Pemanfaatan Android dalam Penggunaan Form Order Modiste Implementasi Form Order Modiste Berbasis Android

There are many basic human needs, one of the most important is clothing. In meeting these clothing needs, in general, someone will make it or order it through fashion services. In the past, modiste managed orders armed with books or notes that were easy to lose and forget. Usually making an order form is still in the form of a manual, but the development of Android technology it will make it easier to store consumer data. With the Android-based modiste order form application, there are various advantages, including a fashion business that makes it easy to receive orders quickly anywhere, and anytime. This research is quantitative descriptive research. This research has the main objective to determine the response of the Fashion Design education students to the implementation of the Android-based fashion order form. There are 120 undergraduate students of Fashion Design Education at the State University of Malang who have taken the MUB Modiste course. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The validity test was carried out on students other than research respondents as many as 30 students. The results of this research indicate that in general, the implementation of the order mode form is very significant and suitable. Among all response indicators which include a) sensory response; b) response according to occurrence; c) response to views; d) response to function; e) the response to the way of working states a positive result. It is hoped that the Android-based modiste order form application can be developed so that fashion businesses can download it on the play store and can be commercialized. Kebutuhan dasar manusia ada beraneka ragam, salah satu yang paling utama adalah busana. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan busana tersebut, pada umumnya seseorang akan membuatnya atau memesan melalui jasa modiste. Dulu modiste melakukan pengelolaan pesanan dengan berbekal buku atau catatan yang mudah hilang dan lupa. Biasanya pembuatan form order masih dalam bentuk buku manual, namun dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi Android akan mempermudah dalam penyimpanan data konsumen. Dengan adanya aplikasi form order modiste berbasis Android, terdapat berbagai kelebihan antara lain suatu usaha modiste termudahkan menerima order secara cepat dimana saja dan kapan saja. Riset ini merupakan riset deskriptif kuantitatif. riset ini memiliki tujuan utama untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa pendidikan Tata Busana terhadap implementasi form order modiste berbasis Android. Mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Tata Busana Universitas Negeri Malang yang sudah menempuh mata kuliah MUB Modiste, berjumlah 120 orang menjadi subjek riset ini. Instrumen riset berupa kuesioner. Uji validitas dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa selain responden riset sebanyak 30 mahasiswa. Hasil dari riset ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum implementasi form order modiste sangat signifikan dan cocok. Diantara semua indikator respon yang meliputi a) respon menurut indera; b) respon menurut terjadinya; c) respon terhadap tampilan; d) respon terhadap fungsi; e) respon terhadap cara kerja menyatakan hasil yang positif. Diharapkan aplikasi form order modiste berbasis Android dapat dikembangkan sehingga pelaku usaha modiste dapat mengunduh di play store dan dapat dikomersilkan.

The Relationship

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion strategy on purchasing decisions of Yamaha Mio motors at PT Hasjrat Abadi Tobelo. PT. Hasjrat Abadi Tobelo launched the Matic type Mio Z, Mio M3 CW and Mio S types which are now popular in 2018. In 2017 Yamaha Mio sales were 428 units of motorcycles while in 2018 Yamaha Mio sales were 434 units of motorcycles, which means that in 2018 there was an increase in sales of Yamaha Mio. This research is a kind of quantitative descriptive research, using a correlation approach and simple regression, to see the relationship between variables and measure the magnitude of the influence that occurs in these variables. In the descriptive section of respondent's characteristics it can be seen that the respondents were the most female, namely 58.9%, respondents aged 20-30 years as much as 42.3%, and based on the latest education undergraduate students and respondents with civil servants (PNS) as much as 47% , is the respondent whose number is the most or dominant. Based on the results of the SPSS data the results of the determination coefficient or R Square (R2) are 0.379. From the equation above, it can be seen that if there are no independent variables that influence, promotion strategy 9,509 and every 1% increase in the promotion level, then the purchasing decision will increase by 0,791%. the results of simple linear regression analysis in the table above can be seen the results of calculations between promotional strategy variables on purchasing decisions can be arranged with the formula Y = a + bx which means Y = 9.509 + 0.791X. From the results above, the researcher gives the conclusion that promotional strategies are variables that influence purchasing decisions. This means that the higher the promotion strategy offered by Yamaha Mio, the higher the level of purchasing decisions.

As an applied scientific discipline Educational Technology (ET) develops by utilizing and supported by other relevant sciences, such as psychology, communication, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and education. Besides that as a science, Educational Technology is built on a clear foundation of ontological, epistemological, and axiological philosophy. This study aims to find empirical facts about the tendency of ET students to research their final project, viewed from three aspects, namely the paradigm and research methods used, and the ET area as the research domain. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research with a survey approach and is done through document analysis/content (content analysis). The documents analyzed were 577 scientific works, such as theses and dissertations. The results showed that research conducted by ET students of the Jakarta State University over the past 7 years tended to use qualitative research paradigms, research and development methods, and development areas.

Based on the author's experience, French Language Study Program students have difficulties in learning Wrting at Production Ecrite Intermédiaire course. The author develops an Android-based mobile application as a learning medium to help students learn writing and increase student motivation for independent learning. This study aims to determine the perceptions of French Language study program students about the use of Android-based mobile applications as learning media in the Production Ecrite Intermediare course. This research is in the form of quantitative descriptive research with survey method. The population studied was the 3rd semester students of the French Department of Medan State University who were taking Production Ecrite Intermediare courses in 2019. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. Data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The results of this study indicate that students like learning media in the form of mobile applications. This is shown from the results of a survey which stated that 86.% of students had very good perceptions. More specifically, the use of Android based mobile applications as learning media makes students feel motivated to study Production Ecrite Intermediaire independently with a percentage of 86.1% in the agreed category

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the teaching material requirements animals and human physiology courses for undergraduate students of Biology Education, State University of Malang. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collected by questionnaires and structured interviews with lectures. The analysis of the results is shownn that 80% of students get difficulty in learning the animals and human physiology courses. The main learning resources used by students are worksheets, e-books, handouts, and textbooks. Most students never learned a teaching material that contains research results done by lecturers, and a large part of students agree to be added teaching materials that contain research results to improve studens’s knowledge. Based on the results, it will be developed modul that contains the results to support the physiology of animal and human physiologist.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bahan ajar yang dibutuhkan pada matakuliah Fisiologi Hewan dan Manusia oleh mahasiswa S1 jurusan Biologi Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket dan melalui wawancara terstruktur terhadap dosen pengampu. Berdasarkan analisis hasil angket diketahui bahwa 80% mahasiswa masih mengalami kesulitan materi pada matakuliah Fisiologi Hewan dan Manusia. Sumber belajar utama yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa adalah berupa LKM, e-book, handout, dan buku teks. Sebagian besar mahasiswa menyatakan belum pernah menggunakan bahan ajar yang memuat hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dosen, dan menyatakan setuju untuk ditambahkanya bahan ajar yang memuat hasil penelitian untuk menambah wawasan dan meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, untuk menunjang perkuliahan fisiologi hewan dan manusia maka akan dikembangkan bahan ajar berupa modul cetak yang memuat hasil penelitian.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan akademik mahasiswa di Progam Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Konstruksi Bangunan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Konstruksi Bangunan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta Gedung L Kampus A UNJ, Jalan Rawamangun Muka, Jakarta 13220. Pelaksanaan penelitian pada bulan Februari 2018 sampai dengan Agustus 2018. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan angket kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Konstruksi Bangunan Universitas Negeri Jakarta Angkatan 2014, 2015, 2016 dan 2017. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagian besar mahasiswa merasa puas dengan kualitas layanan akademik mahasiswa di Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Konstruksi Bangunan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pemahaman generasi muda Jawa atas ragam panggung bahasa Jawa (RPBJ). Instrumen yang dibuat untuk penelitian ini berupa pertunjukan wayang kulit dalam dua adegan. Adegan pertama menggambarkan deskripsi pertapaan (kandha) dan adegan kedua memuat pemberian wejangan Dewa Ruci kepada Werkudara (ginem). Kedua adegan tersebut diperagakan oleh dalang Ki Purbo Asmara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden penelitian sejumlah 100 responden, yang diambil dari dua kampus: mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Brawijaya (FIB-UB) dan mahasiswa Fakultas Sastra Universitas Negeri Malang (FS-UM), yang tentu saja memenuhi kriteria sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik wawancara mendalam dilakukan untuk mengungkap keinginan dan tanggapan generasi muda Jawa atas RPBJ. Selain itu, digunakan juga dua responden yang mampu menguasai RPBJ dengan baik, sebagai contoh ideal penggunaan RPBJ (bench-mark). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman generasi muda Jawa atas RPBJ: kategori baik 2%, kategori cukup 7%, kategori kurang 5%, dan kategori sangat kurang sejumlah 86%. Hasil tersebut mengisyaratkan bahwa RPBJ sangat asing bagi generasi muda Jawa dan keadaan ini akan menuntun RPBJ mengalami status keterancaman bahasa, yakni berpotensi rawan punah (Seriously endangered). Keadaan seperti itu mendesak untuk dilakukan revitalisasi bahasa melalui serangkaian program rekayasa kebijakan bahasa. This research aims to reveal the understanding of Javanese young speakers in a performance variant of Javanese (PVJ). A research instrument are two performance scenes of Javanese shadow puppet. The first scene portrays hermitage (pertapan) (kandha) and the second scene describes pontificate of Dewa Ruci to Werkudara (ginem) performed by Ki Purba Asmara as shadow puppeteer (dalang). This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The respondents of this research are 100 undergraduate students taken from two Universities: faculty of cultural science from Brawijaya University and faculty of letters from state university of Malang. They are selected based on some of criteria. In-depth interview techniques is employed to reveal aspiration and response of Javanese young speakers on PVJ. Furthermore, two respondents who master the performance variant of Javanese (PJV) well are chosen as ideal model or bench-mark of PVJ. The finding shows that Javanese young speakers understanding on PJV as follows: good criteria amounted to 2%, sufficient criteria amounted to 7%, poor criteria amounted to 7%, and very poor amounted to 86%. This result indicates that Javanese young speakers is very unfamiliar with PJV and this situation leads to vulnerability of language, which is going to seriously endangered. Such circumstance is urgent to revitalize the language through a series of language policy engineering program.

This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. This research aims to find out how Bank Aceh's financial performance after conversion in terms of earnings and capital. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The data collection method used is the documentation method based on the data in the form of quarterly financial statements for the 2016-2018 period published. The method of data analysis in this study is by using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital). The results of the study show that Bank Aceh's financial performance in terms of profitability ranks 2, with the definition that profitability is adequate, profit exceeds the target and supports the growth of bank capital. Bank Aceh's decision to convert to sharia as a whole was a very appropriate decision because it was able to show good performance, besides that it also supported the Aceh Government in carrying out its programs to enforce Islamic law. Bank Aceh's financial performance in terms of capital also ranks 2, with the definition that banks have adequate capital quality and adequacy relative to their risk profile, which is accompanied by strong capital management in accordance with the characteristics, scale of business and the complexity of the bank's business.
