This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Store Image, Store Athmosphere, and Store Theatric on Impulse Buying mediated by Positive Emotions at Banjarmasin Cosmetics Shop.This research method uses quantitative research methods. Using a purposive sampling technique by collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers Banjarmasin Princess Cosmetics Shop who make purchases outside of planning, and at least 17 years old. The total sample in this study were 100 people. Furthermore, hypothesis testing uses SEM - PLS analysis. the results of the study prove that the 10 hypotheses tested were stated to be significant.Keywords: Store Image, Store Athmosphere, and Store Theatric, Impulse Buying, Positive Emotions

<p class="Abstract1">Willingness to pay premium price is the willingness of individuals to spend a greater amount of money with the aim of getting a product or service of higher quality than other products or services. This study conducted a study of the effect of consumer perceptions and lifestyles on the willingness to pay premium prices of Wagyu products. As we know that the price of Wagyu beef is quite high, around Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 850,000 per kilogram depending on the quality. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of consumer perceptions on the willingness to pay premium prices of Wagyu products; (2) the influence of lifestyle on the willingness to pay premium price of Wagyu products. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study are all consumers who have bought Wagyu meat in different cities with an infinite amount. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 123 people who had bought Wagyu products. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses multiple regression analysis test as an analytical tool to test hypotheses. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed to test factors and test variables using SPSS 21. The results of this study showed: (1) consumer perceptions had a positive and significant effect on willingness to pay premium prices for Wagyu meat products; (2) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the willingness to pay premium prices of Wagyu products.</p>

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The purpose of this study to determine how the differences students' problem solving abilities between 7-step PBL and conventional methods are reviewed from scientific reasoning ability. Total sample in this study (N) 125 students selected using the convienence sampling technique. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with factorial 2 x 2 research design. Results of the study show that the learning method provides statistical difference in students' problem solving abilities. The average value of problem solving abilities of students who take part in learning using the PBL 7-step method is 60.51. In the conventional class is 51.12.</p><strong>Abstrak:<em> </em></strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa antara metode <em>7-step PBL</em> dan konvensional ditinjau dai kemampuan bernala ilmiah. Sampel pada penelitian ini (N) berjumlah 125 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik <em>convienence sampling</em>. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian <em>factorial 2 x 2</em>. Terdapat perbedaan secara statistik antara metode <em>7-step PBL</em> dan konvensional terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Rerata nilai kemampuan pemecahan masalah ikuti siswa untuk belajaran dengan menggunakan metode <em>7-step PBL</em> sebesar 60,51. Pada kelas konvensional rerata nilai kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa sebesar 51,12.

The population in this studywere customers at the Palembang City Hypermarket. The sampling technique used purposive samplingmethod with a total sample of 150 people. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. ShoppingLifeStyle has a significant effect on the Hypermarket impulse buying in Palembang. Positive emotions have asignificant effect on Impulse Buying at Hypermarket consumers in Palembang.

AbstractIndonesia is a country with diverse ethnic, ethnic and religious diversity, making Indonesia a multicultural country. This study aims to explore the relationship between the basic values of individuals with the attitude of interethnic tolerance in Indonesia. Individual basic values are defined as values that represent a person both in behavior and in acting. While tolerance can be interpreted as an attitude of mutual respect and mutual harmony in a difference between ethnicity, ethnicity and religion. The scale used in this study is the Portrait Values Questionnaire (PVQ) as a measure of individual basic values and The Tolerance Index (TI) as a measure of tolerance. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with respondents consisting of 79 people consisting of men and women aged 18-40 years. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the variables of the basic value of individuals with an attitude of tolerance with a P-Value of 0.031 (P <0.05) with a Pearson Correlation value of 0.244 which indicates a significant positive relationship between the basic values of individuals with an attitude of tolerance . The higher the basic value of the individual, the higher the tolerance attitude between ethnic groups.AbstrakIndonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan keberagaman baik suku, etnis, maupun agama, sehingga menjadikan Indonesia sebagai negara yang multikultural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara nilai dasar individu dengan sikap toleransi antaretnis di Indonesia. Nilai dasar individu diartikan sebagai nilai-nilai yang mewakili seorang pribadi baik dalam berperilaku maupun bertindak. Sedangkan toleransi dapat diartikan sebagai sikap saling menghargai dan saling menciptakan harmonisasi dalam sebuah perbedaan baik suku, antaretnis maupun agama. Adapun skala yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Portrait Values Questionnaire (PVQ) sebagai alat ukur nilai dasar individu dan The Tolerance Index (TI) sebagai alat ukur toleransi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan responden terdiri dari 79 orang terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan berusia 18-40 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel nilai dasar individu dengan sikap toleransi dengan P-Value sebesar 0,031 (P<0,05) dengan nilai Pearson Correlation sebesar 0,244 yang menunjukan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara nilai dasar individu dengan sikap toleransi. Semakin tinggi nilai dasar individu maka semakin tinggi sikap toleransi antaretnis.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on repeat purchase. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. Population in this research is consumer of Yogya Grand Cirebon, with total sample counted 100 respondents. The sampling technique used uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire, with the scale measurement instrument using Likert scale. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that there is a significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction on repeat purchase, partially and simultaneously. Keywords: Service quality ; Customer satisfaction; Repeat purchase Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pembelian ulang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Yogya Grand Cirebon, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan mennggunakan sampling purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, dengan skala pengukuran instrumen menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda. This research aims to determine the effect of brand image and promotion on the decision to use e-money shop for Dr. Soetomo Surabaya both simultaneously and partially as well as to determine the dominant variable on the use decision e - money shopepay. This research is a quantitative research with a causal research method. The population in this study were all Dr. university students. Soetomo, who has the Shopeepay application and has made transactions using Shopeepay, has a total sample of 96 respondents who have been distributed through questionnaires. This study used a random sampling technique to collect respondents and used the unknown populations formula in determining the sample because the population of this study was unknown. Furthermore, the data analysis used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, simultaneous test, partial test, and determination coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that brand image and promotion have an effect both simultaneously and partially on the decision to use Shopeepay e-money and promotion is the dominant variable influencing the decision to use e-money Shopeepay.

Korean culture is currently growing rapidly and expanding globally. It's existence tends to be accepted by public from various circles, resulting in a phenomenon of "Korean Wave" or also called Hallyu. This phenomenon can be found in Indonesia and its impact is felt in everyday life, especially for the millennial generation. This has led several companies such as Shopee to carry out promotional activities using the K-Pop Boy Group Brand Ambassador named Stray Kids to maintain consumers loyalty. This study aims to determine the effect of K-Pop Brand Ambassador on consumers loyalty. With quantitative research methods and explanatory research types with the aim of knowing how much influence K-Pop Brand Ambassadors have on consumer loyalty. Equipped with SR (Stimulus-Response), a theory which helps researchers in analyzing the influence of K-Pop Brand Ambassadors on consumer loyalty. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling with a total sample of 100 (one hundred) people in accordance with the criteria determined by the researcher. For data collections, this study uses a questionnaire with Likert Scale measurements, with the help of the SPSS program to assist researchers in calculating the results of the distribution of the questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between K-Pop Brand Ambassadors on Consumer Loyalty of 0.242 or 24,2%.

The nursing profession is a health profession that has an important influence on health services, during the Covid-19 pandemic, nurses are the most vulnerable profession, both the risk of infection from the patient being treated and the recession of psychological disorders such as stress, considering that nurses are facing patients 24 hours will have the greatest impact both physically and psychologically. This study aims to see the psychological picture (stress) of nurses caring for Covid-19 patients. The research method used is a type of quantitative research with analytic descriptions, with a survey method. The population of this study was all nurses who served in the Covid-19 room in Riau province with a total sample of 50 nurses. The sampling technique used a survey method, using a questionnaire via Google Form. The results obtained were normal 43 respondents (86%), light stress 5 respondents (10%), and moderate stress 2 respondents (4%). From these results, it is known that 14% of respondents experienced mild and moderate stress. It is hoped that the hospital can pay attention to the psychological condition of nurses by facilitating/giving nurses time for relaxation or making refreshing programs to reduce the risk of stress on nurses.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between motivation with Organizational Commitment at Senior High School Region 1 East Jakarta Administration. The research approach was quantitative research. The research method used was survey data. With the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study were all teachers Senior High School in Region I East Jakarta Administration. The research sample using simple random sampling technique. Total sample study as many as 91 people. Data collection motivation variable (X) and organizational commitment variable (Y) using a questionnaire. The results of the study there is a relationship between motivation and commitment to the organization, this means that the higher the motivation, the higher organizational commitment of teachers at the Senior High School Region I East Jakarta Administration.

Teaching materials are one of the most important parts of the learning process and also prove that the teacher is professional or not, the nature of teaching materials is to provide convenience when conducting learning. This research is a school action research using descriptive quantitative research methods which in the results of this study are explained using numbers in the presentation. Place in SDN 005 Koto Sentajo Sentajo Raya Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi Regency with a total sample of 10 teachers. The results of this study will discuss three aspects of assessment in teaching materials, the first in the aspect of content feasibility illustrates that in the appropriate category there are 6 teachers with a percentage of 60%, and the category is very feasible with a total of 4 teachers with a percentage of 40%. in the second aspect the assessment of linguistic aspects in the feasible category with the percentage of 50%, and the very decent category 50%. in the third aspect, the evaluation of the presentation aspects in the category is feasible with a percentage of 20%, and in the very feasible category of 80%. Then it can be concluded that the teacher's ability to make teaching materials is good, and the making of teaching materials is appropriate for use in the learning process.
