KAMMI cadre education process is a process that is continuous and constantly experiencing growth. From a number of trainings attended by KAMMI cadres, there is a tendency and correlation between KAMMI cadre patterns and the religious behavior of participants / cadres. The higher the level of education followed by KAMMI pastors / cadres, the more thought patterns and religious behavior of participants / cadres will be formed as a Muslim person. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The purpose of this research is to find out the pattern of cadre of Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Muslim Indonesia (KAMMI) in universities throughout Palembang in shaping Muslim personalities, to find out their Muslim personalities and to understand the religious behavior of their cadres. The results showed that the KAMMI cadre pattern was oriented to the Cadre Identity Index (IJDK) as a measure to determine the success of the cadre pattern that was carried out and the implementation of the KAMMI cadre pattern in shaping Muslim personalities in direct proportion to the level of cadre membership. Muslim personalities will be formed when KAMMI members / cadres follow the regeneration pattern to the maximum. The pattern of KAMMI cadre formation of Muslim personalities has implications for the cadre's religious behavior. Referring to the understanding of Muslim personality from Hasan Al-banna about muwashofat Muslim personality, that KAMMI cadres in terms of aqidah, worship and morality tend to have reached mowasofat or cadre identity index (IJDK) but in some muwashofat (index) or indicators are still lacking, as in the case of maintaining physical / physical health, expertise and breadth of scientific insight, especially foreign languages and writing scientific papers. In addition, in terms of economic independence, the majority of KAMMI cadres are still not economically independent.

This paper seeks to give in a concise manner a holistic characterization of English, French, German and Russian, revealing at the same time the types of thinking (or thought patterns) involving these languages. The four languages are characterized respectively as being experiential/pragmatic, rational/ dualistic, idealistic, and antithetical. Based on these observations, some suggestions as to the pedagogy of foreign languages are also made.

Collective immunity to emancipation policy Collective immunity to emancipation policy Through qualitative research it will be identified how part-time working mothers are related to the current emancipation debate. Increase in employment participation as a policy goal, has become dominant in the emancipation policy of the Cabinet in recent years. That women with children now largely work part-time does not ensure the economic independence, which the Cabinet and feminists had in mind. Research from Portegijs and Keuzekamp (2008) has shown that women follow their personal beliefs regarding the performance of the childcare role. That stimulating Cabinet measures are not heard by part-time working women, is a sign that the emancipation policy does not adequately meet the needs of women themselves. Economic motives count limited for the choice of women to provide care. Idealistic motives are decisive. The importance of a proper development of children is their first concern.

O objetivo do presente artigo é identificar as ações da formadora e a dinâmica de uma Comunidade de Prática de Formação de Professores de Matemática - CoP- FoPMat que contribuíram para constituição/mobilização de Conhecimentos Tecnológicos e Pedagógicos do Conteúdo – TPACK. Para tanto, foi realizada uma investigação qualitativa de cunho interpretativos da prática dessa comunidade no empreendimento de discutir modos de integrar o software GeoGebra no ensino de matemática. Os resultados evidenciaram que as ações da formadora e a dinâmica da CoP promoveram o engajamento mútuo de seus membros no processo de formação, a constituição de um repertório específico que fomentou a construção/mobilização de conhecimentos necessários para integração tecnologias digitais no ensino de Matemática.The purpose of this article is to identify the actions of the professor and the dynamics of a Community of Practice of Mathematics Teachers Education - CoP-FoPMat that contributed to the constitution/mobilization of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge - TPACK. Therefore, a qualitative research of interpretation nature of practice episodes of this community in the project to discuss ways of integrating GeoGebra software in mathematics teaching was done. The results showed that the actions of the professor and dynamics of CoP promoted the mutual engagement of its members in the education process, the establishment of a specific repertoire that fomented the construction/mobilization expertise to integrate digital technologies in mathematics education.

Teaching a communication language is not only grammatical patterns in which words are embedded, but it is also a function of the language. The function of the language – is the goal that must be achieved through written or spoken forms. Using the function of the language, you carry out the act of communication. The main goal in the communication process is to understand people, i.e. to understand the context. Culture is a central part to all types of the contexts. Understanding of the contexts implies that a person knows these cultural meanings related to time, place, person and circumstances. Many researchers define the main role of a teacher as a “driving force” in mastering cultural knowledge among students who study foreign languages during the education process.

ABSTRAK: Artikel ini menguraikan tentang hasil penelitian analisis kebutuhan bahan ajar mata kuliah bahasa indonesi pada jurusan ilmu hukum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kulitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan langkah, reduksi, klasifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar matakuliah bahasa indonesia jurusan ilmu hukum mencakup materi tentang (1) membaca dengan analisis untuk mengetahui gagasan atu ide-ide bacaan dan melakukan penilaian bahan bacaan, (3) mendeskripsikan suatu kejadian yang beraspek hukum dalam bentuk tertulis secara objektif, (4) menulis karya ilmiah, (5) menyimak, dan (6) berbicara ilmiah. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan penyesuaian silabus mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia.KATA KUNCI: Bahan Ajar, Bahasa Indonesia, Ilmu Hukum.��ABSTRACT: This article describes the results of research into the analysis of the needs of Indonesian language teaching materials in the department of law. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive research. Data collection is done by interview and data processing is done by steps, reduction, classification, and conclusion collection. The results of the study show that Indonesian language teaching materials majoring in law include material about (1) reading with analysis to understand thinking or reading ideas and reading reading material, (3) describing cases that have aspects (4) writing scientific papers, (5) listening, and (6) speaking scientifically. <p><em>The research method is the most essential element in conducting scientific research. Teachers need to master scientific research methods as a prerequisite for writing scientific papers, which are part of improving teachers' quality and professionalism. In addition, scientific research and publications are requirements for applications for promotion of functional ranks and government teacher certification. The aim of this workshop is to help teachers understand quantitative and qualitative research methods. The workshop is carried out through class discussions with the participants. The speaker first presented the material, then continued with a simple guided exercise in the class discussion. The data from the workshop were collected by means of tests to see the participants' understanding of the material and a questionnaire to see the usefulness of the workshop given. Based on the survey results, it was found that this research method workshop was well understood and beneficial to teachers. <strong></strong></em></p><p><strong>ABSTRACT (INDONESIAN):</strong> Metode penelitian menjadi elemen yang sangat penting dalam membuat penelitian ilmiah. Para guru perlu menguasi metode penelitian ilmiah sebagai bekal menulis karya ilmiah yang termasuk salah satu upaya peningkatan kualitas profesionalisme guru. Lebih lagi, penelitian ilmiah dan publikasi merupakan syarat pengajuan kenaikan jabatan fungsional guru serta sertifikasi. Tujuan dari <em>workshop</em> ini adalah untuk membantu para guru untuk memiliki pengetahuan mengenai metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. <em>Workshop</em> dilakukan melalui diskusi kelas dengan peserta. Pembicara terlebih dahulu mempresentasikan materi, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan latihan terbimbing sederhana dalam diskusi kelas. Data hasil <em>workshop</em> dikumpulkan melalui tes untuk melihat pemahaman peserta terhadap materi dan angket untuk melihat kegunaan <em>workshop</em> yang diberikan. Berdasarkan survey angket, diketahui bahwa workshop metode penelitian ini dapat dipahami dengan baik dianggap bermanfaat bagi para guru.</p>

Abstract. This article aims to determine the achievement of the standard education process at Cisaat 1 Public Middle School. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by collecting data in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the attainment of process standards at Cisaat 1 Public High School is 96.2% when compared to all the maximum scores that should be achieved in the standard process forms. This study recommends exploring the indicators that have not been optimally achieved, especially indicators of a maximum of 32 people. Although it feels good, empowerment, utilization and maintenance of the learning process in schools must be improved. This is intended to improve the quality of education and satisfaction of community expectations.Abstrak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian standar proses pendidikan di SMPN 1 Cisaat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitaian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian standar proses di SMPN 1 Cisaat sebesar 96,2% jika dibanding dengan seluruh skor maksimum yang seharusnya dicapai pada borang standar proses. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk mendalami indikator-indikator yang belum tercapai dengan optimal khususnya indikator  rombongan belajar maksimum 32 orang. Meski dirasa telah baik, namun pemberdayaan, pemanfaatan dan pemeliharaan proses pembelajaran disekolah harus ditingkatkan. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan pemuasan harapan masyarakat.

The article deals with Vasyl Gorlenko, one of the most prominent Ukrainian culturologists of the late nineteenth century – beginning of the XX century. Whose name on the one hand did not belong to the forgotten names: it is fixed in all professional encyclopedias, many articles have been written about it, it is mentioned in the memoirs of contemporaries, there are even three monographs, on the other hand all this is very small, going out from what was done by Vasily Petrovich. There are a lot of problems raised in the writings of V. Gorlenko. There are some that are extremely important. It was established that studying at the famous Sorbonne, he passed the beautiful school of the French theoretician of literature and art critic Ivan T., French classical literature and art, thus receiving a high level of education, education of the best spiritual traits of behavior, possessed at least 5 foreign languages. It was discovered that when V.Gorlenko returned to his homeland, he first met in St. Petersburg with many prominent figures who came from his native land. One of these places of acquaintances is "Tuesdays" by M. Kostomarov. It was on them that V. Gorlenko was a true school of Ukrainian studies. And when Ukraine appeared periodicals that were in line with its patriotic interests, V. Gorlenko began to work with them. In the newspaper Trud, after twenty years of actual silence about T. Shevchenko, the first in Ukraine is a fragment of Russian tales of Taras Shevchenko "A walk with pleasure and not without morality" and the story "The Musician" with some reproach to everyone else who hadn’t done it already. It was found out that the Ukrainian elite rallied around the magazine "Kievan old woman" (1882-1906): V. Antonovich, D. Bagaliy, M. Belyashivsky, P. Golubovsky, V. Domanytsky, P. Efimenko, P. Zhitetsky, O. Lazarevsky, O. Levitsky, M. Sumtsov, V. Tarnovsky and many others. Here were M. Drahomanov, M. Kostomarov, V. Vynnychenko, Panas Mirnyi, I. Franko, M. Staritsky and dozens of other Ukrainian scholars and writers. Among them Vasyl Horlenko. Currently, 114-th of his publications, contained in this publication, are known. Articles, reviews, reviews of publications, information, folk records - each of these publications is an example of scientific conscientiousness and responsibility of the author. It was here that his multifaceted talent of journalist, literary critic and historian, ethnographer and folklorist, art historian, expert in Ukrainian antiquity was revealed. Quite often, V.n Gorlenko was the first, who write about the works of P. Mirny, I. Franko, I. Karpenko-Karyi, M. Kropivnitsky, I. Manzhuro and many others. Invaluable source in the study of both the personality of V. Gorlenko and his environment is his correspondence. Currently, there are about 40 recipients and more than 700 letters to him and partly to him. He corresponded with many Ukrainian and foreign writers, scholars, and cultural figures. He loved Ukraine most of all and was afraid of those revolutions that were devastated, death, spiritual impoverishment, barbarism; advocated the steadfast development of society, feeling as an integral part of its people, small and great Nature. Therefore, it remained for us a bright star of the unimpeded space of culture.

The article is focused on an analysis of educational attainment of an individual and income ­situation of their household. At the beginning, a compendious summary of secondary sources is introduced. It resumes data supporting and contradicting the hypothesis about education as a determinant of an income situation. The preliminary theses analysis is performed by results quantification of a project called European Union – Statistics on Income and Living Conditions (EU-SILC). Aim of the paper is to verify the input thesis assumed from secondary resources. The thesis concerns the direct ­proportion between a level of education achieved and level of financial income. An introduction of a methodolo­gy and research summarized data forms a basis for particular analyses which are based on a conjunction of obtained information on household average monthly income and the educational attainment of their leading member. Analyses are sustained by contingency which characteri­zes social groups, i.e. spheres in which leading members are mostly involved with regard to income.Research results proved the validity of the preliminary thesis about correlation, respectively direct proportionality of educational attainment and monthly income amount. Education is consequently identified as one of income situation determinants. The authors anticipate specificity of the selected point of view. Results are therefore presented only as a partial argument and a possible base for further enquiries.

The article «Lesson study is the effective method for improving the teacher’s professional communicative competence” considers the effectiveness of communicative training technology as the means of forming the teacher’s professional competence. The purpose of this article is to determine the importance of cooperation between teachers to improve the professional qualifications of teachers. The article explains that, “Lesson Study” is one of the forms of improving the teacher’s pedagogical skills on improving the level of education of the future generation, while remaining at their jobs.
