The Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government of the Francisco de Orellana canton is made up of the following rural parishes: Alejandro Labaka, Armenia, Dayuma, El Dorado, El Edén, García Moreno, Guayusa, Inés Arango, La Belleza, Nuevo Paraiso, Taracoa and the Urban Parish of El Coca. The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador (2008) establishes the rights of nature and protects the biodiversity of the Amazon ecosystem. This is complemented by the provisions of the Organic Code of Territorial Organization, Autonomy and Decentralization (2010), the Organic Code of the Environment (2017) and also the Organic Law for the Integrated Planning of the Special Amazon Territorial District (2018). This article reviewed compliance with municipal agro-environmental legislation in the Decentralized Municipal Autonomous Government of the Francisco de Orellana canton. This analysis was based on the publication of the Organic Law for the Integrated Planning of the Special Territorial District of the Amazon in the Official Registry Supplement 245, dated May 21, 2018. A qualitative methodology was used. Data were collected through analysis of public policies, regulations, legislation and ordinances, and interviews with the main actors of the Decentralized Municipal Autonomous Government. The results suggested that the Municipal Government seeks to protect the biodiversity of the Amazon ecosystem by adopting sustainable development and conservation policies, but it is clear that ordinances are needed for agro-environmental education, garbage classification, recycling, organic gardens, and greater integration into municipal agro-environmental projects. Keywords: agriculture, Amazon, environment, biodiversity, municipal, Ecuador. Protection of women and children is a mandate contained in the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the government to protect women and children from acts of violence or discrimination. The mandate is carried out by the government through several efforts to handle and prevent it through government programs that are made every year. However, until now the municipal government of Pekanbaru through the women's empowerment and child protection office does not yet have data on mapping the protection of women and children disaggregated by sex, age, type of case, and location of cases so that many child protection programs are not properly targeted according to the level of violence and types of violence in areas exposed to cases of violence. The application of the mapping application is a solution to this problem because, with computerized data on the protection of women and children, the government will make it easier to design management and prevention programs. This application displays complete indicators including data on violence mapped in the geographic form of the city of Pekanbaru which is divided into the scope of the sub-district and given a color as an indicator of high or low cases of violence in the area, violence data is displayed disaggregated according to gender, age, types of cases and locations of incidents and in addition, this application applies a case-control design to provide recommendations to the government regarding handling and prevention programs in areas exposed to cases of violence against women and children. This application will make it easier for the government to design programs to protect women and children and to reduce the number of violence against women and children which always increases every year.

ABSTRACTThis paper aims to show how Brazilian media portrays women in politics. Articles about two public female figures published by Brazilian weekly news magazines, Veja and IstoÉ, were analyzed. While Veja tried to show the Second Lady Marcela Temer as a “beautiful, demure housewife”, IstoÉ portrayed the President of the Republic, Dilma Rousseff, as hysterical, intemperate, and published the headline “The nervous explosions of the President”. Both editions were published in the context of Dilma Rousseff (PT) impeachment trial. Between April and August 2016, the lower chamber voted for impeachment and the Senate voted to begin the trial, resulting in Rousseff’s suspension. Using the Political Economy of Communication as theoretical reference, this paper shows the patriarchal, misogynist and prejudiced character of the magazines, which reproduce sexist ideas.   KEYWORDS: Media; Political Economy of Communications; Dilma Rouseff; Marcela Temer; Sexism. Festa popular. Meios de comunicação. Público.  THE EFFECTS OF MIMESE: examination of the meaning of popular festival in Rousseau and radio broadcast in Walter BenjaminAbstract: The discussion about the theater, the popular party and even the radio broadcast is part of the more general reflection on the effects of mimesis. For Rousseau, the theater does not teach man to be virtuous, but curiously, can it strength their addictions, reflecting them. In defining the overall effects of the theater Rousseau reaffirms his disbelief regarding its civilizing function. It is interesting that the effects of theater to Rousseau are only negative – imitation of vicious actions. If the theater represents virtue, its main effect is to "reduce  to some elusive feelings, sterile and void, all the duties of man, in making us applaud our courage, praising of other´s, our humanity, regretting the evils that we could heal, or our charity when we say to the poor: God protect you "(Rousseau, Letter to D'Alembert, 1993: 47). Rousseau does not reject the theater, but presents the qualities of convenient theater in the republic. The main feature of this spectacle is the inseparability between spectator and spectacle. He proposes instead this spectacle the civic party characterized by "reciprocity" of the voices that leads to overcome isolation. We intend to make a comparative study between this proposal and Benjamin´s radio plays, with which the author presents a new popularity that is for him a key position in relation to new media. The popularization does not legitimate itself through simplification, but by its pragmatic action. Keywords: Mimesis. Entertainment. Popular party. Media. Regionalization of Serbia, as an instruments whose adequate use would contribute to a decrease in interregional differences in development of certain parts, represents a complex task, which is only to some extent finished by adopting bigger territorial parts in Serbia. This work is made for the purpose of presenting the problems with regional planning process deriving from inconsistency which exists between administrative territorial organization into districts of the Republic of Serbia and functional areas of regional centers defined by The Spatial Plan of the Republic of Serbia, issued in 1996, then functional urban areas presented in The Strategy of Spatial Development of the Republic of Serbia in 2009-2013-2020 and in The Draft Law of Spatial Plan of the Republic of Serbia in 2010-2014-2021. Moreover, the work compares the above mentioned spatial areas with planned regions, for which the drawing up of regional spatial plans is scheduled, namely with statistical macroregions, whose defining is one of the recently adopted decisions in the Republic of Serbia. The aim of pointing out to the above mentioned inconsistency in so far used concepts of regionalization, is to contribute to the quality of regional planning of development, as well as to finding solutions which would refer to establishing borders of smaller, meso-regional totalities, and also to the determination of authorities of both middle levels of administration in our country. .

ADOLESCENT TRANSITION AND HIS IMPACTIENCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CRITICAL THINKING AND BEHAVIORAL TRAINING ABSTRACT Is the environment which surrounds our children safe? Do we know what changes occur both internally and externally in the adolescent stage? Is family a factor of protection or risk? There is an evolutionary stage of the human being where the person begins to develop the critical thinking and behavioral formation, then a war between ‘’ideals’’ and ‘’individual training’’ appears. In Ecuador, there are many types of violence in adolescence, and self-violence can be seen as a form of expression ‘’fashion’’ or a desperate cry for all that is received in the environment and a lack of understanding of itself. These physiological changes influence thinking and training. The paperwork presented here, objecting to proposing actions to guide teenagers in knowledge from a real perspective to reach the ideal, and families to prevent violence, act as a protective factor and healthy lifestyle. Bibliographical analysis provides recommendations for teachers, parents, and students on priority attention framed in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and thus avoid actions of violence, based on educational work that takes place in the school. KEYWORDS: physiological; psychological changes; critical thinking; behavioral formation.

Deep underground reservoirs are characterized by a stable structure with unique properties to contain and retain various production waste for a long time in a safe condition. In this context, deep underground aquifers are considered as localized underground targets designed for industrial waste disposal to prevent or reduce a maninduced load on surface water bodies, resources of which are sought-for the drinking and domestic water supply.  In the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the limits for the environmental emissions are established within the maximum permissible discharges (MPD) of industrial wastewater exclusively for surface water bodies. At the same time, no define procedural conditions were determined in the legal norms for MPD limitation when injecting industrial wastewater to the underground aquifers that are also referred to the water bodies as defined.  A methodological approach to the limitation of harmful and (or) hazardous substances in industrial wastewater injected to the deep underground localized horizons is considered in the proposed review based on the existing developments of the leading oil companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan taking into account the requirements of the national environmental legislation.

INA-Industrija nafte d.d., is one of the largest companies in the Republic of Croatia. Its principal activities are oil and gas exploration and exploitation, oil refining and processing, oil and gas transportation and sale of fuels and associated products. Such a type and scope of activities requires a major responsibility and a systematic approach to planning, implementing and monitoring the environmental protection. In 1998 INA management adopted so called “green” documents for the purpose of improving the environmental protection activities: “Decision on establishing an integral environment management system” and “Environmental protection policy declaration”. The system implementation activities are under way and four organizational units of INA have obtained ISO 14001 certificate for the successfully implemented environment management system. This paper provides an insight into INA’s environment impacts as well as information about the performed environmental protection management activities and achievement of sustainable development. The attention is drawn to the way company’s units carry out their activities to comply with the current environmental legislation. The information is also provided on INA’s way to participate in national eco-projects and cooperation with international institutions in order to achieve eco-efficiency. Following the requirements according ISO 14001, as well as by major investments, INA contributes to the environmental improvement on local, regional and global levels.
