ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas Tabligh Ustadz Evie Effendi, apakah berpengaruh atau tidak terhadap mubaligh Banten, serta untuk mengetahui pemahaman dan sikap para mubaligh Banten terhadap ceramah Ustadz Evie Effendi tentang Nabi sesat. Metode penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Alasan menggunakan metode deskriptif ini adalah untuk menggali, mengungkapkan, dan menganalisis berbagai fenomena empirik  pada masa penelitian berlangsung. Hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh, yaitu responden memberikan respon dari segi perhatian, pemahaman, dan sikap. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Organism dalam penelitian Mubaligh Banten tidak menerima stimulus yang disampaikan oleh Ustadz Evie Effendi. Respons dalam penelitian bahwa Mubaligh Banten menanggapinya dengan negatif dan merasa bahwa keilmuan Ustadz Evie Effendi tentang dakwah masih minim. Kata Kunci: Respon; Mubaligh; Dakwah. ABSTRACT This research have to determine the effectiveness of Tabligh Ustadz Evie Effendi, whether or not it influences the Banten missionary, and to find out the understanding and attitude of the Banten missionaries towards Estadz Evie Effendi's lecture about the heretical Prophet. This research method will use descriptive methods. The reason for using this descriptive method is to explore, express, and analyze various empirical phenomena during the research period. The results of the study that have been obtained, the respondent gave a response in terms of attention, understanding, and attitude. The results of this study found that Organisms in the Banten Mission Mission research did not receive the stimulus delivered by Ustadz Evie Effendi. The response in the study was that the Deputy Governor of Banten responded negatively and felt that Ustadz Evie Effendi's scholarship about preaching was still minimal. The panel of judges adjudicating the money laundering case found the defendant guilty of the crime of money laundering from the narcotics crime, and therefore sentenced the defendant to 7 (seven) years imprisonment. Based on this, the formulation of the problems in this study: 1) How are the legal rules regarding money laundering in Indonesia, 2) How is law enforcement against the crime of money laundering in the Medan District Court, 3) What is the basis for the judge's consideration in imposing crimes against money laundering offenders in the Decision Number 311 / Pid.sus / 2018 / PN. Mdn. The research method used is descriptive method, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the crime of money laundering is regulated in Law no. 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering (UU PP - TPPU). The threat of money laundering is regulated in Article 3, namely imprisonment for a maximum of 20 (twenty) years and a maximum fine of Rp. 10,000,000,000. The panel of judges at the District Court that adjudicates money laundering crimes acts decisively in imposing crimes, especially because the examination process usually receives public scrutiny, such as money laundering from narcotics and corruption crimes. The basis for the consideration that the panel of judges, the defendant has participated in the circulation of narcotics by receiving, transferring money as payment for narcotics, this is commonly done by the perpetrators of the Crime of Money Laundering to disguise or hide the origin of the proceeds of crime. However, the panel of judges had imposed a sentence that was too low on the defendant, namely 7 years in prison, far below the threat of money laundering in Article 3 of the TPPU Law where the defendant was found guilty, namely 20 years in prison.

Progressive law puts forward the sociology of law rather than legal certainty which is the focus of legal positivism. In Indonesia, this law was coined by Satjipto Rahardjo. This study aims to determine the formulation of progressive law in future criminal law, and to determine the actualization of the concept of progressive law in regulating corruption in Indonesia. The research method used is a normative legal research method with statute and conceptual approaches. The technique of collecting legal materials in this study is a descriptive method that aims to obtain the meaning of reality related to the problems to be discussed and solved in this study. The results show that in the current Criminal Code Bill, progressive law has been regulated, to be precise in Article 2 paragraph (1) and (2). Progressive law is also regulated in Law no. 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power. Then, the actualization of progressive law in regulating corruption in Indonesia is a judge with the powers that take into account the sociological context of society in making decisions. Judges, prosecutors and lawyers can certainly discuss together in eradicating corruption. Efforts are also being made to reconstruct and redefine the power of law enforcement. This arrangement can also encourage the KPK to be more progressive in eradicating corruption, as well as building law enforcers who have morality so that they can become role models and increase public participation, for example by forming NGOs in preventing or fighting corruption in various agencies.

This research was conducted with the aim to be achieved, namely to find out how much influence online learning has on the learning motivation of 8th and 9th grade students in Islamic religious education subjects at SMP Plus Al-Ijtihad 2 Kutabaru, Pasar Kemis Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. A method that describes a phenomenon in the field with a data analysis approach. The instrument in this study is to use a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews as a source of data. And the sample used in the study used systematic random sampling. Respondents of this study amounted to 54 students. Based on the results of data processing and discussion that the effect of online learning on the motivation of students in Islamic religious education subjects can be proven by calculating the Product Moment correlation, the result is 0.557. In variable X online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and variable Y student learning motivation in the PAI folder, there is an influence between variables X and Y, the correlation is moderate/sufficient in the coefficient interval 0.40-0.599. So it can be concluded that the effect of online learning on students' learning motivation in PAI subjects is 31.0% and the remaining 69.0% is influenced by other factors which may be family environment factors, the environment between friends and so on.

This study aimed to analyze the management of ICT-based Arabic learning. This study was designed to find the management of ICT-based Arabic learning in MA Daarul Uluum Majalengka. This study proposed that the integration of various fields of studies with ICT, including Arabic language learning, is undeniably vital to be enhanced in this digital era. However, the constraints experienced by some institutions, especially the educators, have not had a clear format of the use of ICT in the integration effort of the both disciplines. This study applied a qualitative research approach. The research method was descriptive method. The data were collected by conducting observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the techniques qualitative analysis. The results showed that the design of ICT-based Arabic learning model can be developed at MA Daarul Uluum Majalengka a communicative computer-based Arabic learning model. The materials and other learning tools are designed using a computer program. Through this kind of learning models, a teacher served as learning motivator and facilitator elaborating the materials that need clarification for the learners.

The purpose of this study is to find out effectiveness of policy Law No.1 of 2014 on the Arrangement of Modern Minimarket in Semarang City and to know the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the policy. The research method used in this research is using descriptive method percentage. The result of the research shows that policy of Law No.1 of 2014 about setup of Modern Minimarket arrangement in Semarang City is not yet effective with target that has been set. Supporting factors in this policy is the minimarket workforce comes from the local orkforce and the distance between the minimarket and traditional market already 500m. while the inhibiting factor in this policy there are still many minimarkets operating that are not in accordance with the rules that have been set. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas kebijakan UU No.1 tahun 2014 tentang Pengaturan Pasar Minimarket Modern di Kota Semarang dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat kebijakan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan UU No.1 tahun 2014 tentang pengaturan pengaturan Minimarket Modern di Kota Semarang belum efektif dengan target yang telah ditetapkan. Faktor pendukung dalam kebijakan ini adalah tenaga kerja minimarket berasal dari orkforce lokal dan jarak antara minimarket dan pasar tradisional sudah 500 m. sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam kebijakan ini masih ada banyak minimarket yang beroperasi yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan.

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

Pharmaceutical care is an activity that aims to identify, prevent and solve drug related problems. The demands of patients and the public on the improvement of the quality of pharmaceutical care, require that the extension of the old paradigma wich oriented to the product (drug oriented) into a patient oriented (patient oriented) with the philosophy of pharmaceutical care. The purpose of this study is to find out the pharmaceutical care in puskesmas tosiba kolaka district. This type of research is done by descriptive method. Research method used is descriptive with retrospektive data retriveal. The sample in this study consisted of the head of tosiba puskesmas, pharmacist and assistent pharmacist. Data are analyzed descriptively and elaborated in narrative form. The results showed that the management of drugs and prescription assessment at puskesmas tosiba kolaka accordance with the standard of pharmaceutical care but facilities and infrastructure that has not been sufficient and also exposed to several other factors.

Abstract.     Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil has experienced development in recent years. However, based on BMT performance data in West Bandung regency is less optimal. It is known that there are one efficient BMTs in West Bandung Regency and three BMTs that are inefficient. The cause of BMT's less optimal performance is inefficiency in operational activities. This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of BMT in West Bandung 2011-2017 period and find out the causes of inefficiency. This study uses secondary data from four BMTs in West Bandung District which are sampled. The research method used is descriptive method with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) analysis technique which is to measure the level of efficiency of a company. Input variables used are operating expenses, total assets, and TPF. Furthermore, the output variables used are SHU, income, and financing. Based on the results of research conducted, the conditions of the BMT in West Bandung Regency have not been perfectly efficient. There are three BMTs that have experienced inefficiencies including BMT Dana Ukhuwah, BMT Mustama, and BMT Rabbani. Keywords.          Efficiency, Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil, Data Envelopment Analysis

<p class="MDPI17abstract"><strong>Objective: </strong>The research aimed examine the quality adulteration of bran and fish meal in the Central Java region.</p><p class="MDPI17abstract"><strong>Methods: </strong>The materials used are rice bran and fish meal originating from 17 regions in Central Java which include Rembang, Jepara, Batang, Solo, Boyolali, Pekalongan, Kendal, Temanggung, Magelang, Ungaran, Pati, Purwodadi, Demak, Salatiga, Kudus, Klaten and Semarang. The research method uses descriptive method. Sampling was carried out by purposive random sample to represent the area of the area used as the research site (10 shops in 1 region with different districts and / or villages). Measurement of the parameters of adulteration on bran used Phloroglucinol test, buoyancy test and specific gravity test, while fish meal used urea test.<strong></strong></p><p class="MDPI17abstract"><strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that the bran which was tested for Phloroglucinol and positive buoyancy was faked by adding husks, and was found in the Pati and Demak areas. Density test describes rice bran with non-standard density in Purwodadi, Kendal, Temanggung, Demak and Semarang. Fish meal adulteration occurred in the Boyolali and Pati regions with positive urea content.<strong></strong></p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>The conclusion of this research is that good quality of rice bran based on phloroglucinol test, husk floating test and bulk density test were found in Rembang, Jepara, Solo, Boyolali, Magelang, Ungaran, Salatiga and Kudus areas, the quality of fish meal indicated for adulteration based on the urea test was Pekalongan and Purwodadi areas.</p>

<p>Libraries in general most people say that as a place to read and borrow library<br />collections, where the librarian or library manager provides various types of services. Services that can be said to be superior and excellent, in the library Fisip UNS contained in the reference collection service because the place is never empty by the reader. Readers in this space the average reader of scientific work, such as theses and other types of research. The purpose of writing this article to determine the activity of students in reading thesis. Activities of students in reading this paper are used to meet the information needs in the manufacture of scientific work. This research method using descriptive method. Location of the study in the library Fisip UNS.
