The state and prospects of application of geoinformation systems (GIS) to solve monitoring tasks of nature protected territories of Ukraine are investigated. The results of the first in Ukraine project of geoinformation support of the territory of the Chornobyl Radiation and Ecological Biosphere Reserve (CBR) for monitoring conduction is introduced; it is based on a geospatial database (SDB) of the reserve, which was created using an featureoriented approach based on national standards of Ukraine DSTU 8774:2018 "Geographical information. Rules for geospatial data modeling" and DSTU ISO 19110: 2017 "Geographic information – Methodology for feature cataloging". An information and reference geoportal of the territory and facilities of the Chornobyl Radiation and Ecological Biosphere Reserve has been created, which makes it possible to provide public access to the current monitoring information of the CBR based on the ArcGISOnline platform to a wide range of users. The use of the developed specialized algorithms of geoinformation analysis and modeling for monitoring of a radiation pollution condition of CBR is offered. Peculiarities of geoinformation support of the Chornobyl Radiation and Ecological Biosphere Reserve for GIS monitoring are as follows: keeping up-to-date and unifying different types and origins of data on a single digital topographic basis, ensuring the required level of interaction between different local government authorities, other enterprises and institutions which ensure the viability of the reserve. Problems solved with the help of GIS CBR: creation and maintenance of up-to-date of the spatial data such as: (boundaries of the reserve, current state of use of the territory, natural landscapes, vegetation, distribution of rare and endangered species of flora, fauna, plant communities, functional zoning, afforestation of the reserve; location of historical, cultural and recreational areas features, ecological trails and tourist routes; fire-fighting landscaping, project plan); planning of nature reserve territory; organization of economically, socially and ecologically effective management of the reserve; development of measures for environmental monitoring; monitoring of the state of radiation pollution of the reserve territory; making management decisions, issuing data on hard media; design of tourist routes; designing possible consequences of catastrophes; providing geoinformation support during forest fire fighting; development of measures for the implementation of environmental, anti-erosion, landslide and fireworks, restoration of disturbed natural complexes; comprehensive assessment of the territory of the reserve, its economic use and reserves of natural resources, landscape diversity, historical and cultural sites, the state of engineering and transport infrastructure; conducting scientifically substantiated functional zoning of the reserve territory; development of proposals for the construction and reconstruction of facilities necessary to ensure the activities of the reserve.

Cities are a complex social institution. A special feature of cities is the development of engineering and transport infrastructure. In this article, to assess the state of the urban agglomeration, the transport system of the city is considered as an indicator of social comfort. As part of the support, control and management of the urban environment, administrative authorities use information technologies that are implemented using geographical information systems (GIS). These GIS take into account all indicators of social comfort, which are based on spatial data about the urban environment. From this, we present the concept of an urban environment data management model for public authorities. The model is based on geoinformation systems. Since the geoinformation analysis allows you to create thematic maps of the urban environment with their subsequent assessment and calculation of indicators of social comfort. For this purpose, an analysis algorithm is presented for the main indicators of transport infrastructure assessment. Thus, this study provides an opportunity to assess the state of the city model and set goals for the development of urban transport networks to increase the level of social comfort of the population.

The existing legislation determines the education as "an integral and focused process of teaching and upbringing, which represents a socially important value and shall be implemented so as to meet the interests of the individual, the family, the society and the state". However, even in this part, the meaning of the notion ‘socially significant benefit is not specified and allows for a wide range of interpretation [2]. Yet the more inconcrete is the answer to the question – "who and how should determine the interests of the individual, the family and even the state?" The national doctrine of education in the Russian Federation, which determined the goals of teaching and upbringing, the ways to attain them by means of the state policy regulating the field of education, the target achievements of the development of the educational system for the period up to 2025, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 4, 2000 #751, was abrogated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2014 #245 [7]. The new doctrine has not been developed so far. The RAE Academician A.B. Khutorsky believes that the absence of the national doctrine of education presents a threat to national security and a violation of the right of citizens to quality education. Accordingly, the teacher has to solve the problem of achieving the harmony of interests of the individual, the family, the society and the government on their own, which, however, judging by the officially published results, is the task that exceeds the abilities of the participants of the educational process.  The particular concern about the results of the patriotic upbringing served as a basis for the legislative initiative of the RF President V. V. Putin, who introduced the project of an amendment to the Law of RF "About Education of the Russian Federation" to the State Duma in 2020, regarding the quality of patriotic upbringing [3]. Patriotism, considered by the President of RF V. V. Putin as the only possible idea to unite the nation is "THE FEELING OF LOVE OF THE MOTHERLAND" and the readiness for every sacrifice and heroic deed for the sake of the interests of your Motherland. However, the practicing educators experience shortfalls in efficient methodologies of patriotic upbringing, which should let them bring up citizens, loving their Motherland more than themselves. The article is dedicated to solution to this problem based on the Value-sense paradigm of upbringing educational dynasty of the Kurbatovs [15].

The entry of a wide range of biotechnological products into the pharmaceutical market calls for rein-forcement of the quality, efficacy and safety standards at the state level. The following general monographs have been elaborated for the first time to be included into the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation, XIV edition: "Viral safety" and "Reduction of the risk of transmitting animal spongiform encephalopathy via medicinal products". These general monographs were elaborated taking into account the requirements of foreign pharmacopoeias and the WHO recommendations. The present paper summarises the key aspects of the monographs.

The article is devoted to the study of the movement for communist labour at the Tyumen Shipbuilding Plant during the period of the seven-year plan (1959-1965). The authors seek to fill a historical narrative with the particular facts connected with the peculiarities and specifics of such phenomenon as the movement for communist labour. They consider it in the context of microhistory and as the most important element of production routine. The employees of the largest industrial enterprise of Soviet Tyumen — Shipbuilding Plant in concrete historical circumstances came under the spotlight of the authors. The submitted article is written with attraction of a wide range of archival documents, taken from the funds of the State Archive of the Tyumen Region and also funds of the State Archive of Socio-Political History of the Tyumen Region. Having studied the documents the authors come to conclusion that the movement for communist labour had little effect on the production progress of the plant employees.

Using unified principles of formation and maintenance of register/cadaster with information about spatial data of landscape objects as the informational and technological basis for updating the public topographic maps and modernization of state cartographic system is proposed. The problems of informational relevancy of unified electronical cartographic basis and capacity of its renovation in case of public cadaster map data. The need to modernize the system of classification and coding of cartographic information, the use of unified standards for the coordinate description of register objects for their topological consistency, verification and updating is emphasized. Implementing such solutions is determined by economical expediency as well as necessity of providing a variety of real thematic data for wide range of consumers in the field of urban planning, territories development and completing the tasks of Governmental program “Digital economy of the Russian Federation”.

The aromatization of a wide range of model aliphatic and cycloaliphatic hydrocarbons (ethene, ethane, propene, n-hexane, 1-hexene, methylcyclopentane, cyclohexane, cyclohexene) on copper-containing NaZSM-5 and HZSM-5 zeolites has been investigated. It was established that the degree of aromatization is related to carbenium ion formation and depends on the acid strength and copper content of zeolite. Experiments with copper-containing samples reduced prior to use indicated the possibility to enhance the selectivity to aromatization. The change of the state of Cu2+ ions during catalytic experiments confirmed the assumption about participation of Cu0 simultaneously with the Bronsted acid centers in the dehydrogenation/hydrogenation steps.

This book is an ethnographic study of controversial sounds and noise control debates in Latin America’s most populous city. It discusses the politics of collective living by following several threads linking sound-making practices to governance issues. Rather than discussing sound within a self-enclosed “cultural” field, I examine it as a point of entry for analyzing the state. At the same time, rather than portraying the state as a self-enclosed “apparatus” with seemingly inexhaustible homogeneous power, I describe it as a collection of unstable (and often contradictory) sectors, personnel, strategies, discourses, documents, and agencies. My goal is to approach sound as an analytical category that allows us to access citizenship issues. As I show, environmental noise in São Paulo has been entangled in a wide range of debates, including public health, religious intolerance, crime control, urban planning, cultural rights, and economic growth. The book’s guiding question can be summarized as follows: how do sounds enter and leave the sphere of state control? I answer this question by examining a multifaceted process I define as “sound-politics.” The term refers to sounds as objects that are susceptible to state intervention through specific regulatory, disciplinary, and punishment mechanisms. Both “sound” and “politics” in “sound-politics” are nouns, with the hyphen serving as a bridge that expresses the instability that each concept inserts into the other.

AbstractThe fundamental mechanisms responsible for the creation of electrohydrodynamically driven roll structures in free electroconvection between two plates are analysed with reference to traditional Rayleigh–Bénard convection (RBC). Previously available knowledge limited to two dimensions is extended to three-dimensions, and a wide range of electric Reynolds numbers is analysed, extending into a fully inherently three-dimensional turbulent regime. Results reveal that structures appearing in three-dimensional electrohydrodynamics (EHD) are similar to those observed for RBC, and while two-dimensional EHD results bear some similarities with the three-dimensional results there are distinct differences. Analysis of two-point correlations and integral length scales show that full three-dimensional electroconvection is more chaotic than in two dimensions and this is also noted by qualitatively observing the roll structures that arise for both low (${\mathit{Re}}_{E} = 1$) and high electric Reynolds numbers (up to ${\mathit{Re}}_{E} = 120$). Furthermore, calculations of mean profiles and second-order moments along with energy budgets and spectra have examined the validity of neglecting the fluctuating electric field ${ E}_{i}^{\ensuremath{\prime} } $ in the Reynolds-averaged EHD equations and provide insight into the generation and transport mechanisms of turbulent EHD. Spectral and spatial data clearly indicate how fluctuating energy is transferred from electrical to hydrodynamic forms, on moving through the domain away from the charging electrode. It is shown that ${ E}_{i}^{\ensuremath{\prime} } $ is not negligible close to the walls and terms acting as sources and sinks in the turbulent kinetic energy, turbulent scalar flux and turbulent scalar variance equations are examined. Profiles of hydrodynamic terms in the budgets resemble those in the literature for RBC; however there are terms specific to EHD that are significant, indicating that the transfer of energy in EHD is also attributed to further electrodynamic terms and a strong coupling exists between the charge flux and variance, due to the ionic drift term.
