This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer behavior in choosing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Kota Pariaman, which is limited to cultural, social, personal and psychological factors. The population in this study is customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Kota Pariaman with a sample size required in the analysis of 50 people, where the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Hypothesis testing, performed t test, f, and r. The results showed cultural and personal factors had a positive influence on customer behavior in choosing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Pariaman City, while social and psychological factors did not have an influence on customer behavior in choosing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Pariaman City.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of consumer behavior such as cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors to the decision to purchase gold credit products at Bank Mandiri Syariah in Pasaman Barat Regency with the samples of 30 peoples. The sampling technique is by census. The research instrument is questionnaires. The data obtained then processed using multiple linear regresion analysis technique using spss. Testing statements conducted with the validity test and reliability test, classical assumption testing consisting of the test normality, linearity and heterokesidasitas. The test of multiple linear regression analysis showed that each variable used in this study has regression coefficient which can be made into a multiple regression equation as follows Y = 0,063 + 0,218X1 + 0,035X2 + 0,201X3 + 0,917X4, it can be concluded that culture factors and social factors have a positive influence on the purchase decision of gold credit products, while personal factors and psychological factors have a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions choosing gold credit products at Bank Syariah Mandiri.

This study examines the influence of receivables on liquidity at PT. Graha Tumarima. Sukabumi City for 5 years, with a sampling technique using a purposive sample in the form of financial statement data from 2010 to 2014 using a table of trade receivables and company liquidity. In this study, researchers refer to the theory of Bambang Riyanto (2008: 94) as the connecting theory of the title. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship and influence between receivables and liquidity at PT. Graha Tumarima. The research design uses the method of exposing the facto, the method of data collection aims to test the hypothesis by using correlation analysis, determination, regression and hypothesis testing with t-test. The results of this study show the influence of receivables on liquidity is shown by the value of r = 0.888, meaning that receivables have a very strong relationship to liquidity. The nature of the relationship is positive, meaning that if the value of cooperative credit is higher the liquidity will be higher. Conversely, if the value of receivables decreases, liquidity will decrease. The magnitude of the influence of receivables on liquidity is shown by the value of R Square / Determination Coefficient of 0.789 or 78.9% thus the receivables have an effect of 78.9% on cooperative liquidity. Hypothesis testing uses the t test, that t arithmetic = 3.347 while t table = 3.182 means t arithmetic> t table. Means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is an influence between the receivables on liquidity at PT. Graha Tumarima, Sukabumi City

AbstrakUsaha peternakan itik alabio di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara belum berkembang sebagaimana mestinya ditunjukkan 80 persen peternak kepemilikannya dibawah 500 ekor. Pengembangan agribisnis itik alabio dengan  memperhatikan semua subsistem menjadi penting agar diperoleh tingkat produksi dan pendapatan maksimal.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji keterkaitan antar subsistem agribisnis itik alabio petelur terhadap produksi dan pendapatan peternak. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey, penentuan sampel peternak memakai teknik stratified random sampling, sedangkan sampel pedagang, breeder dan pembesaran melalui teknik purposive. Hipotesis diuji dengan analisis multivariat, uji F dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan agribisnis melalui peningkatan produksi dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan sumber bibit, harga kandang, jumlah pakan, jumlah tenaga kerja dan biaya pemasaran, sedangkan melalui peningkatan pendapatan dengan memperhatikan sumber bibit, harga bibit, harga kandang, jumlah pakan dan biaya pemasaran. Secara bersama-sama semua subsistem menentukan namun secara parsial subsistem lembaga penunjang tidak menentukan tingkat produksi dan pendapatan peternak.Kata kunci : Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara, itik alabio, pengembangan gribisnis.AbstractAlabio duck farming businesses in Hulu Sungai Utara district have not yet been developed as it should be, it indicated that 80 percent of the owners farmers just owned under 500 ducks. Alabio duck agribusiness development with attention to all subsystems become important in order to obtain the maximum level of production and income. This research aimed to examine the linkages between agribusiness subsystems of Alabio duck layers . Research used a survey method with stratified random sampling technique, while the sample traders, breeders and growers by using purposive. The hypothesis testing analysis used multivariate analysis, F test and T test. The results showed, agribusiness development through increased production can be done with the source of female ducks, cages prices, the amount of feed, the amount of labor and marketing costs. While through increasing of revenue could be fulfilled by female duck sources, female duck price, price of the cage, the amount of feed and marketing costs. Together of all subsystems were crucial but in partial subsystems supporting institutions did not determine the level of production and income of the farmers. This study aims to determine the Factors That Influence The Decision of Tourist Using The Site of www.tripadvisor.com in Bali Tourism Area South Kuta-Bali. This research using quantitative descriptive as a data analysis technique which is using factor analysis method and data processing is using SPSS versi 17.0 for Windows. Sample determination technique is using Judgemental Sampling and sampling technique is using Accidental. Data collection technique is using a questionnaire that given to 150 respondences who as a TripAdvisor app’s users who visited Tourism Destination of uluwatu Temple, Suluban Beach, Dreamland Beach, and Jimbaran Beach to get primary data. The results of this analysis illustrate that obtained 3 factors consist of 14 indicators that influence the decision of the tourist using this site of the Tourism Area in South Kuta-Bali, namely: (1) Psychological Factors, eigen value is 5,355 and 35,699% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicator: Perceptions, Belief & Attitudes, Motivation Social Class, and Culture. (2) Personal Factors, eigen value is 1,962 and 13,083% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicators: Lifestyle, Personality & Self Concepts, Learning, Age, Roles & Status, and Economic Environment. (3) Social Factors, eigen value is 1,339 and 8,926% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicators: Family, Sub-Culture, and Occupation. The highest eigen value is Psychological Factors, in 5,355 of eigen value and 35,699% of the cumulative percentage of variance and this factor becomes the most dominant factor influencing the decision of tourists using www.tripadvisor.com of the Tourism Area in South Kuta-Bali.

The purpose of this study is to find  how much the influence storytelling method for speaking skills of elementary school  01 Waru Sidoarjo inter class. The kind of the study use quantitative  of kind pre-experimental with one grup desain of pretest-posttest. the sampling technique in this study  use  purposive sampling technique with certain considerations, which use all members of the population as a sample of 25 students inter A class. the  data collection methods  are descriptive statistic and analysis prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing. The results of students analysis are speaking skills before using the storytelling method is in the medium category. Furthermore, the T test was compare with a 5% significance level of 1.7081.  Then it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. While the calculation of the level influence obtained 0,91 results which means that there is a large influence in the study, because eta square is 0,91 > 0,41. These results illustrate that the speaking skills of students in class 3 are influenced by using the storytelling method in grade 3 elementary school at Bangah 01 Waru Sidoarjo.

This study aims to determine whether cultural factors, social, personal and psychological factors have a simultaneous and significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Green World Global products in Banda Aceh. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is the accidental sampling technique. Research this done during one month. Analysis of the data used in this study by using validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination analysis, simultaneous test, formal test, from the results of test conducted found that all cultural, social, personal and psychological factors have no significants effect on product purchase decision making Green World Global, but from the four factors, personal factors have a significants effect on purchasing decisions with the results of the coefficient t count 1,729> t table 1,671 or it can be said the personal variables influence the purchasing decisions of Green World Global products.

This study aimed to determine the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic factors on commitment and impact on the performance of employees of Sejahtera Sunindo Trada Company. The populations in this study were employees of Sejahtera Sunindo Trada totaling 100 people. The entire population was sampled, so that the samples were 100 respondents. No sampling technique for this study since used census study which all employees which the workshop became respondents.The analytical tool used in this research was Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). The first hypothesis testing showed there was no significant positive influnce between intrinsic factors and commitment by the t value was smaller than the value t table 1.274 < 1.96. The second hypothesis testing showed there was no with significant positive influnce between extrinsic factors with the commitment to the value of t is greater than t table is 1.973 > 1.96. The third hypothesis testing showed no significant positive influnce between commitment and performance and the intrinsic value of the t less than the value t table is 1.181 < 1.96. The fourth hypothesis showed there was no significant positive influence between intrinsic and performance with the value t was greater than t table 3.008 > 1.96. The fifth hypothesis was there no significant positive influence between extrinsic factors and performance by the t value greater than the value t table is 3.864 > 1.96.

This research is aimto analyze the influence of trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman. The population in this research is the Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman in 2015. The sample was taken by purposive sampling using the formula of Slovin, with sample size as much as 90 respondents. Data analysis is performed multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t-test. The results of this study show that trust and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman.

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors partially on the performance of the Cleanliness Task Force employees, to know and analyze the influence of individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors simultaneously on employee performance and to find out and analyze among individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors that have a dominant influence on the performance of the Cleaning Task Force employees at the Balangan District Environmental Office. The population in this study was the cleanliness task force of the Environmental Agency of Balangan Regency with a total of 145 people and the research sample of 31 respondents or 22% of the total population and the method used in the sampling of this study used the census method. This type of data, is an associative research with quantitative paradigms with the application of SPSS and multiple regression analysis. The results of the first hypothesis are known to individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors partially significant effect on the performance of Cleanliness Task Force employees, the second hypothesis testing is known to individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors have a significant effect simultaneously on the performance of Cleaning Task Force employees and third hypothesis testing is known that the results of the research that partially tested were stated and proved in this study that psychological factors had a dominant influence on the performance of the Cleaning Task Force employees at the Environmental Service Office of Balangan Regency.Keywords: Individual Factors, Psychological Factors, Organizational Factors And Performance

ABSTRACT  DR. KEBAB Bara Satriya is one of the fast food businesses in Sidoarjo regency. The purpose of this research is to find out which of the variables (product, price, promotion, place) has a dominant influence on the increase in sales of DR. KEBAB Bara Satriya, and to find out whether marketing strategies (marketing mix) have a simultaneous influence on increasing sales of DR. KEBAB Bara Satriya.The method of approach to this research is a quantitative approach, the technique of collecting data with questionnaires and the sampling technique used is accidental sampling with a total of 60 respondents. The analytical method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis using the normality test, hypothesis testing, F test, and t test. The data processed using the SPSS program produces the following regression equation: Y = 6.685+ 0.290X1 + (-0.266X2) + 0.462X3 + 0.364X4 + e. Based on hypothesis testing the results of the F test show that the marketing mix independent variables which include products, prices, promotions and places of influence simultaneously on increasing sales. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji hipotesis, uji F, dan uji t. Data-data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS menghasilkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Y = 6,685+ 0,290X1 + (-0,266X2) + 0,462X3 + 0,364X4 + . Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas bauran pemasaran yang meliputi produk, harga, promosi dan tempat berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap peningkatan penjualan.
