This study aims to describe and analyze critically the professionalism of teachers in the form of PAI religiosity fourth grade students at SDN 2 Pengarayan. This research is a qualitative research taking the location of SDN 2 Pengarayan. Data collection are getting by observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis were carried out by examining all data, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verifying data. Data checking is done by triangulation with two modes, namely using multiple sources and multiple methods. The results of the study show: (1) PAI teachers in SDN 2 Pengarayan are professional, which is indicated by having four competencies: pedagogic competency, personality competence, professional competence and social competence. (2) PAI teachers is forming the religiosity of fourth grade students in SDN 2 Pengarayan through five dimensions of religiosity (Belief, worship, appreciation, knowledge and experience), using habituation methods related to four competencies as follows : Pedagogical aspects: Prepare syllabus and lesson plans. Personality Aspect: Making the dhuhur prayer schedule in congregation and assistance, praying duha and reciting the Asmaul Husna. Professional Aspects: BATUHA (Read Write Al-Qur'an), PHBI (Commemoration of Islamic Day) and Muadzin. Social Aspects: Making Tambourine Music Group, Ramadhan pesantren and habit of greeting. (3) The obstacles faced by PAI teachers in forming the religiosity of students in SDN 2 Pengarayan are the limitations of place, time and supervisors, the low support of parents when at home, the lack of harmonious cooperation between parents of students and the school, the cleanliness of places of worship become an obstacle in the implementation of prayer services.

The problem that occurs in fourth grade students of SD Inpres Semangga 1, Merauke Regency is the importance of improving social studies and the nationalist character of students. This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes on the beauty of diversity in my country theme and the nationalist character of fourth grade SD Inpres Semangga 1, Merauke Regencies students. This research is a classroom action research. The study was conducted in three cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The studies subjects were the fourth grade students of SD Inpres Semangga 1, Merauke Regency. The data used in this study were students, teachers, and observers. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of pretest grade IV students used the concept map method of 41.76, increasing in the first cycle of 72.06, second cycle 76.47, and third cycle 80.59. The nationalist character of the students from the first cycle was categorized by 17.65%, increased in the second cycle by 70.59% and in the third cycle was 94.12%.

This study aims to find out how the frontliner services for customers of PT Bank BNI Syariah KC Panorama Bengkulu. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Descriptive qualitative research aims to explain the phenomena as deeply as possible that occur in the field and present data systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the facts or phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection is done by means of initial observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the quality of service of PTBank BNI Syariah KC Panorama Bengkulu has implemented five dimensions of service quality according to Parasuarman et al, namely Tangible, Reliability,Responsivity, Assurance and Emphaty, but there are some things that have not gone according to customer wishes such as the inability of waiting room at PT Bank BNI Syariah KC Panorama Bengkulu, where the waiting room is too small, sometimes busy customers have to wait outside, then the lack of seats waiting sometimes customers waiting to stand up remember the condition of small and narrow room and for EDC tools that have to swipe cards repeatedly because the EDC engine is error.

The problem can be formulated as follows "How is the implementation of Problem Solving learning model in Improving Results IPS Student Learning Class IV Primary Inpres 3/77 ManurungeTaneteRiattang District Bone District? The purpose of this research is to describe the application of Problem Solving learning model in Improving Learning Outcomes of Social Studies IPS IV Primary School Inpres 3/77 ManurungeTaneteRiattang District Bone District. Focus in Action Research This class is the Application of Problem Solving learning model and IPS Learning Outcomes. The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of SD Inpres 3/77 Manurunge, data collection techniques in this study were Observation and Test. Techniques Data analysis is data reduction, Data presentation, Conclusion drawing. The result of the research that the application of Problem Solving learning model can improve the learning result of IPS of fourth grade students of SD Inpres 3/77 Manurunge Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Bone District.

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This study aims to describe the fuction of extracurricular art of dance for students of SD Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Type of qualitative research and descriptive naturalistic research method.the subject of this research is the extracurricular coach of dance art and the student of extracurricular activities of dance art. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (data display), data verification(coclusion drawing/verification) and withdrawal of conclusion (verification data). Testing the validity of the data using persistence of observation, membercheck and triangulation. The result of the research show the extracurricular function of dance which includes 1) development fuction, 2) sosialfuction, 3) rekreativefuction, the three fuctions have been done, but there are some indicators in the function of extracurricular art of dance that has not been done, that is development function in indicator the formation in indicator the formation of the character of discipline. In this indicator the formation of the character of students who follow extracurricular activities of dance art came too late because before the extracurricularschedule of dance art there are students who are still in the canteen and rest. Therefore, there should be a break between classroom hygiene activities and extracurricular activities of dance, so that the indicators of character building discipline are done.

Based on preliminary observations, it was found that the people in Nias Islands,North Sumatra province had used medicinal plants for a long time and had inheritedthem from generation to generation. So that many people still use medicinal plants.This study aims to determine the types of family medicinal plants used by thecommunity, how to mix or process family medicinal plants, and public perceptionsof family medicinal plants. This research is a type of qualitative research withdescriptive methods with 125 respondents. Collecting data by observation,interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namelydata reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Fromthe research results, there were 23 plant species used by the community in NiasIsland as Family Medicinal Plants. The method of concocting family medicinalplants varies greatly, depending on the type of plant and disease, the people ofSambulu village have good perceptions about family medicinal plants. Suggestionsare expected to maintain the habit of using medicinal plants, and also teach them tochildren or young people.

This study aims to analyze the indicators of tolerance character contained in the material for the fourth grade students of SD Tema The Beauty of Diversity in My Country. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research method used was content analysis. The data taken in this study were the load of tolerance characters in the sentences contained in the student books on social studies material. The subject used in this research is the book of the fourth grade students of the 2013 curriculum at the theme The Beauty of Diversity in My Country. The data analysis technique is done by reducing data, presenting the data which is divided into two stages, namely data classification, data description and interpretation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that all indicators of tolerance character contained in textbook learning materials, the distribution of tolerance character indicators in learning materials was evenly distributed, except for the anti-phobia sub-indicators contained in the aspect of peace (not included in theme 7), techniques for integrating tolerance character indicators with material learning is carried out through reading texts contained in student books.

This study aimed to see how the implementation of the Hizbul Wathan scouting movement to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. This type of research is to use qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, the coach of Hizbul Wathan, the class teacher, students. Data collection is done by interviews, observations, and documentation. While in data analysis, using techniques in a way, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The scouting movement of Hizbul Wathan's development in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu since its inception tends to be stagnant and not optimal. The obstacles that exist make the implementation of the scout movement hizbul wathan less than the maximum to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.
