This study aims to find out how the frontliner services for customers of PT Bank BNI Syariah KC Panorama Bengkulu. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Descriptive qualitative research aims to explain the phenomena as deeply as possible that occur in the field and present data systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the facts or phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection is done by means of initial observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the quality of service of PTBank BNI Syariah KC Panorama Bengkulu has implemented five dimensions of service quality according to Parasuarman et al, namely Tangible, Reliability,Responsivity, Assurance and Emphaty, but there are some things that have not gone according to customer wishes such as the inability of waiting room at PT Bank BNI Syariah KC Panorama Bengkulu, where the waiting room is too small, sometimes busy customers have to wait outside, then the lack of seats waiting sometimes customers waiting to stand up remember the condition of small and narrow room and for EDC tools that have to swipe cards repeatedly because the EDC engine is error.

This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.

In this study formulated two problems, namely how the ability of students SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman in reading the Qur'an and how the factors that cause the inability of students SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman in reading the Qur'an. Objectives are achieved to determine the ability to read students SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman in reading the Qur'an and know the factors that cause students unable to read the Qur'an.The type of research used qualitative research. Qualitative research is intended to researchers do not treat so that data obtained in the form of data in accordance with events in the field. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique is done by three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of this study can be seen that the ability to read students SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman in reading the Qur'an can still be said in basic skills. The learning process of BTQ extracurricular activities conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman is in accordance with the guidance and guidance that exist but the implementation is different because of the lack of time that must collide with other extracurricular. Thus it can be concluded that the improvement of students' reading ability is still slow. This can be influenced by several factors such as the execution time of BTQ extracurricular activities, the supporting tools of BTQ activities which are still minimal and only using the Teachers book, as well as internal and external factors of the students themselves.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui kebutuhan program eduwisata TBM Teras Baca Guyub Rukun dan diperoleh rencana program pendidikan pokdarwis berbasis eduwisata TBM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pengelola TBM, tutor, masyarakat, dan ahli. Setting dalam penelitian adalah aktivitas TBM. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data didukung oleh triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kebutuhan program eduwisata TBM berupa pembentukan kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdawis). (2) diperoleh rencana program pendidikan pokdarwis berbasis eduwisata yang terdiri dari (a) input (b) proses (c) output, dan (d) outcome. Oleh karenanya, perlu ada tindakan pemberdayaan TBM dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terutama program pendidikan pokdarwis berbasis eduwisata.Kata kunci: Kebutuhan, program, eduwisata, TBM AbstractThis research aims to: find out the needs of the program Eduwisata TBM and obtained the Plan education program Pokdarwis based Eduwisata TBM. This research was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The subject of this study is the management of TBM, tutors, local community and expert. The Setting in the study is TBM.  Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman models, namely the reduction of the data, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The validity of the data is supported by the source triangulation and method. The results of this research show that: (1) the need of program eduwisata TBM in the form of tourism Conscious Group (Pokdawis). (2) obtained the Plan of Education program Pokdarwis based eduwisata TBM consisting of (a) inputs (b) process includes (c) outputs and  (d) outcomes. This study aims to describe and analyze critically the professionalism of teachers in the form of PAI religiosity fourth grade students at SDN 2 Pengarayan. This research is a qualitative research taking the location of SDN 2 Pengarayan. Data collection are getting by observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis were carried out by examining all data, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verifying data. Data checking is done by triangulation with two modes, namely using multiple sources and multiple methods. The results of the study show: (1) PAI teachers in SDN 2 Pengarayan are professional, which is indicated by having four competencies: pedagogic competency, personality competence, professional competence and social competence. (2) PAI teachers is forming the religiosity of fourth grade students in SDN 2 Pengarayan through five dimensions of religiosity (Belief, worship, appreciation, knowledge and experience), using habituation methods related to four competencies as follows : Pedagogical aspects: Prepare syllabus and lesson plans. Personality Aspect: Making the dhuhur prayer schedule in congregation and assistance, praying duha and reciting the Asmaul Husna. Professional Aspects: BATUHA (Read Write Al-Qur'an), PHBI (Commemoration of Islamic Day) and Muadzin. Social Aspects: Making Tambourine Music Group, Ramadhan pesantren and habit of greeting. (3) The obstacles faced by PAI teachers in forming the religiosity of students in SDN 2 Pengarayan are the limitations of place, time and supervisors, the low support of parents when at home, the lack of harmonious cooperation between parents of students and the school, the cleanliness of places of worship become an obstacle in the implementation of prayer services.

This study aims to analyze and explain the quality of public services at Tomohon Municipal Market Agency. The research method used a qualitative approach and informants as data sources were determined by purposive (purposive sampling) and snowball sampling. Data was collected through interview, observation, and documents. Data analysis is an interactive qualitative analysis with data analysis activities, which are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the public service quality of Tomohon Municipal Market Agency responded by the community as service recipients, traders or sellers and visitors of Tomohon Beriman Market was not satisfactory. This response is based on an assessment of 4 out of the 5 dimensions used to analyze and measure service quality, (1) physical aspects (tangibles), (2) dimensions of awareness or desire to help the community or customers and provide fast service, (3) dimensions of politeness, trust, and respect for consumers, and (4) dimensions of approaching, and trying to determine consumers’ wants and needs have not been implemented properly, excluding for dimension (5) the ability to provide services appropriately and correctly has shown the professionalism expected in carrying out its services.

The government, through the ministry of education and culture, urges universities to monitor and assist students in learning from home. the type of research chosen is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Academic services during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sinjai ran effectively according to the rules that had been set and were running according to the expected goals, this was seen from the service for student proposal examinations, the lecture process, and new student admissions

Cidera janji atau wanprestasi kaitannya dengan tidak memenuhi atau lalai melaksanakan kewajiban sebagaimana yang ditentukan dalam perjanjian yang dibuat antara kreditur dan debitur, antara hutang-hutangnya sesuai dengan perjanjian yang telah disepakati. Untuk menghindari adanya nasabah cidera janji maka pihak BMT melakukan beberapa strategi seperti halnya pemberian jaminan kredit maka akan memberikan perlindungan keamanan dan kepastian hukum kreditur, dengan cara mengeksekusi benda yang menjadi objek jaminan kredit bank yang bersangkutan. Apabila kemudian hari terjadi wanprestasi dari debiturnya, bank telah mempunyai alat bukti yang lengkap untuk melaksanakan tindakan hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: a) Mengetahui penyelesaian cidera janji oleh BMT UGT Sidogiri cabang Mojo Kediri, b) Menganalisis penyelesaian cidera janji oleh BMT UGT Sidogiri cabang Mojo Kediri ditinjau dari hukum ekonomi syari’ah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di BMT UGT Sidogiri cabang Mojo Kediri. Pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala cabang, Karyawan AOAP, Karyawan AOSP, dan Kasir BMT UGT Sidogiri cabang Mojo Kediri. Analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian cidera janji oleh BMT UGT Sidogiri cabang Mojo Kediri yang paling dominan adalah menggunakan   strategi   rekonstruksi   akad,   dengan   strategi   ini   pihak   BMT mengubah   atau   bahkan   membuat   perbaharuan   akad   perjanjian   terhadap tanggungan utang nasabah yang mengalami kredit macet. Sedangkan penyelesaian cidera janji oleh BMT UGT Sidogiri cabang Mojo Kediri ditinjau dari hukum ekonomi syariah, dan menggunakan prinsip-prinsip hukum ekonomi syari’ah, adalah muamalah dilakukan atas dasar pertimbangan mendatangkan manfaat dan menghindari mudharat dalam bermasyarakat. Kata Kunci : Penyelesaian Cidera Janji, Pembiayaan Bermasalah, Restrukturisasi Akad ABSTRACT:Injuries or defaults related to not fulfilling or negligent carrying out obligations as determined in the agreement made between the creditor and the debtor, between the debts in accordance with the agreed agreement. To avoid the existence of a customer who is injured, BMT carries out several strategies such as the provision of credit guarantees so that it will provide protection for the security and legal certainty of the creditor, by executing objects that are the object of the bank's credit guarantee. If later a default occurs from the debtor, the bank has complete evidence to carry out legal actions. This study aims to describe: a) knowing the completion of the breach by BMT UGT Sidogiri, Mojo Kediri branch, b) analyzing the completion of the breach by BMT UGT Sidogiri, Mojo Kediri branch in terms of sharia economic law. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted at BMT UGT Sidogiri, Mojo Kediri branch. Data collection through documentation and interviews. The informants in this study were branch heads, AOAP employees, AOSP employees, and BMT UGT Sidogiri cashier at Kediri Mojo branch. Data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the completion of the promise of injury by BMT UGT Sidogiri the most dominant Mojo Kediri branch is to use the contract reconstruction strategy, with this strategy the BMT changes or even updates the contract agreement on the debt burden of customers who experience bad credit. Whereas the settlement of the promise of injury by BMT UGT Sidogiri in the Mojo Kediri branch in terms of sharia economic law, and using the principles of Sharia economic law, is carried out on the basis of consideration to bring benefits and avoid harm in community life.

The aim of the study is to find out how the quality of Public Service at the Parigi village office, District Tinggimoncong, Gowa. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive study. There were 16 informants and the data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The technique of data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the research showed that generallythe quality of public services at the village office of Parigi, District Tinggimoncong,Gowabased on the five indicators, namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy was still less qualified, as well as the apparatus of Parigi village should further improve theservice quality again to increase the ability and motivation, and the most important thing is disciplineKeywords: quality, service Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di Kantor Desa Parigi Kecamatan Tinggi moncong Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan berjumlah 16 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian melalui tahapan reduksi  data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa umumnya kualitas pelayanan publik di  Kantor Desa Parigi Kecamatan Tinggi Moncong Kabupaten Gowa yang di lihat dari  lima indicator yaitu, berwujud, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, dan empati masih kurang berkualitas.  Begitupun aparatur Desa Parigi harus lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanananya lagi dengan meningkatkan kemampuan dan motivasi yang paling utama kedisiplinan. Kata Kunci : Kualitas, Pelayanan

This study aims to find out how the management of market retribution in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market Kendari City. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: planning in terms of setting targets that have been arranged is optimal. This can be seen from the determined and implemented stages of targeting that are carried out every year, but the achievement of targets has never been fulfilled due to lack of awareness of traders or mandatory retribution in terms of paying retribution. The conclusion of the study was that the implementation of market retribution management in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market in Kendari City was not effective due to the lack of intensive collection of mandatory levies, delinquent payment of levies by traders for various reasons so that the realization of market retribution did not reach the planned target.

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.
