Plants are extremely sensitive to the environment, because they assimilate substances simultaneously from two environments: from soil and air. In connection with the fact that plants lead an attached way of life, the state of their organism reflects the state of a particular local habitat. Since vegetation is directly affected by unfavorable factors, it allows the researcher to evaluate the entire complex of negative impacts exerted by the enterprise on whose territory they grow. This paper is devoted to the analysis of fluctuating asymmetry of sheet plates as an indicator of the quality of the environment. The coefficient of fluctuating asymmetry is often used to estimate the level of contamination of a particular area, taking into account the species-specific reaction of plants to unfavorable factors. A conclusion about the stability of the development of vegetation growing on the territory under investigation is made on the basis of the obtained value of the coefficient of fluctuating asymmetry. An important indicator of the state of the air environment is the condition of coniferous trees, in addition to the asymmetry of the leaves of tree plantations: the degree of defoliation of the crowns, the yellowing of the needles, the number of cones and the growth of shoots. The assessment of the life condition of coniferous trees was carried out on the basis of the analysis of the data relating to all of the above parameters established for the trees.

Preserving the health of the population occupies a special place at the legislative level, in the socio-economic strategies for the development of regions and the country as a whole. The preservation of human health depends not only on one’s own desire to preserve it, including the current state of the state and the development of the country’s tourism industry. Recreation and recreation for modern people, who mainly live in cities and megacities characterized by a high level of pollution due to the intensity of economic activity, are of particular importance for maintaining health and life expectancy. An increase in people’s life expectancy is considered at the state level as an important indicator of people’s well-being, improving the level and quality of life. Russia has created unique conditions and opportunities for the development of domestic tourism, which, with reasonable organization, investments, including the creation of public-private partnerships, and improving the efficiency of services provided, allow us to carry out our activities in the field of preserving and maintaining public health, increasing the duration and quality of life. Domestic Russian tourism can be considered as the basis for the socio-economic development of territories at any level, as well as as an industry whose contribution to the country’s GDP can be significant.

Fluid magnetic abrasivetool is a kind of suspension, which is composed of soft magnetic particles, surfactants, base liquid and so on so forth, so it can have strong magnetorheological characteristics and grinding characteristics. The stability of magnetorheological fluid is one of the most important indicator to evaluate the quality of magnetorheological fluid. Sodium hexametaphosphate and PAA have perfect function to maintain dispersionstability and retrogradation, adding nano-silica can improve the retrogradation of magnetic abrasivetool, which can modify redispersibility of magnetic abrasivetool.

This article examines the issue of the effectiveness and quality of the implementation of parliamentary control in the spheres of spirituality and culture, as an aspect of ensuring national security in the modern conditions of the hybrid aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. It is noted that parliamentary control in Ukraine is extremely insufficient and rather contradictory, which does not yet allow to talk about the stability of parliamentary control as such, about its proper scientific understanding and legal consolidation in modern conditions, especially in the context of the hybrid aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. It was stated that social changes caused by globalization processes affect the state of ensuring national security in such spheres as culture and spirituality. Currently, this issue has not been studied enough, and therefore needs further development. It was noted that in the field of culture, certain positive changes in the implementation of state (parliamentary) control have been achieved in recent years. However, in the sphere of spirituality (spiritual culture) and in the related religious sphere, as a result of the ideological sabotage and special informational operations carried out by the Russian Federation, a spiritual crisis has actually been generated in Ukraine, the resolution of which is an urgent task of the state power. Parliamentary control in these areas, which should be carried out through the prism of national security, is virtually absent. A number of proposals have been worked out, which are advisable to be introduced into the process of exercising parliamentary control over the aforementioned spheres.

The article examines the food provision, which is an important indicator of the quality of socio-economic development of a territory (region) in the daily consumption of food products by the population, strengthening the food security of the country. The conditions of administrative-territorial reform aimed at transferring powers from central authorities to local authorities have significantly changed the system of food provision of territories, which forms the level of integrity in terms of food security of the country. The changes have also affected the centralized food provision system through the transfer of novel principles from the State level to the regional level. A balanced and effective system of providing the population with food affects the quality of its life, economic security of the State, its regions, competitiveness of Ukrainian agrarian industry world-wide, including in the European markets. The measures developed in order to implement the targeted tasks of the Food Security Strategy of the Regions are planned for the period of 3-5 years. A structural-logical scheme of the organizational-economic mechanism for food provision of region is proposed as a set of economic, technological and organizational measures carried out by the State and other market actors at the level of both the country and the regions to meet the needs of the population with food products, regulating the sale of agricultural products, its processing, guarantees of improvement of quality and security of food products and their price availability. The author examines the main directions of implementation of the mechanism for food provision of region, which are the following: ensuring sustainable growth of production, availability of products for consumers; exchange of agricultural products; formation of a mechanism for regulatory influence on production, trade in agricultural products (national and regional levels); association of small farms within the regions; introduction of guaranteed minimum purchase prices (high profitability of production); improving the level of product quality, introduction of ecological norms to stimulate the production, producing and selling of environmentally friendly foods.

Life of everybody is unique and unique. Questions about essence and origin of life always influenced on forming of world view of humanity. Intercommunication between a man and biosphere is actual at all times. Bioethics is based on principle of respect to life each. An autonomy of psychical and physical status of personality is one of her substantive provisions. It is set that a man that knows the limits of the health rationally keeps and strengthens him. The phenomenon of health is examined as the state, phenomenon and process of forming, maintenance, strengthening, renewal and transmission physical, psychical, social and spiritual constituents of man. The transmitters of health are separate people, groups of people and society on the whole. A primary purpose is illumination of problem of harmonization of physical and spiritual health in the modern world. A health of man is not only individual but also social value that needs maintenance and guard. On quality of health of modern man such factors influence as: society, heredity, contamination of environment, not mobile way of life, unbalanced feed, psycho-emotional loading, pernicious habits.

The most important indicator of the level of socio-economic development of the state is the quality of the provision of public services. However, their quality does not always correspond to the requirements of today. Therefore, one of the system links that need theoretical generalization and streamlining is the financial mechanism for the provision of public services. Thus, the issues of improving the financial mechanism are relevant. The purpose of the study is to analyze the financial mechanism for providing public services. Following the goal, the following research tasks are set: to study the state of the financial mechanism for delivering public services; to analyze the forms, methods, and tools for financing public services; to study the process of planning the financing of public services. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the materials of the article can be used by public authorities to increase the efficiency of spending budget funds. Besides, they can be applied in the teaching of economic disciplines.

ABSTRACT: Broiler chicken welfare regulation at farm level is scarce in Brazil. This research aimed to study good agricultural practices at farm level adopted by broiler chicken companies in the state of Paraná, analyzing them in relation to the promotion of animal welfare. Twenty exporting companies were contacted, 15 answered the questionnaire. The participating companies were responsible for 76.3% of the State broiler production. Indicators related to the availability and the quality of food and water are being adapted by the companies, but still need to be improved. Regarding environmental indicators, companies had concerns about air and litter quality and about the implementation of emergency systems on totally enclosed broiler houses. Natural light has been replaced by low intensity artificial lighting. Footpad dermatitis was the most cited disease used as a sanitary indicator (93.3%), but little information was given about the maximum percentages allowed. Environmental enrichment is not used in poultry houses. This study identified agricultural programs with positive and negative impacts on animal welfare. Investments on research seem to be the only way to conduct changes on broiler chicken chain without reducing the quality of animals' life.

Educational policy must be a priority in the activity of state and non-governmental bodies because the stability within the state and the pace of its development depend on a great extent on a policy success in education. Education systems have to cope with various challenges, developments and problems related to their own field of education, but also adapt to international ones in order to compete on the national and international market. The quality of educational policy depends on the activity and the sense of responsibility for the results of the training and education, of all the factors, including students, teachers, and parents and public authorities that determine the state policy in the sphere of education. The article presents the data study on the effect of recombinant avian alpha-interferon used by poultry flocks on the histomorphological structure of the spleen of broilers of Cobb 500 cross. The study shows the spleen of the experimental group chickens in a state of physiological maturity, which indicates the formation of the spleen as an immune organ in the early postnatal period becoming an important indicator of determining the state of the organism during its formation and adaptation to the environment.

The article presents the results of a study conducted during the state of emergency in Bulgaria in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic (March 13 – May 13, 2020). The object of research are the comments sections of the Dnevnik, Sega and Trud websites where people discuss the topic of ‘journalism’. The maintenance of user forums on news sites is an important indicator of the chosen mode of work and the quality of journalistic activity of the media; it is an indicator of the readiness of the media organization to offer a platform for public discussions. The survey of the users’ comments highlights the attitude towards journalism and the media in Bulgaria as a whole.
