The method used in this research is survey. Determination of the location of research carried out by purposive sampling. Respondents were determined as many as 120 people. The type of data collected is primary data and secondary data. To answer the first and fourth objectives, the data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively, answering the second goal using a Likert scale and the third objective of the data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that; (1) Of the 5 types of mustard the lowest purchase volume is dominated by curly mustard, namely the frequency of purchases per week 1-2 times with a volume of 1 kg - 2 kg. (2) The results of the study of 60 respondents, namely: 30 respondents in traditional traditional markets in Naikoten and 30 respondents in traditional Oeba markets, there are 3 types of mustard which are included in the Average category, namely curly mustard greens, and white mustard, and 2 types of mustard which are included in Like categories namely: mustard huma, and mustard caisim. (3) together - all factors significantly influence the demand for mustard greens shown by the F-count (14.895)> F-table (2.54) is significant at α = 5%. While the results shown by t-count which significantly influence α = 5% are Consumer Taste, and Holidays / Holidays. While the price of mustard greens, other vegetable prices, consumer income, the number of family members, the volume of mustard greens prepared by traders does not significantly affect the demand for mustard.
There are many factors affecting export performances, such as: government policy, logistics system, product policy all of which greatly affect export performances. Globalization could also cause relations between countries closer due to the interaction in political, defense, and economic cooperation. One form of cooperation is the ASEAN economic communities; this will make competition between ASEAN countries more stringent. That is why Indonesia needs to prepare in all respects including aspects of export-import performances. This research was analyzed using three variables they are government policy, logistic system and product quality as independent variable influencing dependent variable that is export performance. In this research the object taken is manufacturing companies that actively carry out export activities at Tanjung Emas Port of Semarang. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study is 124 manufacturing companies that actively carry out export activities at the Tanjung Emas Port of Semarang. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. The result of multiple linear regression equation showed that there were a positive influence partially between government policy toward export performance meaning that independent variable influences simultaneously to dependent variable, government policy variable, logistic system and product quality influences by 44,2% toward export performance and 55,8% influenced by undetectable research variables.

Keywords : Export Performance, Government Policy, Logistics System, Product Quality

ABSTRACTThesis entitled "The impact of service quality and product quality to consumers loalitas CV. Sabani Indonesia Surabaya "aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality terehadap consumer loyalty simultaneous partial and see what's most dominant influence. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire to determine the perception of respondents was 50, a data analysis technique used in this study were using multiple linear regression with correlation test, F test and t test tools. The test results of this study are obtained calculation results of multiple linear regression is Y = 1,876 + 0, 105 kpl + 0.172 mortgages where all these variables have positive influence and direction of the dependent variable namely customer loyalty CV. Sabani Indonesia Surabaya. The test results simultaneously obtained Fhitung 71.299 71.299 which means Fhitung> Ftabel 3.20, or can be seen from the level of significance of 0.000 <0.05 (α = 5%). While partially obtained Thitung Quality of service (KPL) = 2,865 Thitung Product Quality (KPR) = 4,348, thus Thitung> Ttabel (2.01174). Thus the hypothesis which states that the quality of service and product quality simultaneously or partially significant effect on consumer loyalty CV. Sabani Indonesia Surabaya proven true. Variable quality of products (mortgage) has the most dominant influence on the satisfaction of members of the cooperative as it has the largest regression coefficient is 0.172 compared to 0.105 service quality variables. Keywords: quality of service, product quality, customer loyalty
