Предложена технология производства макаронных изделий повышенной пищевой ценности (ППЦ). Технология магнитострикционной обработки муки, подготовки комплексной мучной смеси ППЦ, прессования макаронного теста и акустической сушки в псевдоожиженном слое основана на использовании модернизированного технологического оборудования. Устройство для ультразвуковой магнитострикционный обработки муки обеспечивает снижение зараженности пшеничной муки патогенными микроорганизмами и плесенью. Использование в конструкции макаронного пресса ультразвукового концентратора делает возможным качественное прессование полуфабрикатов макаронных изделий из комплексной смеси муки и обогащающей добавки. Модернизация устройства сушки способствует ускорению процесса сушки макаронных изделий с повышенным содержанием животного белка без снижения показателей качества. Для достижения поставленной цели в состав макаронных изделий включено нетрадиционное сырье, % общего объема теста: мука из цельного зерна овса – 30, мясо сублимационной сушки (телятина) – 15. Электрогидравлическое размольное устройство позволяет введение в состав макаронных изделий всех питательных веществ зерна овса при сокращении количества технологического оборудования на подготовку ингредиента. Воздействие ультразвука на комплексное макаронное тесто в процессе прессования и сушки позволило использовать муку пшеничную мягких сортов с низким содержанием клейковины. Результаты экспериментальных исследований: сокращено время сушки, стабилизации и охлаждения макаронных изделий; обеспечено производство качественных макаронных изделий ППЦ влажностью 11%; уменьшено загрязнение мезофильными аэробными и факультативно-аэробными микроорганизмами; увеличена плотность готовых изделий на 12–15%. The technology of production of macaroni products increased nutritional value has been proposed. The technology of magnetostrictive cleaning of flour, preparation of a complex flour mixture with increased nutritional value, pressing of pasta and acoustic drying in a fluidized layer is based on the use of modernized technological equipment. The device for ultrasonic magnetostrictive processing of flour provides a reduction in the contamination of wheat flour from pathogenic microorganisms and mold. The use of an ultrasonic concentrator in the macaroni press makes it possible to produce high-quality pressing of semi-finished pasta products from a complex mixture of flour and an enrichment additives. Modernization of the device for drying macaroni products helps to speed up the process of drying pasta with increased content of animal protein without reducing the quality indicators. To achieve this goal, unconventional raw materials (whole oat flour) – 30% and freeze-dried meat (veal) – 15% of the total volume of the test were included in the composition of the pasta. The electrohydraulic grinding chamber allows to drop into the composition of macaroni products of all nutrients the grain of oats and to reduce the amount of technological equipment for the preparation of the ingredient. Durum wheat is considered valuable kind of wheat because of its high protein content, carotenoids, and high-quality gluten. In addition, not only the semolina and the porridge are made from durum wheat but also the premium pasta, fine noodles and various biscuits can be made from it. Durum wheat is rich in carbohydrates, proteins, fiber, iron, and vitamin-B, and support weight loss, heart health, and digestive system. Also, durum wheat can be mixed with soft wheat flour and used for increasing the quality of bread. It improves the tastiness of bread and extend the shelf life. In Mongolia, flour manufacturers start milling the wheat with high-gluten first. Therefore, the bad quality wheat is used from mid- February. Due to that we import the high-gluten wheat from abroad. Currently, cultivation in Mongolia where there are no domesticated versions of durum wheat. The price of wheat is being set depending on its seed gluten, which has greatly increased the farmers' interest in growing durum wheat. Flour manufacturers are aiming to produce more products by durum wheat and proposing to cooperate with scientific organizations. In order to create raw materials to replace the imported products and find sort that adaptability of soil and weather condition of Mongolia, to increase the productions’ the Sondor variety of durum wheat is introduced. The variety is early-controlled, with a yield of 2.8 c/ha from the Pletcher variety and, according to economic indicators, can produce up to 252.0 thousand Mongolian tugriks per seed per 1 ha and 168.0 thousand tugriks per hectare.   The article is devoted to the study of the chemical composition, physical and thermal-pfysical characteristics of damp apple pomaces and the identifying patterns of influence of drying temperature the functional composition and gel-forming ability of pectin. The research is aimed at obtaining initial data for the subsequent calculation of the main technological, hydro-mechanical, thermal, structural and economic characteristics of devices for drying the plant raw materials, ensuring the environmental safety and high quality of pectin-containing raw materials, the reducing heat and energy costs. As a result of the study of the thermal characteristics of apple pomaces, the critical points (temperature conductivity – 16.5 x 10-8 m2/s, thermal conductivity – 0.28 W/m K, heat capacity – 1627 j/(kg K)) at a humidity of 56 % are determined, which characterizing the transition from the extraction of weakly bound moisture to the extraction of moisture with strong bonds (colloidal, adsorption). It was found that the pomaces obtained from apples of late ripening have a higher content of solids (21-23 %), soluble pectin and protopectin (2.5-4.5 %). Dried pomaces obtained from apple varieties of late ripening contain up to 25 % pectin, which allow us to recommend them as a source of raw materials for the production of pectin. The optimum modes of preliminary washing of raw materials are offered, allowing to the remove the ballast substances as much as possible. It is established that when the drying temperature increases, the destructive processes are catalyzed: the strength of the pectin jelly and the uronide component and the degree of pectin esterification are reduced. The optimum drying temperature of damp apple pomaces is 80 0C, at which the quality of pectin extracted from the dried raw materials is maintained as much as possible. It is shown that the most effective for the pectin production is a fraction with a particle size of 3-5 mm, which allow us to extract up to 71 % of pectin from raw materials.

Relevance. The restoration of a high-quality anatomical and functional contact point of teeth plays an important role in preventing the development of localized forms of periodontal disease.Purpose. Development of recommendations for qualitative anatomical restoration of the contact point of teeth for the prevention of localized forms of periodontal diseases.Materials and methods. In our study, which consisted of pre-clinical and clinical stages, were analyzed 50 CT scan of the chewing group teeth calculated the ratio of approximal surfaces of molars and premolars to the width of their crowns and computer simulations of the results of restoration of contact point. We also conducted a comparative analysis of wedges of different material with different cross-sectional shapes. At the clinical stage, the restoration of the contact point of teeth in patients according to our recommendations was carried out.Results. On the basis of the data obtained during the study, a formula for calculating the height and size of the restored contact point was compiled. Recommendations for anatomical restoration of the contact point are formulated.Conclusion. The application of the recommendations developed by us allows anatomically qualitatively restore the contact point and prevent the development of localized periodontal diseases.

The article presents results of the study of a comparative analysis of essential oil obtained from fresh and dried leaves of medicinal sage (Salvia officinalis L.), growing in the Botanical Garden of the First Moscow State Medical University named after Sechenov. The studies were carried out using gas chromatography– mass spectrometry. Qualitative and quantitative difference in the component composition of the essential oil obtained from fresh and dried raw materials was determined as a result of the study.

Recent progress in Cs2HfCl6 (CHC) crystal production achieved within the last five years is presented. Various aspects have been analyzed, including the chemical purity of raw materials, purification methods, optimization of the growth and thermal conditions, crystal characterization, defect structure, and internal radioactive background. Large volume, crack-free, and high quality CHC crystals with an ultimate scintillating performance were produced as a result of such extensive research and development (R & D) program. For example, the CHC crystal sample with dimensions ∅23 × 30 mm3 demonstrates energy resolution of 3.2% FWHM at 662 keV, the relative light output at the level of 30,000 ph/MeV and excellent linearity down to 20 keV. Additionally, this material exhibits excellent pulse shape discrimination ability and low internal background of less than 1 Bq/kg. Furthermore, attempts to produce a high quality CHC crystal resulted in research on this material optimization by constitution of either alkali ions (Cs to Tl), or main element (Hf to Zr), or halogen ions (Cl to Br, I, or their mixture in different ratio), as well as doping with various active ions (Te4+, Ce3+, Eu3+, etc.). This leads to a range of new established scintillating materials, such as Tl2HfCl6, Tl2ZrCl6, Cs2HfCl4Br2, Cs2HfCl3Br3, Cs2ZrCl6, and Cs2HfI6. To exploit the whole potential of these compounds, detailed studies of the material’s fundamental properties, and understanding of the variety of the luminescence mechanisms are required. This will help to understand the origin of the high light yield and possible paths to further extend it. Perspectives of CHC crystals and related materials as detectors for rare nuclear processes are also discussed.

This study focused on the middle-pressure jet grouting method, which has a complicated development mechanism for the columnar soil-improved body, with the aim of establishing a computer-aided engineering (CAE) system that can simulate the performance on a computer. Furthermore, in order to confirm the effect of middle-pressure jet grouting with mechanical agitation and mixing, a comparative analysis was performed with different jet pressures, the development situation was visualized, and the performance of this method was evaluated. The results of MPS-CAE as one of the CAE systems showed that the cement slurry jet ratio in the planned improvement range, including the periphery of the mixing blade, by the middle-pressure jet grouting together with the mechanical agitation and mixing was increased and a high quality columnar soil-improved body was obtained. It is expected that the introduction of CAE will contribute to the visualization of the ground, and that CAE will be an effective tool for the visual management of construction for ground improvement and the maintenance of improved grounds during the life cycle of the ground-improvement method.

A facile low-cost non-vacuum process for fabrication of high quality CuInSe2(CIS) films is described, which indicates a promising way for the application in thin film solar cells. First, citrate-capped Cu11In9alloy nanoparticles are synthesized by hot-injection method after a system research on the different reaction time and Cu-In ratio of the raw materials. From the TEM and XRD results, we can see that uniform spherical nanoparticles with dominant Cu11In9phase and less particle-to-particle agglomeration are successfully achieved in this study. Then, employing spray and RTP selenization process, high quality CIS films with dense and big grains are obtained, which show the single chalcopyrite structure and the preferred (112) orientation. An energy band gap about 1.01 eV is measured through the absorption spectroscopy measurement in our work.
