Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengembangkan model bahan ajar sastra berbasis cerita rakyat dengan pendekatan CTL untuk pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan Borg & Gall yang digabungkan dengan langkah-langkah pengembangan bahan ajar Jolly & Bolitho. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Kota Bengkulu.Hasil analisis kebutuhan ditemukan bahwa bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia tidak menyertakan cerita rakyat Bengkulu dalam pembelajaran dan kompetensi guru dan siswa berkenaan dengan cerita rakyat belum memadai. Hasil rancangan bahan ajar sastra berbasis cerita rakyat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut efektif,layak digunakan, dan valid menurut validasi ahli materi, media, kurikulum, dan karakter. Bahan ajar Sastra berbasis cerita rakyat dengan pendekatan CTL di SD untuk pendidikan karakter efektif hasil pengembangan dan yang digunakan kelompok besar juga menyatakan dengan kriteria baik.Terdapat perbedaan keefektifan yang signifikan pada kemampuan hasil belajar siswa antara kelompok menggunakan bahan ajar sastra berbasis cerita rakyat dan kelompok yang tidak menggunakan bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia berbasis cerita rakyat.Hasil validasi bahan ajar kelompok pakar dengan kriteria sangat baik, dan guru dengan kriteria sangatbaik. Respon penguna bahan ajar guru dan siswa baik, maka dapat disimpulkan bahan ajar yang di rancang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: bahan ajar, cerita rakyat, CTL, dan pendidikan karakter Abstract The research aims to used is develop teaching literature material model based on folklore and CTL approach for the education of character at Elementary School in Bengkulu city. The reasearch method using Researched Developmentof Borg & Gall combined with folly and Bolitho’s material development steps. Research was done in Elementary School in Bengkulucity. The data were collected by surveys, interviews,and questionnaires. The need identification shows that teaching material of Bahasa Indonesia did not includ folklore of Bengkulu in class; and the ability of teachers and students wasnot yet adequate. Literature teaching materials using folklore was found effective and validaccording to experts of media, curriculum, and character. There were significant difference of effectiveness in which students using literature teaching materials using folklore and which were not. Materials validation by expert group and teacher judgementwas very good. Teacher and students well respond to the teaching materials, so it can be concluded that literature teaching materials was effective for teaching literature. Actually kids short story which has clear reader’s segmentation, which  include children 7-12 years old. The special thing from kids short story  which is delivered is very familiar with children’s wolrd. Generally, kids short story in Indonesiatakes the theme about friendshis, games, and everything whch contain of moral education value, such as : help each ther is a positive thing, cheating is a negative thing, and obey parents, command is an obligation for children. Positive and negative thing in kids short story are explained clearly with the purpose to apply moral values clearly toward the children.  Most of kid short stories are written by adult. Therefore, there are many kids short stories which are awared or not by the writer, use language whch is not appropriate with the age and the competence of the children. Besides that, there are many short stories that contain of effort to buld good behaviour whch is delivered by teaching, even unsuitable with the psychological condition of the children. Those are that cause the mportance of choosing right teaching materials in teaching literature especially short story to the children. The actor or actress and event in the short stry can be the character who nspired the children. Through those actors, values of behaviour are delivered to the children as a reader of literature. Thus, the process to choose short story as a teaching material in the school  need the sensitivity of the teacher. hopefully the techer able to choose the right short story  for he chldren to be used as a teaching material in the classroom, that is literature teaching material which talk about children’s world with children language and with the characters who can appear the impression to the children that the character are themselves or their friends, not their parents or their teachers who impressed techng them. By the other words, short story which give moral education naturally to the children, go with flow without teaching impression. Besides that, teachers are hoped not only use the book as a reading resource, but also search the other teaching materials that more appropriate with the conditon of the children. Teaching material,especially short story, which found in text book, it shoud not be a holy book whch always followed because however the teacher who undrstand the condition of the children in the classroom. Thus, literature material in subject of indonesian language is hoped can be something which is exciting for the students and give the advantages in building their characters.

The development of Arabic teaching materials is very important so that the material taught is in accordance with the goals and learning outcomes of students. the author uses research and development methods in developing teaching materials at madrasah ibtidaiyah. The material developed by the researcher is the Kitabah learning material in the first grade of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in order to train students' ability to write Arabic. Hijaiyah letters are letters or characters used in Arabic that generally known to be 28 letters, and have different shapes according to the position of aletters in a word that is at the beginning, in the middle, at the end, and the original letters that stand alone. students are required to be able to write Arabic correctly according to the rules of writing Arabic letters. The material must be accompanied by enough exercises. The design of the Arabic language teaching material model that will be developed in this study consists of: (1) needs analysis, (2) the process of drafting a model consisting of an analysis of learning conditionsnamely the analysis of learning objectives and sources, the development steps consisting of:from the activities of formulating SK-KD, compiling the syllabus, determining the method and media and develop evaluation instruments and measures for measuring results study. (3) compiling a draft of teaching materials consisting of an introduction, instructions for using materials and book instructions, analysis of learning programs and learning activities. All of these were formulated by the researchers in a single unit of teaching material consisting of: content, exercises and evaluations. The design of this teaching material model is only limited to designs compiled based on research introduction To test the effectiveness of the success of this material against students' language skills need further research.

ABSTRAK: Artikel ini menguraikan tentang hasil penelitian analisis kebutuhan bahan ajar mata kuliah bahasa indonesi pada jurusan ilmu hukum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kulitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan langkah, reduksi, klasifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar matakuliah bahasa indonesia jurusan ilmu hukum mencakup materi tentang (1) membaca dengan analisis untuk mengetahui gagasan atu ide-ide bacaan dan melakukan penilaian bahan bacaan, (3) mendeskripsikan suatu kejadian yang beraspek hukum dalam bentuk tertulis secara objektif, (4) menulis karya ilmiah, (5) menyimak, dan (6) berbicara ilmiah. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan penyesuaian silabus mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia.KATA KUNCI: Bahan Ajar, Bahasa Indonesia, Ilmu Hukum.��ABSTRACT: This article describes the results of research into the analysis of the needs of Indonesian language teaching materials in the department of law. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive research. Data collection is done by interview and data processing is done by steps, reduction, classification, and conclusion collection. The results of the study show that Indonesian language teaching materials majoring in law include material about (1) reading with analysis to understand thinking or reading ideas and reading reading material, (3) describing cases that have aspects (4) writing scientific papers, (5) listening, and (6) speaking scientifically. This study discusses three Indragiri folklores as literary teaching materials in elementary school in the effort to build students character. The purpose of this study is to introduce culture and oral tradition through literature in order to build the character of children. The type of this research is descriptive analysis. The three folktales are described and the good characters contained in the story that can be imitated and emulated by children is analyzed. The data were analyzed by applying moral approach. The result shows that the three Indragiri folklores contain good characters that can be imitated and emulated by children. Therefore, base on this study, it can be concluded  that folklore can be used as a teaching material for literary learning at the elementary level in order to build children’s character

Modul dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia menjadi pendukung siswa dalam menguasai materi sebab materi bahasa Indonesia saat ini diorientasikan berbasis teks. Tujuan pengembangan bahan ajar berbentuk modul ini untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar modul berbasis local wisdom yang layak pada materi menulis karangan narasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Reseach and Development. Pengembangan mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyse, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Namun, pengembangan ini hanya sampai tahap implementation dan tahap kelima tidak dilakukan karena keterbatasan waktu dan biaya. Implementasi dilakukan pada salah satu sekolah dasar dengan subjek 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis dengan deskriptif persentase.  Hasil dari validasi modul oleh ahli materi dan pembelajaran terdiri dari aspek kelayakan isi sebesar 89%, aspek kebahasaan 87%, dan aspek sajian 82%. Sementara itu, penilaian produk oleh ahli media meliputi aspek bahan ajar sebesar 83%, aspek gambar/kegrafikan sebesar 81%, dan aspek tampilan sebesar 82%. Hasil uji coba terbatas mendapat respon positif sebesar 98,25% sehingga modul sangat layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pengembangan bahan ajar modul yang berbasis local wisdom di sekitar siswa yang menjadikan inovasi dalam mengembangkan kemampuan menulis narasi.   The position of Indonesian Language subjects in the 2013 Curriculum is an intermittent interrelation of other subjects in the learning process, in addition to that the Indonesian language material is currently oriented based on text. The purpose of developing teaching materials is to form modules to produce module teaching materials based on local wisdom in writing narrative essays for fifth grade students to find out the level of feasibility of the modules developed in writing local narrative essay writing materials. This type of research is development research or research and development. An interesting development in the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). However, this development only reached implementation, and the completion was not carried out due to time and cost limitations. Implementation was carried out in one of the elementary schools with a subject of 28 students. The technique of collecting data in this study used a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed with descriptive percentages. The results of the module validation by subject matter and learning experts consisted of 89% content eligibility aspects, 87% linguistic aspects, and 82% presentation aspects. Meanwhile, media experts released products with 83% teaching aspect, 81% picture / graphic aspect and 82% visual aspect. The limited trial results received a positive response of 98.25% so that the module is very feasible to use as teaching material. Teaching material based development modules based on local wisdom among students become an innovation in developing narrative writing skills

In the elementary school curriculum know 2013 revision 2017 now the process of teaching and learning is based on themes, namely a teaching and learning process that has teaching materials related to the problem, and local needs that are used as themes or titles in the learning process in study groups. As a leading Islamic school SD Muhammadiyah 8 Tulangan Sidoarjo in every teaching and learning process teachers are required to always associate all teaching material with the Qur'an. The problem is that the support of open tools that can quickly find references to verses of the Qur'an related to a particular theme does not yet exist, so that the teaching and learning process becomes ineffective. To overcome this problem the author provides a program solution. This program will provide solutions that are expected to solve partner problems. The main method used is to use a tool in the form of a web-based thematic application, which is an application that can find references to Ayat Al-Qur'an related to a particular theme. In this application, users simply enter the theme to be discussed, the reference letters and verses and their meanings will appear. With this application, it is expected that teachers can quickly find references to each theme in each teaching material while making time efficiency.

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penyusunan materi pengajaran fonetik pada bahan ajar bahasa Mandarin tingkat sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini melibatkan 8 paket bahan ajar bahasa Mandarin di sekolah menengah atas. Dari penelitian 8 paket bahan ajar tersebut ternyata penyusunan pengajaran fonetik pada sebagian besar bahan ajar tersebut masih menggunakan format umum, serta tidak mempertimbangkan kesulitan pelajar yang bahasa ibunya adalah bahasa Indonesia. Selain itu, pada sebagian besar bahan ajar, alokasi jumlah unit pelajaran tentang fonetik cenderung masih sedikit dan terkesan disederhanakan. Berdasarkan hal ini, dengan bersumber kepada beberapa penelitian fonetik yang telah dilakukan oleh beberapa pemerhati pendidikan bahasa Mandarin baik di Indonesia dan Tiongkok, peneliti menyarankan format penyusunan pengajaran fonetik pada bahan ajar bahasa Mandarin tingkat sekolah menengah atas yang lebih baik. Hal ini dilakukan agar peserta didik khususnya pelajar pemula bahasa Mandarin di sekolah  menengah atas dapat lebih mudah mempelajarinya.    Kata-kata kunci :          Bahasa Mandarin, bahan ajar, fonetik, sekolah menengah atas AbstractThe main objective of this study is to evaluate the arrangement of phonetic teaching in Mandarin teaching material at senior high school level. The study involved eight packages of Mandarin teaching materials in senior high school. Based on the study of this 8 packages teaching materials, apparently the arrangement of phonetic teaching in most of the materials still utilizes a common format, and does not take into consideration the difficulties of students whose native language is Indonesian. In addition, the majority of the teaching materials allocates only a few units of phonetic lessons, and is oversimplified. As regards, I suggested a better format on the arrangement of phonetic teaching in Mandarin teaching material at senior high school level, referring to some phonetic research that has been done by some Mandarin education observers, both in Indonesia and China. Hopefully learners, especially beginner students in senior high school may learn Mandarin much easier.Keywords: Mandarin, teaching material, phonetic, senior high school

This study aims to describe: 1) the development of reading syllabus for BIPA level A1 using deductive approach in D’Royal Moroco Integrative Islamic Elementary School, and 2) the development of reading teaching material for BIPA level A1 using deductive approach in D’Royal Moroco Integrative Islamic Elementary School. The method used in this research was research and development method. Based on the observations, documents analysis, interviews, and tests, during need analysis period, can be elaborated that the school did not have any teaching materials for BIPA. While the school had quite a lot of BIPA students mostly at A1 level. This situasions need immediate action of developing syllabus and reading teaching material for BIPA at A1 level. Due to the target of the users for this syllabus and teaching material, deductive approach can be used to developing the syllabus and the reading teaching material of BIPA A1 since the children learn more effectively by imitating the examples, and deductive approach suits that needs. By following the deductive approach, the syllabus should contains the role of teacher and students while the teaching material should have: 1) begins with the concept introduction, 2) followed by relevant examples, and 3) contains of adequate practice. It is also should containing relevant and interesting illustrations.

Education that is characterized by the use of technology in learning is education that is in line with the times and globalization. Therefore teachers are required to be able to develop learning that can motivate student interest in learning. Many ways can be done in this case such as developing teaching materials in the form of multimedia learning. Therefore this research develops the PAI teaching material QS al-Fil material for multimedia-based class IV. The method used in this research development is the Research and Development (R and D) method which refers to the Borg and Gall development procedure, with steps as follows: 1) Potential Problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Initial product design, 4) Validation design through FGDs and experts, 5) Design revisions, 6) Product trials. Primary data in this study include interviews, validation sheets (FGD and expert validation),tests to students, and questionnaires to teachers. The secondary data obtained from documentation, books, theses and journals related to research. The results of this study are 1) produce a product namely PAI teaching material QS al-Fil material for classIV SDN 17 Muara Sugihan based on multimedia, 2) expert validation includes material expert validation and application expert validation with an average score of 95% in the very category worthy. 3) the product trial results to see the effectiveness of the product showed a significant difference between before and after the use of the product, namely student learning outcomes increased after the use of the product, while in practicality tests, the practicality of teaching materials tried out for six users obtained an average score 94% with a very decent category.

Abstrak Kearifan lokal tentang insiden lumpur Lapindo adalah cerita rakyat tentang kejadian di masa lalu yang dapat digunakan sebagai pelajaran pada masa kini dan masa depan, tentang dongeng Candi Tawangalun dan dongeng Emas Ketimun. Terlepas apakah itu sebuah dongeng yang pernah terjadi secara empiris atau hanya realitas-fiksi, kehadirannya dapat digunakan sebagai pijakan untuk memahami peristiwa (bencana) dari perspektif budaya. Wawasan Geo-Budaya dan Geo-Mitologi dalam cerita rakyat Lapindo bisa menjadi alternatif bahan pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia untuk penutur asing karena kontekstualitas dan substansi nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya sangat menarik. Praktek pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia untuk penutur asing di Australia diketahui bahwa cerita tradisi lisan tapi cerita hanya sebagai pelengkap tradisi lisan sama pentingnya dengan pengetahuan tentang tata bahasa, bahkan dengan pengenalan tradisi lisan cerita, pembelajar BIPA akan mengetahui tentang budaya Indonesia. Kata-kata kunci: cerita rakyat, Geo-Culture, Geo-Mythology, kearifan lokal, BIPA Abstract Local wisdom about Lapindo mudflow incident is the folklore about the events in the past that can be used as a lesson on the present and future, that fairy tales Tawangalun Temple and fairy tale Golden Cucumber. Regardless whether it's a fairy tale ever happened empirically or just reality-fiction, its presence can be used as a foothold for understanding the events (disasters) from the perspective of the present culture. Insights Geo-Culture and Geo-Mythology in Lapindo folklore can be an alternative contextual teaching materials based on local wisdom in learning Indonesian for foreign speakers because contextuality and substance of the values contained in it very interesting. Practice learning Indonesian for foreign speakers in Australia is known that oral tradition story but the story only as a complement to the oral tradition is just as important as knowledge of grammar, even with the introduction of the oral tradition of story, BIPA learners will know the culture of Indonesia.Keywords: folklore, Geo-Culture, Geo-Mythology, local wisdom, BIPA
