This study aims to determine the role of the Pondok pesantren Mukmin Mandiri towards the community within the maqashid syariah framework. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the Pondok pesantren Mukmin Mandiri Sidoarjo and the community around the pesantren. This study revealed that pesantren have the potential to develop an Islamic perspective. The focus of economic development does not lie in mere material development. Still, it must place man as his main subject and object in relation to the Khalifah of Allah on Earth. This study uses maqashid syariah as a fundamental theory. Classifying the activities of the pesantren Mukmin Mandiri activities into the sharia maqashid dimensions, namely religion (din), soul (nafs), reason (aqal), descent (nasl) and treasure (maal). This study aims to analyze and determine the role of the Election Supervisory Committee and the Commission (general election commission) Implementation of legislative elections in 2014 in Sidoarjo and analyze the factors that cause a lack of understanding of policy formulation election organizers in the respective organizers of the Role of Election Supervisory Committee and the General Election Commission. This research method is using descriptive qualitative approach. The data needed is a secondary data in the form of books, journals, articles, print media (newspapers) and the mass media as well as primary data obtained from informants through. Based on the results of this study concluded that the role of each institution in the administration of elections has not run optimally in accordance with Law Number 15 of 2011 on the Election. In the implementation on the ground found some constraints on each institution in organizing legislative elections in 2014 related to the duties and responsibilities between the Role of the Election Supervisory Committee and the General Election Commission.

This research focuses on models, concepts, practices and the role of the Mosque-Based Economy in the perspective of Islamic economics in the Masjid Jamik Al Baitul Amien in improving Community Welfare. The purpose of this study is to describe the models, concepts, practices and roles of mosque-based economics in the perspective of Islamic economics in the Masjid Al-Baitul Amin Jember. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, this is because researchers want to describe the Model of Mosque-Based Economic Development in the Islamic Economic Perspective at the Jamik Al-Baitul Amien Mosque in Jember Regency 2015. The results of the study show that the economic economic model of the Ummah uses financing or the provision of facilities by providing funds in accordance with sharia principles. To support investments that have been planned based on an agreement between the institution and other parties, financed by the concept of optimizing productive Zakat or better known as micro business loans without interest that can burden small communities, so that people can meet their economic needs. Then the capabilities possessed by the Jami Mosque 'Al-Baitul Amin Jember are professional human resources, strategic location, adequate infrastructure and sufficient facilities for the economic empowerment of the Ummah.

Community empowerment is the effort to create and improve the capacity of the community both individually and groups in solving various problems related to efforts for improve the quality of life, independence and prosperity. Community empowerment can be done through the various ways and one of them through the growth and development. This research was conducted in Wisata Edukasi Imah Noong, Kampung Areng Desa Wangunsari Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. The method of this research is descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Data collection method used is field observation, interview and documentation. Primary data source obtained from purposive sampling. Then from the results of this research be obtained a conclusion of action or activities of the community in the implementation of the concept of community empowerment approach through development of tourism, namely strengthening the capacity and role of society, strengthening access and business opportunities, and strengthening of tourism awareness.

In this era, a lot of activities that can not be separated from the practice of cheating or fraud , no exception In the government . Inspektorat Sumenep is the leading institution of internal Local Government in preventing and detecting fraud in the Local Government appropiate Perbup Sumenep No. 29 of 2008 . Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep need attention on the issue . This is due to Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep an agency with the largest number of assets and managing large budgets . These conditions led to the formulation of the problem is How Inspektorat Sumenep role in preventing and detecting fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep. This study used a qualitative approach in which the focus of this study is Inspektorat role in preventing and detecting fraud at Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep . Primary data obtained by direct interviews with the parties directly related to the determination of the source of research data in a qualitative study using nonprobability sampling . The sampling technique used was purposive sampling . The conclusion of this study, role of the Inspektorat Sumenep in the prevention of fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep still not maximal . This is due to Inspektorat Sumenep not supervise from the planning / budgeting and not optimal in overseeing and assisting the implementation of the SPIP as an instrument of fraud prevention in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep . The role of Inspektorat Sumenep in the detection of fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep done by conducting an audit of financial and asset management in each financial year.Keywords: fraud, government, inspektorat.

The tradition of ngarahinin Kuningan in Krama temple of Pemaksan Asak Pagutan was a unique than Krama or Banjar around villages Pakramaan of Pagutan, it had some difficulties terminologies which made the witer intrest to analyze of the term to be socialized. Issues discussed also focuses only on the activities and forms of the terms used in that tradition. The research method was the descriptive qualitative approach, the sample of this research was the writer parents-in-law, brother in-law, her nephew, community leaders and elders manners. Information is used as a source of primary data include documentation in the field. The results showed that a series of activities in the tradition ngerahinin Kuningan in Krama Pura Pemaksan Asak Pagutan before a two-day feast of Kuningan, at the time, or the feast of Kuningan, as well as the three and five days after the feast of Kuningan. In addition, the forms of the term in the tradition ngerahinin Brass at Temple Pemaksan Asak Pagutan namely: (a) Monomorfemis consists of eight words that katik, don, nyuh, lekesan, dee, terune, rejang, offerings (b) Polimorfemis be: 1) affixation consists of 15 words that ngatag, ngerejang, ngelawan mepesuan, mesolasan, ngayah, melukat, mebakti, penembek, penyuud, mekidung, megibung, ngelungsur n, ebengin, mlayagin.2) reduplication consists of five words that sambah-sambah, kul- kul, umbul-umbul, nyak-cak, megoak-goakan, 3) the composition consists of five words that were provoking the middle, saye nenem, masang umbul-umbul, masang  lamak, and ngelungsur Amertha.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the responsibility of a company to commit to running a business ethically, morally, and contributing to economic development and improving people's lives. Gemawang Village, Jambu Regency, Ambawara, is one of the locations for CSR recipients. This location is the object of this research. This study aims to analyze the role of CSR in enhancing community development, as well as to find out the obstacles faced by companies in increasing community development through CSR. This research method uses qualitative methods, where there are several key informants as sources of information. The indicators used in this study are the level of effectiveness, level of suitability, level of participation, level of empowerment, and level of sustainability. Based on the results of research in Gemawang Village, Jambu District, it can be concluded that CSR assistance provided by the company can improve community development and living standards. The role of Women entrepreneur in economic development is also being recognized and steps are being taken to promote women entrepreneurship. Women entrepreneurship must be molded properly with entrepreneurial traits and skills to meet the changes in trends, challenges global markets and also be competent enough to sustain and strive for excellence in the entrepreneurial arena. The study is about analyzing the entrepreneurship of women in Coimbatore city. The main objective is to investigate pull and push factors for women in entering entrepreneurship and to find out what kind of motivations women have as well as what barriers they need to faced. For this purpose primary data will be collected from 150 respondents who are residing at Coimbatore and it is concluded that women in Coimbatore city have higher interest towards starting a new business and this has to be taken in to consideration by the government towards women empowerment.

The purpose of this study is for learning. This study entitled Social Change Towards Development of Rasau Jaya Village 3 After the Development of the Rajati Flower Garden. With the problem of how social change in the village of Rasau Jaya 3, economic improvement after the construction of a flower garden, development planning or the addition of facilities. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: after the construction of the flower garden in Rasau Jaya 3 village the development of social change there was increasing, the people there accepted the development of the flower garden, because with the development of the community's economy there could be increased, because the people there could sell at around the flower garden so that it can increase their economy again there, and there will be plans to add facilities in the flower garden so that it can attract visitors to keep coming to the flower garden of the flower garden rajati.

Diniyah education has been implemented by all educational institutions in Indonesia, starting from the lowest level, namely SD/MI to SMA/MA. Initially this diniyah education was implemented in Islamic boarding schools during the month of Ramadan. The aim is to foster morals, character, and strengthen worship for students during the month of Ramadan. The purpose of this study was to identify the role of diniyah education carried out in the world of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is a literature study method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the role of diniyah education can be measured through 4 things, namely increasing student religiosity, developing sustainable education and in accordance with the development of the times, being patient with calamities, and increasing husnuzon attitudes in students.

The rehabilitation approach has not become a priority for coaching so that it is difficult to change Andikpas' behavior for the better. This paper aims to describe the idea of strengthening the role of Correctional Caregivers in fostering Correctional Students at the Special Child Guidance Institution. The research method of this paper uses normative juridical with a qualitative approach.  Harmonizing  regulations in the correctional system is needed through legal rules in the form of special guidelines. In addition to increasing knowledge and understanding related to child protection, it is also necessary to strengthen the capacity of counseling techniques. Considering that counseling is one method that can help Andikpas to express various feelings, including the negative thoughts he feels.
