In the course of the work, the technology of obtaining toilet soap with cosmetic properties was improved; samples of soap with the introduction of physiologically functional substances into the composition of the formulation components were experimentally obtained in order to preserve the initial physiologically active properties. The technological process of preparing the basic toilet soap periodically indirect method of neutral fats includes the following stages: caustic saponification of the fat set; grinding soap base; upholding of the soap base; draining the soap base; ennoblement of a soapy glue. Saponification of the main fat raw material is carried out in the soap boiler and can be produced both on the rest of the soap from the previous cooking, and using the pre-refined adhesive residue from the previous brews. Grinding of the soap base is carried out by hot water 80–90 ?, dry table salt or solution of caustic alkali, which are delivered in separate portions at boiling of the mass with a steaming steam, in an amount necessary for mass separation during grinding into the core (toilet base) and saponified adhesive. The sedimentation of the soap base is made after grinding is performed to separate the mass in the grinding process into the core (toilet base) and the sapwood glue. The temperature of the soap mass before settling must be at least 100 °C. The settling time is not less than 24 hours. The preparation of the core is carried out in a soap boiler. Prefabricated soap of toilet soap is heated to a boil with a hot steam. Then produce a high level of sapper adhesive with dry table salt, which is introduced in the amount necessary to separate the mass into a core and a flushing liquor. After each portion of the salt is injected, the soap mass is boiled for 15–20 minutes until completely dissolved and uniformly distributed in the mass. Salting is considered complete if the soap in the cauldron acquires a granular structure and in the sample on the spatula the kernels of the nucleus are clearly visible, between which the flaked lye flows.

This chapter deals with the dependent variable of the study: consent. It analyses workplace consent in Russia and China using three indicators that refer to the core requirements of the production systems in automotive companies regarding employee behavior: first, standardized work; and second, compliance with expectations in terms of flexibility, cooperation, and a commitment to improving processes. The third indicator of consent (or the lack of it) is the absence or presence of open criticism, resistance, and labor disputes. The chapter reveals significant and unexpected differences between the Chinese and Russian sites on all three indicators. While the Chinese factories exhibit (with some variance between the companies), a relatively high level of consent, the Russian plants have problems with standardized work, the acceptance of performance expectations, and to some extent with labor disputes.

Abstract A fast, simple, and energy-saving microwave-assisted approach was successfully developed to prepare carbon microspheres. The carbon microspheres with a uniform particle size and good dispersity were prepared using glucose as the raw material and HCl as the dehydrating agent at low temperature (90°C) in an open system with the assistance of microwave heating. The carbon microspheres were characterized by elemental analysis, XRD, SEM, FTIR, TG, and Raman. The results showed that the carbon microspheres prepared under the condition of 18.5% (v/v) HCl and heating for 30 min by microwave had a narrow size distribution. The core–shell structure of the carbon core and TiO2 shell was prepared with (NH4)2TiF6, H3BO3 using the microwave-assisted method. The hollow TiO2 microspheres with good crystallinity and high photocatalytic properties were successfully prepared by sacrificing the carbon microspheres.

This essay proposes that “milk kinship,” which upper-class individuals in premodern Japan formed with their milk kin—a menoto (wet nurse) and a menotogo (foster sibling)—occupies the core of an institutionalized erotic fosterage. In this “menoto system,” the surrogate mother's lactating body and erotic-affective labor became the connective tissue to bind two interclass families, creating a symbiosis that fortified the existing sociopolitical power structures. Around the tenth century, many vernacular tales started to feature menoto characters. While a typical menoto is the protagonist's homely, asexual, motherly confidante, her derivative construct—the menotogo of the protagonist—is often cast in an erotic light. In the four texts examined in this essay, menotogo valorize their erotic agencies to benefit their charges through sexual-affective labor or through an indirect method. The latter entails the formation of a “love square” in which two menotogo become lovers and then help their respective charges do the same.

This study aimed to evaluate and compare the relationship between chemical properties, energy efficiency, and emissions of wood and pellets from madroño Arbutus xalapensis Kunth, tázcate Juniperus deppeana Steud, and encino colorado Quercus sideroxyla Humb. & Bonpl. in two gasifiers (top-lit-up-draft (T-LUD) and electricity generation wood camp stove (EGWCS)) in order to determine the reduction of footprint carbon. In accordance with conventional methodologies, we determined the extracts and chemical components (lignin, cellulose, holocellulose), and the immediate analyses were carried out (volatile materials, fixed carbon, ash content and microanalysis of said ash), as well as the evaluation of emission factors (total suspended particulate matter (PM2.5), CO, CO2, CH4, black carbon (BC), elemental carbon (EC), and organic carbon (OC)). The results were statistically analyzed to compare each variable among species and gasifiers. The raw material analyzed showed how the pH ranged from 5.01 to 5.57, and the ash content ranged between 0.39 and 0.53%. The content values of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mg, and Ca ranged from 0.08 to 0.22, 0.18 to 0.19, 0.38 to 0.84, 1.75 to 1.90, and 3.62 to 3.74 mg kg−1, respectively. The extractive ranges from cyclohexane were 2.48–4.79%, acetone 2.42–4.08%, methanol 3.17–7.99%, and hot water 2.12–4.83%. The range of lignin was 18.08–28.60%. The cellulose content ranged from 43.30 to 53.90%, and holocellulose from 53.50 to 64.02%. The volatile material range was 81.2–87.42%, while fixed carbon was 11.30–17.48%; the higher heating value (HHV) of raw material and pellets presented the ranges 17.68–20.21 and 19.72–21.81 MJ kg−1, respectively. Thermal efficiency showed statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) between pellets and gasifiers, with an average of 31% Tier 3 in ISO (International Organization for Standardization) for the T-LUD and 14% (ISO Tier 1) for EGWCS, with Arbutus xalapensis being the species with the highest energy yield. The use of improved combustion devices, as well as that of selected raw material species, can reduce the impact of global warming by up to 33% on a cooking task compared to the three-stone burner.

Two multi-functional powders, in terms of anthocyanins from black rice (Oryza sativa L.) and lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus paracasei, L. casei 431®) were obtained through co-microencapsulation into a biopolymer matrix composed of milk proteins and inulin. Two extracts were obtained using black rice flour as a raw material and hot water and ethanol as solvents. Both powders (called P1 for aqueous extract and P2 for ethanolic extract) proved to be rich sources of valuable bioactives, with microencapsulation efficiency up to 80%, both for anthocyanins and lactic acid bacteria. A higher content of anthocyanins was found in P1, of 102.91 ± 1.83 mg cyanindin-3-O-glucoside (C3G)/g dry weight (DW) when compared with only 27.60 ± 17.36 mg C3G/g DW in P2. The morphological analysis revealed the presence of large, thin, and fragile structures, with different sizes. A different pattern of gastric digestion was observed, with a highly protective effect of the matrix in P1 and a maximum decrease in anthocyanins of approximatively 44% in P2. In intestinal juice, the anthocyanins decreased significantly in P2, reaching a maximum of 97% at the end of digestion; whereas in P1, more than 45% from the initial anthocyanins content remained in the microparticles. Overall, the short-term storage stability test revealed a release of bioactive from P2 and a decrease in P1. The viable cells of lactic acid bacteria after 21 days of storage reached 7 log colony forming units (CFU)/g DW.

Extracts from Hericium erinaceus can cause neural cells to produce nerve growth factor (NGF) and protect against neuron death. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of ethanol and hot water extracts from H. erinaceus solid-state fermented wheat product on the brain cells of zebrafish embryos in both pre-dosing protection mode and post-dosing repair mode. The results showed that 1% ethanol could effectively promote zebrafish embryo brain cell death. Both 200 ppm of ethanol and water extracts from H. erinaceus solid-state fermented wheat product protected brain cells and significantly reduced the death of brain cells caused by 1% ethanol treatment in zebrafish. Moreover, the zebrafish embryos were immersed in 1% ethanol for 4 h to cause brain cell damage and were then transferred and soaked in the 200 ppm of ethanol and water extracts from H. erinaceus solid-state fermented wheat product to restore the brain cells damaged by the 1% ethanol. However, the 200 ppm extracts from the unfermented wheat medium had no protective and repairing effects. Moreover, 200 ppm of ethanol and water extracts from H. erinaceus fruiting body had less significant protective and restorative effects on the brain cells of zebrafish embryos. Both the ethanol and hot water extracts from H. erinaceus solid-state fermented wheat product could protect and repair the brain cells of zebrafish embryos damaged by 1% ethanol. Therefore, it has great potential as a raw material for neuroprotective health product.

The article presents the results of the development of a new type of rabbit meat product - meatloaf. The consumption of healthy and nutritious foods rich in macro- and micronutrients, low in lipids and cholesterol, as well as various nutritional supplements, is preferable for the modern consumer. One of the promising types of meat as a dietary raw material is rabbit meat. As a result of the studies, a physicochemical analysis was carried out, the amino acid composition of rabbit meat was determined, and an organoleptic and tasting assessment of rabbit meatloaf was given. The technological scheme, the recipe is developed and the technological parameters of the meatloaf preparation are determined. It is recommended to store meatloaf no more than 10 days at a temperature of 0–2 °C with a humidity of 85-90 %. Meatloaf from rabbit meat has functional properties, contains a large number of vitamins PP – 174.3 mg, potassium minerals – 5052.8 mg, magnesium – 382.4 mg, phosphorus – 2875 mg, sodium – 8598.7 mg.The results of the nutritional and biological value of rabbit meatloaf allow us to make an informed conclusion about the high level of their nutritional value, which clearly illustrates the values of quality indicators.

The embodied challenges for introducing closed fuel cycle are utilizing advanced fuel reprocessing and fabrication facilities as well as nuclear nonproliferation aspect. Optimization target of advanced reactor design should be maintained properly to obtain high performance of safety, fuel breeding and reducing some long-lived and high level radioactivity of spent fuel by closed fuel cycle options. In this paper, the contribution of loading trans-uranium to the core performance, fuel production, and reduction of minor actinide in high level waste (HLW) have been investigated during reactor operation of large fast breeder reactor (FBR). Excess reactivity can be reduced by loading some minor actinide in the core which affect to the increase of fuel breeding capability, however, some small reduction values of breeding capability are obtained when minor actinides are loaded in the blanket regions. As a total composition, MA compositions are reduced by increasing operation time. Relatively smaller reduction value was obtained at end of operation by blanket regions (9%) than core regions (15%). In addition, adopting closed cycle of MA obtains better intrinsic aspect of nuclear nonproliferation based on the increase of even mass plutonium in the isotopic plutonium composition.

The results of studies of the qualitative composition and quantitative content of amino acids (AAs) in the leaves of three plant species of the genus Artemisia, widespread in the Elton region, were presented. Protein AAs were determined on an AAA T-339 amino acid analyzer (Czech Republic) after hydrolysis of a sample in 6N HCl at 105 °C for 24 h, free AAs – on an AAA-400 amino acid analyzer (Czech Republic) in a lithium buffer system. The protein AAs amount varied from 66 mg / g in A. lerchiana to 113 mg / g dry weight in A. santonica. 17 AAs were found in composition of these species, aspartic and glutamic acids were dominant. The content of free AAs varied from 4.4 mg / g in A. santonica to 8.3 mg / g dry weight in A. pauciflora. 14 AAs have been identified, among them proline was the predominant free AA. The share of proline was 75-81% of the total free AAs. Among the minor components, 3-4 compounds with a content above 2% dominated. The free AAs contain 3 non-proteinogenic ones (ornithine, citruline, and γ-aminobutyric acid). A. lerchiana and A. pauciflora species were similar in protein and free amino acids, probably due to the same growing conditions. A high level of free proline, together with a complex of biologically active substances in Artemisia species, which grow abundantly in the Elton region, allow to consider the possibility of their use as a medicinal raw material.

Abstract: Material developments in Indonesia is already very advanced rapidly certainly need high level of violence but has a mass of light. Aluminum should be developed because it possesses a lightweight and available in the land of our country that is rich in agricultural products. As an alternative to strengthen aluminum alloy that is with Si and Mg, as well as the rapid cooling process when smelting. This study was conducted to observe the microstructure and mechanical properties of the raw material of aluminum alloy series 6063. Tests conducted with metal mold, furan resin sand mold, commossa sand mold, the cooling rate of each mold will affect the hardness of the material which can be seen microstructure with microstructural observations. The survey results revealed that the aluminum with a metal mold casting has a hardness of 54 HRB, furan resin sand has a hardness of 40 HRB, sand commossa has a hardness of 33 HRB. Metal mold has a shock force of 0,316 J/mm2, particularly a furan resin sand shock force of 0,265 J/mm2, commossa sand has a shock force of 0.206 J/mm2. Metal mold has a high hardness compared with furan resin sand rated second, while the sand was rated commossa end but increasingly harsh mean tenacity of a material value will increase. According to the test micro structure, the aluminum is brittle, the distance or the distribution of grain will be a meeting or a lot.
