<p class="6Abstrak"><span lang="EN-US">Pekanbaru is a developing capital city that can be seen from the density of community activities in their daily lives. This requires having a fit and healthy body. A fit and healthy lifestyle is also an important requirement for the body. Fitness and good body beauty is the dream of every human being. Lack of fitness in the body will make you weak and less enthusiastic in carrying out your daily routine. From this problem, we need a place that accommodates fitness activities and physical and spiritual health of the body. Generally, Fitness and Wellness facilities in Pekanbaru are still located in shophouses, residences, shopping centers and part of the supporting facilities for star-rated hotels. Therefore a Fitness and Wellness Center is needed that expresses fitness and health by supporting various physical and physical and spiritual activities that have never existed before by presenting aesthetics, technology and building a supporting structure. For that, we need a high-tech architectural principles approach that exposes a structure that is not only load-bearing but also aesthetically pleasing to this building.</span></p>

In pursuit of a healthy lifestyle, people are paying more attention to sports activities, even in winter. They are thus seeking high function and maximum comfort to improve their performance. However, cold weather may result in a higher risk of injuries. It is of prime importance to perform warm-up, which can increase body temperature to relieve muscle stiffness and allow improvement of performance. Unfortunately, the traditional approach of wearing multiple thick layers of clothing to keep warm can prevent the easy movement of the body. Therefore, the integration of flexible textile and wearable thermal technology has become a major research initiative in both sports and textile fields. Current attempts by high-tech start-ups and wearable textile enterprises are not able to overcome the hurdle of transforming wearable technology into a fashionable and marketable product. Hence, this paper introduces a design-driven method to develop a flexible wearable thermal textile accessory for winter sports usage. The relationships between thermal textiles, electrical resistance, thermal performance, stretchability, energy consumption, and function stability were evaluated to optimize the thermal textile fabrication. Then, a prototype was produced and its specification was defined. These enable the realization of mass production and provide a blueprint for the future development of wearable textiles.

To lead a healthy lifestyle it is important to have sufficient knowledge on nutrition its importance in our daily lives. It is also essential to have this awareness at a younger age so that healthy eating becomes a habit and eventually a lifestyle. To have a clear understanding of what the food we eat contains or the nutrients present in them, it is essential to give nutritional awareness in foods in relation to their performance in the maintaining the body with stamina, help in growth and repair of worn out tissues and also to improve the body’s immunity. This conceptual paper aims to find out the awareness of nutritional knowledge given through media and its effectiveness among students of high school with extensive review of literature.

Having understood what a diet is and why it is necessary, it will be easier to adhere to your own daily routine, which is a good incentive. After all, regularity has a lot of advantages. Since compliance with the diet is an important component of a healthy lifestyle, like regular sleep. It is enough to draw up a daily routine and clearly follow the food intake schedule for a week, so that the body is rebuilt to a new rhythm. Eating food every day at the same time, the body develops a conditioned reflex, due to which appetite is excited in a timely manner, which is not unimportant with 4-6 meals a day. Rational nutrition can significantly improve the athlete’s body condition, optimizing the processes occurring in him, and vice versa, up to diseases and injuries. The optimal satisfaction of the body's nutritional needs under heavy loads is an important prerequisite for solving the problems of physical fitness. A huge amount of training in sports makes it very difficult to organize a balanced diet for highly qualified athletes. Nevertheless, observing the diet, eating food from 4-6 times a day, you can ensure a uniform supply of nutrients. The authors of this article tried to review and analyze the available scientific literature to propose their concept of the distribution of daily caloric needs, taking into account the daily routine, in the training process of highly qualified athletes.

This article explores the experiences of social exclusion of individuals with visual impairment (IWVI) as they negotiate their daily lives in their homes and societal settings in the Oshana and Oshikoto regions of Namibia. Employing qualitative research approach, this research tried to better understand the lived experiences of IWVI. Nine IWVI with ages ranging from 30 to 90 years were initially engaged in focus group discussions, followed by semi-structured in-depth individual interviews. The findings of this research indicated that IWVI experience exclusion from education, employment and social and community participation as well as relationships. Based on these findings, we suggest more inclusive policies to address social exclusion of IWVI. At the same time, this group of individuals should be empowered to participate in community activities to promote interaction with people without visual impairments.

Abstract The global COVID-19 pandemic has inevitably made disinfection a daily routine to ensure the safety of public and private spaces. However, the existing disinfection procedures are time-consuming and require intensive human labor to apply chemical-based disinfectant onto contaminated surfaces. In this paper, a robot disinfection system is presented to increase the automation of the disinfection task to assist humans in performing routine disinfection safely and efficiently. This paper presents a semi-autonomous quadruped robot called LASER-D for performing disinfection in cluttered environments. The robot is equipped with a spray-based disinfection system and leverages the body motion to control the spray action without an extra stabilization mechanism. The spraying unit is mounted on the robot’s back and controlled by the robot computer. The control architecture is designed based on force control, resulting in navigating rough terrains and the flexibility in controlling the body motion during standing and walking for the disinfection task. The robot also uses the vision system to improve localization and maintain desired distance to the disinfection surface. The system incorporates image processing capability to evaluate disinfected regions with high accuracy. This feedback is then used to adjust the disinfection plan to guarantee that all assigned areas are disinfected properly. The system is also equipped with highly integrated simulation software to design, simulate and evaluate disinfection plans effectively. This work has allowed the robot to successfully carry out effective disinfection experiments while safely traversing through cluttered environments, climb stairs/slopes, and navigate on slippery surfaces.

Background: Dementia and its related types such as Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia and mixed dementia belong to brain associated diseases, resulting in long-term progressive memory loss. These diseases are so severe that can affect a person's daily routine. Up to date, treatment of de- mentias is still an unmet challenge due to their complex pathophysiology and unavailable efficient pharmacological approaches. The use of nanotechnology based pharmaceutical products could possibly improve the management of dementia given that nanocarriers could more efficiently deliver drugs to the brain. Objective: The objective of this study is to provide the current nanotechnology based drug delivery systems for the treatment of various dementia types. In addition, the current diagnosis biomarkers for the mentioned dementia types along with their available pharmacological treatment are being dis- cussed. Method: An extensive review of the current nanosystems such as brain drug delivery systems against Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia and mixed dementia was performed. Moreover, nan- otheranostics as possible imaging markers for such dementias were also reported. Results: The field of nanotechnology is quite advantageous for targeting dementia given that nanoscale drug delivery systems easily penetrate the blood brain barrier and circulate in the body for prolonged time. These nanoformulations consist of polymeric nanoparticles, solid lipid nanoparticles, nanostruc- tured lipid carriers, microemulsions, nanoemulsions, and liquid crystals. The delivery of the nan- otherapeutics can be achieved via various administration routes such as transdermal, injectable, oral, and more importantly, through the intranasal route. Nonetheless, the nanocarriers are mostly limited to Alzheimer’s disease targeting; thus, nanocarriers for other types of dementia should be developed. Conclusion: To conclude, understanding the mechanism of neurodegeneration and reviewing the cur- rent drug delivery systems for Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia types are significant for medical and pharmaceutical society to produce efficient therapeutic choices and novel strategies based on mul- tifunctional and biocompatible nanocarriers, which can deliver the drug sufficiently into the brain.

The study was conducted using 800 adult local chickens comprising 355 males and 445 females, which were obtained from 2 major markets in Ado Ekiti, the capital city of Ekiti state, Nigeria. Convenience sampling technique was employed in selecting animals for observation. The birds were individually observed for phenotypic expression of shank colour, feather morphology, feather structure, polydactyly, ptylopody and comb types. The number in each group was expressed as a percentage of the total number of birds. The body size parameters measured include body weight, body girth, body length, shank length, wing length, toe length, keel length and shank diameter. The result revealed that the phenotypic frequencies of birds with dominant genes for feather morphology (FF, Ff), feather structure (NaNa + Nana), poly dactyl (PoPo + Popo) and ptylopods (FshFsh + Fshfsh) were 0.033, 0.037, 0.042 and 0.046 respectively, while that of the recessive gene carriers were 0.967, 0.963, 0.958 and 0.954 respectively. The calculated gene frequencies for frizzled (F), Naked neck (Na), Polydactyly (Po) and ptylopods (Fsh) were 0.035, 0.024, 0.034 and 0.035 respectively. The local chicken showed different plumage coloration with black, brown and pink predominating. The male birds were superior to their female counterparts with significant differences (P<0.05) in all the parameters measured except weight.

Introduction. Electronic devices (ED) are widespread among adolescents, filling their daily lives. The trend towards digitalization of all aspects of life is a global trend with the inevitable involvement of young people. The lack of existing preventive measures necessitates scientific research and intensification of work to promote a healthy lifestyle. Materials and methods. In 2019, an online survey was conducted of 200 schoolchildren in grades 9-11, 498 students in 1-6 courses, and 251 parents. In April 2020, an online survey was conducted of 1587 students of 1-6 classes and 500 parents. Measurements of physical factors were carried out at the Dolgoprudnenskaya gymnasium and the N.I. Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University. One thousand sixty-six schoolchildren and students were examined by an ophthalmologist with the help of the device “ARMISm”. Results. Negative tendencies in the state of the organ of vision, observed by students, are primarily associated with increased use of stationary and mobile ED in all age groups. Students use various ED in places with insufficient artificial illumination. In educational institutions, such places are corridors, halls, recreation, where students use their electronic devices. There are currently no separate requirements for artificial lighting by using information and communication technologies outside of classrooms or work premises. During the period of distance learning, schoolchildren and students have been established to use one more ED in comparison with the period of traditional education. The long-term effect of using mobile ED is still unknown. Conclusions. As a preventive hygienic measure for the protection of vision, it is recommended to use ED only in places with a good level of illumination, including artificial, with limited duration of continuous use of ED, with gymnastics for the eyes during breaks.

Millennials are currently the most prominent age demographic in Indonesia, a generation that has the highest number of people compared to other age groups that wholly consist of peope in productive age. As the prominent demographic group, their behaviour and lifestyle is an important trend that needs to be observed. Their 2 most dominant lifestlye are: 1. Food, a big part of their lifestyle, Millennials spend most of their money on food, especially on dining out, and; 2. Sedentary Lifestyle, 84% of Jakarta citizen’s profession can be categorized as a job with passive physical activity, furthermore the advancement of digital technology has made daily activity less active. These things needs to be paid attention to, as both of them are the main cause of obesity, which itself is a major cause of 4 of 5 illness that caused death in Indonesia, and can be observed in 37.1% of adults in Jakarta. To mitigate this, a program is designed to solve this issue preventively, by instilling a healthy bevahiour in their daily life. The chosen design method is typology. Function-wise it is based on wellness center, which promotes health not only by medicine but also through building a healthy lifestyle. Shape-wise, is to design a building which passively promotes healthy lifestyle by its shape. Based on these, the proposed program is Integrated Health Facility, which is an integrative medicine based  facility. The main focus of this program is diet nutrition and physical activiy, with the main program categorized as food, pyhsical activity, clinic, and health community. Stair is the main concept, used as the main circulation and split level design, to passively encourage physical activity. Abstrak Generasi Millennial adalah sebuah generasi yang sedang mendominasi di Indonesia, sebagai generasi yang keseluruhannya merupakan usia produktif dengan persentase terbesar dibandingkan dengan generasi usia lainnya. Sebagai generasi yang dominan, gaya hidup dan perilaku mereka layak menjadi perhatian. Dua hal yang dominan adalah: 1. Makanan, sebuah bagian besar dari gaya hidup mereka, terlihat dari pengeluaran Generasi Millennial untuk makanan, khususnya untuk makan di luar, merupakan pengeluaran terbesar mereka, dan; 2. Sedentary Lifestyle, 84% profesi penduduk Jakarta merupakan profesi yang tidak aktif, selain itu dengan kemajuan teknologi digital membuat aktivitas sehari-hari semakin menjadi kurang aktif. Kedua gaya hidup ini perlu menjadi perhatian, karena keduanya merupakan penyebab utama dari Obesitas, yaitu penyebab 4 dari 5 penyakit penyebab kematian tertinggi di Indonesia, serta diderita oleh 37.1% penduduk dewasa Jakarta. Sebagai upaya penyelesaian dari masalah ini, sebuah program dan fasilitas dirancang untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini secara preventif, yaitu melalui menumbuhkan kebiasaan gaya hidup sehat. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah tipologi. Secara fungi mengikuti trend wellness center, yaitu kesehatan tidak hanya melalui pengobatan, tetapi juga melalui gaya hidup sehat. Selain itu secara bentuk, yaitu menghasilkan bangunan yang melalui bentuknya mendorong gaya hidup sehat. Berdasarkan ini, bangunan yang dihasilkan adalah Integrated Health Facility, yaitu sebuah fasilitas kesehatan yang secara menyeluruh. Fokus utama dari fasilitas ini merupakan nutrisi (makanan) dan aktivitas fisik, dengan program utama yang ditawarkan dapat dikategorikan menjadi makanan, aktivitas fisik, klinik serta komunitas kesehatan. Tangga menjadi konsep utama dari bangunan, yaitu sebagai sirkulasi dan permainan split level, untuk mendorong aktivitas fisik secara pasif.

In this twentieth century with dynamic changing lifestyle, more towards sedentary, growing technologies, crazy working hours, pressures, deadline, competition, responsibilities and eventually growing stress is reason for growing physical and pathological disorders. This is also the cause of early pathological disorders. One becomes victim of wrong posture due to monotonous routine, improper work environment and lack of exercises. We are conscious about our health and follow specific fitness regime and diet, but awareness of body and its structure is also equally important. We are conscious about our external look, but we ignore internal beauty of our body. Maintaining balance of well-arranged body created by the environment and our energy should be well preserved. Yoga plays an important role in creating this awareness, posture practice to keep us physically healthy, meditation to keep our mind healthy and raj yoga teaches us to have insight to know the goal of our soul which is ‘peace’. This article emphasis on posture awareness through posture modification. It emphasis on what is posture modification and how it can be achieved through posture correction. It explains the importance of posture correction and how important is body awareness with reference to effect of gravitation force on our body, to bring change in our body to maintain symmetry/ balance and preserve it. It also covers Ashtanga yoga, 8 limbs of yoga which is the best guide to teach us how to live our life, with systematic progression in setting up our goals towards the purpose of our life. When I say understanding of the body that also includes understanding of our daily routine and the flow of posture correction from foot to toe and flow of the yoga therapy which goes after identification of the problem. The article also mentions few important facts in this article, Kids learn through imitating our behavior physically and socially. Gaining knowledge and wisdom is fate, passing this knowledge to next generation is our responsibility. As the topic says, principles of Sunjeevan Yoga are explained throughout the article. Just like various schools of Yoga, Sunjeevan Yoga is also a school of Yoga which has main aspect as Yoga Therapy using different Hatta yoga asnaas and props to treat patient with various physical deformity and supportive therapy to pathological disorders. Keeping the base of Patanjali yoga sutra as philosophy behind Sunjeevan Yoga therapy, it works more on body and mind awareness. To summarize, Lifestyle Management is crucial and is need of an hour. This can be achieved through Yoga, that is awareness of body and mind. Lifestyle management is spending quality time at work, family, friends, and oneself. How well we manage our body and mind that is physical and virtual health and how we primacies our priorities. Yoga is just not just stretching and postures, but yoga is posture recognition and modification, stretching with awareness.
