The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to write non-fiction texts. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which is conducted in three cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Bodaskarangjati for the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 15 students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, data analysis, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this study is a comparative descriptive analysis technique, which is to compare the results of each cycle's actions with the predetermined work indicators. Interactive analysis is the interaction of the four components developed by Milles and Huberman (in H.B Sutopo, 2002: 96). The four components are 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation in an effort to display data clearly and easily understood in narrative exposure, graphics, or other forms, and 4) drawing conclusions. Research shows that the use of serial image media can improve the ability to write non-fiction text in class V SD Negeri 2 Bodaskarangjati in the 2020/2021 school year as evidenced by the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes in cycle I by 40% to 93% in cycle III.

Learning media of cylinder head cutting for 2-stroke gasoline motors are still limited. The students usually receive the materials only from lectures while the practices used uncut motorcycle props. Subsequently, the students hardly understand the form and the functions of the components. This study aimed at (1) developing the instructional media of two-stroke gasoline motors to improve the students’ learning outcomes, and (2) analysing the feasibility of the developed instructional media. This study was Research and Development. The subject of this study consisted of the 2nd-semester students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo in the academic year of 2016/2017. The data collection used a questionnaire and a test. The data were analysed using a descriptive analysis technique. The research results showed (1) the developed instructional media was feasible to be applied as instructional media, and (2) the data analysis results of the control class and the experiment class reached the mean scores of 75.80 and 83.25 respectively. It means there was a significant difference between students using the developed instructional media and those who did not.

This research aims to develop a “human interaction board” teaching media for thematic teaching in the fifth grade of State Elementary School 3 Madusari, Prambanan, Sleman. This is a research and development study which uses Borg and Gall’s development procedures. A development which uses these procedures involves 9 stages, namely research and data collection, planning, initial product development, initial field try out, product revision, operational field try out, and final product revision. The population of this research are all fifth grade students of State Elementary School 3 Madusari, Prambanan, Sleman, there were 22 students. The research samples include all the population. The data collection was conducted by means of questionnaires, observations, and interviews with the class teacher and five students to determine the situation during the teaching process. The data analysis used a descriptive quantitative technique. The research results show that the human interaction board teaching media developed based on Borg and Gall’s development procedures was feasible to be used. This is based on the score percentage achieved from the validator and the students. Material validation results percentage from the lecturer showed a score of 80% with a criterion of feasible to be used. Material validation result percentage from the class teacher showed a score of 83.33% with a criterion of feasible to be used. Media validation results percentage from the lecturer showed a score of 77.33% with a criterion of feasible to be used. Media validation result percentage from the class teacher showed a score of 82.66% with a criterion of feasible to be used. Students scoring percentage achieved during a limited test showed 93% with a criterion of feasible to be used. During a field try out showed 94% with a criterion of feasible to be used. Operational field try out showed 94% with a criterion of feasible to be used.

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of basic kick motion skills in pencak silat through variations of the basic 'T' and front kick motion using assistive media in fifth grade students of SDN Pinggir Papas I in the 2020/2021 academic year. This research was a Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research was carried out using one cycle, if the desired results have not been achieved then the following cycle is continued, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were twenty-four students of grade five SDN Pinggir Papas I for the 2020/2021 academic year. The data sources came from teachers and students. Data collection by front kick pencak silat and activity observation during the teaching and learning activities of kicks in pencak silat using learning aids. The data in this study were in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. In this research, it produces data on the improvement of students in learning the basic movements of the T kick and front of the pencak silat with variations and learning aids. The achievement of completeness of the learning outcomes of the pencak silat T kick from pre-cycle one is about sixty-seven percent. From cycle one to cycle two amounted to twenty five percent. Meanwhile, learning outcomes for front kicks from pre-cycle to cycle 1 experienced an increase of fifty-four percent. The improvement of learning outcomes for T and forwards kicks with variations in T and forwards kick exercises has increased until it reaches the learning target, namely reaching the good and very good categories. Based on the results of the study, the conclusion is: Variations in the basic motion of the 'T' kick and forwards in learning can improve learning outcomes of the basic movement skills of pencak silat kicks in fifth grade students of SDN Piggir Papas I in the 2020/2021 school year.
