Despite the fact that in Ukraine there are constantly a large number of preventive and corrective measures to prevent and eliminate the phenomenon of drug addiction, statistics show that the problem does not diminish its relevance. Now there is a large number of studies that reveal the personal characteristics of a drug addicts. Many scientists are unanimous that in the period of drug addiction there is a distortion in the personal sphere. However, the features of these distortions at various stages of drug addiction are not fully understood. At the same time, the elimination of psychological dependence on narcotic substances by means of rehabilitation effects is possible only if the knowledge on the psychological characteristics of the addict is taken into account at different stages of the rehabilitation process. The main goal of rehabilitation work is not only the rejection of drugs. This is the development of new value orientations, personal growth in the individual and social sense, the development of human anti-drug resistance properties, the development of responsible choice skills, the formation of the internal locus of control, the formation of a positive life scenario and the availability of internal resources for its implementation. The article analyzes the effect of rehabilitation methods on the personality traits of drug addicts with short-term and long-term rehabilitation. The study included 60 people, of which 30 drug addicts were with a period of rehabilitation up to one year and 30 drug addicts with a period of rehabilitation from one year to five years. The complex of diagnostic tools includes methods for studying the level of aggressiveness, anxiety scales, behavior in a conflict situation, assessing the neuropsychic personality tension, a questionnaire for studying the level of impulsivity, a questionnaire for studying the level of subjective control, a questionnaire for studying well-being, activity, mood. The dynamics of psychological characteristics of drug addicts in the period of rehabilitation up to one year and from one to five years was determined.

AbstractPositivity (i.e., the individual tendency to positively approach life experiences) has proven to be an effective construct applied in positive psychology. However, individuals’ self-regulation may have contrasting effects on positivity. We specifically examined whether positivity could be partially explained through two aspects of motivation concerned with self-regulation: locomotion (i.e., a motivational orientation concerned with movement) and assessment (i.e., a motivational orientation concerned with comparison and evaluation). Furthermore, based on previous literature that found a link between these aspects and narcissism, we examined whether “adaptive” and “maladaptive” dimensions of narcissism could mediate the effects of locomotion and assessment on increased or decreased positivity. Narcissism was defined by previous research as adaptive or maladaptive insofar as it leads or does not lead to increased psychological well-being. We estimated a mediation model with multiple independent variables and multiple mediators in a cross-sectional study with self-reported data from 190 university students. We found that both locomotion and assessment were associated with adaptive narcissism, which in turn was positively associated with positivity. However, assessment was also associated with maladaptive narcissism, which in turn was negatively associated with positivity. Relationships between aspects of self-regulation, narcissism, and positivity can have significant implications which will be discussed.

Following the methodology of existential pedagogy, we believe that a person's upbringing should proceed, first of all, from his understanding of freedom, a desire to become what he represents himself, therefore, the most important component of the process of upbringing a free person is the pedagogical support of his self-development. The article reveals the pedagogical possibilities of additional education for children in the formation of a self-developing personality of a child, shows the conditions for creating a subject-oriented educational environment, which consists in ensuring the possibility of developing and implementing an interesting self-development project for students, eventfulness of the educational process, ensuring the formation of a need for self-development through the creation of problem situations associated with the need to overcome, purposeful and systematic use in the educational process of methods and techniques aimed at the formation of moral value orientations. The conditions are disclosed on the example of describing some aspects of the educational activities of the Galaktika Children's and Youth Center for Space Education in the city of Kaluga, the Constellation Center for the Development of Children and Youth Creativity in the city of Kaluga and the Regional Ecological and Biological Center of Students. The article proposes the author's methodology «My ideal», aimed at studying the image of «I-ideal» adolescents aged 11 to 14 years, developed in the context of a reflexive-value approach to pedagogical support of self-development of adolescents in additional education. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the experience of pedagogical support for self-development of adolescents in the system of additional education (on the example of the city of Kaluga), which showed that educational practices of the development of value-semantic and reflexive-regulatory spheres of a teenager's personality have been accumulated in institutions today. Along with this, it is necessary to systematically and technologically approach the implementation of pedagogical support for self-development of adolescents in additional education, aimed at forming the readiness of pupils for existential choice, independent creation and responsible implementation of the project of their own life.

In the article, the authors try to determine the features of the application of the projective test «I met a stranger” or». Meeting a person with special individual characteristics” to study the ostracizing tendencies of the individual. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of ostracism or social rejection, which lead to devastating results in both individual and social well-being. The article is devoted to social isolation, which is an effective means of social punishment, as ostracized individuals cannot take advantage of group efforts and diagnose the existence of ostracizing manifestations, using projective tools. Attention is paid to the peculiarities and regularities and prospects of application of the projective test “I met a stranger” in the methodology of diagnostic tools of ostracism. Peculiarities of diagnostics of ostracizing tendencies of an individual with the help of projective technique «Meeting of a person with special individual characteristics», which acts as a multifunctional tool depending on the goals and methodology of studying the projective components of the image of an ostracized person. It is pointed out that depending on the purposes of modifications of the method it is possible to study: stereotypical perception of strangers, who in turn act as ostracizers, when in the process of analysis the image is studied – another in the public consciousness. The second most important functional load for us is the reflection of the structure of the relationship between the two objects of interaction and the dyad (alien – not alien). The attention paid to the specifics of this test, so sufficient abstract and vague instructions leave enough space for the manifestation and modeling of individual situations of the meeting, so an important component is a post-picture interview. If the interview shows manifestations of fear and a high level of ostracized tendencies on the scales of the methodology, it can be argued about ostracism. It was found that the irrational fear of «foreign» persons is determined using the method of «Meeting with a» foreign «person», and makes it possible to analyze the protective strategies that actually reinforce this psychological phenomenon. There are a number of questions and a protocol, which reflects the main questions of the psychologist related to the general description of the picture. It is concluded that to effectively study the trends of social rejection of people with special individual manifestations, using the projective test «I met a stranger» should take into account: how often portray a person with special individual manifestations and other people around him, random ordinary, himself with someone from acquaintances; the activities of the people depicted in the figure; additional details in the picture, objects that are needed to interact with a person with characteristic individual manifestations. We see further consideration of this problem in the creation of new tools for studying the tendencies of individuals to ostracize people with characteristic individual manifestations, using projective methods.
