This research aimed to (1) Determining the differences in power and torque to use of a coil standard, a copper, and silver wire ground strap variation coils. (2) Determining the color characteristics of the sparks' size generated from the use of standard coils, variation coils of copper, and silver ground strap. This research used an experimental method. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, namely, observing and recording the test results and then concluding in tables and graphs. The test results show that an increase in power, and torque is generated in this test. The highest results were obtained using a silver ground strap variation coil with a power of 11.3 hp and torque of 12.05 Nm. In this case, the percentages are 7.6% and 7.8% from the lowest results of the standard coil. There are different colors, sizes, and characters obtained in the test of sparks. The dark blue-purplish sparks color is obtained from the silver wire ground strap variation coil, which can increase motor performance in a motorcycle. These results suggest that the ground strap on the spark plug coil wire can provide an increment in engine performance.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to increase the power output of the solar panels and to know the effect on the solar panel after adding a converging lens and a diverging treatment varying distances and angles. The hypothesis of this study is anticipated to the influence of the use of a diverging lens and converges to the power output of solar panels. This study used an experimental method with quantitative approach. The subjects of the study were used that kind of Polycrystalline solar panels. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with data collection techniques are observation laboratory and field observations. The conclusion of this study is to raise the value of the output power on solar panels can use a converging lens. This is evidenced by the results of the testing are the biggest increase in the converging lens use solar panels to power 900 outputs the angle and the distance between the lens and solar panels with a power output of 25 cm measured 56.46 μW. The influence of the use of a converging lens located on the corner of 150 and the distance between the lens and the solar panel 21 cm with an increase of 203.64%. These values occurred as a converging lens can focus the light so that the intensity of the light falling on the solar panels increases. While the greatest influence use of a diverging lens located on the corner of 300 and the distance between the lens and solar panels 1 cm with a decrease of 63.96%. These values occurred as a diverging lens can refract light so that the intensity of the light falling on the solar panel decreases.   ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan daya keluaran pada panel surya dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh pada panel surya setelah ditambahkan lensa konvergen serta divergen dengan perlakuan jarak dan sudut yang bervariasi. Hipotesis penelitian ini yaitu diduga adanya pengaruh dari penggunaan lensa divergen dan konvergen terhadap daya keluaran panel surya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu panel surya jenis Polycrystalline. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi laboratorium dan observasi lapangan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Untuk menaikan nilai daya keluaran pada panel surya dapat menggunakan lensa konvergen. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian terdapat kenaikan terbesar penggunaan lensa konvergen pada panel surya terhadap daya keluaran yaitu sudut 900 dan jarak antara lensa dan panel surya 25 cm dengan daya keluaran yang terukur 56,46 µW.Pengaruh terbesar penggunaan lensa konvergen terdapat pada sudut 150 dan jarak antara lensa dan panel surya 21 cm dengan kenaikan sebesar 203,64%. Nilai tersebut terjadi karena lensa konvergen dapat memusatkan cahaya sehingga intensitas cahaya yang jatuh pada panel surya meningkat. Sedangkan pengaruh terbesar penggunaan lensa divergen terdapat pada sudut 300 dan jarak antara lensa dan panel surya 1 cm dengan penurunan sebesar 63,96%. Nilai tersebut terjadi karena lensa divergen dapat membiaskan cahaya sehingga intensitas cahaya yang jatuh pada panel surya menurun. jatuh pada panel surya menurun.

The main problem in this research is 1) How to provide compensation in MA Al-IhsanKajuara Awangpone District Bone Regency. 2) How is the performance of the honorary teacher in MA Al-Ihsan Kajuara Awangpone District Bone Regency. 3) How is the effect of giving compensation to the improvement of the performance of honorary teachers in MA Al-Ihsan Kajuara Awangpone District Bone Regency.The research method used is descriptive quantitative research and population in this study were all honorary teachers who tought the at the school with a sample of 16 honorary teachers. Research instruments using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with the product moment statistical test. Based on the results of data analysis using descriptive statistics, it is known that the average value for compensation (X) is 16, number 16 is in the sufficient category and the average value for the performance of honorary teachers (Y) is 52,25, number 52,25 is in the good category. While the results of the statistical analysis of the product moment show the regression test results obtained bythe value of =0,685, this proves that the provision of compensation for the performance of honorary teachers is relatively strong. Then used the F statistic with the criteria for rejecting test  if with a value 12,364,60. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect between the provision of compensation to the improvement of the performance of honorary teachers in MA Al-Ihsan Kajuara Awangpone District Bone Regency.

An air ionizer device can produce negative ion which ionizes the air, can be used for engine air induction system for improving the quality of fuel mixture that increase the engine output of power & torque. Test is done by using a dynamometer by comparing power & torque with installed air ionizer active and inactive. Data analysis technique using descriptive analysis of formula ttest with 5% of significant level. The t test results showed a significant increase in maximum power under active air ionizer conditions (tcount 5,128> ttable 4,303) with a significant level of 5%, increase 0.8 HP or 11.7% of inactive air ionizer with a value 7.2 HP to 8.0 HP. Meanwhile, the maximum torque shows an insignificant increase (tcount = 0.929 <ttable = 4,303) with a significant level of 5%, increase 0.5 Nm or 6.9% of inactive air ionizer with a value of 7.24 Nm to 7, 74 Nm.

This research is a research follow class by using the secound cycle that there is the first cycle and cycle II. On the cycle I and cycle II each cycle there four stage of the (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observations, and (4) reflection. Each cycle has two meetings in one week, namely the first meeting and the second meeting with the allocation 2 x 40 minutes of each meeting. Subject in research is learners class VIII G SMPN 24 Surabaya totaling 37 learners contained 16 learners men and 21 learners woman. This school is located in Jl. Kebraon Indah Permai Blok K/23 A Surabaya. Data collection techniques to use the observation and test, data analysis technique using the percentage of. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that using pictorial writing media on the meme on Instagram can improve the writing skills of class students VIII G SMPN 24 Surabaya. This can be seen from (1) population activity in the cycle I 84,61% on the cycle II 100%, (2) activity learners in cycle I 83,44% on the cycle II 90,20%, (3) the test results writing skills poerty in cycle I 56,73% one the cycle of II increased 83,70%.

Think-Pair-Share technique is one of the cooperative learning strategies that promote student involvement in the classroom. This strategy makes students engaged in in-class activities such as discussions and provides opportunities to share their ideas with others. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share strategy in teaching speaking skill for secondary students. A qualitative method with a descriptive analysis was undertaken in this study. The sample was twenty students of eighth grade. The data was collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The data analysis technique used was presented in a descriptive form. The results indicated the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique during the learning process took place following the stages that have been stated in the learning process plan made by the teacher. Appreciation for the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique both from students is quite good. Students stated that they can overcome the constraints in the learning process of speaking activity through Think-Pair-Share.

This research was conducted to determine the price and product quality towards consumer loyalty in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze how the price and quality of products provided by Xiaomi to its consumers, as well as the magnitude of the effect of product quality and price simultaneously and partially on consumer loyalty in Bandung. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling type, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis with SmartPLS software, it was found that the price and product quality factors together had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in Bandung..

The research objective was to describe the improvement in social studies learning outcomes of grade V SD Inpres 12/79 Macope students after using the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model. The approach used is a qualitative approach that is descriptive, this type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The focus of research is the social studies learning outcomes of grade V students and the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model. The research setting was class V SD Inpres 12/79 Macope. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis which is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results of data analysis indicate that learning using the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model can improve social studies results for fifth grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Macope.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the contribution of Hotel Taxes in increasing the Regional Original Income of Medan City and what are the efforts in increasing the hotel tax. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data, namely in the form of targets and realization of hotel tax revenue and realization of local revenue Medan City from 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. Hotel Tax to Local Own Revenue is to compare the actual value of Hotel Tax with the realization of Local Own Revenue in Medan City. The results show that in 2016-2018, the contribution of Hotel Tax in the city of Medan increased every year. In contrast to the contribution, the value of the realization of Regional Original Income tends to fluctuate because, in 2016-2017, it increased, while in 2018, the realization value decreased.

The current study aims to describe the effectiveness of CTL approach (REACT) to improve students' self confidence in mathematics. It is a classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of the study were students of grade VIII MTs Nurul Ihsan Sukarara in the academic year 2017/2018 consisting of 29 students. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The findings show that students' confidence in mathematics in the first cycle reached 10.3% for high category, 55.2% for moderate, and 34.5% for low category. Meanwhile, in the second cycle students' self-confidence score on mathematics reached 6.9% for very high category, 72.41% for high category, and 20.69% for moderate. This study indicates that there is an increase of students' self confidence in mathematics due to CTL approach (REACT).

The purpose of this study for improve the students class X1 skill of SMAN 2 Central Bengkulu Tengah in write descriptive paragraph with estafet writing method. This study design is the design of classroom action research conducted in two cycles, the first cycle and the second cycle. Collecting data on the first cycle and the second cycle using test technique and nontest. The test used is a test action in the form of assignment to write a description, whereas nontest techniques used in the form of guidelines for observation, the journal guidelines, interview guides, and photo documentation guidelines. Data analysis technique of this research is qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative techniques are used to analyze and compare test results pre-cycle, the first cycle, the second cycle, and qualitative techniques used to analyze and compare the results nontest in the first cycle and the second cycle. Based on the analysis of research data, in class X1 totaling 30 students can be concluded that by using the estafet writing method can increase the skill of writing a paragraph descriptive. In the first cycle, the value of an average of 71.65% in the second cycle, the average value of 88.73%, an increase of 17.08%. This means that there is an increase in the skill of writing a paragraph descriptive of the students with estafet writing method. This increase can be seen from the results of tests conducted students in class X SMAN 2 Central Bengkulu 2016/2017 school year that includes the end of the test cycle test cycle I and II.
