Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the confirmity about electricity installation which installed at a private hospital in East Jakarta with the standard of PUIL 2011 or no, see the significance of electrical installations in hospital. Data collection was done by observation, documentation, and measurement. The methode used in this study was qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. In collecting the data, the observation of electrical installation components was conducted to determine the quality of electrical installation and measuring all of panels then evaluated for current and voltage. The research result of the quality of electrical installation showed that the installastion picture installed did not correspond to the picture, the presence of instrument of protection against fire and protection against direct touch didn’t exist, as well as there was an error of phase installation using the yellow striped green cable. In the current and voltage measurements, produced the magnitude of losses in the neutral cable that caused by power imbalance between phases. The magnitude of losses can caused the electricity bills swell. At the voltage of each phase is always changeable, but still within safe limits voltage. The conclusion of the research’s result is the electrical installation in private hospitals is not feasible based on the PUIL 2011 standards, considering there are several criteria for electrical installations which did not meet the standards. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesesuaian instalasi listrik yang terpasang pada rumah sakit swasta Jakarta Timur dengan standar Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL) 2011 atau tidak, melihat pentingnya instalasi listrik pada rumah sakit. Dilakukan pengambilan data dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan pengukuran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pada pengumpulan data, dilakukan observasi komponen instalasi listrik untuk mengetahui kualitas instalasi listrik dan dilakukan pengukuran terhadap semua panel untuk kemudian dievaluasi arus dan tegangannya. Hasil penelitian kualitas instalasi listrik menunjukkan gambar instalasi yang terpasang tidak sesuai dengan gambar, tidak terdapatnya alat proteksi terhadap bahaya kebakaran dan proteksi terhadap sentuh langsung, serta adanya kekeliruan pada pemasangan warna kabel untuk fasa.  Pada pengukuran arus dan tegangan, dihasilkan besarnya rugi-rugi pada kabel netral yang diakibatkan ketidakseimbangan beban antar fasa. Besarnya rugi-rugi (losses) dapat mengakibatkan tagihan listrik membengkak. Pada tegangan tiap fasa selalu berubah-ubah, namun masih dalam batas aman tegangan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemasangan instalasi listrik pada rumah sakit swasta ini tidak sesuai dengan standar PUIL 2011, mengingat masih terdapat beberapa kriteria instalasi listrik yang tidak memenuhi standar.

Currently some areas of Indonesia are being developed Badan Usaha Milik Petani (BUMP) as a form of institutional agribusiness, especially in the central area of rice production. Karawang regency is one of the regions in Indonesia who have great potential in rice production. BUMP PT Padi Energi Proklamasi is one that stands in the Karawang regency, West Java. This research aims to identify environmental external factors into opportunities and threats as well as the company's internal environmental factors that the company's strengths and weaknesses, formulate alternative strategies that the company can run according to environmental conditions and analyze the company's strategic priorities that can be run by enterprises in accordance with the company's environmental conditions. Data analysis was carried out qualitative and quantitative descriptive with EFE matrix-IFE, IE Matrix, SWOT matrix and QSPM. EFE matrix evaluation results in a score of 3.148 indicates that the BUMP PT Padi Energi Proklamasi respond both opportunities and threats that exist in the industry well. Based on the matrix IFE total weighted score is 3.684. The results obtained from processing QSPM priority strategies that can be run by BUMP PT Padi Energi Proklamasi is improving the quality of services to members through the existing facilities and infrastructure as well as government policies and others who support the business with the highest value that is equal to TAS 7.147. RESUMO Objetivo: analisar a adesão à identificação do paciente por pulseira pela equipe de saúde e pelos pacientes. Método: trata-se de estudo quantitativo, descritivo e documental. Constituiu-se a amostra por 137 pacientes internados em uma unidade cardiointensiva de um hospital universitário. Coletaram-se os dados, mediante o preenchimento de um formulário estruturado, em seguida, organizados e analisados utilizando-se a estatística descritiva simples. Resultados: observou-se a presença da pulseira de identificação em 100% dos pacientes. Destes, 26% apresentavam não conformidades. Ansalisou-se, a partir dos relatos dos pacientes, que 61% dos profissionais não utilizaram a pulseira para identificá-los no momento dos procedimentos e 90% dos pacientes não foram orientados quanto ao motivo e importância da utilização da pulseira. Conclusão: observou-se de forma unânime a identificação dos pacientes, no entanto, necessita-se, na prática, de maior sensibilização e treinamento da equipe multiprofissional para a adequação conforme se preconiza na Meta 1 de Segurança do Paciente. ABSTRAKDengan adanya kesetaraan peran rumah sakit pemerintah dan rumah sakit swasta dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan di Indonesia, maka setiap rumah sakit harus memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan berkualitas. Perawat merupakan bagian dari SDM Rumah Sakit yang memberikan pengaruh cukup besar terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang baik tidak dapat dipisahkan dari peran komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan oleh perawat yang juga merupakan salah satu upaya peningkatan pelayanan kepada pasien. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik perawat di RS Pemerintah dan di RS Swasta, dimana pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik perawat di RS swasta lebih baik. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik perawat di RS Pemerintah dan di RS Swasta adalah sama, yaitu variabel kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, iklim kerja, dukungan teman kerja dan dukungan kepala ruang. Faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan perawat di RS Pemerintah dalam melaksanakan komunikasi terapeutik adalah motivasi kerja (OR 36,866); sedangkan di RS Swasta adalah dukungan kepala ruang (OR 28,598). Perbedaan yang bermakna antara RS Pemerintah dengan RS Swasta nampak pada variabel: umur, masa kerja, sikap, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, iklim kerja, dukungan teman kerja, dukungan kepala ruang, dan pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik itu sendiri. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan, Komunikasi Terapeutik, RS Pemerintah-RS Swasta Differences Therapeutic Communication Nurse In Inpatient Room Government Hospital And Private Hospital;quality role of government hospitals and private hospitals in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia, causing every hospital should provide a good service and quality. Nurses are part of hospital human resource that considerable influence on the quality of service, and the implementation of good nursing care can not be separated from therapeutic communication. the optimal implementation of therapeutic communication by nurse is one of the efforts to improve services to the patients. The type of this research was quantitative with cross-sectional study. The results showed a significant differences in the implementation of nurses therapeutic communication between public hospitals and private hospitals, where the implementation of nurses therapeutic communication in private hospital are better. Associated factors significantly with the implementation of nurses therapeutic communication in public hospitals and in private hospitals are the same, the variables are job satisfaction, work motivation, work climate, coworkers support and head of ward support. The most dominant factor that affects the compliance of nurses in government hospitals in implementing therapeutic communication is work motivation (OR 36.866), while in private hospitals is head of ward support (OR 28.598). Significant differences between the government hospitals and private hospitals appears on variables: age, period of work, attitude, job satisfaction, work motivation, work climate, coworker support, head of ward support, and the implementation of therapeutic communication itself. In cycle III, the score was </em><em>35</em><em> with very good criteria, (2) Students activity showed improvement in every cycle. In cycle I, the score was </em><em>21,7</em><em> with </em><em>enough</em><em> criteria In cycle II, the score was </em><em>25,13</em><em> with good criteria. Objetivo: analisar as demandas judiciais que envolveram riscos legais ou jurídicos litigiosos na assistência à saúde. Método: trata-se de um estudo quantitativo, descritivo, retrospectivo. Pesquisaram-se 1.138 processos válidos do universo de 1.599. Utilizou-se ficha de coleta de dados assim como a planilha Excel para organizaão e análise dos processos judiciais, frequência e razão nos hospitais públicos, privados e filantrópicos. Resultados: revelou-se ocorrência maior da razão de processos nos hospitais privados (8,06). Apresentou-se o risco erro médico com maior concentração (58,1%) nos hospitais privados (65,6%), no serviço ambulatorial (65,0%) e na área cirúrgica (58,9%).  Conclusão: destaca-se que os riscos legais litigiosos na assistência foram mais frequentes nos hospitais privados. Mostrou-se a assistência prestada em hospitais públicos com qualidade, sendo os resultados conclusivos e reveladores, entretanto, é importante ampliar esse tipo de estudo para melhor caracterização do perfil do risco diante do tipo de serviço e da clientela, gerando parâmetro para a avaliação da qualidade da assistência prestada em todo o território nacional. Method: this is a quantitative, descriptive, retrospective study. 1,138 valid processes from the universe of 1,599 were searched. Data collection form was used as well as Excel spreadsheet for the organization and analysis of court proceedings, frequency and reason in public, private and philanthropic hospitals. Results: a higher occurrence of the ratio of processes in private hospitals was found (8.06). The risk of medical error was higher (58.1%) in private hospitals (65.6%), outpatient service (65.0%) and surgical area (58.9%). Conclusion: It is noteworthy that the litigious legal risks in care were more frequent in private hospitals. The assistance provided in quality public hospitals has been shown, and the results are conclusive and revealing. However, it is important to expand this type of study to better characterize the risk profile regarding the type of service and the clientele, generating a parameter for the evaluation of quality of care provided throughout the national territory. El riesgo de error médico fue mayor (58.1%) en hospitales privados (65.6%), servicio ambulatorio (65.0%) y área quirúrgica (58.9%). Conclusión: cabe destacar que los riesgos legales litigiosos en la atención fueron más frecuentes en los hospitales privados. Se ha demostrado la asistencia brindada en hospitales públicos de calidad y los resultados son concluyentes y reveladores. Sin embargo, es importante ampliar este tipo de estudio para caracterizar mejor el perfil de riesgo con respecto al tipo de servicio y la clientela, generando un parámetro para la evaluación de calidad de la atención prestada en todo el territorio nacional. Abstrak Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) formula choco cookies tepung bonggol pisang kepok (2) kualitas choco cookies tepung bonggol pisang kepok dari rasa, aroma dan tekstur. Objek penelitian ini adalah proses pembuatan dan kualitas choco cookies tepung bonggol pisang kepok dari aspek rasa, aroma, dan tekstur. Panelis yang dipilih adalah panelis terlatih terdiri dari guru dan dosen tata boga berjumlah 19 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dan metode observasi. Data kualitas choco cookies tepung bonggol pisang kepok dikumpulkan melalui uji organoleptik mutu hedonik dengan skala 3 tingkatan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa (1) formula choco cookies tepung bonggol pisang kepok sebagai berikut tepung bonggol pisang kepok 150g, margarin 180g, choco chip 150g, gula halus 150g, cokelat bubuk 25g, kuning telur 20g dan vanilli 4g (2) kualitas choco cookies tepung bonggol pisang kepok dilihat dari aspek rasa berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 2,94 artinya memiliki rasa manis dan gurih. Aspek aroma berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 2,89 artinya memiliki aroma khas bonggol pisang kepok. Aspek tekstur berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 2,78 artinya memiliki tekstur yaitu rapuh. Kata Kunci : choco cookies, kualitas, tepung bonggol pisang kepok, formula. Abstract This experimental research is aimed to know (1) the formula of kepok banana hump flour choco cookies (2) the quality of kepok banana hump flour seen from flavor, aroma and texture. The object of this study is process and quality of kepok banana hump flour choco cookies from the aspect of flavor, aroma and texture. The selected panelists were 19 trained panelists. The method used in this is the method of laboratory and method of observation. The data kepok banana hump flour was collected through organoleptic test of hedonic quality with scale 3 levels and then the data of this study was found some result will be analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found (1) the formula of kepok banana hump flour choco cookies is a kepok banana hump flour 150g, margarine 180g, choco chip 150g, refined sugar 150g, cocoa powder 25g, egg yolk 20g, and vanillie 4g (2) the quality of kepok banana hump flour choco cookies seen from flavor aspect is good category with the average 2,94 has a desired flavor there are sweat and savory, from the aspect aroma is in the good category with the average 2,89 has a distinctive aroma of kepok banana hump flour, from the aspect of the texture is good category with the average 2,78 has a distinctive texture is fragile. This study aims to analyze: 1) the quality of human resources in the creative industries of MSMEs in Jambi City; 2) entrepreneurial nature of MSMEs creative industry entrepreneurs in Jambi City. The data used is sourced from a sample survey limited to the MSMEs creative industry in Jambi City. The analysis was carried out in a qualitative and quantitative descriptive manner. The results of the study found that: 1) The age of entrepreneurs and creative industry workers MSMEs in Jambi City was relatively young and in the productive age group. Creative industry entrepreneurs are more male-dominated but for workers who are relatively balanced between men and women. In terms of formal education it is also relatively good, but in terms of informal education such as participation in training / courses / internships are still relatively low; 2) Overall, the entrepreneurial nature of MSMEs creative industry entrepreneurs in Jambi City is categorized as good. There are five entrepreneurial traits with excellent categories, namely the nature of risk taking, the nature of hard work, innovative nature, prestige and instrumental nature. Two other traits are included in the good category, namely independence and the flexibility of socializing.

Improvement of per capita income will boost the demand for outpatient care and lead enhanced expectation of service quality of hospital. People perceived that private hospital has better services than public hospital. Based on these, we assumed that private hospital users have particularcharacteristics. This study aimed to investigate factors associated with utilization of private hospitals for outpatient care and who get the benefits, the rich or the poor. This study used data of 42,540 respondents from IFLS-4 collected in 2007. Analyses showed the higher the income the higher the demand. Insured’s groups have higher demand than uninsured. Demand analyses revealed that increased price of private hospital caused higher demand. This evidence indicated that outpatient care of private hospital was perceived as luxuries goods. However increased price of public hospital didnot influence the demand of private hospital. It is indicate that private hospital has different type with patients of public hospital. It means that the two types of hospital comprise different segment of patients. The rich benefited more outpatient care in private hospital than the poor. It implies that the government should enforced Ministry of Health’s regulation on hospital social function.Keywords: demand, elasticity, outpatient care, private hospitalAbstrakPeningkatan pendapatan per kapita menaikkan permintaan rawat jalan dan harapan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Masyarakat memiliki persepsi pelayanan rumah sakit swasta lebih bermutu daripada rumah sakit pemerintah, sehingga terdapat asumsi pelanggan rumah sakit swasta mempunyaikarakteristik khusus. Tujuan studi ini adalah menginvestigasi berbagai faktor yang berhubungan dengan utilisasi rawat jalan dan kelompok yang mendapat manfaat. Studi ini menggunakan 42.540 responden rumah sakit swasta IFLS-4 tahun 2007. Semakin tinggi pendapatan semakin tinggi pulapermintaan, kelompok jaminan/asuransi mempunyai permintaan yang lebih tinggi daripada non-jaminan. Kenaikan tarif rawat jalan rumah sakit swasta yang dipersepsi masyarakat sebagai barang mewah meningkatkan permintaan. Namun, kenaikan tarif rawat jalan rumah sakit pemerintah tidak memengaruhi permintaan rawat jalan rumah sakit swasta. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan karakteristik pasien rumah sakit swasta yang berbeda dari rumah sakit pemerintah. Kelompok kaya mendapatkan manfaat rawat jalan rumah sakit swasta lebih besar daripada kelompok miskin. Untuk mengoreksikeadaan ini pemerintah perlu menegakkan peraturan menteri kesehatan tentang fungsi sosial rumah sakit.Kata kunci: permintaan, elastisitas, rawat jalan, rumah sakit swasta

This study aims to increase student participation through limited structured guidance in distance learning at SMA Negeri 2 Bayan. This research method used school action research with the stages of planning, action, observation and reflection which consists of 2 cycles. The instruments used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that in the pre-cycle, learning participation was very low, namely only 5%, (less) in the first cycle of 41% (less) and in the second cycle of 51% (sufficient). The quality of guidance in the first cycle was 74 (enough) while in the second cycle it was 84% (good). So that the results of this study can be concluded that limited structured guidance can increase student participation in SMA Negeri 2 Bayan.

Development research is research that produces a new product, in the form of concepts, theories, models, methods, strategies, and media in a learning process. The product is expected to provide benefits both theoretically and practically in improving the quality of learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the card-based learning model with constructivist approaches in improving learning outcomes and learning activeness. The study used an experimental method of one group pretest-posttest design with descriptive qualitative and quantitative narrative approaches. Procedural development model consisting of; potential and problems, data collection, productdesign, validation and revision, testing and final products. Data collection techniques and instruments used observation and test techniques with observation sheet instruments and question exercises (pretest-posttest). Analysis of qualitative and quantitative descriptive narrative data. The results of data analysis found 40% of students with a difference in learning outcomes after actions above 10 points, 46.66% difference in learning outcomes below 10 points, 6.66% stagnant, and 6.66% decreased. While the activeness of learning before the action is 33.33% and 66.66% after the action. This means that learning outcomes and activeness increase significantly from  the previous condition. So it can be concluded that the card-based learning model witha constructivist approach can improve learning outcomes and student learningactiveness.
