The modern Russian school is focused on the active socialization and individualization of children with disabilities. Inclusive education determines the possibility of teaching children with disabilities varying severity in the conditions of primary general education, outside correctional classes. This situation dictates the need to study and assess the adaptation of children with disabilities to learning in a new social role - the role of the student. Psychophysiological adaptation is an important condition for the preservation and strengthening of students' health. Accordingly, the control of the adaptation processes of the body, the state of health, the level and harmony of physical development is a prerequisite for the development of a system for diagnosing and correcting maladaptive states. The objective of our research was to evaluate and compare the results of the study of physical development, somatic health, and adaptive capabilities of younger students with normal speech development and speech disorders during entering the school. The physical development of students was assessed using the somatometric, somatoscopic, and physiometric methods. The adaptive potential of the body was measured by R.M. Baevsky’s method. Somatic health levels were determined by Apanasenko’s method. Speech development was evaluated according to the test method for diagnosing oral speech by Fotekova, attitude to school and emotional background - by  Orekhova’s test. Based on the analysis of the results of this examination, the students were divided into 2 groups: #1 - with normal speech development, #2 - with speech disorder. It was established that physical development in 67% of younger schoolchildren with normal speech development and 75% with speech disorders is either disharmonious or sharply disharmonious. Somatic health levels in 73% of primary school students are low, 21% are below average, the process of adaptation of children to new living conditions is characterized by the stress of physiological mechanisms and is often carried out at the expense of functional reserves, which is especially typical of children with speech disorders. Disproportionate physical development, low level of somatic health and unfavorable adaptation are caused, apparently, by a number of factors, the first of which is the lack of physical activity of children..         Keywords: adaptative potential, physical activity, misadaptation, health, stress, body functionality, inclusive education, speech disorders, elementary school;

The health of students and their physical fitness are among the most important and urgent problems. Health depends to a large extent on the way of life, covering the entire complex of life processes and the entire area of human interaction with the environment. When studying the functional state of the body, the most important are the indicators of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, the assessment of the level of physical development, fitness, functional capabilities and deviations in health. Motor activity increases the adaptation of the human body to changing environmental conditions and improves all adaptive mechanisms. Decreased physical activity contributes to an increase in the number of disorders in the body, which entails the risk of mental and physical discomfort in students.

As we know, there are many fields of pedagogical science. One of the most important areas is special pedagogy. Special pedagogy studies the issues of education and upbringing of children with physical and mental disabilities. People with disabilities are those who are relatively disabled in terms of any part of the body or the brain. In our country, special attention is paid to the education of people with disabilities. Inclusive education creates conditions for the protection of social equality, education and other special needs of children with disabilities. According to the teaching methodology, inclusive education prevents discrimination against children, allows people with various diseases to get a perfect education and succeed. Its main task is to create an environment for vocational training of people with disabilities. In modern times, people with disabilities should not be seen as sick, but as people with disabilities. This shapes the social approach to disability. The social model allows these children to exercise their rights to develop their skills. The purpose of inclusive physical education is to teach students to move together, which promotes the improvement and development of human psychophysical abilities. Different exercises should be chosen for each lesson and combined in such a way as to have a comprehensive effect on the body and ensure that each student can perform. It is necessary to ensure the general requirements and their specificity when arranging lessons. Sports have a great impact on the development of the personality of children with disabilities as normal children. Sport is one of the most important conditions for everyone and is acceptable for any age group. All these procedures are more effective when performed in unison. Let's protect our child's life together for a healthy life and step into a healthy future Key words: Inclusion, inclusive education, inclusive physical education, a person with disabilities, special education

The article discusses the theoretical foundations and ways of developing lexical skills and abilities of children with speech disorders. We considered effective methods for developing speech skills in children with disabilities. Defining learning methods by source of knowledge we studied the close relationship with their grouping by type of knowledge. In order to enrich the vocabulary of children with speech disorders, each teacher should pay special attention to the following processes of speech development in Kazakh language lessons. These are: the ability to correctly use a word in its meaning; the ability to correctly give a written game; the ability to use keywords. Depending on the features of language proficiency, the ability to use language tools for communication purposes, to improve the level of skills and abilities of language development, are considered on the basis of known language systems, language structures and language units, educational materials at school.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of the features of inflection skills of the preschoolers with a general speech disorders. The problem of studying the grammatical structure of speech plays a leading role in modern scientific and practical research, and the question of the mechanisms of the formation of grammatical patterns of language of children having general speech underdevelopment and the development of recommendations for speech therapy effects on this basis is especially relevant. Taking this factor into consideration, it is important to study the characteristics of inflection skills of preschoolers with a general speech disorders, as one of the categories of the grammatical structure. Accordingly, the purpose of the study was to investigate the characteristics of inflection skills of preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment. In accordance with the purpose, the course of the study is described, its results are analyzed, and conclusions are formulated. Accordingly, recommendations for speech therapy have been developed.Materials and methods. The study of the features of inflection skills of preschoolers with a general underdevelopment of speech was carried out in several stages. At the stage of analysis, synthesis, generalization and comparison of scientific literature data, the main theoretical and practical works of leading specialists were studied, dealing with the problem of formation and development of inflection skills in both normal and impaired speech development process. At the stage of the ascertaining experiment, preschoolers were offered a test aimed at determining the level of formation of inflection skills. At the final stage, empirical methods for processing empirical data (quantitative and qualitative analysis) were used.Results. As a result of the study, it was found that the inflection skills  of preschool children with general speech disorders are mainly formed at a lower-than-average level, while their peers with normal speech development are formed at a high level. The hypothesis of the study, which suggested that the word-modification skills of preschoolers with General speech disorders, in contrast to preschoolers with normal speech development, are characterized by inconsistencies in gender, number, case of nouns and adjectives, errors in the use of forms of number and gender of verbs, was confirmed.Discussion and Conclusions. Taking into consideration the results of the study, we concluded that there is a need for speech therapy to compensate for the underdevelopment of inflection skills, as a result, logopedic recommendations were developed for developing inflection skills of preschool children with general speech disorders, which are part of a comprehensive speech therapy on the development of oral speech.

This article discusses the adaptation of the body of mature women of the second period from 36 to 55 years under the influence of physical activity, namely the dance fitness program zumba. The problem of the study is that with all the diversity of the fitness industry, there is no personalization of classes for mature women. The authors conducted an experiment suggesting that regular dance fitness classes increase the adaptive potential of women and stabilize the main functional indicators of the body. The paper reveals the features of this age group and the ways to adequately influence them. As a result of the experiment, the research hypothesis was confirmed, the adaptive potential increased, which allows the author to recommend the proposed type of physical activity for use in various physical education institutions. In addition, there was a need to reveal the methodology of classes in more detail in subsequent works.

The article focuses on the fact that the leading condition for the physical development of a human is to achieve success in a healthy lifestyle. Healthy living is a practical action aimed at preventing diseases, strengthening all systems of the body and improving the overall well-being of the person. Optimal motor activity basis of the method of formation of healthy lifestyle, which influences different spheres of modern human life. Its need is determined by the patterns of normal growth and body development. It provides for the development and improvement of various processes of vital activity, support and promotion of health. Human physical activity with harmonious combination exercise, are indispensable means of preventing diseases, important factors for promoting human health and maintaining its efficiency. According to the definition of the World Health Organization, daily motor activity includes types of movements aimed at meeting the natural human needs (sleep, personal hygiene, eating, efforts spent on its preparation, purchase of products), as well as training and production activities, and specially organized physical activity combines various forms of exercise in its structure. The uniqueness of cycling is that during training you not only imitate mountain biking, but also exercise, and all this is done under pleasant music and under the guidance of an experienced trainer and lasts 45-55 minutes. During the exercise, almost all skeletal muscles are activated, and the load is distributed almost evenly into the upper and lower body. Variety of physical exercises, accuracy of dosing of loads, make the exercise on bikes accessible to people of different age categories. One of the main conditions for the physical development of young people, achieving success in a healthy life is health itself. Human health depends on the lifestyle that characterizes the conditions and features of daily life. Lifestyles cover different spheres: work, study, life, social life, culture, people's behavior and their spiritual values.

The beginning of children’s school education is a potential risk of morphofunctional and psycho-physiological disorders in the body because of the significant reduction in daily physical activity, the change in day regimen, emotional and intellectual stress, which are often inadequate for the age-related psycho-physiological capabilities of schoolchildren. In this paper, we analyzed the literature on the development of modern children of primary school age according to the results of the assessment of morphological, functional and mental indicators. The identification of a general trend in the development of primary school-aged children is necessary for determination and development of health-saving programs to implement in the system of modern education. A review of data on the development of younger school children over the past 20 years shows an increase in the number of children with digressions in physical development, deterioration in physical fitness, delay of biological age from actual age, stress of the cardiovascular system, decrease in lung capacity and muscle strength. This pattern is manifested regardless of the region of residence and the nationality of children. There is an increase in the number of children with learning difficulties. Among the reasons for these changes, researchers highlight the complexity of the educational program, physical inactivity, the delay of physical development and, at the same time, medical and social successes of the state, allowing preserving the life of newborns even with somatic and neurological abnormalities. In connection with the identified trend of development of modern primary school children, the measures are needed to optimize children’s learning activities by the following criteria: level of physical activity, intensity of intellectual loads, rest mode.

The purpose of the work is to characterize the biomedical component in the training of specialists in the field of knowledge 01 Education / Pedagogy in specialties 014 Secondary education (physical culture), 014 Secondary education (human health), 017 Physical culture and sports. Research methods. To obtain the most significant research results and their interpretation, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis and synthesis, systematization, generalization of information presented in scientific sources of information. Medical and biological support of physical culture is most justified, connected with the influence of physical exercises on the human body, the subject of which is the problems of human physical development, the activity of the main functional systems of the body, biochemical processes in the implementation of motor activity. This is due to the study of human health, the health-improving effect of motor exercises, adaptation to physical activity, determination of the influence of intense muscular activity on the body systems, adaptive changes in the life support system and regulation of human motor activity. Human motor activity associated with physical activity is one of the main factors that ensures normal vital activity, the basis for mental and physical development in ontogenesis. At the same time, mainly in the biomedical sciences, the physical qualities of a person are considered as natural (biological) properties without taking into account the integral individuality. Medical and biological education in physical culture of a person has recently been due to the active study of integrative approaches to the physical condition of a person. A future teacher of physical culture in the learning process should form a universal competence based on the sports and physical culture of the individual, reflecting its integrative nature. An integrated factor in physical culture and sports is movement, the direction of which is determined by operational, current and long-term goals of physical activity.
