In the business world, business competition or competence among business people in seizing the market is very reasonable. However, this becomes unnatural when the competition is carried out in an unfair manner, with the aim of preventing other business actors from competing (barrier to entry) or shutting down competitors' businesses. One form of anti unfair competition carried out by business actors in creating market power has been anticipated in Law Number 5 of 1999, namely the existence of price discrimination. The research method used is normative juridical, namely legal research that emphasizes the review of legal documents and library materials related to the subject matter. Based on the research that has been done, there is an Article that Regulates Regarding Price Discrimination in Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition, which is located in Article 6 which states that business actors are prohibited from making agreements that cause one buyer to pay a price that is different from the price that must be paid by other buyers for the same goods and / or services. and the Guidelines for the Business Competition Supervisory Commission on Implementation Provisions in Article 6 of Act Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition.Keywords: Prohibition, Price Discrimination, Law No. 5 of 1999.

<p>ABSTRAK<br />Artikel ini merupakan hasil dari penelitian yang memfokuskan pada pokok permasalahan bagaimana proses revitalisasi tari Pakarena Laiyolo oleh Sanggar Selayar Art. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami dan menjelaskan setiap tahap proses revitalisasi yang dilakukan oleh sanggar Selayar Art untuk menghidupkan kembali tari Pakarena Laiyolo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan interaksi analisis. Hasil penelitian yaitu memaparkan hasil kajian berupa proses yang dilakukan oleh Sanggar Selayar Art dalam upaya melestarikan tari Pakarena Laiyolo.</p><p><br />Kata kunci: Sanggar Selayar Art, tari Pakarena Laiyolo.</p><p><br />ABSTRACT</p><p><br />This article is the result of a study that focuses on the subject matter of how the process of revitalization of Pakarena Laiyolo dance is by Sanggar Selayar Art. The purpose of this study was to understand and explain each stage of the revitalization process carried out by the Selayar Art studio in order to revive Pakarena Laiyolo dance. The research method used is qualitative research method with an interaction analysis approach. The results describe about results of the study in the form of a process carried out by Selayar Art Studio in an effort to preserve the Pakarena Laiyolo dance.</p><p><br />Keywords: Selayar Art Studio, Pakarena Laiyolo Dance.</p>

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning result and activities by using the cooperative learning model of Talking Chips type on the subject matter of Biodiversity in class X MIA1 MAN 1 Medan T.P. 2018/2019. The research method is classroom action research and the subject of this research are students of class X MIA1 as many as 35 people. The instrument that used in the study are test of student learning result namely pretest and postest as many as 30 questions and observation sheets of student activities. The results showed that based on the learning result of the first cycle, the average score of pretest was 40.6 increased to 68.6 in the postest. At the second cycle, there was an increase from 62.8 in the pretest to 74.5 in the postest. In this study, the data of individual and classical learning completeness criteria are obtained as follows: as many as 30 out of 35 students or 85.72% who scored above 70 or equal to 70, and 5 other students or 14.28% got a score below 70. Based on observations of student activities, the percentage of students who were active in the first cycle was 48.2% with total of students 17 out of 35 students, and students who were active in the second cycle was 80% with total of students 28 from 35 students

The aim of this article is to evaluate the current situation as regards the use of dogs for various police duties in Poland based on the results of the research conducted by the author at the Police Academy in Szczytno as part of the research task, financed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, entitled “Efficiency of the use of police dogs in the Polish Police”. The author has decided to deal with the subject matter in view of alarming statistics, which show a decrease in the number of police dogs. This fact has led the author to make an assumption formulated as the following research hypothesis: Nowadays, in Poland the use of police dogs in not adequate for the sake of public order and safety. The main research method has been a diagnostic survey using a tool in the form of a questionnaire. The survey has been addressed to a group of 154 dog handlers, most of whom work with a patrol and tracker/sniffer dog from three police garrisons, covering the territory of the following provinces: Kujavia-Pomerania, Podlasie and Lubuskie region. The author believes that the research findings indicate the need for changes in this respect, which should involve implementation of new systemic, organisational and legal solutions.

The progress of the economy in Indonesia is currently experiencing very rapid development, giving rise to very tight competition between business actors. In the business world the need for funds is a basic necessity that must be met by businesses to maintain and support the continuity of their business activities, so that to overcome the problem of capital needs, loan capital in the form of accounts payable is a solution that is often taken by businesses. Of course business people need funds or capital to strengthen their position in the economic sphere and intense competition in this era of globalization. Funds or capital needed by business people to run their businesses are obtained from debt facilities (loans or loans) obtained through individuals or financial institutions, which are used to increase their business capital both in the form of short-term, medium-term and long-term debt. This paper identifies one problem, namely whether someone / person is not declared bankrupt can be made bankrupt? (Case Study of Decision of the Supreme Court Number 769 K / Pdt.Sus-Pailit / 2016). The method used in this study is a type of analytical descriptive legal research and uses primary and secondary legal materials. The results of the study show that the property of a person or person referred to herein is the property of the Director (along with 2 partners) who at the beginning had made an agreement in order to make the asset in the name of The Hwie Gwan a guarantee by both parties.

This research was aimed to determine the understanding concept of students in solving mathematics story problems CRI in terms of personality types. The research method was descriptive qualitative. Subjects in this research ware as many as 4 students, each 2 students with Extrovert personality types and 2 students with introverted personality types. Technique of Data collecting in this research using questionnaire instrument of personality type, about written story and interview. Based on the data analysis, the results of research indicate that: (1) the understanding concept of subject with extrovert personality type is at the level of ability of translation and interpretation. In solving the mathematical story problems, they are able to identify, present and apply the broad concept and circumference of the circle and provide a high CRI scale. Extrovert personality type shows that solving the subject matter is not careful, in a hurry as to dare to take risks from the work, done and to underestimate a thing, and to like the practical things. (2) the understanding concept of subject with introverted personality type is at the level of translation ability. In solving the mathematical story, they are only able to identify and present the concept of circles and provide a low CRI scale. According introverted personality type that shows in solving the subject matter are meticulous, careful, careful in solving the story problem, causing the subject with introverted personality type to be shy and not confident with the answers they write.

This article attempts to explicate importance and value of knowledge in the context of informatization, while focusing on the problem of fragmentation of human knowledge in connection with the application of ICT in the process of education (or the process of learning). The illustrative research uses quantitative research method. A questionnaire survey was carried out on a sample of respondents (n=342) described in the paper. An interpretative critical analysis is based on existing sources as well as on data from our own investigation. Based on the analysis the authors present how informatization contributes to the fragmentation of individual knowledge. The article includes the model of importance of knowledge and a (general) theoretical concept that should enable a better understanding of the subject matter. A necessity therefore arises for an adequate reaction of the education system, as well as each individual, to the conditions changed by informatization. The authors present their main recommendations on how to react to the changed conditions at the area of education.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai Kesundaanyaitucageur, bageur, bener, pinter, singer yang telah luput dari kehidupan siswa. Terkikisnya nilai-nilai budaya lokal menimbulkan permasalahan, yaitu degradasi karakter yang dipengaruhi oleh lemahnya etika dan estetika.Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua tahapan, yaitu mengkaji tari dengan menggunakan Teori Etnokoreologi yang dibantu dengan pendekatan Etnopedagogik dan Folklor, serta implementasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Teori Lickona dan Gardner. Hasil kajian tari memperoleh nilai-nilai yang berkenaan dengan nilai cageur, bageur, bener, pinter, tur singer yang kemudian diimplementasikan melalui sebuah pembelajaran tari etnis yaitu Tari Pakujajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran sinektik.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Action Research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan proses yang telah dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan yang dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya daya imajinasi serta pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran dan sikap siswa yang peduli serta saling menghormati baik pada guru maupun antar sesamanya. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menghasilkan model pembelajaran tari etnis.Kata Kunci :Nilai-nilai Kesundaan, Tari Pakujajar, Implementasi Pembelajaran Tari ABSTRACTThis research aims to inculcate the Kesundaan’s values that is cageur, bageur, bener, pinter,singer that have been disappeased from life of students. The erosion of local cultural values creates problems, as well as character degradation that influenced by the weakness of ethics and aesthetics. This research consist of two steps, that is review the dance by using Etnochooreology Theory with Etnopedagogy approach and Folklore, while the implementation of dance learning using Lickona and Gardner Theory. The results of dance studies obtain the values contained inside it, with pertains to cageur, bageur, bener, pinter, tur singer and these values are implemented through an ethnic dance learning that is Pakujajar Dance by using sinektik learning model. This research uses Action Research method with qualitative approach. Based on the process that have been done, there is a significant increase that is shown by the increasing the imagination power and understanding of studentsto the subject matter, and student’s attitudes who care and mutual respect both of teachers and each other. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the understanding of students in the implementation of the practice of motorcycle technology courses. The research method used is a qualitative method. Retrieval of data includes observation, study of literature and documentation. To strengthen the results of the study are complemented by test results that have close relevance to the subject matter. Based on the test results that have been achieved from the whole process of making and testing the injection system fuel flow trainer on a Honda beat fi motorcycle, it shows that all components of the trainer can function properly and can be used as an effective learning media. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan praktik mata kuliah teknologi sepeda motor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Pengambilan data meliputi observasi, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Untuk memperkuat hasil penelitian dilengkapi dengan hasil pengujian yang yang memiliki relevansi yang erat dengan pokok permasalahan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dicapai dari keseluruhan proses pembuatan dan pengujian trainer aliran bahan bakar sistem injeksi pada sepeda motor honda beat fi menunjukkan semua komponen pada trainer dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif.

Debt is something that is common in the business world. This loan must be approved in accordance with the period agreed upon by the parties. Loans given by Creditors to Debtors are carried out with approval.If within a predetermined time limit, the Debtor has not been able to repay the loan, the Debtor may request approval for Delaying Obligations of Debt Payment or PKPU. However, in this study, PKPU failed to do PT. Dewata Royal International was immediately bankrupt. After the bankruptcy was read out by the Court, Curator was appointed, Swandy Halim. Swandy Halim in carrying out his duties as a Curator has made a Peace Agreement with Rustandi Jusuf as the Managing Director of PT. Dewata Royal International. In UUK, PKPU approved the Curator's task was to bankrupt and not make a Peace Agreement, especially with the Bankrupt Debtor, because it was the Debtor with his Kreditors who made the Peace Agreement.The research method used by the author is normative legal research that focuses on the use of secondary data using descriptive analytical specifications. Then, the analysis of the data used by the author is qualitative research.In this study, conclusions were obtained about the Curator being able to make a Peace Agreement with a bankrupt Debtor as long as the above mentioned Peace Agreement is from bankrupt assets so as not to cause a loss to the bankrupt property. then, the Peace Agreement made by Curator Swandy Halim was then approved legally.

Some of the problems we encounter in married life, and often the occurrence of violence between husband and wife, then the subject matter in this paper about the handling of the law on acts of domestic violence experienced by women under the law no. 3 of 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Problem approach using normative juridical approach (legal research). The victim can make a complaint on the violent acts committed by the victim's husband / wife, because in the complaint the authorities will not process the action without any complaints from the victim, it can also be revoked by the victim which in fact is the husband / wife of the perpetrator. Law enforcers must be firm in handling cases of domestic violence, Doers of Domestic Violence really should be processed fairly, victims of domestic violence should get legal protection
