Creativity in learning is a character that is the power of individuals to be able to complete their competence in learning. In learning, creativity makes students sensitive or aware of problems, shortages, understanding in knowledge, by gathering existing information, limiting information, or connecting (looking for) nothing, finding answers, making hypotheses, changing, and testing them.  It is accepted and finally communicates the results. The purpose of this study is to get a complete picture of the learning process and group guidance using Gestalt in developing learning creativity. The research method uses literature studies. In operational terms, creativity in learning requires students to be able to reflect the abilities that are responsible for the burden, burden, and the learning process. The understanding resulting from the reflection process becomes a reference in the formulation of the problem. The results of the literature study show that group guidance with Gestalt theory can help students develop their creativity in learning. Give advice about assistance when interacting and interpersonal problems, as well as creativity assistance, implemented to support/bring up productive solutions in efforts to improve Gestalt. Gestalt-based group tutoring to develop learning creativity gathers students to find opinions about the challenges of learning, to finally find the discovery of actions that are appropriate for yourself. Edmodo is a form of learning application used by academics in order to carry out online learning. This research was conducted with the aim of informing more widely about Edmodo and describing how to use it to be able to optimize online learning. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a type of literature study. The results of the research conducted are that Edmodo has provided complete facilities in the context of implementing virtual learning. Intended as virtual learning because the learning process is carried out in the network. Educators (teachers / lecturers) have breadth in the implementation of classroom management because students can be made classes as classes in conventional learning. Educators can optimize the dissemination of information as well as in applications that have provided many features to make tests with various types of tests offered, educators can also provide assignments with predetermined collection times so as to optimize classroom management, educators can provide a direct assessment of the assignments students, giving awards with various types of awards. The advantage of using Edmodo is that there is no limit on space and time in learning because at any time it can take part in learning, it does not depend on the presence of educators in front of the class because wherever educators can still provide optimal learning.

This study aims to describe the analysis of students' conceptual understanding using the blended POE2WE model based on augmented reality in electromagnetic induction metering. This research is motivated by the lack of understanding of the concepts of physics, especially in the subject of electromagnetic induction and the lack of innovation in learning so that it can reduce the process of understanding students' concepts. Therefore it must be an idea and innovation in the learning process, especially in electromagnetic induction material, namely by using augmented reality learning media. The research method is literature study by reviewing some previous literature on the same topic for analysis and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that students 'conceptual understanding with the blended POE2WE model based on augmented reality as a learning innovation can be a solution to problems encountered during the teaching and learning process so that it can improve students' understanding of concepts.

The current development of educational science has created many learning concepts. Some of Muslims has been ignored about these findings. One side deserves appreciation at the same time, but on the other side Muslims must directing their attention to study the concept of learning process in Islam itself. With the Literature Study or Library Research Method, learning process in Islam is a very important theme. The term learning process has been used in the sources of Islamic teachings (Al-Qur'an and Sunnah) there are at least three terms, namely ta'allama, darasa, and thalaba. From these three terms, it can be understand that learning process in Islam is an activity that is carried out seriously and need concentration, arising from a sincere intention, and carried out continuously. Learning process must also be pursued through the teacher, while a teacher should giving the attention to the readiness of students in receiving knowledge. Success or failure of learning process is largely determined by how physical and psychological involvement from the student as human being. The most important learning purpose according to the perspective of Islamic education is the practice of achieving the blessings from Allah swt.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

Implementation of the 2013 curriculum is very different from the previous curriculum, there are still many obstacles that we know greatly affect the learning outcomes, both in terms of media used, the assessment in the 2013 curriculum is more complicated than the previous curriculum then the methods used to convey the learning materials that want to be taught not effective or even incompatible with the material to be conveyed. This research method is a classroom action research conducted in improving the learning process, with four meetings. The assessment taken in this study is an evaluation evaluation of each meeting in the form of attitudinal value, value of knowledge and skill value based on teacher's book on theme 4 "Healthy is Important" with sub theme 1 "Importance of Health and Environment". On the attitudes that appear attitude of self-confidence, curiosity and independence Already entrusted by 20.68% confidence, and curiosity while mandated 6.2% lower because students are still not familiar with the implementation of the curriculum 2013. Results of student knowledge seen the development in excellent value at the first meeting of 36.4%, at the second meeting decreased to 30.3%, while at the third meeting experienced a 52.25% increase again. While on the results of these students' skills on four meetings emerged every meeting with a very good category at the first meeting of 18.1%, at the second meeting increased to 27.3%, the third meeting decreased to 20.68%, while at the fourth meeting increased again by 65.62%.

The research aims to improve the ability of teachers in compiling an assessment of the K13 process through academic supervision. The research method in this study is School Action Research. The results of the study showed that academic supervision could improve teacher competence in compiling the assessment of the learning process with an average learning process in the first cycle of 79% which was included in the sufficient category, and experienced an increase in the second cycle to 84.5% in the good category.

Assertive behavior holds important guidelines for the formation of a person's personality can be improved in group guidance, because in group guidance can be utilized the influence of a person or some individual against other members. This study aims to determine (1) the large influence of group guidance on assertive behavior in the expression of the mind, (2) large influence group guidance on assertive behavior in the expression of feeling, and (3) large influence group guidance on assertive behavior in the expression of mind to students. The research method used in this research is a simple correlation research method. The result of calculation obtained by value of porsentase influence group guidance to assertive behavior in expression of mind equal to 2,5%, in expression of feeling of porsentasenya equal to 4,4%, whereas in expression action only equal to 0,1%. So it can be concluded that group guidance has little effect on assertive behavior in the expression of thoughts, feelings, and actions. The overall influence of group guidance on assertive behavior is only 2.5%.   Perilaku asertif memegang pedoman penting bagi pembentukan kepribadian seseorang dapat ditingkatkan dalam bimbingan kelompok, karena dalam bimbingan kelompok dapat dimanfaatkan pengaruh-pengaruh seseorang atau beberapa individu terhadap anggota lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) besar pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi pikiran, (2) besar pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi perasaan, dan (3) besar pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi pikiran pada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian korelasi sederhana. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai porsentase pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi pikiran sebesar 2,5%, dalam ekspresi perasaan porsentasenya sebesar 4,4%, sedangkan dalam ekspresi tindakan hanya sebesar 0,1%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok berpengaruh kecil sekali terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi pikiran, perasaan, dan tindakan. Yang secara keseluruhannya pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif hanya sebesar 2,5%.

Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.

The Impact

This study aims to obtain a description related to the learning of PAI by using ICT and how the impact of the use of ICT on PAI learning systems in the classroom. The research method uses a qualitative approach in the integrated Islamic high school Ummul Quro Bogor, West Java. The results showed that a) there were four stages of using ICT in the learning process, namely; emerging, applying, integrating dan transforming. PAI teachers are already at the integrating stage. In other words, ICT has been integrated into the PAI learning curriculum. b) supporting factors for the use of ICT are the existence of ICT support facilities, the availability of qualified educators, the commitment of the school to implement ICT in every PAI learning. c) Inhibiting factors in the use of ICT are aspects of financing ICT facilities require a large budget. Some elderly teachers have difficulty using ICT in the learning process. Besides, the internet network is unstable. d) The impact of the use of ICT is very significant on PAI learning process. e) the existence of ICT devices not only as a support but already as an important component in the education system. The research led to the recommendation of the need for government support in the form of concern for ICT in terms of policies, facilities, workforce, budget, and organizing training in the use of ICT for PAI teachers to improve their professionalism. Therefore, further research is suggested regarding the effectiveness of the use of ICT in the learning process of PAI.

Abstrak- In general, this research aims to find out and analyze what is administration in various specialized service fields. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Special service administration, namely providing special services or a business that is not directly related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom. But specifically given by schools to students so that they are more optimal in implementing the learning process. The types of special services are libraries, labor, UKS, cafes, religious facilities and dormitories. There are several roles of a teacher in the administration of special services, namely: Teacher involvement in library administration for example introducing books to students, knowing the types and mastering general criteria that determine the merits of a library of books, and promoting the library both for use and for guidance.
