The purpose of this study was to investigate the availability degree of administrative creativity among school principals in Ajloun governorate from the perspective of teachers, and to identify the impact of the variables (gender, academic qualification and educational stage) on teachers’ assessment. The sample of the study consisted of (350) teachers selected by the stratified random method. To achieve this, the descriptive survey method was used and a questionnaire consisted of (45) items was developed, covering four dimensions: (originality, fluency, sensitivity to problems and flexibility). The results showed that the availability degree of administrative creativity among school principals in Ajloun governorate from the perspectives of teachers was (high). There were also no significant statistical differences at (α=0.05) in teachers' assessment due to the variables (gender, academic qualification and educational stage). In light of the results, a set of recommendations were proposed.

  The study aimed to identify the role of strategic planning in dealing with educational crises facing government school principals in Jerash Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (24) items, which were distributed to a group of principals of public schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education Jerash, which numbered (80) principals, were chosen by a simple random method, and one of the most important findings of the study is that the role of strategic planning in dealing with educational crises facing government school principals in Jerash governorate was given a total average of (3. 23 out of 5), i. e. a degree of approval. (medium), and there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the responses of the sample members on the scale of the role of strategic planning in dealing with educational crises facing government school principals in Jerash governorate due to the variables (gender, years of experience).   The researcher recommends the necessity of holding continuous training courses for school principals to encourage them to use strategic planning, and to work to involve all school workers in strategic planning, because of this role in understanding all dimensions and conditions of the work environment in the school.

This study aimed to identify the impact of school principals' practice of re-engineering administrative processes on achieving quality assurance standards from the point of view of educational supervisors in the Kasbah Brigade. A survey method was used. The sample consisted of (42) supervisors. The results of the study showed that the degree of practitioners of public schools to re-engineering administrative processes from the point of view of educational supervisors in the Kasbah Brigade was high. Furthermore, the degree of achieving the quality assurance standards from the point of view of the educational supervisors in the Kasbah Brigade was moderate. The study recommended that the principal should pay attention to continuously improve the administrative processes in all its aspects and devise new ways to manage the school and perform its various tasks.

Introduction: Vasectomy is a surgical procedure in which the two tubes that carry sperm from the two testicles to the urinary tract are surgically altered, preventing sperm from passing through and fertilizing a woman's egg during sexual intercourse. Objective: To determine the level of awareness of non-scalpel vasectomy and the impact of a video-assisted training programme among married males in a rural region. Community. To determine the relationship between the effectiveness of a video-assisted training programme on non-scalpel vasectomy knowledge and a set of demographic variables. Methods: A descriptive survey method design. We conducted the descriptive research design study in the Wardha district of Maharashtra. We search for the rural area in Wardha district and men in the area. A total number of 100 men were taken inside this study. The study uses a non-probability convenient sampling technique. Results: Findings from the study reveal that assess the effectiveness of video-assisted teaching on knowledge regarding non-scalpel among married men in selected area of Wardha district. There was an increase in the knowledge about non-scalpel vasectomy. The educational program is most important for enhancing the knowledge of the community men regarding non-scalpel vasectomy. Conclusion: Our study draws the following conclusions to assess the effectiveness of video-assisted teaching on knowledge regarding non-scalpel vasectomy among married men are the very poor level of knowledge and accompanied by a lot of misconceptions.

The paper discusses the implementation of the ‘CUB E-journal One Search' tool as an alternative solution to commercial discovery services, which was designed using Google Custom Search by the Central Library, Central University of Bihar and its impact on the library users. A descriptive survey method was used for the study. The present study found that library users found CUB E-journal One Search as a useful tool to get their desired information out of 9000 subscribed e-resources in the university. Most of the users used CUB E-journal One Search frequently in order to find relevant articles, write their assignments and research articles. The study indicated that the library users were influenced by Google like single search boxes and wished to have same features. Further, users expected features like document recommendation, search filters, RSS and on-screen help from the discovery tool. The paper is a first attempt to study the impact of open source discovery tools on the library users. It will further give confidence to the librarians in developing countries to deploy open source search solutions using Google Custom Search in the libraries.

The current study aimed to assess the degree of effectiveness of administrative creativity in Ramtha district schools from the perspective of male and female teachers. The study followed the descriptive survey method; and the population consisted of all male and female teachers of Ramtha schools (2100). The study sample consisted of (420) male and female teachers, selected by the random stratified method. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (33) items was used. The results of the study showed that the overall assessment of the degree of effectiveness of administrative creativity in the schools of the Ramtha district from the perspective of the male and female teachers was within average with a mean of (2.99). There were also statistical differences due to the gender variable in favor of females, and the years of experience variable in favor of (5-9) years and (10 years and above). The study recommended the need to conduct continuous training courses and workshops to develop the practices and effectiveness of administrative creativity for school principals.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to establish the gratification derived by children aged seven to eleven years from watching televised animated cartoons in Nairobi County, Kenya.Methodology: The study used descriptive survey method to collect information through casual interviews and self-administered questionnaires. The data was analyzed through straight tabulations and generated tables, graphs, and charts such as measures of central tendency such as means and modes and measures of dispersion such as the standard deviations.Findings: The study concluded that most children watch cartoons mainly for entertainment purposes. Boys admire Ben’s super-human imagination and would like to identify with him. Girls like Kim possible because she is a young girl like them, and they are able to identify with her character, as all the other super-heroes are men. Girls like magic, power and action in cartoons such as Kim Possible. She is young and strong and can protect herself and others. They find Kim interesting because of the action and fighting scenes. The girls also like her dress code, shoes and hairstyle.Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: Parents should limit screen time, including animated cartoons, movies, video games and computer time to less than two hours a day and provide alternative means of relaxation and entertainment rather than the passive leisure of watching animated cartoons. The media practitioners should also think about the impact that watching some of these animated cartoons may have, especially on special audience like children. The government is recommended to develop a legal framework for classifying animated cartoons should be developed.

Purpose: The purposes of this paper are to determine the impact of Organizational Forgetting (OF) on Knowledge Management (KM) among employees at the Pharmaceutical industry in Egypt.Design/methodology/approach: Present study is conducted by descriptive-survey method and its population consists of employees at the Pharmaceutical industry in Egypt. 356 standard questionnaires were distributed of which 285 questionnaires (80%) were returned. To gather data, KM questionnaire devised by Jakob (2003) and Wiig (2003) and OF questionnaire devised by Fernandez & Sun, (2009) and Moshabbeki et al., (2012) are used.Findings: The research confirmed a conceptual model for OF. Moreover, research results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between OF and KM. Research results also indicate that OF impacts on KM.Research limitations/implications: Managers should encourage their employees to share their knowledge. Organizational knowledge can be created through individuals’ interactions. This study has some limitations. First, this paper just focuses on organizations to find new perspective for the OF literature. Second, because of the scope of this research, interviewees are limited to individuals who have knowledge or take any seminars related to field of this sector. Other sectors must be considered to attain detailed knowledge related to OF because case-specific studies will bring new dimensions to the literature of OF.Originality/value: First, this study makes a research contribution to the field of OF because studies related to OF mostly consist of conceptual papers. Second, I have introduced two new perspective to the concept of OF through this research paper.

The study aimed to identify the degree of exercise of educational supervisors in the Directorate of the first Zarqa education for electronic supervision from their point of view, and to identify the impact of sex, educational qualification, and area of ​​specialization, and experience in this, and the study used the descriptive survey method, and the tool was a questionnaire, distributed The results of the study showed that the degree of educational supervisors in Zarqa First Educational Directorate for the concept of electronic supervision of the tool as a whole; obtained an average of (3.55 out of 5) with a grade of (medium). ), And p At the level of the axes; the reality of the practice of electronic supervision, the highest average (3.95), with a rating (high) followed by the axis of the requirements of electronic supervision with an average (3.61), and thirdly, the importance of electronic supervision with an average (3.50), and finally the axis of obstacles to the use of electronic supervision with an average (The results showed that there are statistically significant differences due to the effect of sex in the field of the practice of electronic supervision and in favor of males, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributed to the other variables. In light of the results, the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Training workshops for educational supervisors on how to employ computer technologies in educational supervision and benefit from the services provided by the Internet and free sites such as Google Drive and others.

The present study was conducted to investigate the impact of family on the adjustment of adolescents. Descriptive survey method of research was used for collecting the data using Personal information schedule developed by investigator and Adjustment Inventory developed by Sinha and Singh. (1971). The sample comprised of randomly selected 120 adolescents (Nuclear Families: 60 and Joint Families: 60) studying in Xth class in Darbhanga town (Bihar). Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to compare the means between the groups. Findings of the study revealed that (i) there is significant difference between adolescents from nuclear and joint families on the measure of emotional adjustment (ii) there is significant difference between adolescents from nuclear and joint families on the measure of social adjustment (iii) there is significant difference between adolescents from nuclear and joint families on the measure of educational adjustment.
