The aim of the study. Theoretical substantiation and practical application of geographical and logistical support of urban tourism in the conditions of overtourism on the example of Lviv and the corresponding "Concept of tourism decentralization ". Research methodology. It is based on geographical and logistical categories in relation to urban tourism in the conditions of overtourism, in particular these are indicators of capacity of tourist destination, its resource potential and potential of hotel-restaurant and transport infrastructure, as well as reflection of regional (geographical) features of tourism processes, in particular tourist decentralization, concentration and dispersion. Results of the research. The theoretical concept presented in the article has been practically tested in the practice of tourism in Lviv, in particular on the example of "Concepts of tourism decentralization ". Proposals for optimization and improvement of geospatial organization of tourism in Lviv included: a) vertical and horizontal diversification of tourist flows in the city center, solving the problem of tourist waste, limiting the cases of intim tourism in favor of conference and blogger tourism, finally strengthening the requirements of tourists safety in particular in the areas of their accommodation, food and entertainment. Some of these proposals have already been taken into account in the tourism management of Lviv, so, in 2019, the post of Deputy Mayor for Security was introduced. Scientific novelty. For the first time in Ukraine the phenomenon of overtourism and its impact on urban tourism with the use of logistic and geographical approaches is considered. For the first time the problems of overtourism in the conditions of cities have been identified and the ways of solving this problem on example of Lviv are considered. Practical importance. Theoretical provisions have been applied to solve practical problems of development of tourism industry of big city in conditions of sharp increase of tourists number, as, for example, in Lviv, and a number of practical measures have been proposed to reduce the negative effects of overtourism, in particular the excessive concentration of tourists in the central part of the city, increasing volume of waste, occurrence of intimate tourism, exacerbation of tourist safety problems, etc. Accordingly, it is proposed to expand the tourist territory of the city due to the vertical and horizontal diversification of tourist flows, a diversified approach to determining business tax depending on its location in the city center or on the periphery ("garbage tax"), the development of conference and blogger tourism, increased attention and control of tourist security problems especially in spheres of food, accommodation, transportation, entertainment and more.

In modern conditions an important activity in the tourism industry of the Russian Federation is studing tourism markets for domestic tourism, attracting tourist flows in the small towns Russia through the development of new original sightseeing tours and tourist routes, the creation and development of innovative tourism infrastructure. According to the concept of the modern suburbs, great attention is paid to the development of priority points to attract tourists and tourist resources of the most important destinations in the region. In Moscow suburbs, there is a tourist route "Gubernskoe ring Moscow region" and twelve "points of attraction" for tourists – "The 12 pearls Moscow region." In accordance with the existing tourist resources Kolomna is related to the "South" zone of Moscow region with specialization: cultural, educational, pilgrim, scientific, educational, business and event tourism. Kolomna is one of the oldest cities in the Moscow region, which is included in "Gubernskoe ring Moscow region" and "The 12 pearls suburbs." Tourism products offered by travel companies in Kolomna, are very diverse: from a stationary rest with a rich excursion program to the programs presented by hunting and fishing tours, hiking trails, extreme and ecological tours with resting in picturesque places. Kolomna has a considerable potential and resources to enhance its attractiveness to tourists, primarily it is a large number of historical monuments. However, to use them in full the necessary measures is to improve the organization of tourist businesses in the city. To this end, should be developed programs of creating urban tourism clusters; and tourism organizations should study the demand and offer new themed tours and excursions, especially given the historical part of the city and the possibilities of its transport infrastructure (particularly water ways).

Theory and practice of tourism logistics in the logistics of services structure are opened. Essence of logistical integrated strategy of sustainable development of urban tourism, based on two concepts - tourism decentralization and reverse logistics is outlined. The first concept is based on logistical organization of the tourist space of the city, which includes such components as: geologistical (geographical and logistical) identification of the resource base of urban tourism; logistical planning of tourist flows and determination of their needs; logistical design of tourist infrastructure; logistical design of supply chains of tourist infrastructure. The second concept involves an integrated approach to the recycling of the total amount of urban waste, including tourist one, taking into account their collection and removal from the city, as well as processing at special enterprises. The experience of Ukrainian cities of Lviv and Kyiv in this context is considered.

COVID-19 has meant major transformations for commercial fabric. These transformations have been motivated by the collapse of consumer mobility at multiple scales. We analyzed the impact of the collapse of global tourist flows on the commercial fabric of Barcelona city center, a city that has been a global reference in over-tourism and tourism-phobia. Fieldwork in the main commercial areas before and after the pandemic and complementary semi-structured interviews with the main agents involved highlight the relationship between global tourist flows and commercial fabric. The paper shows how the end of global tourism has meant an important commercial desertification. The end of the integration of the city center into global consumer flows has implications for urban theory. It means a downscaling of the city center and the questioning of traditional center-periphery dynamics. It has been shown that the tourist specialization of commerce has important effects on the real estate market and makes it particularly vulnerable. However, the touristic specialization of commercial activities as a strategy of resilience has also been presented. This adaptation faces the generalized commercial desertification that drives the growing concentration of consumption around the online channel.

The article highlights the geopolitical aspects of the international tourism development in Ukraine as a global phenomenon that carries out economic, social and international and political action. In today's world, tourism has become a powerful industry, a huge complex in which the economic and social spheres are connected. The importance of tourism in international economic activity is constantly growing, and the market itself is acquiring new trends and features, affecting trade, transport and communications, agriculture and construction. The processes of globalization in the tourism market are characterized by changes in technology, modernization of transport infrastructure, internationalization of business activity and the creation of a regulatory mechanism. The potential of world tourist flows as factors of geopolitical influence is revealed, the structure of which reflects and influences the tendencies of international interaction. The main geopolitical factors influencing the dynamics and spatial organization of international tourist flows are structured. The world market of tourist services has a clear segmentation character. The main criteria for segmentation are motivational, age and regional ones. The general tendencies of development of the international tourism, a role and a place of Ukraine in the international tourist market are characterized. It is predicted that China will become the most popular tourist country in the near future. It is determined that due to the growth of intercontinental ties, which is based on the rapid development of vehicles and, above all, jet aircraft, as well as the desire of a significant number of people to visit the most remote and exotic corners of the Earth, tourism exchange between regions will develop more intensively than within regions. However, there is a growing tendency to increase the exchange of tourists between neighboring countries under conditions of normal relations between them and between countries with related languages. The main world events that have affected tourist flows in recent years are listed: Brexit, COVID-19, military actions in Eastern Ukraine and others. The analysis of international tourist flows in Ukraine was done, in particular their dynamics and spatial structure during 2010-2019 in the context of military-political aggression by Russia and the aggravation of Ukrainian-Russian interstate relations. It is established that the current dynamics of the international tourist flow in Ukraine is characterized by a sharp decrease in international visitors, slowing down the development of tourism and reformatting the spatial structure of the incoming and outgoing tourist flow. It is also noted that among the main factors hindering the development of the Ukrainian tourism industry are the unsatisfactory state of development of infrastructure and logistics of tourism, high prices, environmental and criminal risks, low innovation activity of tourism enterprises. It is concluded that international tourism is not only a passive participant in international relations, but also an active political actor who is able to act as a channel for establishing international trust and cooperation, a factor in maintaining political stability.

ABSTRACTIn 2016, a burial chamber hewn into limestone was discovered at Khirbet Aqabet Al Qadi on the northwestern slope of Mount Ebal, 2km north of the city center of Nablus. The floor of the chamber is 3.15 × 2.9 m and the height averages 1.8 m. A movable closure at the entrance consists of a limestone slab. The burial chamber houses four sarcophagi. The aim of this case study is to give information not only on the burial chamber but also, for the first time in the region, on human remains. Stable isotope analysis of a human bone sample enabled us to obtain dietary information on one individual. Due to low collagen content, the sample did not allow precise dating but it can be placed between 50 BC and 50 AD. Systematic illegal excavation and looting at funerary sites in the Nablus area has caused material for potential information to be missing at the site. Nonetheless, the dietary information obtained supports other material finds indicating Mediterranean agricultural use of the land. Our evidence demonstrates that the site dates to between the 1st and 3rd centuries AD.

Urban tourism is identified as one of the main destinations of the XXI century. Its intensification is associated with overcoming the critical situation in the industry, which will require expanding the variety of tourist products. The potential opportunity for this matter will include active involvement of botanical resources in them, which will enable increasing interest for the existing projects as well as selecting the most promising ones. It is noted that vegetation cover is an integral component of all urbanized territories not used in the full volume in the tourist product of cities despite the resources’ high potential. Cartographic method is presented as the universal, informative, visual and operational-predictive one. The purpose of the study was to create a cartographic interpretation of the botanical resources potential usage for urban tourism development using the example of Khabarovsk. For the first time, a map “Objects with high potential of botanical resources for tourism development in Khabarovsk” (scale 1

It is almost impossible to talk about a monocultural society in the world that exist diversity and differences. Cultural diversity also makes its presence felt in schools, as in every atmosphere. Pre-school institutions, where children leave their home environment and are involved in the educational environment for the first time, are the places in which each child brings the cultural diversity of himself and his family, and in which peer interaction first occurs and develops. For these reasons, it is important to determine the views and practices of pre-school teachers about multiculturalism and its applications. In this study, a phenomenological research model, one of the qualitative research methods, was used by interviewing 23 preschool teachers working in official independent kindergartens in the city center of Diyarbakır. Data were collected through interviews with teachers, and content analysis was used in the analysis of the data. So far as the results of the research; it has been determined that the number of teachers who make arrangements in terms of multiculturalism in their classrooms is quite low, and the teachers who do not make arrangements for this, justify that the children in their classes are from Diyarbakır province or its surroundings, and ignore the cultural diversity of the province they work in. It was designated that all of the participants included the issues of respect for differences in their plans, and due to the pandemic, the diversity of teachers' activities for multiculturalism and respect for differences decreased. It has been determined that teachers focus on different themes and subjects due to the limited education period during the pandemic process. All the teachers participating in the study emphasized that it is more effective to address cultural issues in face-to-face education, however it was determined that they could not associate some of their practices with multiculturalism and respect for differences.

Currently, the transport infrastructure plays a decisive role in the development of the city. For the development of the transport system of the territory, it is necessary to develop a whole range of measures to improve both the organization of traffic and transport infrastructure, which implies the creation of parking space, logistics of passenger and cargo transportation and other aspects. Tyumen, being a rapidly developing city and transport hub, objectively suffers from insufficient development of the road transport network. A significant problem is the congestion of the city center, which increases the travel time to the center from residential areas of the city. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the strategic plans for the development of transport infrastructure to assess the potential of the city of Tyumen, which is rapidly approaching the status of a millionaire city, the core of a large agglomeration.
