Presidential Regulation No. 191/2014, regulates the subsidy policy for Gas Oil, which is a fixed subsidy. Meanwhile, the retail selling price of Gas Oil will fluctuate in the society according to the formula calculation. However, since April 2016 the price of Gas Oil has been fixed. In certain cases, the determination of the retail selling price may differ from the calculation of the formula considering the state's financial capacity, the purchasing power of the people, and the real economy. This research will examine the influence of the state's financial capacity, the purchasing power of the people, and the real economy, either partially or simultaneously, on the policy of determining the retail sale price, and its impact. The test was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistics 20. The results showed that the state's financial capacity and the real economy had a significant effect on the retail selling price policy for JBT Solar Oil. Meanwhile, people's purchasing power does not have a significant effect. The determination of the retail selling price of Gas Oil that is not in accordance with the calculation formula may give an impact on society, business entities, and the government.

The aim of this study is to identify : (1) profile of exchange rate and purchasing power parity of IDR against US $ based on Big Mac Index compared to the exchange rate of other countries, and (2) the position of the Big Mac Affordability of  Indonesia compared to other ASEAN countries. The results showed that based on Big Mac index during the period April 1998 up to January 2015, IDR exchange rate tends to be undervalued against the USA dollar. The cause of the currency tends to be in a position of undervalued due to the components of non-tradable have not been included in Big Mac index. The index of Big Mac Affordability indicates that there is a great disparity of income between Singapore and five other ASEAN countries. The purchasing power of the real income of the people in Singapore is nearly five times the real income of the people in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personal selling, price discount, and bonus packs on the impulse buying of Oriflame consumers in Langsa City. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The regression equation in this study is: Y = 4.239 + 0.300x1+ 0.124x2 + 0.339x3. The constant 4.239 shows the value of impulse buying if personal selling, price discounts and bonus packs are fixed. The coefficients of personal selling variables, price discounts and bonus packs have a positive effect on impulse buying of consumers of Oriflame products in Langsa City. Based on partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, personal selling, price discount and bonus pack variables have a significant effect on impulse buying. The value of the coefficient of determination of 0.604 or 60.4% can be concluded that impulse buying can be explained by personal selling, price discounts, and bonus packs, while the remaining 39.6% can be explained by factors not included in the study.

Banks and bankers are often the subject of controversial appreciations: politicians, economists, biographers and commentators have put it out the potentially negative consequences of their behavior on the welfare of the people and the prosperity of the economies. The consequences of the failures of Florentine bankers in the fourteenth century on the real economy are a significant example of such a negative connection. The ideas of Marx, Schumpeter and Keynes on the function of banks and bankers are then examined. The arguments developed by Keynes in its "Treatise on Money" appear, in this regard, of particular significance. At the present time, finally, and with reference to the Italian economy, the European Union’s regulatory arrangements give rise to further problems, owing to the differences that still exist among the financial systems of the EU countries and their institutional settings.

The present paper describes stability indicating high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) assay method for Ozagrel in bulk drugs. The method employed TLC aluminium plates precoated with silica gel 60F-254 as the stationary phase. The solvent system consisted of toluene: methanol: triethylamine (6.5: 4.0: 0.1 v/v/v). The system was found to give compact spot for Ozagrel (Rf value of 0.40 ± 0.010). Densitometric analysis of Ozagrel was carried out in the absorbance mode at 280 nm. The linear regression analysis data for the calibration plots showed good linear relationship with r2 = 0.999 with respect to peak area in the concentration range 30 - 120 ng/spot. The developed HPTLC method was validated with respect to accuracy, precision, recovery and robustness. Also to determine related substance and assay determination of Ozagrel that can be used to evaluate the quality of regular production samples. The developed method can also be conveniently used for the assay determination of Ozagrel in pharmaceutical formulations. The limits of detection and quantitation were 4.069 and 12.332 ng/spot, respectively by height. Ozagrel was subjected to acid and alkali hydrolysis, oxidation, photochemical and thermal degradation. The drug undergoes degradation under acidic, basic, oxidation and heat conditions. This indicates that the drug is susceptible to acid, base hydrolysis, oxidation and heat. Statistical analysis proves that the method is repeatable, selective and accurate for the estimation of said drug. The proposed developed HPTLC method can be applied for identification and quantitative determination of Ozagrel in bulk drug and tablet formulation.

SUMMARYNon-city starosty of Tyszowce was located in the province of Belz and received the status of royal land in 1462. Its territory included the town of Tyszowce and villages: Mikulin, Perespa, Klatwy and Przewale. In the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries the starosty suffered from a significant increase of various negative phenomena. The crown lands had bitterly tasted devastating fires, epidemics, contributions, requisitions, robberies and field devastations. All these disasters were caused mainly by war and military activities. Marches of soldiers and quartering of troops greatly contributed to the situation and were usually associated with the need of maintaining the soldiers. The requisitions of food, alcohol, cattle, horses and poultry were particularly burdensome for the people. The greatest economic devastation as regards the resources of the starosty and its people was caused by monetary contributions, usually several times higher than the financial capacity of the town and its inhabitants. This work focuses on damages to the starosty caused by the royal cavalry. According to the literature, it is clear that the behavior of the troops in Tyszowce Starosty was not different from the behavior of soldiers in other areas of Poland. It must be admitted that the reprehensible behavior of the army was influenced by many conditions, from the recruitment of people from backgrounds often involving conflict with law, as well as foreigners, to the accommodation system under which the soldiers were forced to supply themselves “on their own.”
