Excellent human resources are the most important assets for the organization. Human resources in the organizations that have high morale can increase work productivity which also affects organizational performance. Employee passion can be increased with the support of a good environment. A good environment can be formed with minimal conflicts that occur and the mutation process is carried out appropriately. This analysis aimed to examine the various previous literatures that discuss the effects of conflict and mutations on work passion. This analysis used the literature study method which noted previous findings related to conflicts, mutations and morale, and then analyzes them coherently. The results of the literature review show that, 1) there is a negative influence between conflict and morale; 2) there is a positive influence between mutations and employee passion.

This study aims to 1) analyze the implementation of learning organization in PD ABC; 2) analyze the influence of learning organization towards performance improvement of PD ABC; 3) analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture towards learning organizations, 4) analyze the influence of learning organization, leadership and organizational culture towards performance improvement of PD ABC, and 5) formulate a sustainable learning organization strategy to improve the performance of PD ABC. Methods in this research were Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that 1) information systems and sharing of knowledge, organizational relationship, strategic leadership, collaboration and team learning need to be improved; 2) leadership has a positive influence and significant effect with learning organization but organizational culture has insignificant effect towards learning organization; 3) learning organization has a positive influence and significant effect towards improving PD ABC performance; learning organization has a positive influence and significant effect towards organizational performance, although leadership and organizational culture have a negative influence but insignificant effect towards performance organization; 4) in order to develop sustainable learning, PD ABC has to provide measurable evaluation and monitoring systems, transparent rewards and punishment, as well as competent people. Keywords: Leadership, learning organization, organizational culture, organizational performance, strategy Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) menganalisis penerapan organisasi pembelajar di PDABC; 2) menganalisis pengaruh organisasi pembelajar terhadap organisasi pembelajar, 3) menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dengan organisasi pembelajar; 4) menganalisis pengaruh organisasi pembelajar, kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja PD ABC; dan 5) memformulasikan strategi organisasi pembelajar berkelanjutan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja PD ABC. Metodologi penelitian ini mengambil data secara stratified random sampling ,analisadeskriptif,StructuralEquationModel (SEMLisrel), danAnalyticalHierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitianadalah 1) sistem informasi dan penyebaran pengetahuan, hubungan organisasi,kepemimpinan strategis, kolaborasi dan pembelajaran tim masih perlu ditingkatkan; 2)kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organisasi pembelajar, budaya organisasiberpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap organisasi pembelajar; 3) organisasi pembelajarberpengaruh signifikan dengan kinerja organisasi, namun kepemimpinan dan budayaorganisasi secara langsung berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan dengan kinerjaorganisasi 4) strategi meningkatkan kinerja PDABC melalui organisasi pembelajar yaitumenyediakan sistem evaluasi dan monitoring yang terukur serta reward dan punishment yangtransparan. Efektivitas kerja perlu didukung dengan penempatan orang yang tepat sesuai dengan kompetensinya dan melakukan pemberdayaan karyawan.Kata Kunci : Budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, kinerja organisasi, organisasi pembelajar, strategi

Human resources (HR) is an important aspect in supporting the sustainability of business activities in the company. A company can increase work productivity if there is good cooperation and a reciprocal relationship between the company's management and its employees. One way is to conduct training and development programs for employees. The achievement of an organization's goals depends on the performance of its employees. If a company wants the advantage of competing through human resources (HR), then it must contain the concept of training and development of human resources on an ongoing basis. Introduction: Hospitalized still be an unpleseasant experience and cause traumatic for children. So that children express with a feeling of angst, angry, fear, sad therefore need exerts his therapy playing for minimize anxiety on a child. Objective: The purpose of this literature study to find out therapy playing lego as the lower anxiety at the age of a preschool due to the hospitalized. Method: Research using data such as a base Google Scholar, PubMed, Elseveir, Science Direct and Pro-Ques with the key word in period 2015-2020. Results: Once in the 20 journal in accordance with the title and the results of a matrix by the synthesis in the group into three part of of the input, the process and output. Discussion: After done analysis of 20 journal provision therapy playing on the give positive influence of thw anxiety children are heavy became lighter was. Conclusion: Therapy playing lego effective used us a method of anxiety at the age of a preschool, besides being able to improve the remember and feeling and emotions, lego can also reduce anxiety in children due to the hospitalization.

This study is motivated by the performance of the Department of Environment and Hygiene Services of Bandung City which has not been optimal. This is partly due to the poor services in the underground water mining sector, thus it is a current synthesis. This study aims to explore and discuss organizational performance through policies that have been implemented. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of the study indicate that the performance of public organizations has not been optimal due to low responsibility, responsiveness, and accountability, as well as internal constraints that occur structurally, the competence of human resources and non-human resources that are not appropriate so that it affects performance in the underground water mining sector that does not comply rule. This study concludes that the organizational structure and human resources in public organizations have not been effective and efficient so that the completion of public services is hampered.

Education changes from time to time. In the classical period scientists learn autodidactically with iqra, reading the phenomena observed in the universe. When the era of the industrial revolution happened, education in general are in a schooling system which stiffer and less able to optimize the potential of students, so comes the concept of alternative education that is increasingly in demand and becomes people's choice. One form of alternative education that continues to grow is homeschooling where the flexibility of learning programs is wide enough and homeschooler can study anytime anywhere and with anyone in accordance with their interests, talents and potential. Nowadays homeschooling get recognition from Indonesia ministry department of education and homeschooler are given opportunity to continue their education to higher levels in public or private schools in Indonesia and overseas. Today we are in the digital era. Implementation of homeschooling before and in digital era is certainly different. The digital era like the two opposing sides of a coin, on the one side give a positive influence while on the other side carries a negative influence when it is less wise to use it. This research is a phenomenology research that describes homeschooling as an alternative education and how homeschooling is done in the digital era. The data were obtained through literature study and field study with respondents of homeschoolers in district of Banyumas, Central Java, Indonesia.

A study of qualitative research with data obtained from interviews, in-depth observation, and literature study was conducted in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan Province, describes the general social interaction in Pontianak City that leads to an associative form of interaction, although there is also a potential that leads to dissociative. Assositive interactions include accommodation in the form of a fairly tolerant attitude of religious life; assimilation in the form of cultural assimilation, especially the assimilation between religion and culture that strengthens the relationship of two things, and which strengthens the relationship between families, where cultural interaction strengthens inter-citizen harmony, especially among religious followers; as well as cooperation in the implementation of cultural activities antaretnik. However, dissociative interactions also occur that is the emergence of competition in the form of contradictions. The social systems in Pontianak influence the harmony between religious and inter-ethnic communities. These social systems are social systems built from ethnic Malay, Dayak, Bugis, Madurese, Javanese, and other ethnic groups. The process of working the social system on interethnic religious harmony in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan Province due to the diversity of ethnic groups that can have positive and negative impacts. Positive influence because strengthening the unity of ethnic intern and its negative influence is able to bring up the problem.

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and interest rate on economic growth in Indonesia and to determine the strategy of increasing economic growth in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The descriptive analysis explained that the growth of inflation and interest rate. Based on regression analysis, there is a positive influence between inflation on economic growth and the negative influence between the interest rate on economic growth in Indonesia. Strategies for increasing economic growth through human resources, entrepreneurs, employment, investment, export, and infrastructure.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.

Organizational performance is the end result of the work done to achieve organizational goals that have been established. All that is determined by the existence of good labor productivity. There are several things that affect the productivity of labor, including the provision of wages and discipline work. One way to reward and acknowledge the existence of manpower is through the provision of wages. In addition to wage factors, labor productivity can also be influenced by work discipline factors. This study aims to determine the effect of wages and discipline of work on the productivity of labor at the company's Duta Trans Jaya Jakarta. The population of the research ani there are 40 employees, so researcher uses saturated samples by using all the popolation. So the sample in this study is 40 people. Based on the above data it can be seen that the value for wage variables, and work discipline (simultaneously) has a significant effect on work productivity, where the significant value of F of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Ha accepted and Ho rejected this means that there is A significant influence between wage and work discipline variables on work productivity at PT.
