Current social needs emphasize the education of a person with creative thinking, capable of not only finding problems but also solving them. Different strategies are applied in the educational process according to the society's requirements for an educated individual. On this basis, the appropriate content of education, organizational forms, didactic methods and the use of the latest didactic techniques are also determined. One way to achieve this is to introduce other teaching methods, such as inquiry-based teaching, into the teaching process. Inquiry-based learning aims to make science lessons more effective, especially at primary schools, and at the same time seeks to attract students to study them. It has an irreplaceable role in new, modern and successful ways of teaching science. The aim of the paper is to design methodological sheets in the 5th year of elementary school in terms of inquiry-based learning and their application to the teaching process.

The aim of the work was to study the features of pedagogical control of schoolchildren's learning in a modern general education school. Research methods: theoretical: a review of psychological and pedagogical literature on research issues. The advantages of the system for assessing the degree of training are that each subsequent parameter is qualitatively higher than the previous one, and the system as a whole assesses the growth of knowledge and skills of students and the proposed parameters are convenient to operate in practice during the current assessment of knowledge, skills and abilities of students. The disadvantage of the system - the last parameter - "transfer" - characterizes as the student's ability to solve problems of a heuristic and creative type, ie. this stage requires detailing. The teaching function of control is to determine the content, techniques and methods of control, which are educational in nature. Any controlling task, except for the controlling function, trains students in the implementation of specific educational actions, ensuring a more solid mastery of these actions. The controlling task includes an element of novelty in the informative and substantive terms, providing an expansion of the cognitive horizons of students, developing and increasing the learning value of control. It is difficult to eliminate the subjective element of pedagogical control due to various circumstances: the designation of learning outcomes is rather arbitrary: knowledge, abilities, skills, assimilation, academic performance, etc .; methods of direct measurement of educational activity have not been developed, and it is judged indirectly by the answers, by the actions of students. Pedagogical control is an important component of the educational process that influences the result, the course of training and education. This problem is one of the most urgent in teaching practice.

The article examines the ideas of educational shift relevant to the quality of education developed during the Lithuanian Education Reform as formulated by Meile Luksiene in her writings. The research is based on an analysis of scientific literature concerning the concepts of shift and quality, regulating educational documents as well as an empirical study, i.e. the data collected from a qualitative analysis of the scientist’s writings. The problem of the research: how are the ideas formulated by M. Luksiene relevant to the education development quality? The object of the research: shift as a prerequisite for a new education quality as expressed in the writings of M.  Luksiene. The goal of the research: to emphasize the significance of M. Luksiene’s ideas of shift oriented towards the quality of education. Having performed the research tasks, which include presenting theoretical research presumptions on the basis of analysis of scientific literature and educational documents, comparing the concepts of shift and presumed education development quality as formulated by M. Luksiene to those developed on the theoretical level, exhibiting M.  Luksienes’s shift ideas oriented towards the education quality on conceptual, personal, organizational and governmental levels by means of an empirical study, comparing the presumed education quality in M.  Luksiene’s writings to the content of present concerted education quality examining the vigor of M.  Luksiene’s ideas, the authors draw the following conclusions: The concept of shift modeled by M. Luksiene in her writings on educational issues is close to the theoretical one formulated by scientists, i.e. to that of a shift during a confrontation between two social powers, stages of a shift, the concept of a shift as of a long-lasting process, perspectives of a shift. The presumed education development quality implied by M. Luksiene in her writings is close to the theoretical quality concept formulated by scientists in terms of integral parts of holistic quality, i.e. the quality of primary conditions, educational process and, partly, of consequences, where consequences is understood as cultural maturity of a nation and society. The quality of results is mentioned indirectly, whereas the surplus value, an integral part of holistic quality, is not directly discussed. The presumed education development quality implied in M. Luksiene’s writings is closely related to the theoretical scientific quality concept expressed in terms of greater humanistic values, such as relation to an individual, as well as of civil, social values, and partly of the ethical values of public service. The economic values related to education quality are not directly approached. Basically all education quality subcategories defined in M. Luksiene’s writings have their equivalents in the present concerted criteria for school self-evaluation, which allows maintaining that the content of education development quality modeled by M. Luksiene and the one created at present are akin. It has been noted that the main value based educational principles, by means of which education quality can be expressed and which were emphasized by M. Luksiene, i.e. those related to humanity, democracy, nationality and renewal, have only been maintained in the regulating educational documents of independent Lithuania irregularly. The closeness of the presumed education development quality content modeled by M. Luksiene in her writings to modern concerted education quality criteria indicate, that the scientist’s ideas are relevant in the present stage of Education Reform.

The lack of universal understanding in Pedagogy of the features of the process of forming reflexive skills among future managers proves the relevance of this study. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of the process of formation of reflexive skills among future managers in the system of secondary vocational education and to analyze the results of experimental work on the implementation of the developed organizational and pedagogical conditions in the educational process. Review of the scientific literature on the problem. The analysis and synthesis of professional and educational standards, normative legal documents of secondary vocational education is carried out. The analysis of scientific works of philosophers who have studied human reflection and thinking is carried out. The works on psychology devoted to the problem of understanding the essence of the process of reflection and the formation of reflexive competence of the individual’s personality in modern society are considered. In the field of pedagogical science and practice, the analysis of scientific works devoted to the competence approach and the study of the essence of the process of forming reflexive skills is carried out. The elements of the methodology of pedagogy and the theory of pedagogical research are systematized, in particular, the concept of humanization of the educational process, the methodology of personality-oriented learning, the competence approach, the theory of reflexive activity, on the basis of which systematization of an educational process is carried out within the framework of modern tendencies and trends. Methodology (materials and methods). Based on the research of scientific works of Russian and foreign authors devoted to the development of pedagogical theory and practice in the field of vocational education and arrangement of an educational process in vocational education institutions. The analysis and synthesis of practical methods and techniques that contribute to systematization of the process of formation of reflexive skills among future managers in the Secondary Professional Education (SPE) system is carried out. The analysis of scientific literature, a survey among teachers and heads of institutions in the SPE system, allowed us to identify and justify the features of the formation of reflexive skills among future managers in the SPE system and to develop organizational conditions for the process of developing these skills. The article shows the content, features, and results of the implementation of these conditions. Research results. The article deals with current methods and techniques that provide effective professional training of management students in the system of secondary vocational education, who are able to detect and formulate professional tasks and find ways to solve them. On the basis of the philosophical understanding of reflection, the content of reflexive skills aimed at discovering meanings in their own activities and in the “teacher – student” interaction is determined. The conditions for the formation of reflexive skills in the pedagogical process are revealed: creation and implementation of the typology of reflexive tasks; creation of a dialogic context in educational activities based on construction of the process of solving educational tasks; ensuring personal acceptance of the subject of a reflexive task; filling an educational process with a reflexive component; creation and implementation of the mechanism for development of reflexive skills among future managers in the SPE system. The results of the formation of reflexive skills in the system of secondary vocational education are presented. Conclusion. As a result of the conducted research, the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of reflexive skills among future managers in the SPE system were developed providing a qualitative increase in the level of formation of reflexive skills among students. Consequently, the reconstruction of the educational process in the SPE system, based on the implementation of the presented organizational and pedagogical conditions, significantly optimizes the process of forming the reflexive skills among future managers.

For the organizational's survival in the long run it is indisputable to have the ability to retain the customers.
