<p><em>This is descriptive qualitative research using stylistic analysis to describe the existence of language style, diction, image, educational values of the character, and the relevance of the lyrics of Fourtwnty album Lelaku as a teaching material for Indonesian language learning at high school. This study aims to examine postcolonialism in Candra Malik's novel Layla. Postcolonialism is meant by forms of hybridity, mimicry and ambivalence. In addition, this study will also link the relevance of postcolonialism in Layla with Indonesian language learning in high school. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This method is used to describe and explain forms of hybridity, mimicry, and ambivalence in Candra Malik's Layla and its relevance to Indonesian language learning in high school. The strategy used is content analysis. The results showed that there were forms of hybridity in the form of social status, education, marriage and food. The forms of mimicry include marriage, language, clothing, lifestyle, names and buildings. The form of ambivalence is in the form of work, education and household. Postcolonialism in Layla has relevance to Indonesian language learning in high school. The results of the postcolonial study of Layla can be used as teaching material on the basic competence of analyzing the language of a story or historical novel in XII grade. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji poskolonialisme dalam novel Layla karya Candra Malik. Poskolonialisme yang dimaksud adalah bentuk-bentuk hibriditas, mimikri, dan ambivalensi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan mengaitkan relevansi poskolonialisme dalam novel Layla dengan pemelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode tersebut digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan bentuk-bentuk hibriditas, mimikri, dan ambivalensi dalam novel Layla dan relevansinya dengan pemelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Strategi yang digunakan adalah analisis konten/isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat bentuk hibriditas berupa status sosial, pendidikan, pernikahan, dan makanan. Bentuk mimikri berupa pernikahan, bahasa, pakaian, gaya hidup, nama, dan bangunan. Bentuk ambivalensi berupa pekerjaan, pendidikan, dan rumah tangga. Poskolonialisme dalam novel Layla memiliki relevansi dengan pemelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Hasil kajian poskolonial novel Layla ini dapat dijadikan bahan ajar untuk menganalisis secara kebahasaan cerita atau novel sejarah di kelas XII.

Hati Suhita which is set in Java contains some philosophical and figurative languages. This research  aims to describe some figurative languages of Khilma Anis’s Hati Suhita and its relevance as a teaching material in high school. This is a descriptive qualitative research. The research data are in the form of words or sentences. The source of the data is the novel Hati Suhita and high school syllabus. The data collection techniques are read and note-taking techniques. The data analysis is then applied to the lists of figurative style passage dialogue using content analysis. The results showed that in the novel there were 32 styles of figurative languages. There are 6 data in the form of simile, 1 metaphorical, 12 personifications, 6 allusions, 6 eponymous data, and 1 data in the form of irony. Style that dominates the invention was the personification. Overall, the distinctive figurative language styles used in various forms of parables and comparisons in the novel are Javanese puppet characters and proverbs. This is unique in the discovery of language styles in this study. The results of the analysis of the language style in this novel have relevances as teaching materials with three KD, among them found in KD 3.9.4.9, 3.4.4.4, 3.9.4.9 of XI and XII degrees.AbstrakDalam novel Hati Suhita ditemukan gaya bahasa kiasan yang sarat akan budaya dan filosofi Jawa yang terkandung di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa kiasan yang terdapat dalam novel Hati Suhita karya Khilma Anis dan relevansinya sebagai bahan ajar di SMA. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Data berupa kata atau kalimat yang menunjukkan gaya bahasa kiasan. Sumber data berupa novel Hati Suhita dan silabus bahasa Indonesia pada jenjang SMA. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak dan catat, pencatatan dilakukan untuk menuliskan petikan dialog yang mengandung gaya bahasa kiasan. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam novel tersebut terdapat 32 gaya bahasa kiasaan, yaitu 6 data gaya bahasa simile atau persamaan, 1 data metafora, 12 data personifikasi, 6 data alusi, 6 data eponimi, dan 1 data ironi. Gaya bahasa kiasan yang mendominasi adalah personifikasi. Kekhasan gaya bahasa kiasan yang digunakan dalam berbagai bentuk perumpamaan dan perbandingan pada novel tersebut adalah tokoh-tokoh pewayangan dan peribahasa Jawa. Hal tersebut merupakan keunikan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis gaya bahasa dalam novel ini memiliki relevansi sebagai bahan ajar dengan tiga KD, di antaranya terdapat pada KD 3.9.4.9, 3.4.4.4, 3.9.4.9. yang terdapat pada kelas XI dan XII.

This article examines the referential meaning of children's names in SMA N 1 Karanggede grade X MIPA 1. This article aims to (1) find the referential meaning of the child's name (2) explains the content of the referential meaning of the child's name (3) describes the utilization of the referential meaning of the child's name as teaching material Indonesian language learning class VIII junior high school. The data in this study are referential meanings of children's names. Sources of data came from parents and students in SMA N 1 Karanggede, especially in class X MIPA 1. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The validity used is source triangulation. The data analysis technique uses the referential equivalent method. The results of this study are, First, the referential meaning of the child's name refers to objects (23names) and properties (13names). Second, the meaning of the name of the child based on the giver's name refers to: prayer or hope (21), time of birth (7), order of birth (2), inspiration (6). Third, the use of referential meanings of children's names in Indonesian language learning in VIII grade of SMP is related to basic competencies 4.1 Concludes the content of the news (boast and motivate what is read and heard). The material used is news text taken from the name giving of children in SMA N 1 Karanggede which motivates.

Abstract: Novels can be interpreted as a form of literary work written by the author without releasing the intrinsic and extrinsic elements. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to find out 1) the form of phrases, clauses, and sentences in Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal 2) the results of the study of Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal can be used as teaching materials for Indonesian language subjects. This research is a qualitative research using listening, engaging, and proficient techniques starting from steps 1) preparation, 2) data collection, and 3) data analysis. The conclusions of this research are (1) Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal contains elements of phrases, clauses, and sentences. Phrases in Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal are verb phrases, noun phrases, adjective phrases, numeral phrases, endocentric phrases, and exocentric phrases. The clause in Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal is in the form of positive and negative clauses. Sentences in Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal are sentences based on 1) pronunciation, 2) grammatical structure or number of phrases, 3) function, 4) elements, 5) arrangement, 6) style or form of presentation, 7) subject. (2) The results of the study of Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal can be used as teaching materials for Indonesian language subjects from elementary to high school levels based on KI and KD at each level of education.Keywords: Novel entitled Selamat Tinggal, Tere Liye, Syntax, teaching material, Indonesian language subject  Abstrak: Novel dapat dimaknai sebagai bentuk karya sastra yang ditulis oleh pengarang dengan tidak melepaskan unsur intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Untuk itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui 1) bentuk frasa, klausa, dan kalimat pada novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye, 2) hasil kajian novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik simak, libat, dan cakap dengan dimulai dari langkah 1) persiapan, 2) pengumpulan data, dan 3) analisis data. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) Novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye mengandung Unsur frasa, klausa, dan kalimat. Frasa pada novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye berupa frasa verba, frasa nomina, frasa adjektiva, frasa numeralia, frasa endosentris, frasa eksosentris. Klausa pada novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye berupa klausa positif dan negatif. Kalimat pada novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye berupa kalimat yang didasarkan pada 1) pengucapan, 2) struktur gramatikal atau jumlah frasa, 3) fungsi, 4) unsur, 5) susunan, 6) gaya atau bentuk penyajian, 7) subjek. (2) Hasil kajian novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia mulai jenjang sekolah dasar hingga menengah atas berdasarkan KI dan KD pada setiap jenjang pendidikan tersebut. Kata Kunci: Novel Selamat Tinggal, Tere Liye, sintaksis, bahan ajar, mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan model penyampaian materi tata bahasa, cakupan materi tata bahasa, dan kesesuaian materi tata bahasa dengan Kurikulum 2006 (KTSP) pada BSE bahasa Indonesia jenjang sekolah menengah pertama (SMP).Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah buku sekolah elektronik mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Data diperoleh melalui teknik membaca dan mencatat, dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis konten. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, model penyampaian materi tata bahasa dalam BSE bahasa Indonesia terdiri atas dua, yaitu pendekatan deduktif dan induktif. Pendekatan deduktif digunakan pada materi fonologi, morfologi, sintaksis, dan semantik. Pendekatan induktif digunakan pada materi morfologi, sintaksis, dan semantik. Kedua, cakupan materi tata bahasa yang terdapat pada buku sekolah elektronik bahasa Indonesia jenjang SMP/MTs  terdiri atas materi fonologi, morfologi, sintaksis, dan semantik. Materi fonologi hanya terdiri atas satu submateri, yaitu lafal dan diftong. Morfologi dibagi menjadi lima submateri, yaitu afiksasi, reduplikasi, kata tugas, kelas kata, dan penggunaan kata. Sintaksis dibagi menjadi tiga submateri, yaitu klausa, kalimat, dan fungsi SPOKPel. Semantik dibagi menjadi dua submateri, yaitu jenis-jenis semantik dan perubahan dan pergeseran makna. Ketiga, materi fonologi, morfologi, sintaksis, dan semantik, pada Standar Kompetensi dan Kompetensi Dasar tertentu telah sesuai dengan Kurikulum KTSP.Kata Kunci: buku ajar, buku sekolah elektronik (BSE), materi tata bahasa AN ANALYSIS OF GRAMMAR MATERIALSIN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ELECTRONICS BOOKS (E-BOOKS) ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal the model of delivery of grammar materials, the scope of grammar materials, and the compatibility of grammar materials with Curriculum 2006 which known as KTSP in junior high school Bahasa Indonesia’s e-books. This study was a descriptive qualitative research. The data source was junior high school Bahasa Indonesia’s e-books. The data were obtained through reading and noting technique, and analysed using the content analysis. The result of this study is as follows. First, there are two models of delivery of grammar materials used in Bahasa Indonesia’s e-books. They are deductive and inductive approaches. The deductive approach is used in the delivery of phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantic materials. The inductive approach is used in the delivery of morphology, syntax, and semantic materials. Second, the grammar materials in junior high school Bahasa Indonesia’s e-books consist of phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantic materials. Phonology materials consist of only one sub material pronunciation and diphthong. Morphology materials consist of five sub-materials: affixation, reduplication, said task, class word, and use of the word. Syntax materials consist of three sub-materials: clause, sentence, and function of subject, predicate, object. Semantic materials consist of two sub-materials including semantic and meaning changes. Third, phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantic materials integrated in certain competency standards and primary competency are compatible with KTSP Curriculum.Keywords: textbook, e-books, grammar materials

This study has the following objectives: (1) Determine the form of metaphors in ad text on the blibli.com online site, (2) Describe the meaning contained in the metaphorical expressions in the ad text on the blibli.com online site, and (3) Explain the use of the expression metaphor as teaching material for learning Indonesian in junior high school. This type of research is qualitative research and uses qualitative descriptive methods. The data source in this study is the ad text discourse contained on the blibli.com online site. Data collection techniques using listening techniques and note taking techniques. Data analysis using the method of distribution with the type of technique for the Direct Element (BUL) and the equivalent method with a referential type. The results of this study (1) metaphorical expressions are analyzed based on shapes, which are grouped into classes of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences, (2) metaphorical expressions are analyzed based on meanings according to metaphorical forms, namely anthropomorphic metaphors, animal metaphors, concrete to abstract metaphors, and synesthesia metaphors. The tendency of metaphors that often appear in ad text on blibli.com online sites is anthropomorphic metaphors and concrete to abstract metaphors, (3) the use of metaphorical expressions in ad text on blibli.com online sites as teaching materials for learning Indonesian in junior high school.

Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pragmatis kritis yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana representasi kekuasaan pada bentuk gramatikal tindak tutur guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 4 Pandak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Sumber data penelitian ini berupa tuturan guru selama pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, sedangkan data penelitian ini berupa representasi kekuasaan yang terdapat pada tindak tutur guru saat proses kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa representasi kekuasaan guru ditunjukkan melalui penggunaan (1) kalimat positif-negatif, (2) modus kalimat, (3) modalitas, dan (4) pronomina persona.Kata kunci: representasi, kekuasaan, bentuk gramatikal, tindak tuturABSTRACTThis research includes critical pragmatic research, which aims to describe how the representation of power in the grammatical form of teacher speech acts in learning Indonesian in Pandak 4 Public Middle School. This type of research is qualitative research with content analysis methods. The source of this research data is in the form of teacher speech during Indonesian language learning, while the research data is in the form of representation of power contained in teacher speech acts during the process of learning Indonesian. The results of the study show that the representation of teacher power is shown through the use of (1) positive-negative sentences, (2) mode of sentences, (3) modalities, and (4) personal pronouns.

This research is entitled as "Anecdotal Text in the Oral Story of Yong Dollah Inheritance of Malays as Alternative Choice for Indonesian Language Teaching Materials". It is inspired by the collection of Yong Dollah stories as the inheritance of Malays in Bengkalis Regency which contain of humor elements. In addition, the stories have the same characteristics with anecdotal text, so that it can be applied as teaching material for Indonesia Language subject in the school. This research method was content analysis of descriptive approach. This research was conducted during six months. The technique used to collect data were documentation and interview. The data of this study were the entire generic structure and language features of anecdotal texts contained in a collection of Yong Dollah stories which consisted of 11 stories. The result showed that as following. First, there are five texts contain of complete generic structures and six texts contain of incomplete generic structure which is coda part for data 2, 3, 5, 8, and 1. Second, about language features, there are four data contains of all language features of Anecdote text, but on the other side, there are seven incomplete language features in the texts. Third, the consideration of choosing Yong Dollah as alternative material for Indonesia Language subject refers to eight indicators that are conveyed based on teachers’ perception toward Anecdote text Yong Dolla. 55 % of number of teachers claim that these texts suitable to be implemented as teaching material, but 44% of them claim neutral, and 1% claim disagree on it.

Indonesian language (IN) is one of the obligatory lessons in Senior High  School. The learning of Indonesian language is pointed to the  increasing ability of students. This aim  to increase students’ ability to communicate in Indonesian language well and properly. The communication ability is expected especially in oral and written. Besides, students are hoped to  be  able  to  appreciate  literary works. The objective of this research is to identify and to describe the implementation of role play method in the efforts to increase the activity of Indonesian language  learning  in speaking aspects and to identify and to get  the description whether  the implementation of the method can increase process and result speaking aspect of Indonesian language learning of students class XI IPS 1, Semester 1, SMAN 3 Bengkalis. The method used was classroom action method and the subject was class XII IPS 1, semester 1, SMAN 3 Bengkalis. The collection of data and information were carried out by observation, journal and document study. The result of the research showed that (1) The implementation of of  role play method can increase  the activities of  speaking aspects  in   Indonesian  language learning. On the  1st cycle1, 1st meeting, the percentage of students’ activities was 73% with the good category (3,6), while on the second meeting, it was 82% with the very good category (3,7). On the first meeting of the second cycle, the percentage of students’ activities became 83% with the very good category (4,3), while on the second meeting was 96% with the  very good category (5,0), (2) The implementation of role play method is able to increase the result of speaking aspect in learning Indonesian language. On the first cycle, the students’ reserved effort was 73% while on the second cycle was 77%. Meanwhile, based on attachment 3, the classical completeness on cycle 1 reached 86%, on cycle 2,  it  increased 96%. Based on the result  of  the  research,  the  researcher proposed that it would be better for the Indonesian language  teachers to implement role play method for the materials  that  are  suitable  with . speaking aspects. The reason is that this method is proved to be able to increase the process and result of students  learning. When implementing  this method,  teachers are hoped to give guidance, motivation, and explanation that more focused so that students can learn optimally.Abstrak  Bahasa Indonesia (BI) merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran wajib di SMA. Pembelajaran BI diarahkan  untuk  meningkatkan  kemampuan  peserta  didik.  Hal  ini  bertujuan  untuk meningkatkan  kemampuan  siswa  berkomunikasi  dalam  BI  dengan  baik  dan  benar. Kemampuan  berkomunikasi  yang  diharapkan  terutama  secara  lisan maupun  tulisan.  Selain itu,  siswa  diharapkan  juga  sanggup mengapresiasi  hasil  karya  sastra.  Tujuan  penelitian  ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerapan metode bermain peran dalam upaya meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran BI aspek berbicara dan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan  apakah  penerapan metode  bermain  peran  dapat meningkatkan  proses dan  hasil  pembelajaran  BI  aspek  berbicara  siswa  kelas  XI  IPS  1,  Semester  1,  SMAN  3 Bengkalis. Metode  penelitian  ini  adalah  penelitian  tindakan  kelas  dengan  subjek  penelitian siswa  kelas  XII  IPS  1,  semester  1,  SMAN  3  Bengkalis.  Pengumpulan  data  dan  informasi dilakukan melalui observasi/pengamatan,  jurnal, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian, yaitu  (1)  Penerapan  metode  bermain  peran  dapat  meningkatkan  aktivitas  pembelajaran  Bahasa Indonesia aspek berbicara pada  siswa kelas XI  IPS  1, Semester  1, SMAN  3 Bengkalis T.P. 2013/2014.  Pada  siklus  1  pertemuan  1,  persentase  aktivitas  belajar  siswa  adalah  73  persen dengan kategori  baik  (3,6),  sedangkan pertemuan  2  sebesar 82 persen dengan kategori  baik (3,7). Pada siklus 2 pertemuan 1, persentase aktivitas belajar siswa menjadi 83 persen dengan kategori sangat baik (4,3), sedangkan pertemuan 2 sebesar 96 persen dengan kategori sangat baik  (5,0);  (2)  Penerapan  metode  bermain  peran  dapat  meningkatkan  hasil  pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia aspek berbicara siswa kelas XI IPS 1, Semester 1, SMAN 3 Bengkalis T.P 2013/2014. Pada siklus 1, daya serap siswa sebesar 73 persen, sedangkan siklus 2 sebesar 77 persen. Sementara itu, berdasarkan Lampiran 3, ketuntasan klasikal pada  siklus  1 mencapai 86  persen,  sedangkan pada siklus 2 meningkat  menjadi  96  persen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan agar guru mata pelajaran, khususnya Bahasa Indonesia sebaiknya menerapkan metode bermain  peran untuk materi yang sesuai dengan aspek berbicara. Alasannya, metode ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Ketika menerapkan metode bermain peran untuk aspek  berbicara, guru dituntut memberikan bimbingan, motivasi, dan penjelasan yang  lebih  terfokus agar siswa dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan maksimal.
