Materials and methods. The research used a pre-experiment method using a quantitative descriptive approach with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. A total of 30 students who participated in the Women's Futsal UKM at the University of Suryakancana became the research population. These female futsal athletes are campus team amateur athletes below the professional level of the Indonesian Futsal League. Results. Based on research data, the average value before the obstacle run training treatment was 10.840 seconds and after the treatment was 9.600 seconds, which means that there was time, or in other words, the woman futsal player’s dribbling ability increased. The result of the test showed that the value of the interval training results before and after being given was 0.859. Conclusions. It is suggested that further research explore the use of different kinds of media in improving the dribbling skills of futsal athletes during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Death and complication due to surgeries or surgical actions is a global health problem. The WHO estimates that at least half a million deaths that are caused by surgeries can be prevented. On 2008, the WHO released a campaign about safe surgery and the surgical safety checklist to improve the quality of our surgery cases and decrease the number of complication and deaths caused by surgeries. Hospital accreditation is used to improve the quality of hospital management, including in reducing numbers of death and complication due to surgeries.  This is a quantitative descriptive approach study. The study population used were all surgical safety checklist. Sample number of 75 surgical safety checklist, 15 surgical safety checklist each from June 2017, August 2017, January 2018, June 2018, and January 2019. Data analysis shown by statistic table and percentage. There was a change of number in completing compliance of the surgical safety checklist before and after hospital accreditation. It showed that nearing hospital accreditation, the compliance rate was almost 100% on all the items. This continued a month after, but some of the items had a lower rate of compliance further after the hospital accreditation. The number of completing compliance of the surgical safety checklist nearing hospital accreditation is higher than after hospital accreditation. The sign in item have the highest rate of completing compliance whereas the sign out item had the lowest number of compliance.

This research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. While the research design uses an action research model. The sample of this research is 34 students. The results of data analysis showed that the development of students before using LMS Schoology and youtube student activity was 61%, material absorption was 63.4%, with an average grade of 72.3% and completeness of students who achieved the KKM score was 56.7%. After learning is combined with the use of LMS Schoology and youtube, it continues to increase starting from the first cycle, student activity reaches 77%, material absorption capacity is 81.6%, class average value increases 80% and student completeness reaches 76.5%. Then there was an increase in learning outcomes in the second cycle after correcting the weaknesses of the first cycle, student activity reached 95%, material absorption was 100%, the class average value increased 86.8% and student learning completeness was 100%. so that the action has stopped in cycle II only. This data shows that the use of LMS Schoology and youtube has been able to improve student learning outcomes in class XI MIPA I on polynomial material in a fun way.

This study aimed to develop a proposed training program to improve the job performance of Najran University (NU) administrative staff in the area of e- management. The study used the descriptive approach. To this end, a questionnaire was constructed for this purpose, consisting of 55 statements divided into six domains (e- planning, e- organization, e- communication, e- control, e- evaluation, and e- decision making). The sample consisted of 84 male and female employees, who were randomly selected from the research population. Findings of this current study showed the total means of the questionnaire obtained (3.9), which is considered as "moderate". Concerning the six domains, their means were between (2.98- 3.35). The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences among the participants on the performance of administrative staff that could be attributed to the variables of the study (gender, qualification, years of experience in the university, and the participation in the training courses). Based on the results of the study, the proposed training program for developing the performance of NUadministrative staff was constructed in accordance with a list of training needs. The purpose of this study was to describe the results of the development of problem solving-based mathematics learning tools to train the creativity of students on estimating the amount and difference of two fractions in grade IV SD Khadijah. The development of learning tools in this study uses the Thiagarajan 4D model which is modified into 3D, namely the define stage, the design stage, the development stage. Learning tools developed include RPP, LKPD, and TKPD. The instruments used were the learning device validation sheet, the teacher and student activity observation sheet, the student's creativity test, and the learning outcome assessment. After the data were analyzed descriptively, the results of the study were as follows: the average value of the RPP was 3.79, the validity value of the LKPD was 3.50, and the results of the TKPD validation could be used with minor revisions. So that the learning device is said to be valid. The teacher's activities in implementing problem-solving learning have been good because all the learning steps in the lesson plan have been carried out. The activities of students while participating in learning at meeting 1 and meeting 2 have increased. With an increase in the activity of students it means that students are active in participating in problem solving-based mathematics learning. The students' creativity test was given two tests, namely before and after problem-solving based learning. The results of the creativity tests of students before and after problem solving based learning were 37.8% and 57.9%. Thus, the creativity of students has increased significantly after using problem-solving based learning tools.
