To search for and identify rational and effective solutions on deepening interregional cooperation, an unbiased assessment of the existing level, potential, and restrictions of the process of interregional integration is required. For assessing the state and prospects of development of interregional economic integration (along with other its types: production and technological, information and communication etc.), the analysis of the state and development trends of interregional commodity exchange as a carrier of integrational and economic functions is preferential. Methods and tools of investigating the processes of interregional economic integration, analysis and assessment of its existent level, used for these purposes in practice, do not always adequately reflect real conditions of functioning of economically integrated regions. Therefore, the need for developing well-known and working-out new approaches and methods for investigating the processes of interregional integration, assessment of tools and methods of managerial decision making, in order to enhance it and improve efficiency, prove the relevance of the chosen subject of investigation. To assess the degree of interregional interaction of the southern regions of Russia, a proprietary methodology is proposed.

The article analyzes the socioeconomic problems in the rural areas of our country. The importance of adoptioning the state program of the Russian Federation “Comprehensive development of rural areas” for 2020-2025 and the need to solve a large-scale task related to the qualitative transformations of rural areas through the implementation of “the advantages of a rural lifestyle” are noted. The ongoing outflow of residents from rural areas to cities and a decline in the country’s indigenous population are revealed. The widespread self-employment of the population, ethno-entrepreneurship, and agritourism is becoming a reality in the Russian countryside. It is indicated that our country is still lagging behind many countries in terms of labor productivity, development of the technological base of agriculture and, in general, in terms of the standard of living of the rural population. The classification of factors of growth of labor productivity in the agricultural sphere is given. Measures are proposed to change the socio-economic policy of the state in relation to rural areas. The importance of the development of rural cooperation, the creation of conditions for the growth of incomes of rural residents is determined. It is important that economic support is received not only by large agricultural firms, but also by peasant (farm) farms; the development of large-scale commodity production should not compromise the interests of small farms, the people who work in them. It is necessary to create in rural areas the maximum possible set of various types of activities, primarily related to the efficient processing of agricultural products. It is also very important to develop the infrastructure of the agri-food market, including such areas of activity as storage, transportation and marketing of products, which is impossible without expanding and developing the training of specialists in the field of agriculture.

Global competitiveness, based on the international division of labor, the use of factors of production and the country’s place in the world market ensures the ability of the state to participate in the competition and the full use of its own competitive advantages. Globalization processes have negative consequences for functioning of national economies, which actualizes the problem of ensuring the economic security of countries. The economic security of the state is the criterion of the effectiveness of the state economic policy and characterizes the overall level of the country’s economy; the presence and level of threats to the state, society or person; the effectiveness of state regulation of the economy; the full implementation of the functions of the state. At the same time, its analytical tools are based on the most important parameters of the state of the economic system, its stability and mobility: GDP growth, the level and quality of life of the majority of the population, inflation, unemployment, the structure of the economy, the property stratification of the population, criminalization and shadowing of the economy, the state of the technical and technological base of the economy, spending on research, import dependence, economic openness, internal and external debt.

Various authors have emphasized the spatial information resident in an electron micrograph taken with adequately coherent radiation. In view of the completion of at least one such instrument, this opportunity is taken to summarize the state of the art of processing such micrographs. We use the usual symbols for the aberration coefficients, and supplement these with £ and 6 for the transverse coherence length and the fractional energy spread respectively. He also assume a weak, biologically interesting sample, with principal interest lying in the molecular skeleton remaining after obvious hydrogen loss and other radiation damage has occurred.
