ABSTRAKIndonesia memiliki potensi dana filantropi yang sangat besar, antara lain zakat, infaq dan dana sosial keagamaan lainnya (DSKL). Di Indonesia, dana filantropi tersebut dikelola oleh Badan Amil Zakat (BAZ) dan Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ). Salah satu LAZ yang ada di Indonesia Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU), dan memiliki salah satu LAZISMU Daerah yakni LAZISMU Bojonegoro. Namun pada tahun 2020, kegiatan LAZISMU Bojonegoro terganggu dengan merebaknya pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan dana filantropi di lembaga tersebut pada tahun 2019 (sebelum pandemi) dan tahun 2020 (selama pandemi). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus eksploratori, dengan menggunakan data primer berupa wawancara dan data sekunder berupa dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LAZISMU Bojonegoro berhasil beradaptasi pada kondisi pandemi, dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya penerimaan dana filantropi sebesar Rp. 720.736.219, atau sebesar 30,05% dari tahun sebelumnya, dan pendistribusian sebesar Rp. 567.913.837, atau 25,09% dari tahun sebelumnya, dan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas penyaluran di bidang ekonomi.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, Dana Filantropi, Pandemi COVID-19, LAZISMU Bojonegoro. ABSTRACTIndonesia has the potential for huge philanthropic funds, including zakat, infaq and other socio-religious funds (DSKL). In Indonesia, the philanthropic fund is managed by the Amil Zakat Agency (BAZ) and the Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ). One of the LAZ in Indonesia is the Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah Institute (LAZISMU), and has one of the Regional LAZISMUs, namely LAZISMU Bojonegoro. However, in 2020, LAZISMU Bojonegoro's activities will be disrupted by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine how philanthropic funds are managed at the institution in 2019 (before the pandemic) and in 2020 (during the pandemic). The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with an exploratory case study strategy, using primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of documents. The results of this study indicate that LAZISMU Bojonegoro has successfully adapted to pandemic conditions, as evidenced by the increase in the receipt of philanthropic funds amounting to Rp. 720,736,219, or 30.05% from the previous year, and the distribution was Rp. 567,913,837, or 25.09% from the previous year, and increasing the quality and quantity of distribution in the economic sector.Keywords: Management, Philanthropy Fund, COVID-19 Pandemic, LAZISMU Bojonegoro.

Sharia Financial Services Cooperative (KJKS) is a form of cooperative whose business activities are engaged in financing, investment, and deposits in accordance sharia principles. in relation to financial services in the form of such financing, in this case the Sharia Financial Services Cooperative (KJKS) will be faced with several risks, among others, is the risk of default on financing channeled and the existence of fraud action (fraud) committedby the management of the financial institution. The object of this research is KSPS BMT ABC Branch KLM-Surabaya.on the object of the study found that the total gross NPF until December 2016 reached 81.84%, in addition to the impact of high levels of Gross NPF is a loss to be borne until December 2016 amounted to Rp 354.715.664. Based on the results of pre-research interview with Mr. Muhammad stated that the cause of the loss due to there are two factors namely the existence of fraud (misconduct) in the form of misuse of funds by former employees and handling financing problems that can be optimally 30% of total troubled financing. The purpose of this study is to determine the cause of the non-optimal handling of troubled financing. Things that need to be reviewed in the process of handling pembiyaan problem is based on the phenomenon that occurs in the object of research. This research uses qualitative method with exploratory case study strategy. The results of research conducted by the researchers found that KSPS BMT ABC Branch KLM-Surabaya Assistant has a concept of mixing handling of non-performing financing based on standard operating procedures with the handling of troubled financing based on kinship.Keywords: Troubled Financing, Troubled Financing Handling, Fraud

Fraudulent criminal acts that have been regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP) with various modes, one of which is fraud by shamans with a multiplied money mode has made law enforcers increasingly have to rack their brains to be able to prove it. This study aims to examine and analyze law enforcement by the judge in decision No.61 / Pid.B / 2019 / PN.Blora with consideration of the criminal elements. The research method used is a sociological juridical approach. The specifications of the study were conducted using descriptive analytical methods. The data used for this study are primary and secondary data. The data consists of primary data and secondary data using field research methods, interviews, and literature studies. Based on the research it was concluded that the case ruling number 61 / Pid.B / 2019 / PN Bla with a fraud case with shamanism practices in the mode of duplicating the judge's money considering that the Defendants have been indicted by the Public Prosecutor with alternative indictments, so the Panel of Judges paid attention to the facts The aforementioned law decides on the first alternative indictment as regulated in Article 378 of the Criminal Code Jo Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code by considering the elements of that article.Keywords: Criminal Law Enforcement; Fraud; Multiple Money.

This study aims: (1) to determine the morals of students in SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (2) to determine the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (3) to find out the results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the morals of students, the implementation of Islamic Personal Development and to find out the results of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This study used data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of Islamic Personal Development. Meanwhile, secondary data in the form of theories and other supporting data were obtained from literature and school archives documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The morals of the students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City are good enough. (2) Implementation of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City, namely through coaching which includes guidance by exemplary, guidance with habituation and guidance with advice (3) The results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in fostering the morals of students at the Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City are quite good, where students have been able to show behavior according to the existing indicators, including being able to carry out congregational prayers and prayers. sunnah dhuha and qiyamullail, reciting dhikr after every prayer and so on.

The background of this research is the News Monitoring Analysis (AMB) program held by the DKI Jakarta Province Diskominfotik. This program is a new product at the DKI Jakarta Diskominfotik. Thus, the objectives of this study are: To analyze the implementation of the News Monitoring Analysis Program (AMB) in the management of print media news at the DKI Jakarta Information and Communications Communications and Statistics Agency (Diskominfotik) on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. The method used is a qualitative research method by observing News Monitoring Analysis Program (AMB) on managing print media news. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The primary data collection method is by conducting interviews. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the News Monitoring Analysis (AMB) program in the management of print media news starts from the process of news gathering, news selection, news processing and news analysis. Print media news collected in the AMB Program has been digitized apart from being a website. Thus, the suggestion from the results of this study is that DKI Jakarta Diskominfotik represented from the AMB Program develops an application in the Google Playstore and Apple App Store, so that print media news in the AMB program can be more easily accessed with news information with the appropriate display on mobile phones.

Kuala Lumpur has seen rapid development of mass amount of highway infrastructure. Although elevated urban highways in Greater Kuala Lumpur may have relieved the intercity and interstate traffic, the presence of this urban infrastructural landscape promotes the creation of lost spaces. The construction of the highways, primarily the elevated ones, often create spaces underneath the structure that are often neglected in mainstream planning and design. This paper aims at investigating typologies of interstitial spaces and its characteristics beneath elevated highway based on available literature as well as to explore the possibilities of usage for spaces below the elevated highway. This research employs qualitative method that involves primary and secondary data collection. The primary data were gathered through site observational study at two major elevated highways in the Greater Kuala Lumpur area -DUKE 1 Highway and AKLEH Highway. A review and content analysis of documents related to urbanization and planning transportation provide secondary data. Findings from this study suggest that [1] although the highways enhance connectivity and ease traffic movement, it also leads to abundance of wasted land and spaces [2] animproved understanding of the typologies and characteristics of these interstitial spaces shall aid in the improvement of their future usage.

This study aims to uncover and analyze the suitability of sharia mudharabah financing practices at Bank Muamalat Semarang Branch with Fatwa DSN MUI Number 07 year 2000. To achieve this goal, the research was pursued using a qualitative method with a case study approach. The primary data of this research is interviews and is supported by secondary data. The key informants are bank employees. Data analysis was performed by using qualitative data analysis namely reduction, display and conclusion. The results showed that Bank Muamalat Semarang branch in carrying out the practice of mudharabah financing was in accordance with the DSN MUI Fatwa Number 07 year 2000 and the applicable SOP. Meanwhile, the recommendations in the Fatwa which are optional are still carried out in accordance with the prevailing regulations. For example, by requiring guarantees, channeling mudharabah financing only in the form of cash assets, only financing productive businesses such as BPRS and BMT, as well as the criteria for entrepreneurs, financing procedures and profit sharing mechanisms. The decision to choose the policy is accompanied by certain considerations, especially for the sustainability and security of LKS and does not conflict with fatwa rules so that it does not go out of the corridor of sharia principles in muamalah

The purpose of this study is to find out cash management carried out by sharia property companies. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive case study strategy. The data in this study were obtained through primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of documentation based on two informants from PT Emirate Nusantara and PT Indo Tata Graha, respectively. The results of this study indicate that PT Emirate Nusantara and PT Indo Tata Graha manage cash by arranging sales schemes and payment schemes to maintain cash availability, and the two companies diversify their business as an effort to maintain business continuity.Keywords: Cash management, Sharia Property, business continuity

This study aims to determine the income of strawberry farming in the tourist attractions of D'Mooat and also want to know the value of R / C ratio. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted in November 2018 until January 2019. The research method used was a case study by taking Mooat Village, which is the only village that cultivates strawberry plants in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Analysis of the data used is farm analysis and R / C analysis. The results of the research showed that the receipt of strawberries in one year at the tourist site D'Mooat of 8000 polybags was Rp. 162,000,000 with an expenditure of Rp. 57,721,500 so that it gives an income of Rp 104,278,500 or Rp 8,689,875 / month with an R / C value> 2,47. Strawberry farm income is profitable because it is 2.85 times greater than the minimum monthly wage in North Sulawesi Province.*eprm*

The purpose of this study to determine the utilization of ZIS funds by LAZ Al-Azhar Surabaya in community groups in Laharpang Hamlet through economic empowerment. The research is descriptive qualitative with the case study method.LAZ Al-Azhar by using qualitative method. interviews were conducted with five respondents consisting of two parties from LAZ Al-Azhar and three group members. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the study indicate that the utilization of Al-Azhar ZIS LAZ funds in the Lamor Kelud Sejahtera Community Self-Help Group (SHG) was carried out through the Million Empowerment Program. Empowerment of SHG provided is in the form of assistance, supervision, capital loans, and Joint Business Groups (KUB). This is evidenced by the increase in revenue mustahiq, smoothness installment payments as well as the ability to sadaqah.Keywords: Utilization of Zakat Infaq Shadaqa, LAZ Al-Azhar, Empowerment, Lamor Kelud Sejahtera KSM.

Based on the Village Ministerial Regulation Number 4 of 2015 concerning the establishment and management of BUMDes, each village is required to have a business entity managed by the village government. This paper aims to determine the implementation of the Pandan Ningan Village Owned Enterprise policy in providing LPG gas in Pendingan Village, Musi Rawas Regency. The problem is focused on the people of Pendingan Village who do not have gas cylinders personally. This research uses implementation theory from George C Edward III. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the policy of the Pandan Ningan Village-owned business entity in providing LPG gas in Pendingan Village, Musi Rawas Regency is said to be good, this is because the Pandan Ningan Village-Owned Enterprise can meet the needs of the community. In addition, indicators from Edward III's theory are very suitable to be used and implemented in research. Of the four indicators, there are two indicators that can be said to be optimal.
