<p><em>Buku Limau village is located at Belitung Timu</em><em>r</em><em> district. This village is one out of 18 remoted villages which located in one region of Bangka Belitung Province. Buku Limau village is also one out of three villages which are populated by the people. One of the greatest potential of this village is tourism, which have a very lovey beaches all along the coast line. However, it seems that they do not have an adequate number of human resources. The purpose of this students community service programme is to increase the awereness of Buku Limau people in several important aspects, namely: education, tourism, well-being based on local wisdom. In order to increase those several aspects, the students will held several comunnity job, namely: first aid training, training and education for tourism human resources. These several community service will helped the people of Buku Limau to increase their wealth and boost the tourism programme. </em></p>

First Aid Training in Accidents (P3K) in Youth Organization and Health Care Cadres in Rangkah Kidul Village is one form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at increasing the understanding and skills of the general public towards first aid in accidents. The implementation of these activities on December 7, 2019 took place at the Rangkah Kidul Village Hall, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The target is Youth Organization and Health Cadre of Rangkah Kidul Village, Sidoarjo. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for approximately 2 months before the activity is carried out, starting from determining the theme of the training to applying for permission to the parties concerned. As a form of evaluation, the activity was attended by 28 participants consisting of Health Cadres, Youth Organization, Village Officials, Head of RT / RW, and LKMD representatives. Participants participated in the activity with enthusiasm and seemed very enthusiastic, the training activities could run on time and smoothly. Keywords: Training of the first aid in accident, youth organization, health cadre.

Abstract BackgroundBangladesh, like other low-resource countries, faces a shortage of a trained mental health workforce to meet its population's mental health needs adequately. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has further aggravated this. Mental health first aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognized training program that has been operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It offers a potential way to reduce the mental health treatment gap and skills shortage by training laypeople to help support individuals with mental health issues. The present study evaluated the effectiveness of MHFA training in Bangladesh. MethodsAn online modified Delphi study was conducted consisting of two rounds of a self-administered survey and a consensus workshop. A five-step logic framework was used to develop questionnaire statements (n=111) that consisted of 'general,' 'I,' and 'social impact' statements around the seven MHFA aims. The statements were constructed in English and adapted in Bangla. The expert panel consisted of 20 participants trained in the MHFA program. Participants anonymously stated their opinion on 111 round-1 statements and then on 27 low agreement statements in round-2. The consensus workshop facilitated a group discussion where participants explained their views on the low consensus items. ResultsThe consensus ranged from 61.5% (Aim 3: Promote recovery of good mental health) to 100% (Aim 7: To improve own health and well-being) with an overall consensus of 83.8%. 'Social impact' items produced the most (50%) disagreements. Participants' comments reflected 12 themes of MHFA's effectiveness in fostering and promoting mental health individually and socially. There were nine themes of disagreement reflecting individual, sociocultural, and political barriers to the implementation of MHFA in Bangladesh. Participants made recommendations for the MHFA and mental health initiatives in Bangladesh to increase mental health awareness, acceptance, and support in society.ConclusionMHFA training offers Bangladesh and other low-and-middle-income countries a potential solution to tackle mental health burden at individual and societal levels and the additional challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic poses to mental health.

Desa Bendar dikenal sebagai desa Nelayan karena mayoritas penduduk Desa Bendar adalah nelayan dengan jumlah sebesar 55,7% atau 880 orang. Root of problem yang dihadapi oleh Desa Bendar, Kecamatan Juana, Kabupaten Pati adalah banyaknya hasil tangkapan ikan para nelayan serta sumber daya manusia yang belum terberdayakan secara maksimal, sehingga belum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat baik secara kelompok maupun individu di Desa Bendar. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah KUB Mina Melati. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. Rendahnya pengetahuan anggota KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati menjadi salah satu penyebabnya terutama dalam hal proses produksi dan pengolahan kerupuk yang baik dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop teknik-teknik produksi kerupuk, serta praktik produksi kerupuk. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bendar dapat menghasilkan produksi kerupuk ikan yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Apabila nilai jual dari hasil pengolahan kerupuk ikan tinggi, maka penghasilan warga akan meningkat, dan selanjutnya memberi dampak kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Bendar dan menjadikan Desa Bendar sebagai Desa Sentra Kerupuk Ikan. Kata kunci: Desa Nelayan, Kerupuk Ikan,Pemberdayaan. Abstract Bendar Village is well- known as a Fishing Village because the majority of Bendar Village residents are fishermen with a total of 55.7% or 880 people. The root of the problem faced by Bendar Village, Juana Subdistrict, Pati Regency was the number of fish catches of the fishermen and human resources that have not been maximally empowered yet, so that they have not been able to improve the welfare of the community yet both individually and in groups in Bendar Village. The partner in this service was KUB Mina Melati. In running its business, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati still applied traditional management. The low knowledge of members of KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati was one of the causes, especially in terms of good cracker production and processing and business management. The activities carried out by this service were training and workshops on cracker production techniques, as well as cracker production practices. With this community service program, it is hoped that the people of Bendar Village can produce fish crackers that have a high selling value. If the selling value of fish cracker processing results is high, the income of citizens will increase, and subsequently, have an impact on improving the welfare of the people of Bendar Village and making Bendar Village a Center Village of Fish Crackers. Keywords: Fishing Village, Fish Crackers, empowerment.

ABSTRAKAngka kriminalitas yang meningkat menjadi salah satu permasalahan pembangunan di kota Balikpapan. Tindakan kriminalitas seperti pencurian, penculikan anak, tindakan asusila terhadap perempuan dan sebagainya sangat meresahkan warga. Tidak terkecuali untuk warga perumahan Griya Wiyata Asri (GWA) III, RT 19, Kelurahan Karang Joang, Balikpapan. Sejauh ini, pelaksanaan Siskamling terbukti efektif dalam meminimalisir terjadinya tindak kejahatan di perumahan GWA III, terutama pada malam hari. Namun, permasalahan terjadi pada siang hari karena mayoritas warga perumahan masuk dalam kategori produktif, bekerja sehingga berada di luar perumahan, bahkan ada yang di luar kota. Suasana perumahan sangat sepi, sehingga meninggalkan celah tindakan kriminalitas bisa terjadi pada siang hari. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan upaya penanggulan atau pencegahan tindak kriminalitas. Untuk membantu upaya pencegahan tindak kriminalitas, dirakitlah sebuah Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). UAV ini digunakan untuk memantau kondisi di perumahan GWA III. Metode evaluasi dari pengabdian masyarakat tahap awal ini adalah sebatas melalui  observasi hasil pemantauan udara. Dari hasil foto, kejernihan foto dan kondisi perumahan yang dapat diobservasi secara jelas per bingkai foto udara, maka UAV ini berpotensi untuk digunakan sebagai penunjang siskamling dengan permasalahan kurangnya sumber daya manusia pada siang hari di perumahan GWA III ini.     Kata kunci: UAV; siskamling; keamanan. ABSTRACTBalikpapan, a city of oil. Despite this predicate, it suffer from high criminal level. This incude robbery, child kidnapping, female abuse that have been a great concern in many residential in Balikpapan. One of this residence is Griya Wiyata Asri III Residence. In this residence, a neigbourhood security system has been made. In this system, the resident of this residence have a shift to do a night watching. This system have been effective in the night, but in the daylight, because most of the people are in productive age, most of them working outside of this residential, make this residential empty, thus, making an opportunity for criminal to occur. To answer this probem, an unmanned aerial vehicle was built to monitor the condition of the neighbourhood. The evaluation of this preliminary stage of this community service was done merely from the results of the aerial view. This aerial view, it is so clear and can capture well the activity done in the neighbourhood in a one frame. So, this UAV have a potential to be used as aid to the neighbourhood security system which have a problem on lacking some human resources in the daylight. Keywords: UAV; security; neighbourhood.

ABSTRAK Kehamilan dan persalinan adalah proses yang normal, tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan akan timbul berbagai masalah. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pemantauan kesejahteraan janin, serta persiapan persalinan dan kelahiran yang matang. Orang–orang disekitarnya seperti bidan dan terutama keluarga harus turut serta menjaga kesejahteraannya. Salah satu persiapan tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan islami untuk mempersiapkan proses persalinan yang berhasil dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan ibu hamil secara fisik, psikologis dan mengamalkan ajaran islam pada proses persiapan persalinan. Tempat pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Fajar Agung Kecamatan Pringsewu dengan peserta pengabdian masyarakat sebanyak 12 orang ibu – ibu hamil. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini seluruh peserta pengabdian yaitu para ibu hamil dapat mengikuti kegiatan persiapan persalinan, indikator keberhasilan pada pengabdian ini adalah ibu – ibu hamil dapat mempraktikkan cara mengamalkan ajaran islam seperti membaca doa, surat pendek al-qur’an untuk proses persalinan. Dalam proses persiapan ini dengan dibantu oleh bidan desa dengan menggunakan buku kontrol atau kendali persiapan persalinan, buku kendali ini berisi tentang beberapa kegiatan yang harus dilakukan oleh ibu hami dari periksa kehamilan, senam hamil, membaca doa atau surat al - qur’an atau dzikir serta sholat wajib dan sunnah, dan tidak lupa menabung . Ibu – ibu hamil yang mengikuti pengabdian masyarakat ini bersedia dan paham dalam mengikuti serta mengisi kegiatan persiapan persalinan dengan baik.   Kata Kunci : Edukasi KIA, Ajaran Islam, Persalinan     ABSTRACT The pregnancy and childbirth are normal processes, but it does not rule out various problems. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the well – being of the fetus, as well as the proper preparationfor labor and delivery. The People  around them, such as midwives and especially families, must take part in maintaining their welfare. One of these preparations can be done through an islmaic approach to prepare for asuccessful labor. This community service activity aims to prepare pregnant women physically, psychologically and to practice Islamic teachings in the process of preparing for childbirth. This service was carried out in Fajar Agung Village, Pringsewu District, with 12 pregnant womwn participatingin community service. The results of this community service of all community service participants, namely pregnant women can take part in childbirth preparation activities, an indicator of success in this serviceis that pregnant women can practice Islamic teaching such as reading prayes, short letters al – quran for childbirth. In this preparation process with the assistance of a village midwife using a control book for labor preparation, this control book contains several activities that must be carried out by pregnant women from pregnancy exercise, reading prayers or surah al – quran or dzikir as well as obligatory prayers and sunnah, and don’t forget to save money. Pregnant women who participate in this community serviceare willing and understanding to participate in and fill in the labor preparation activities properly.   Keywords :KIA Education, Islamic teachings, childbirth

ABSTRAK Kegawatandarutan bisa terjadi dimana saja terutama wisata pulau. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pertolongan pertama masyarakat wisata pulau. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah penyuluhan tentang pertolongan pertama wisata pulau kepada masyarakat Desa Lemukutan Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kepulauan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat didapatkan data terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat sebelum dan setelah penyuluhan kesehatan tentang pertolongan pertama wisata pulau. Peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pertolongan pertama menjadi upaya penanganan kegawatdaruratan di Pulau Lemukutan. Kata Kunci: Pertolongan pertama, Pengetahuan, Edukasi  ABSTRACT The emergency condition can occur anywhere, especially island tourism. The purpose of community service was to increase the knowledge of first aid for island tourism communities. The method of implementing community service is counseling about island tourism first aid to the people of Lemukutan Island, Sungai Raya Islands District. The results of community service showed that there was an increase in community knowledge before and after health counselling about island tourism first aid. In this paper, I deal with the examination of the situation and change of human resources through the human resource hierarchy. My research covers the Hódmezővásárhely micro-region, which includes four settlements, two towns (Hódmezővásárhely as the centre of the area and Mindszent) and two villages (Mártély and Székkutas). Based on population density the micro-region is qualified as a rural territory, which is underpinned by the micro-region’s market town and homestead like character.I took the human resource system of Cloke and Park (1985) published in their book of Rural Resource Management as a basis of my examination and I pursued my research in consideration of Fehér’s (2005) researches related to rural economy. The system of human resources provided a hierarchical and logical framework for my examination. In the course of the research I made analyses along the three levels of human resources concerning the micro-region and its settlements.During the examination of the human resources of the Hódmezővásárhely micro-region I pointed out some negative changes and situations which unfavourably influence the socio-economic processes of the territory and its settlements. All this reveal that the human resources are not only factors of the economy of the micro-region as a rural economy but at the same time they are areas to be developed. The living standard (welfare) of the people living in the area and their quality of life (well-being) depend on the development and level of the different dimensions of the human resources largely. For that very reason there is a need for coordinated development of the human resources and the related fields with respect to the cause-effect relations.My research contributes to the better cognition of rural resources of the Hódmezővásárhely micro-region, without this a rational improvement and sustainable development of the micro-region and its settlements based on inner resources cannot be imagined.

The problem faced by the people in Permis Village is that the quality of  Human Resources (HR) is still low to be able to process the potential of the area they have, so there is a lot of potentials that has not been optimized. Therefore, it is necessary to open insights and provide additional skills for the community in order to be able to cultivate the potential of the region by Agro-based. Then the theme that was raised was "Economic Improvement Strategy Through Utilization of Agro-Tourism-Based Regional Potential". The method used is to provide socialization and training. The results of the evaluation of the activity are that the community is very open and accepts advice and knowledge from Student Community Service Students, but collaboration from various parties is still needed so the results are optimal.

Current and prospective business characteristics enter the market climate. So today we live in four eras at the same time, the globalization of the economic period, the period of information technology, the strategic efficiency management era, and the revolutionary era in management. We must discover the characteristics of each period and bring it against management principles. Based on the results of the assessment, it is known that Kademangan Village not only has abundant natural potential, but is also supported by skilled Human Resources (HR), especially in handicrafts and food preparations. Even so the living conditions of the people, especially the economic aspects, are not sufficient. This is caused by several factors such as the still poor quality of human resources and inadequate village infrastructure. For example, the community of handicrafts and food preparations have not been able to produce different products and of good quality so that they have high selling points. Considering these various conditions, the PKM (Student Activity Center) activities are directed at the economic aspect by organizing training for community service activities with the theme "Entrepreneurship Training to Improve Community Economy in Kademangan Village, Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency". Keywords: Economy; Entrepreneurship; Society

OPTIMIZING SCHOOL HEALTH (UKS) IN HANDLING BASIC EMERGENCY IN SCHOOLS THROUGH BASIC EMERGENCY TRAINING FOR RED CROSS TEEN IN BAYT AL-HIKMAH MIDDLE SCHOOL, PASURUAN CITY. Accidents and emergency conditions can occur anywhere, anytime and attack anyone. Errors or delays in initial treatment can result in the deterioration of the victim’s condition which can result in disability or other complications, not infrequently even to the point of death. At present the incidence of cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest patients is greatly increased and requires immediate assistance in rescue. Objectives of Community Service Optimization in the School Health Efforts in Handling Emergency in Schools Through Basic Emergency Training is expected that PMR members will be able to do first aid to the surrounding community who experience accidents or emergency conditions. This activity was carried out at Bayt Al-Hikmah Middle School in Pasuruan City on 29 and 31 August 2019. Community service activities consisted of theoretical training in class and skills training with a total number of participants of 50 people. The results of community service activities showed that there was a significant increase in the ability of PMR members, this was indicated by an increase in the average value of knowledge before and after the training which was 55.4 to 85.6. Participants are able to do basic first aid in cases of broken bones with splint dressing, cases of bleeding with compressive pressure, as well as handling foreign body obstruction properly. This basic first aid training activity should be carried out routinely especially for refreshing, updating and developing and fostering PMR members in schools and communities.
