The article analyzes the culture-creative project by J.-C. Carrière and U. Eco "Do not hope to get rid of books!" The aim is to study the heuristic potential of the dialogue and to reveal the specifics of the creative process based on it. The methodology of the study includes the use of an interdisciplinary approach that relies on the achievements of cultural studies, aesthetic theory by both Ukrainain and foreign authors. Theoretical and practical parity personified by U. Eko and J.-C. Carrière leads to organic and almost imperceptible, the transition of the interlocutors from one topic to another, prompting the reader to reflect on certain "cultural issues", which, at times, are more than paradoxical. The scientific novelty lays in the disclosure of the specifics of a book as a cultural phenomenon, accentuating significantly. The potential of dialogue for understanding the dynamics and specifics of the creative process, the emotional state of the artist, the stimulilation of his creativity, the phenomenon of fantasy. The theoretical possibilities discovered in the process of analysis of this phenomenon stimulated exploration of the specificity of the transition from the language of the figurative types of art and architecture to the language of literature, mainly "fitting" the extrasis in the field of semiotic issues. This, in turn, led to the speculation regarding the reproduction of one type of art by means of another, thus revealing new aspects in the study of synthesis and sinews. Observations that are expressed in the pages of the "Do not Expect toGet Rid of Books!" dialogs not only expand, but also, to a large extent, change the angle of the analysis of the extrasis. The interpretation, which formally conflicts with the authentic principle, actually plays animportant cultural role. It is on this correlation of the authentic and interpretative and emphasizes U. Eko's attention, considering it as the determining factor of the extrasis. The practical importance of the dialogue "Do not expect to get rid of books!", except for the cultural worth, has a powerfulstimulating start, and its analysis is able to activate theoretical research, expanding, and sometimes - updating the range ofmodern Ukrainian humanitaristics.

There is a peculiar aesthetic undercurrent traversing Baruch Spinoza’s philosophy, harbouring untapped potentials and far-reaching consequences for contemporary discussions on aesthetics. The relationship between aesthetics and Spinoza’s philosophy, however, has been nothing but a huge missed encounter, resulting in the publication of only a few books and a handful of articles throughout a vast period of more than three-and-a-half centuries. Which begs the question: might there be, despite our persistent negligence, much more to the relationship of Spinoza and aesthetics than first meets the eye? I will argue that there might be. For once Spinoza’s philosophy as a whole, ranging from his philosophical and political treatises to his private letters and unfinished manuscripts, is read between the lines, latent seeds of a peculiar aesthetic theory become visible—an aesthetic theory that moves beyond subjective and objective approaches that have come to dominate the field, and rather grounds itself on affective interactions and morphogenetic processes. A subterranean journey through Spinoza’s affective aesthetics constitutes the subject matter of this paper, which interweaves subtle aesthetic hints buried deep within his philosophical archive, while unfolding relevant ramifications of these promising discoveries for the current aesthetic discourse.

Research methodology. The following methods were used in this research: general scientific methods (descriptive, analysis, synthesis, comparison) and special (structural, hermeneutic, narrative, method of content analysis). We identified words related to the concept of the enemy and determined the context in which they are used by the authors of the collections Results. The formats of reflection of military reality in collections of military documentaries are investigated. It is emphasized that the authors-observers of events as professional communicators form a vision of events based on categories understandable to the audience – «own» and «others». Instead, the authors-participants go events have more creative space and pay more attention to their own emotional state and reflections. It is defined how the enemy is depicted and what place he occupies in the military reality represented by the authors. It is emphasized that the authors reflect the enemy in different ways. In particular, the authors-observers of the events tried to form a comprehensive vision of the events, and therefore paid much attention to the opposite side of the military conflict. Authors-participants of the events tend to show the enemy as a mass to be opposed. In such collections, the enemy is specified only in the presence of evidence confirming the presence of Russians or militants. Novelty. The research for the first time investigates the methods of representation of military activity in the collections of Ukrainian military documentaries. The article is devoted to the analysis of how the authors represent the enemy. Practical importance. According to the empirical and theoretical research in past ten years, the General Factor of Personality (GFP) was interpreted as the highest-order (most general) personality dimension, which occupies the apex of the structural hierarchy of personality traits. Thus, the GFP is the central concept in the new structural paradigm of personality (the Pyramidal Model of Personality). In the majority of the studies, the GFP was conceptualized as a general factor with substantial psychological (cognitive and behavioural) content reflecting the general social and personal adjustment or effectiveness. The alternative explanations of the GFP emphasize the role of the semantic factors, response styles and other biases. This study reviews the main results of the GFP research including the nature, the biological bases, the strength and cultural universality of GFP, its relations to intelligence and other prominent psychological variables, and its predictive power and practical importance.

The purpose of the article is to generalize the theoretical foundations and directions of the development of spatial justice. The importance and urgency of the issue is due to the strengthening of spatial inequality of economic development and social inequality in the conditions of market transformation of Ukraine's economy and decentralization of management. The author uses normative and positive approaches to reveal the theoretically desirable and real state of realization of equal opportunities for access to economic resources and public goods. The hermeneutics method is used to clarify the direction of theoretical research and the meaning of produced scientific provisions; the anthropocentric method – to justify the priority of economic interests over fiscal ones and social interests – over economic ones; and a synthesis of historical and logical methods – for a comprehensive presentation of the process of expanding the subject field of the research on spatial justice and the generation of new knowledge. The study has revealed that the theory of spatial justice is interdisciplinary. Theoretical approaches to the interpretation of spatial justice by generalizing the main directions of research within different branches of scientific knowledge, which include social philosophy, economic geography, political economy, and finance theory. The conceptual interrelation and correlation of the categories "social inequality", "social justice", and "spatial justice/injustice" is revealed and the logic of the consideration of spatial justice in land use based on those principal categories is substantiated. Based on the interdisciplinary approach, the limitations of the interpretation of inequality as a function of social hierarchy have been overcome and the role of the territorial dimension in the formation and reproduction of spatial injustice has been revealed.

The paper highlights the social orientation of the economy’s functioning related to enterprise personnel management. Suggested analysis testifies to the fact that based on the interdisciplinary orientation of the research related to the social sphere of the economy, the process of the functioning of any economic system envisages the permanent interrelation and effects of such three entities as man, enterprise and society. It has been substantiated that the interrelation between the above specified social and economic entities makes it possible to formulate the aim and outline the theses concerning the interdisciplinary approach to determining the importance of personnel management in the socially-oriented economy system. It has been revealed that in the case of the sector of “man-enterprise” model the most characteristic interdisciplinary link in personnel management is a personnel planning which possesses such inherent traits as the personnel disposition, the distribution of duties among employees and their motivation, as well as the strategic forecasting of the career development. The author shows that in the socially-oriented model of the economy of personnel management such as HR-management, human development and personal development aim to reveal the man’s needs and interests that appear in the process of labour during the change in the professional activities and further training. Besides, the above directions prove inevitable when looking for the compromise agreement between the employer and the employee. The research conducted proves that the interrelations’ conceptual principles between the social and economic entities and the cooperation results make it possible to determine the essence of the interdisciplinary approach to personnel management. This essence lies in determining and assessing man’s social criterion and his qualitative characteristics – humanism, trust, and team spirit. The qualitative characteristics outlined in the theoretical research and are related to personnel management make it possible to form up the socially-oriented economy for the society and the political system. Simultaneously, they are of great value for the individual, the enterprise, and society, since they help make the country’s political and economic systems socially-oriented when a man is not considered of minor importance after profit, money, and capital.

We study such a characteristic of criminal behavior as the emotional state of the guilty person at the time the crime was committed, namely, the state of sudden strong emotional disturbance, which was called “affect” in psychology and psychiatry. Affect is a multidimensional phenomenon that should be considered not only from the criminal law but also from a medical point of view. The analysis and generalization of the attributes of affect are important not only for theoretical research but also for solving issues of law enforcement practice.

The article deals with the problem of training specialists in the field of petroleum engineering ready to work in interdisciplinary teams and projects. Interdisciplinary approach including globally conditioned interdisciplinarity has been discussed in the context of engineering education since the beginning of the 21th century. This approach contains a number of basic components, namely: structure, process, language, identity, and technologies. Efficiency of interdisciplinary training depends on the general dynamics of a team. The international community has not disputed on the significance of interdisciplinary approach for engineers, but the key issue remains – how to apply theory for practice in both curricula development and learning process itself. Interdisciplinarity in the petroleum education is considered as a basis for critically new competitive engineering solutions. The indicators proving the presence of interdisciplinary management system at university are outlined. Based on the elaborated principles of interdisciplinary activities a set of required tools and elements to manage interdisciplinary training of petroleum engineers is presented. The significance of an interdisciplinary approach in professional training for future petroleum engineers is grounded. It has been proved that interdisciplinarity in its broadest sense is the trend, challenges of a global nature, which are updated set of circumstances, reasons that are multifaceted, varied and contradictory. It has been substantiated that the methodological part, multidisciplinary update of economics has become a constructive synthesis of theoretical research in this area, which includes not just interdisciplinary cooperation and mutual enrichment at the methodological level, forming a systematic, holistic vision of the economy, the problems and contradictions of development.
