Abstract This study aims to see the benefits of INCAR in the implementation of the National Program of Generation Plans (GenRe) for youth and the community. Based on the results of the analysis, the program allows teenagers / peers to pulse to "Duta GenRe". Teens are given information by peers about the importance of health, skills and life skills, and counseling services. The implementation constraints of GenRe in the regions, especially the outer regions of Indonesia are not running smoothly due to risk factors and transportation. Therefore, BPPKB performs a method of delivering information called INCAR (Intelligent Smart Information) to convey the information needed to attract and modernize to solve existing problems using digital media. The result, has formed a variety of digital information media and social networking in the form of Teen PIK Blog, teen sites on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram and others. In conclusion, the perceived benefit of INCAR in the GenRe Program is that BPPKB has succeeded in delivering information to teenagers in outer areas. With INCAR the teenagers in the remote areas can update the latest info. Benefits felt by the community, especially the school and parents is channeled teenagers activities in a positive container and monitored the activities of children and adolescents Another party and parents no longer feel worried about the association of teenagers.  Keywords: youth, GenRe, INCAR   Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan melihat kemanfaatan INCAR dalam pelaksanaan Program Nasional Generasi Berencana (GenRe) bagi remaja dan masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, program ini melibatkan remaja/anak sebaya berpotensi menjadi “Duta GenRe”. Remaja diberikan informasi oleh teman sebayanya tentang pentingnya kesehatan reproduksi, keterampilan dan kecakapan hidup, serta pelayanan konseling. Kendala pelaksanaan GenRe di daerah, khususnya daerah terluar Indonesia tidak berjalan mulus dikarenakan hambatan faktor geografis dan transportasi. Karena itu BPPKB meluncurkan suatu metode penyampaian informasi disebut INCAR (Informasi Cerdas Ala Remaja) untuk menyampaikan informasi yang bernilai positif namun tetap dalam kemasan menarik dan modern untuk mengatasi permasalahan remaja yang kompleks dengan memanfaatkan media teknologi digital. Hasilnya, telah terbentuk berbagai media informasi digital dan jejaring sosial dalam bentuk Blog PIK Remaja, komunitas remaja di Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram dan lainnya. Kesimpulannya, manfaat yang dirasakan dengan adanya INCAR dalam Program GenRe adalah BPPKB berhasil mengatasi kendala penyampaian informasi kepada remaja di daerah sulit dijangkau. Dengan adanya INCAR para remaja yang berada di pedalaman dapat meng-update info-info terbaru. Manfaat yang dirasakan masyarakat khususnya sekolah dan orang tua adalah tersalurkannya kegiatan remaja di dalam wadah yang positif dan terpantaunya kegiatan anak dan remaja sehingga pihak sekolah dan para orang tua tidak lagi merasa khawatir dengan pergaulan remaja.  Kata Kunci: remaja, GenRe, INCAR.

The community can make wise use of the existing communication media as well as the growing communication media. The era of connectivity brought many changes to the communication media which is currently known as digital media. Digital media provides many opportunities and advantages for finding and sharing information. The purpose of this research is to look at the digital communication media used in the Halal Lecture program and to see the digital marketing communication process carried out by the Halal Salman ITB center regarding the Halal Lecture program. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. As for the results of this research, the digital information media Instagram is used by the Salman Halal Center ITB to inform and market the Halal Lecture program by paying attention to the elements of the message's purpose. Information and persuasion is conveyed through an e-flyer posted on the official Instagram @salmanitb. Not only that, the public also participates in digital marketing through Whatsapp broadcast messages, personal Instagram stories and Whatsapp stories. Ease of access and reach of digital media are benefits that can be obtained by users, therefore digital media can be applied in various fields of activity ranging from education, campaigns, entertainment, to marketing.

The implementation of Generation Plan (GenRe) Program developed by BKKBN requires supporting methods in order to be implemented appropriately. One method that has been launched by BPPKB is the delivery of information called INCAR (Smart Information for Teenagers) to deliver positive information in attractive and modern ways. This study aims to look at the benefits of INCAR in the implementation of the GenRe (Generation Plan) Program. The method used in this study was descriptive with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the analysis, this program involves teenagers/children of the same age as "GenRe Ambassador". Teenagers are given information by their peers about reproductive health and life skills, as well as counseling services through digital technology. As a result, various digital information media and social networks were formed, such as: the PIK Teen Blog, youth communities on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram and others. Constraints to the implementation of GenRe Program especially in the outermost regions of Indonesia are geographical factors and transportation problems. In conclusion, INCAR, in the GenRe Program has helped BPPKB in delivering information to the teenagers, especially in difficult-to-reach areas so that they can get the latest information as soon as possible. While for the community, especially for schools and parents, the benefits are that teenagers can channel their activities in a positive and easily monitored manner so that the school and parents no longer worried about promiscuity. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, program ini melibatkanremaja/anak sebaya sebagai “Duta GenRe”. Remaja diberikan informasi oleh teman sebayanya tentang kesehatan reproduksi, keterampilan dan kecakapan hidup, serta pelayanan konseling melalui teknologi digital. Solo City has so many communities with different aspects of value from one another. The Red Batik community is chosen based on its credibility and is one of the most productive communities in Solo City. This study aims to determine the establishment of the Red Batik Community, as well as identify and explain the role of the Red Batik Community in supporting the City of Solo as a Creative City. The research methodology used in this study is research with in-depth interview techniques, observation, literature study and documentation. In addition to using the concept of community-based tourism, role concepts and creative city concepts to review existing problems. The Red Batik community becomes a space for informal education by providing a forum for people who want to get involved or engage in industry and creative activities, especially costumes and carnivals, preserve traditional markets that are characteristic of Solo City, and hold interesting shows for tourists. AbstractThere is a tendency in the literature on local digital media use and neighborhood outcomes to conceptualize Social Network Sites (SNSs) as mere transmission channels, thereby ignoring SNSs’ dynamics and limiting the understanding of their role in neighborhood life. Informed by Communication Infrastructure Theory and social media literature, we propose and test a model to investigate the association between the use of SNSs, appropriated as online neighborhood networks, and neighborhood sense of community. We administered a survey to Flemish online neighborhood network users (n = 590) and found that active localized SNS use brings about an online sense of community and community awareness, which both independently lead to a neighborhood sense of community. Based on these findings, we argue that SNSs, appropriated as online neighborhood networks, function simultaneously as neighborhood hotspots in a neighborhood’s communication action context as well as community awareness media in a neighborhood’s storytelling network.

In the conditions of the SARS-CoV2 pandemic, education and training are predominantly online or hybrid. In this case, teachers and lecturers have at their disposal, in the activities of preparation of teaching units, as well as in the units of effective teaching or assessment of the accumulation of knowledge after teaching activities, various types of digital tools. Digital tools dedicated to teaching and learning are the defining factors for online and hybrid activities. They have the role of facilitating the teaching and training activity within each of the 3 moments mentioned above. However, in order to be able to use them, the teacher or lecturer or instructor needs a series of skills related to understanding, operating and streamlining the use of digital systems. The paper presents an analysis of the complex of knowledge and skills needed to use the main digital tools: knowledge and operation with digital information, knowledge and ability to use the online environment, knowledge and operation with various types of digital equipment and devices usable in the activity of training and assessment, knowledge and use of digital tools online and offline, the ability to communicate and interact digitally with partners in the training process and last but not least the ability to exploit the digital media environment. The full potency of these components depends on the nature of the information and implicitly the discipline taught.

ABSTRACTMangrove forests is one of the potential resources of some coastal areas of Indonesia that have ecological functions, social and economic functions, and physical functions. Good management will make the mangrove forest area as an attractive tourist area with many visitors. To make the forest area of Mangrove become an attractive tourist spot, it is needed an information media that can provide information clearly and completely. As an effort to develop the potential of ecotourism in Surabaya, Surabaya city government has established a regional technical implementation unit that is Mangrove Information Center (MIC). To help MIC, it has been made an information media that can be widely accessed by visitors with easy and interesting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pondok pesantren At Taubah di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas II B Cianjur mengenai pembinaan Akhlak Narapidana. Dengan memahami perencanaan program dan pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlak narapidana. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran pesantren At Taubah yang berada di LAPAS Klas II B Cianjur dalam membina akhlak narapidana yaitu memberikan sumbangsih besar terhadap pembinaan yang secara umum merupakan tugas dari Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Hal ini terlihat dari kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh pesantren yang begitu terorganisir.   This study aims to determine the role of the At Taubah Islamic boarding school in Cianjur Class II B Correctional Institution regarding the Moral Guidance of Prisoners. By understanding program planning and the implementation of moral guidance for prisoners. This research uses a descriptive method. The results showed that the role of the At Taubah Islamic Boarding School in the Class II B Classroom in Cianjur in building up the morals of prisoners is to contribute greatly to coaching which is generally the task of the Penitentiary. This can be seen from the activities carried out by pesantren that are so organized.

One of the influential factors in the formation of modern society in the Westernworld and subsequently spread to over the world has been the discovery of printing presswhich can be found in the form of printing method, printing company and print media.Since it was firstly used by Gutenberg in about 15th century AD, information which waspreviously delivered through oral medium with a limited audience, then through a methodof printing can be reproduced in large quantities and can be read by more audience, acrossdistance and time. The nature of children’s development is greatly influenced by the environmental conditions in which they are brought up. The amount of social stimulation which they receive is of particular importance, and even if physical conditions are adequate, an unstimulating environment which provides with little opportunity or need to experiment or solve problems will result in low level of achievement. Perhaps the most important aspect of the child’s social development is beyond the reach of the teacher. For the first very important aspect of the child’s development lies in the home. Genetic endowment and cultural level of the family, coupled with the actual physical conditions of the home will have decisive effect on the child’s development and will continue to influence him throughout his school life. These factors are inaccessible to be influenced by the teacher but it is as well for him to have them in mind in his dealings with pupils. In addition, he will need to know how he may most effectively change his pupils along the lives he considers to be the most appropriate. That is, he will seek out the most efficient ways of getting pupils learn for productive life in future.
