of clinical practice. Bucci’s theory represents a development of Freud’s differentiation of primary and secondary process: two distinct modes of thought that cannot be proposed in modern reality, since their validity has not been proven yet. Bucci proposes, instead, a three-fold thought and memory organization including verbal symbolic, non-verbal symbolic and sub-symbolic modes of thought. The integration of such modes should accompany the individual in every daily situation, by appearing in his/her language; an example, within psychotherapy, is the patient’s free associations. Following traumatic situations, the three systems of thought may not function in an integrated manner: in this sense, psychotherapy may represent the instrument to restore the combined functioning of the three systems.

This research  is to find the correlation between need to belong and fear of missing out in college instagram user in Bandung city. Quantitative research method used in this research with participant of 324 college student in Bandung city. The instrument in this research was using need to belong and fear of missing out scale made by Wibowo and Santika that adapted from the aspects of need to belong and fear of missing out by Baumeister and Leary for the need to belong scale, and Pryzblzski, Murayama, DeHaan, and Gladwell for measuring fear of missing out. This research made data analysis simple correlation. Result showed that there is positive correlation between need to belong and fear of missing out with adjustment of 0.327.

<p class="06IsiAbstrak">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap sebuah praktik tradisi Semutan di Desa Kalibanger Temanggung melalui tiga kegelisahan akademik berupa: <em>Pertama, </em>Apa dan bagaimana prosesi tradisi Semutan di Kalibanger? <em>Kedua, </em> Apakah motivasi masyarakat mengadakan tradisi Semutan serta pengaruhnya dalam keberagamaan masyarakat desa Kalibanger? dan <em>Ketiga, </em>Bagaimana analisis Resepsi terhadap tradisi Semutan? Metode penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data digunakan teori <em>Mind and Directing Practices </em>Barbara Meltcalf dan teori resepsi Ahmad Rafiq. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: <em>Pertama, </em>tradisi Semutan merupakan tradisi gotong royong warga Kalibanger untuk membongkar rumah warga sebelum dibangun suatu bangunan baru tanpa disertai ritual keagamaan khusus. <em>Kedua, </em>dua unsur yang memotivasi warga Kalibanger adalah (1) mind: hadis-hadis gotong royong (2) <em>directing </em>practices: cara hidup Rasulullah saw dan serta tradisi Sambatan sebelumnya di pulau Jawa. <em>Ketiga, </em>analisis resepsi terhadap tradisi Semutan di Kalibanger meliputi (1) eksegesis yang berasal dari para <em>Cultural Broker </em>dan buku HPT jilid 3 Muhammadiyah (2) estetis, tradisi Semutan digolongkan sebagai resepsi Estetis makro dikarenakan tidak selalu suatu agen <em>Living </em>Hadis menyadari kehadiran hadis sebagai motivasi utama sebuah tradisi (3) fungsional, warga menerapkan nilai-nilai akhlak gotong royong dari Mudin dengan melestarikan Semutan tanpa ritual khusus seperti kepercayaan pada nenek moyang ataupun hal mistis lain.</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">[<strong><span lang="EN-ID">Reception Analysis of Semutan Tradition in Kalibanger Village, Temanggung, Central Java. </span></strong><span>This study aims to uncover a practice of the Semutan tradition in Kalibanger Temanggung Village through three academic anxiety, namely: First, what and how is the procession of the Semutan tradition in Kalibanger? Second, what is the motivation of the community to hold the Semutan tradition and its influence on the diversity of the Kalibanger village community? and Third, How is Reception's analysis of the Semutan tradition?. This research method uses observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used the Mind and Directing Practices theory of Barbara Meltcalf and Ahmad Rafiq's reception theory. The results of the study show that: First, the Semutan tradition is a tradition of mutual assistance for the residents of Kalibanger to dismantle the residents' houses before the construction of a new building without any special religious rituals. Second, the two elements that motivate the residents of Kalibanger are (1) mind: the traditions of mutual cooperation (2) directing practices: the way of life of the Prophet Muhammad and the previous Sambatan tradition on the island of Java. Third, the reception analysis of the Semutan tradition in Kalibanger includes (1) exegesis from Cultural Brokers and HPT volume 3 Muhammadiyah book (2) aesthetically, the Semutan tradition is classified as a macro aesthetic reception because not always an agent of Living Hadith is aware of the presence of hadith as the main motivation for a tradition (3) functional, citizens apply the moral values of mutual cooperation from Mudin by preserving Semutan without special rituals such as belief on ancestors or other mystical things.</span>]</p>

This article is a review of the spirituality of Jesus prayer according to the    Philokalia Fathers for the spiritual growth of the congregation in a book entitled Philokalia: The Bible of Orthodox Spirituality, this book is a book that is not widely known by believers because this topic is rarely discussed, even studied by the Church. The aim of this research is to explore that the Jesus Prayer Prayer is a spiritual discipline, its practice is to help a person control the mind of many wandering thoughts so that they can focus more on Jesus Christ. The research method is literature and then interaction with other related texts in the Bible and other Church Fathers. The results of the analysis show that the Prayer of Jesus praying for mercy from God will make someone realize that only God is the source of help in the pain and suffering of the human soul and body.

É grande o numero de pessoas da melhor idade que esta aderindo às redes sociais como Eons, Facebook ou Myspace. Cada vez mais pesquisadores se interessam pelo tema, tentando determinar se o uso das referidas redes pode, ou não, oferecer benefícios significativos à socialização daqueles com 60 anos, ou mais. Esta investigação mostra o resultado do uso destas redes por um grupo de idosos que fazem parte do Programa de Extensão de uma Universidade Pública de um Estado da Região Nordeste do Brasil, que atualmente conta com 186 atores sociais. Para o levantamento dos dados que nortearam este trabalho utilizou-se a pesquisa qualitativa, na modalidade de Grupos Focais. Os participantes do referido Programa discutiram, no início de cada formação, os tipos de acessos que conheciam, já vivenciados ou não, como as redes preferidas, os chats e jogos favoritos, objetivando, assim, “enfocar a compreensão de um contexto fundamentada na interpretação subjetiva dos dados coletados, sem medidas numéricas e análises estatísticas, mostrando que a preocupação com o processo é muito maior do que com o produto,” conforme asseveram Souto e Osório (2011, p.21 ). O acesso à tecnologia traz a informação quase instantaneamente e, cibercultura não há limite de idade. Para a terceira idade, benefícios incomensuráveis apresentam-se somados à oportunidade de exercitar a mente, memória, e aumentar a autoestima. Palavras-chave: Redes Sociais. Interatividade. Internet.   ABSTRACT There is great number of old-aged people adhering to social networks like Eons , Facebook or Myspace . Increasingly, researchers are interested in the topic, trying to determine whether the use of such networks may or may not offer significant benefits to the socialization of those aged 60 or more. This investigation shows the result of using these networks for a group of seniors who are part of the Outreach Program at a public university in a state in the Northeast of Brazil , which currently has 186 social actors . To gather data that guided this study, it was used the qualitative research method of focus groups . Participants of this program discussed at the beginning of each training , the types of hits that they knew, that they had already experienced or not, like preferred networks, chats and games, aiming thus “focus on the understanding of a context based on the subjective interpretation of collected data without numerical measures and statistical analysis, showing that the concern with the process is much higher than with the product," according to Souto and Osorio (2011, p.21). Access to technology brings information almost instantly and cyberculture has no age limit. For seniors, immeasurable benefits are presented added to the opportunity to exercise the mind, memory, and increase self-esteem . Keywords: Social Networks. Interactivity. Internet.
