the quality of human resources. Learning orientation contributes to determining the learning outcomes of an educational process. This research paper aims to discover the learning orientation of adolescent dropouts in attending sewing skill training at BPRSR Yogyakarta. This study was a qualitative research using the phenomenological approach conducted at BPRS Yogyakarta. The subject of this study were adolescent dropouts who became participants in sewing skill training. Observation, deep interview, and documentation study were used to collect the data in this research. The result showed that there were three types of participants learning orientations: 1) Skill assignment goal 2) Certificate goal 3) spending time detention goal. Learning orientation affected participants learning outcomes, therefore not ideal orientation needs mental and motivation mentoring.

Адаптированы основные элементы концепции «менеджмента знаний» для оценки результатов обучения школьников на примере цифровой образовательной платформы. Предложены подходы к количественному и качественному измерению предметных компетенций и soft skills. Is devoted to the problem of improving the quality of the educational process. The methodology of quantitative and qualitative assessment of the development of modules of the multimedia educational complex on the example of the subject«History», 5th grade is developed. The main elements of the concept of «knowledge management» are adapted to evaluate the results of school students' learning on the example of a digital educational platform. Approaches to the quantitative and qualitative measurement of subject competencies and soft skills are proposed.

Increasing pressure on the quality of the educational content brings the need to address the issue of hidden mechanisms in the educational process that have impacts on the quality of knowledge and skills. This article discusses the existence of the hidden curriculum in lifelong learning and puts it into the context of the lifelong Professional Military Education as it is provided at the Centre for Security and Military Strategic Studies at the University of Defence. The uncovering of the hidden content in education may not be a welcome process, in extreme it may become unacceptable. However, hidden content can affect the achieved learning outcomes, as well as their deliberate disclosure and appropriate processing. The aim of the article is to describe whether and with what benefit can the concept of the hidden curriculum be applied to professional military education in the Centre for Security and Military Strategic Studies environment.

This study aims to analyze and understand the training and development program carried out by SMP YAMIS Jakarta in improving the quality of its human resources. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done through data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that the training and development program carried out by SMP YAMIS Jakarta in improving the quality of its human resources was through the Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) activities which were carried out periodically by the existing schedule, involving teachers in seminars on learning methods that creative, innovative and fun, holding independent training in schools by inviting resource persons who are experts in the field, and programmed supervision carried out by school principals to employees regarding the achievement of planned educational goals.

This research was the qualitative research that aimed to improve students understanding of junior high mathematics study. In accordance with the object to be studied, then this research is done in 3 times open class consisting of the plan, do, and see for each cycle, with the subject of research was the students of mathematics education department of FKIP UNIPA whom contracting subjects junior mathematics studies. To improve students understanding of the material, implementation of peer tutor methods was continuously modified based on the findings of each cycle. Based on the results of the implementation of Lesson Study as much as 3 cycles obtained the concluded that the learning outcomes of learners used peer tutor approach that modified each cycle has a significant increase. This was evident from students who answered the test correctly given at the end of each meeting. In the first cycle, from 27 students only 4 who can answer the test correctly that is equal to 14.81%, the second cycle, from 27 learners only 10 which was able to answer the test correctly that was equal to 37,04%, whereas in cycle III, from 26 students 21 students able to answer correctly that was equal to 80,77%

This chapter explores the possibility of adopting a data-driven approach to connecting teacher-made assessments with course learning outcomes. The authors begin by describing several key concepts, such as outcome-based education, curriculum alignment, and teacher-made assessments. Then, the context of the research site and the subject in question are described and the use of structural equation modeling (SEM) in this curriculum alignment study is explained. After that, the results of these SEM analyses are presented, and the various models derived from the analyses are discussed. In particular, the authors highlight how a data-driven curriculum model can benefit from input by curriculum leaders and how SEM provides insights into course development and enhancement. The chapter concludes with recommendations for curriculum leaders and front-line teachers to improve the quality of teacher-made assessments.

ABSTRAK Learning Arabic for the world of the Salaf Islamic Boarding School, which focuses on the study of the Yellow Book is one of the most important foundations because without understanding Arabic properly, it will face many difficulties. The learning system in Islamic boarding schools is often called Madrasah Diniyah. This Madrasah is one of the religious education institutions on the outside school path, which is expected to be able to continuously provide Islamic religious education to unmet students on the school path through the classical system. To study this problem, this research was carried out in the Madrasah Diniyah Al-Tarmasi with the subject of madrasah management from the Madrasah Headmaster, the board of teachers and education staff as well. Collecting data in this study are used interviews, observation and documentation as the main instruments with data triangulation as the analytical knife. The results of the study shown that there are several efforts by the Headmaster of Madrasah and teachers in improving the Quality of Arabic language learning by pouring a number of Strategies in: 1) Strategies to improve curriculum and the process of  Arabic learning. 2) Strategies for improving the quality of human resources to improve Arabic learning. 3) Strategies for improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of Arabiclearning. Abstract The purpose of this study is howthe implementation of cultural art learning media (music) using audiovisual media at class IX in SMP 2 Pariaman. Type of this research was classroom action research that was classified as qualitative research. The research method was carried out by using the class action research method proposed by Suharsimi Arikunto as follows: (1) Planning (2) Acting (3)Observing (4) Observing (4) Reflecting. Techniques of data collection used some  instrumentsin the form of students observation sheets, observations and teacher performance in learning process, meanwhile, in determining the quality of students learning outcomes used anevaluation / test sheets. he results show that the use of audiovisual learning media can improve the students learning outcomes in Cultural Arts (Music) subject. The initial average value is 70.00, in the first cycle is 71.87 and in the second cycle is 87.34. Keywords: Learning, cultural Arts (music), audiovisual media

In 2015 we have entered in a free trade system in the Southeast Asian region which is called frequently as ASEAN Economic Society (MEA). We have known that MEA aims to increase the economic stability in the ASEAN region and forming a strong economic area  inter-ASEAN countries. By implementing MEA in the late of 2015, the member country of ASEAN will sell goods and services easily to the other countries throughout Southeast Asia so that this can effect to the very intensive competition. In this matter, the significant thing which should be done by the Indonesian government especially city government of Lhokseumawe in facing the MEA is by preparing the quality human resources to be compete in the regional and international level. For increasing the quality of human resources is through the educational instituion at least by increasing the role of school supervisor to oversee and control toward the educational process. Without supports of supervising of school, education will not work optimally because the school supervisors responsible in controlling and giving advices for educational achievements.
