Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengevaluasian yang dilakukan majlis ta’lim as-sanusiyyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa majlis ta’lim as-sanusiyyah dalam menerapkan  pola manajemen sudah cukup berhasil melalui Perencanaan yang diterapkan. Dalam merealisasikan perncanaan program kegiatan majlis ta’lim melakukan beberapa tahapan; dimulai dari perumusan tujuan, manajemen administrasi keuangan, sumber dana, sumber daya manusia, kerjasama dengan lembaga lain, sarana prasarana pengidentifikasian program, kebijakan pengambilan keputusan, dan penentuan program mulai dari program mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan. Pengorganisasian; yang dilakukan oleh majlis ta’lim as-sanusiyyah meliputi pembagian kerja pengurus adapun pembagian kerja di majlis ta’lim as-sanusiyyah untuk pembina, pengawas, sekretaris, dan bendahara masa jabatannya tidak ditentukan oleh waktu atau kondisional berdasarkan kesepakatan bersama. Pelaksanaan aktivitas keagamaan; majlis ta’lim as-sanusiyyah mempunyai beberapa tahapan yaitu pemberian motivasi, bimbingan, pelatihan, penyelenggaraan komunikasi, dan menjalin hubungan. Pengevaluasian; yang dilaksanakan oleh Majlis ta’lim as-sanusiyyah terbagi menjadi dua yaitu pengawasan langsung dan pengawasan tidak langsung.   The purpose of this study was to find out how to plan, organize, implement, evaluate the majlis as-sanusiyyah majlis. Abstract. Being an intermediary in buying and selling activities generally looking for profit. In the village of Sindangsuka, the practice of intermediaries in the sale and purchase of land often results in unclear determination of compensation. Rewards are payments received by someone while doing a job. The purpose of this study was to find out how the terms of compensation according to muamalah fiqh in land sale agreements involving third parties, how the practice of giving rewards in land sales in Sindangsuka Village, Garut Regency, and how the muamalah fiqh analysis of the practice of rewarding sale of land involving third parties in Sindangsuka Village, Garut Regency.This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach, the type of research is the field (field research) using data collection methods by observation, interviews and also literature studies.The results of the study concluded that: first, the provision of compensation in the sale of land involving third parties must be in accordance with fiqh muamalah that is clear, accompanied by time, useful, fair, and in accordance with mutual agreement. Second, the practice of providing compensation in the sale of land in the village of Sindangsuka ie there is no written agreement and unclear in the amount of compensation. Third, muamalah fiqih analysis of the practice of giving rewards in Sindangsuka Village is categorized as a ju'alah contract where the remuneration is given at the end after the work is completed, but not all of the pillars and conditions are written, there is no clarity about the amount of compensation given and also the rewards that are given given unfairly, resulting in a loss for one party. Keywords: Fiqh Muamalah, Intermediary, RewardAbstrak.  Menjadi perantara dalam kegiatan jual beli umumnya mencari keuntungan. Di Desa Sindangsuka, praktek perantara dalam jual beli tanah sering terjadi adanya ketidakjelasan dalam penentuan imbalan. Imbalan adalah pembayaran yang diterima oleh seseorang selama melakukan suatu pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana ketentuan imbalan menurut fikih muamalah dalam akad penjualan tanah yang melibatkan pihak ketiga, bagaimana praktek pemberian imbalan dalam penjualan tanah di Desa Sindangsuka Kabupaten Garut, dan bagaimana analisis fikih muamalah terhadap praktek pemberian imbalan penjualan tanah yang melibatkan pihak ketiga di Desa Sindangsuka Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis, jenis penelitian yaitu lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan juga studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: pertama, ketentuan imbalan dalam penjualan tanah yang melibatkan pihak ketiga harus sesuai dengan fikih muamalah yaitu jelas, disertai waktu, bermanfaat, adil, dan sesuai dengan kesepakatan bersama. Kedua, praktek pemberian imbalan dalam penjualan tanah di Desa Sindangsuka yaitu tidak ada perjanjian tertulis dan ketidak jelasan dalam besaran imbalan. Ketiga, analisis fikih muamalah terhadap praktik pemberian imbalan di Desa Sindangsuka dikategorikan akad ju’alah dimana pemberian imbalan diberikan diakhir setelah pekerjaan itu selesai, namun tidak terpenuhi seluruh rukun dan syaratnya yaitu  perjanjian tidak tertulis, adanya ketidakjelasan mengenai besaran imbalan yang diberikan dan juga imbalan yang diberikan tidak adil, sehingga mengakibatkan adanya kerugian bagi salah satu pihak. Kata Kunci: Fikih Muamalah, Perantara, Imbalan

Religious activities in the village of Kalidilem are already running but there are still some residents, especially teenagers, who get drunk and promiscuity. To overcome this problem a Kampung Qur’an program is formed. Kampung Qur'an is one of the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU, Islamic Organization) Lumajang programs that synergizes with JQH in the form of a missionary institution tasked with spreading the message of da'wah with the Qur'an. The village of the Qur'an was fully surrendered to the NU Autonomous Agency in charge of al-Qur'an. In the process of da'wah an important thing to consider is the da'wah strategy. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The conclusion of this study is the da'wah strategy used by the Qur'an Village there are 5 namely: 1) Sentimental strategy: conducting regular recitation, giving advice with good words, such as calling mad'u as "O my brothers, O my children" . 2) Rational strategy: invite people to discuss together. 3) Sensory Strategy: direct the practice of worship. 4) Ta'lim strategy: holding al-Qur'an illiteracy eradication program, development of tahfidzul quran, qiro'atul quran, art of calligraphy, organizing majlis of Qur'an interpretation and interpreneur of the Qur'an. 5) emulate the Prophet's strategy. The inhibiting factor of the preaching strategy of Kampung Qur'an is the lack of capable human resources in the field of al-Qur'an studies, understanding community psychology and having metacognitive abilities and philosophical thinking. The purpose of this study was to determine the legality of the deed of AD / ART PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX after the consolidation of PTP XV-XVI (Persero) with PTP XVIII (Persero). This research method using normative legal research. The data used is secondary data that is material that provides an explanation of primary legal materials; in the form of deed of AD / ART PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative method. The results showed Deeds AD / ART PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Post-Consolidation PTP XV-XVI (Persero) With PTP XVIII (Persero), in accordance with the process and the provisions of the legislation in force. Criteria Malcolm Baldrige has a focus on superior performance for the entire organization in a managerial framework that is comprehensive, identify and track all the results of the organization that is the customer, product or service, finance, human resources and organizational effectiveness. The research objective is to analyze the performance of RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung based on criteria Malcolm Baldrige post determination plenary level accreditation. The study design used in the study was cross-sectional. The population is all in addition to the Board of Directors Structural RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. The sample size was 44 respondents using technique. proportionate stratified random sampling Independent research variables are Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Focus or Patient, Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management, focus on human resources, focus on the process and results. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then the data were analyzed. The results showed that the majority of respondents have good leadership category as many as 40 respondents (90.9%), the Strategic Planning Category well as much as 42 respondents (95.5%), Customer Focus category patient good or as many as 41 respondents (93.2 %), Category Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management was good as much as 40 respondents (90.9%), Category Focus On Human Resource good as much as 34 respondents (77.3%), Category Focus On good process as many as 40 respondents ( 90.9%), research found criteria organizational criteria based on organizations the Baldrige assessment with 887.4 points as a Word Leader. Conclusion of the study was hospital has a good performance and criteria for the organization based on the Baldrige assessment as Word Leader.

This research is intended to search and information about the strengthening of Islamic religious education (PAI) through the recitation of furudhul Ainiyah which is carried out in Nurul Jadid Paiton Junior High School. The method of this research is by qualitative method with case study method, to express. That is more intense and deep with the above phenomenon. Technique of completion of data and information is done through interview, observation, study study, and literature study. The findings of this research are 1). Students or students are required to complete the recitation of Furudhul Ainiyah as a condition to take the odd semester and even semester exam and become a requirement for class and graduation increase. 2). the implementation of the furudhul Ainiyah memorization is performed on Thursday and Friday nights and Tuesday nights, and can also be done during normal day breaks, 3). The responsible and recipient of the rote deposit are PAI teachers and their homeroom teachers, 4). For students and students who can not read written Al-qur'an is not subject to rote burden, but get special coaching related to Al-Qur'an reading written by the religious coordinator of students. 5). Memory materials include Aqidah, Fiqih or Amaliyah materials, and daily prayers for students of VII and VIII semerter 1 and 2, while for classes IX semesters 1 and 2 cover the material of the Qur'an and Fiqh. 6). Abstract: Pangandaran is a district with a coastline of 91 Km, so this district has the potential for coastal tourism that needs to be developed. As a new regency of regional autonomy, demands to carry out construction of facilities and infrastructure to support tourism need to be increased. This study aims to determine the distribution of facilities and infrastructure that need to be developed and to know the factors that influence the determination of the construction of facilities and infrastructure. This research uses qualitative method, data collection is done through literature review and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the factors affecting the distribution of infrastructure include land use, population density, tourism objects, land slope and disaster vulnerability. The analysis shows that the distribution of villages suitable for the development of infrastructure includes the villages of Wonoharjo, Babadan, Pananjang and Pangandaran Village.Keyword: tourism, facilities and infrastructure, thematic maps. Intisari: Pangandaran merupakan kabupaten dengan garis pantai sepanjang 91 Km, sehingga kabupaten ini memiliki potensi pariwisata pantai yang perlu dikembangkan. Sebagai Kabupaten yang baru melakukan otonomi daerah, tuntutan untuk melaksanakan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana guna mendukung pariwisata perlu ditingkatkan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui sebaran sarana dan prasarana yang perlu dikembangkan serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penentuan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kajian pustaka dan wawancara. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sebaran sarana prasarana meliputi penggunaan lahan, kepadatan penduduk, obyek wisata, kemiringan lahan dan kerawanan bencana. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebaran desa yang sesuai untuk pengembangan sarana prasarana meliputi Desa Wonoharjo, Babadan, Pananjang dan Desa Pangandaran.Kata kunci: pariwisata, sarana dan prasarana, peta tematik.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the discipline of the State Civil Apparatus at the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Development Agency in East Aceh Regency in terms of time discipline and work discipline and what are the obstacles. While the purpose of this study is to analyze the time discipline and work discipline of the state civil apparatus at the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency in East Aceh District and determine what obstacles are faced in improving the time discipline and work discipline of the state civil apparatus. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with a focus of research that is time discipline and work discipline. Based on the results of research and discussion the authors conclude that time discipline and work discipline apparatus BKPSDM East Aceh in general is good. Barriers that occur are distant domicile, do not have standard work standards, lack of maximum vigilance, not all understand work ethics. Some things suggested are more cooperative, give penalties for violations, continuous supervision.
