In modern conditions, the concept of «security» is widely used in all spheres of activity, it is firmly embedded in our live. The economic security of organizations, in particular, is closely related to the production of products, performance of works and provision of services. The efficiency of economic entities determines the economic state of the state as a whole. Ensuring the system of economic security of the enterprise is a complex process that requires huge organizational, economic, political, financial, logistical, information and other efforts of the security subject. The system of economic security of the organization should be built taking into account the individual characteristics of the enterprise, its structure and essence depends on the legislative framework, the understanding of security policy by employees, practical experience and knowledge of managers, and at the same time comply with the norms and principles of legality. Effective provision of the system of economic security of the organization is the process of implementation of functional components of economic security, the purpose of which is to prevent possible damages and achieve the maximum level of economic security of the enterprise at the present time and in the future. Scholars and governments are interested in four sets of questions concerning public opinion on foreign policy and national security policy. First, what do public opinion polls measure? How do citizens, who are generally uninformed about foreign policy and world affairs, form opinions on these matters? Second, how rational is public opinion? Is it stable or volatile? Are opinions coherent? Do opinions plausibly reflect the flow of world events? Third, what factors influence the formation of citizen opinions? Specifically, what is the impact of fundamental attitudes toward war and military force, partisanship, ideology, and gender? Finally, how universal are the determinants of citizen opinion, especially on crucial issues of war and peace? Are the findings in global comparisons the same as those in the American or European contexts? Considerable scholarship has been devoted to these four questions. Scholars now characterize public opinion as rational, in the sense that it is fairly stable, coherent, and responsive to real world events. Attitudes toward war and military force are a major focus of the research literature because many specific policy attitudes flow from fundamental views of war. Gender has also become a major focus of research because many studies find that women are less supportive of the use of military force for most purposes. Finally, scholars are beginning to discover that some opinion patterns are universal across societies, while others are more affected by the individual characteristics of national societies. Studies of global public opinion have expanded greatly, with recent scholarship focusing on global attitudes toward gender equality, immigration, and climate change.

Rachinsky. The possibilities for such interaction proposed in the works of the teacher are studied, a comparative analysis of the ideas of Rachinsky and the official doctrines of the Ministry of Public Education is carried out, the peculiarities of the implementation of the ideas of the teacher in practice are indicated, which provides for taking into account the individual characteristics of teaching and raising children from a peasant environment in a rural boarding school with the organization of practice-oriented labor education of trainees, as well as the formation of their knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of certain types of professional activity, focused on their future work in rural environment. It is indicated that thanks to Rachinsky's activity, the ideas of humanistic upbringing of children based on national traditions penetrated into the environment of the peasantry, which for centuries maintained conservative ideas about family upbringing of children, which assumed a strict hierarchy of child-parent relationships, reliance on community values, authoritarian style of parental behavior and recognition of the need for unconditional subordination of children to the will of their parents. Broad socio-cultural and educational activities of S. A. Rachinsky in rural environment, the opening of schools by him contributed to the formation of a new type of relationship between older and younger family members based on mutual respect and recognition of the child's right to realize his personal potential in society, thereby in a certain way humanizing the relationship between older and younger family members.

The subject of the research is the process of making managerial decisions for innovative IT projects investing. The paper focuses on the new approach to decision making on investing innovative IT projects using expert survey in a fuzzy reasoning system. As input information, expert estimates of projects have been aggregated into six indicators having a linguistic description of the individual characteristics of the project type "high", "medium", and "low". The task of decision making investing has been formalized and the term-set of the output variable Des has been defined: to invest 50-75% of the project cost; to invest 20-50% of the project cost; to invest 10-20% of the project cost; to send the project for revision; to turn down investing project. The fuzzy product model of making investment management decisions has been developed; it adequately describes the process of investment management. The expediency of using constructed production model on a practical example is shown.

The paper analyzes the factors that affect the amount of effort required to create a mobile application and its cost. It is established that the main factors of influence are the design of the application, its functionality, the type of mobile platform, the availability and level of testing and support, as well as the individual characteristics of the developer. Based on the analysis of information sources, the main methods and approaches to forecasting the cost of software products are identified, which include the COCOMO model, Price-to-win method, expert evaluation, algorithmic methods and the method of analogies. It is proposed to consider the method of analogies as a tool that allows you to make predictions about the cost of resources required for the successful implementation of IT projects based on the experience of similar projects. It is proved that the advantages of this method are the simplicity of its implementation and the clarity of the results obtained, which follows from the practical orientation of this tool. Among the limitations of the method of analogy is the mandatory need for reliable data relating to similar projects, as well as the difficulty of taking into account unspecified indicators. Taking into account the mentioned limitations of the method of analogies and on the basis of the analysis of scientific sources the possible directions of its optimization are determined. Thus, among the ways to improve the effectiveness of this method are those aimed at optimizing the project selection process, the data for which are used as a basis for forecasting. Attempts to improve the method of analogies by including parameters that were previously ignored by this technique seem promising. This in turn can lead to an expansion of the scope of the method of analogies and increase the accuracy of forecasts. As prospects for further research, the need to continue research in the field of optimization of the method of analogies with the subsequent practical verification of theoretical positions on the data of real projects.
