This study aimed to determine the extent to which the village apparatus’s capacity can manage village funds. This study used qualitative and quantitative approaches, namely frequency percentage statistics. Results of distribution utilized the total score of the answers. Data sources included primary and secondary data. Data sources included primary and secondary data. The object of research is 30 (thirty) villages, 2 respondents from each village are taken.  Findings demonstrate that the village apparatus’s capacity in managing village funds is generally assessed from their basic Capability, management capability, and technical Capability, which fall into the ‘fair’ category. It indicates that the village apparatus needs to increase its capacity so that village funds can be managed optimally. The solutions include increasing the HR-village apparatus’s capacity through computer training, technical guidance, seminars, and socialization of related regulations. Besides, facilitation and mentoring are the best ways that the village apparatus needs to increase their capacity, considering that stakeholders are demanding a change in the paradigm of implementation in village governance and the era of disruption to balance and harmonize with current and future conditions.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

This study aims to analyze the building village index (IDM) in the development of the village in Kuala sub-district of Nagan Raya regency. This research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The object of this study is 17 villages in the region of Kuala sub-district, while the data used in this study is sourced from primary and secondary data derived from document review, observation, FGD, and interviews from 2015 to 2017. Data analysis technique using descriptive analysis in the form of tables and diagrams, while the quantitative analysis using multiple regression tests with the dependent variable percentage of village fund accumulation 2015-2017, independent variables are IKL, IKE, IKS, and IDM. The results showed that the analysis of the use of village funds for development in Kuala sub-district positively influences the assumption p-value α = 0.005, sig of 0.001. Then with the development of village infrastructure and empowerment, the status of villages in the region of Kuala sub-district increased with an average developing status of 71 percent and advance village status of 23 percent.

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

The purpose of this study is for learning. This study entitled Social Change Towards Development of Rasau Jaya Village 3 After the Development of the Rajati Flower Garden. With the problem of how social change in the village of Rasau Jaya 3, economic improvement after the construction of a flower garden, development planning or the addition of facilities. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: after the construction of the flower garden in Rasau Jaya 3 village the development of social change there was increasing, the people there accepted the development of the flower garden, because with the development of the community's economy there could be increased, because the people there could sell at around the flower garden so that it can increase their economy again there, and there will be plans to add facilities in the flower garden so that it can attract visitors to keep coming to the flower garden of the flower garden rajati.

The researcher will discuss the Sub-Districts Head authority in evaluating Draft Regulation of the Village regarding Village Budget (APBDes) in Central Bengkulu Regency based on the Regent’s Regulation of Central Bengkulu Number 34 of 2018 regarding the Authority Delegation of the Regent to the Sub-District Head in evaluating Draft Regulation of the Village regarding Village Budget and Draft Regulation of the Village about Village Budget Amendment (p-APBDes). The purpose of this research was to find out and to analyze the authority of the Sub-District Head in terms of evaluating the Draft Regulation of the Village regarding APBDes in Central Bengkulu Regency based on the Regent’s Regulation of Central Bengkulu Number 34 of 2018 regarding the Authority Delegation of the Regent to the SubDistrict Head in evaluating Draft Regulation of the Village Regarding APBDes and Draft Regulation of the Village about p-APBDes. This research was normative legal research. Data sources used were primary and secondary data sources. In collecting the data, the researcher used the methods of library studies and field studies. After the research was conducted, it canbe concluded that the authority of the Sub-District Head in evaluating the Draft Regulation of the Village regarding APBDes and P-APBDes in Central Bengkulu Regency was carried out based on the regulation mandate that stipulated in Law No. 6 of 2014 about Village, Law No. 23 of 2014 about Local Government, Government Regulations No. 43 of 2014 about Regulations for Implementing Village Laws, Government Regulations No. 17 of 2018 about sub-districts, Regulation of Minister of Home Affairs No. 20 of 2018 about Village FinancialManagement and Regent’s Regulation of Central Bengkulu number 34 of 2018 regarding the Authority Delegation of the Regent to the Sub-District Head in evaluating Draft Regulation of the Village Regarding APBDes and Draft Regulation of the Village about p-APBDes.

Melasti beach is a tourist attraction of the beach that is just starting to develop. Melasti Beach still in development in the governance by the village of Ungasan and yet the existence of a management system. Melasti beach is located in Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency, has the potentialities are wonderful and interesting to develop. The assumption behind this is based on the chosen research topic "melasti Beach Development Strategy as a tourist attraction in the village of Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency. Data types and data sources that are used i.e. qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection done by way of observation, unstructured interviews, study kepustakan, documentation, research instrument is the guidance interview. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with the use of tourism potential and analysis approach to SWOT analysis which clearly sets forth the findings based on the issues examined with accurate data sources. In the results of this research demonstrating that the Melasti Beach has the potential of nature is very beautiful, it also has the potential of culture as well as potential human or artificial to developed, capable of attracting tourists visit. Although still in the development phase is already visited by tourists and foreigners to the archipelago. The conclusions from the results of Shore Development Melasti is need for management systems, many still lack facilities to complement the tourist attraction due to the lack of funds and contributions from the Government is still waiting for him. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dampak yang ditimbulkan dari adanya pengembangan objek wisata terhadap kondisi perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Dieng, Kecamatan Kejajar, Kabupaten Wonosobo. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena meningkatknya pengunjung objek wisata dan pendapatan sektor pariwisata yang berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian masyarakat sekitar objek wisata. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang dilengkapi data kualitatif dan kuantitatif baik data primer maupun sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat Skala Likert untuk menentukan hasil penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kondisi pariwisata, dan mengidentifikasi dampak yang ditimbulkan dari adanya pengembangan pariwisata terhadap kondisi perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan fasilitas, pelayanan objek wisata setelah adanya pengembangan, akan tetapi ada penurunan pada bidang kebersihan dan keamanan. Persentase pendapatan masyarakat mengalami peningkatan yang dihitung menggunakan Skala Likert dari 53,3% menjadi 68,5%, tingkat kesempatan kerja rendah dengan persentase hanya sebesar 29,5%. This study identifies the impact of the tourism development of economic conditions surrounding community. This research was conducted in the village of Dieng, District Kejajar, Wonosobo regency. This research was done because of the rise in visitor attractions and tourism revenue that affect the economy of the surrounding community attraction. This research uses descriptive research method qualitative and quantitative data include both primary and secondary data. This study uses a Likert Scale tool to determine the results. The purpose of this study to describe the condition of tourism, and to identify the impact of the development of tourism on the economy of surrounding communities. The results of this study showed an increase in facilities and services, attraction after their development, but there is a decrease in the field of hygiene and security. The percentage of people's income has increased which is calculated using a Likert Scale from 53.3% to 68.5%, the low employment rate with a percentage of only 29.5%.

This study aims to identify the activities and construct an internal control model of village funds management based on the Regulation of Ministry of Home Affairs No. 20 of 2018. The internal control model can be used to actualize good village governance. This study attempts to conduct in-depth interview to village officials and observation in Jambu District, Semarang. Based on the results of this study, the village funds management defines the activities as follows: (a) preparing the budget plan based on the programs set in Village Government Budget (APBDes) proposed as development, government, empowerment, and social activities; (b) carrying out the activities; (c) accountability; and (d) evaluation. Further, the fundamental components of internal control are control environment as the integrity and village officials’ ethics, the leadership of village chief, and the accountability. When village officials possess a strong integrity and ethics, frauds can be minimized. In the other hand, the financial statement is accountable. Besides, the democratic leadership of village chief can increase the accountability and communication so that the policy can be implemented properly as the objectives proposed. Furthermore, it is important to explore the role of society in internal control system of village funds management.   Keywords: internal control, village funds management, good village governance

Night entertainments become a special attraction for tourists to fulfill their holidays in Bali with just listening to the music’s or enjoying drinks provided in bars, discotheque/cafes. By these facilities, Bali become a magnet of both domestic and foreign tourists. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collecting is done with the observation field, in-depth interview, and questionnaires. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative with the record and explain the results cleary based on the formulation of a problem that has been determined, as well as questionnaires are analyzed using quantitative data as data supporters of the research.   The results of this research explains that there are several different types of activities that can be done in place of evening entertainment, including dancing, enjoy music, and enjoy drinks and meals are offered in the café/restaurant. Then from the results of the questionnaire obtained the results that the response of local communities included in the stages of Apathy, which previously accepted as tourism sector economic growth but this time its presence was felt not to mention everything. People living in the surroundings feel uncomfortable and insecure due to the activity of the night until the early hours Keywords :Response of Local People, Night Entertainment, Legian Kuta

Jehem Tourist Village has been designated as Tourism Village in 2015. The existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) is currently popular in the eyes of tourists who visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of existing tourism Jehem Tourism Village and the influence of attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to the development of Jehem Tourism Village. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data source data and secondary data, data method used are: observation, interview and documentation. Informant determination technique used is purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to make tourists began to visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The attraction of Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) has an important influence in the development of Jehem Tourism Village.
