ABSTRAK              Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat motivasi pemain yang mengikuti Liga Kompas Kacang Garuda U-14 Tahun 2018/2019. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lapangan Sepak Bola GOR Ciracas. Jalan Raya Bogor KM. 25-26, RT.8/RW.8, Susukan, Ciracas, Kota Jakarta Timur, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 13740. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu tanggal 23 – 24 Maret 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Dengan teknik penyebaran angket sebagai instrument penelitian. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel “Purposive Sampling”, sampel yang berjumlah 241. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara menghitung skor jawaban masing-masing responden dari setiap pernyataan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa total motivasi pemain sepakbola muda yang mengikuti Liga Kompas Kacang Garuda U-14 Tahun 2018/2019 adalah tinggi (69,71%) diikuti motivasi sedang dengan jumlah 70 pemain dengan presentase 29,05%, dan motivasi rendah hanya 3 pemain dengan presentase 1,24%. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Sepakbola ABSTRACT            This study aims to determine how high the level of motivation of players who participated in the Garuda Compass League U-14 2018/2019. This research was conducted at the Ciracas GOR Football Field. Jalan Raya Bogor KM. 25-26, RT.8 / RW.8, Susukan, Ciracas, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 13740. The research was conducted on Saturday and Sunday, 23-24 March 2019. The method used was a survey method. With the questionnaire distribution technique as a research instrument. With the sampling technique "Purposive Sampling", a sample of 241. Data analysis technique is done by calculating the answer score of each respondent from each statement. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the total motivation of young soccer players who participated in the Kompas Kacai Garuda U-14 League 2018/2019 was high (69.71%).followed by moderate motivation with 70 players with a percentage of 29.05%, and low motivation with only 3 players with a percentage of 1.24%. This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik yang paling dominan digunakan pada pertandingan futsal putra profesional. Penelitian ini termasuk pada jenis kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah empat tim liga futsal putra profesional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji frekuensi dan prosentase dari teknik yang paling sering digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi penggunaan teknik passing sebanyak 2181 kali, control sebanyak 1853 kali, dribbling sebanyak 422 kali, shooting sebanyak 238 kali, feinting sebanyak 92 kali, heading sebanyak 25 kali, shielding sebanyak 56 kali, turning sebanyak 17 kali, dan chipping sebanyak 37 kali. Sedangkan  prosentase penggunaan teknik passing sebesar 44%, control sebesar 37%, dribbling sebesar 9%, shooting sebesar 5%, feinting  sebesar 2%, heading sebesar 1%, shielding sebesar 1%, turning sebesar 0%, dan chipping sebesar 1%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat dua teknik yang sangat dominan dalam pertandingan futsal putra professional yaitu teknik passing dan control. The most dominant technique in professional men’s futsal matches AbstractThis study discusses the most dominant technique used in professional men's futsal matches. This research is a quantitative type with the survey method. The sample used took four professional men's futsal league teams with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis uses a frequency test and the percentage of the most frequently used techniques. The results of this study resulted in passing 2181 times, control 1853 times, dribbling 422 times, shooting 238 times, feinting 92 times, heading 25 times, shielding 56 times, turning 17 times, and chipping 37. While the percentage of the use of passing techniques by 44%, control by 37%, dribbling by 9%, shooting by 5%, feinting by 2%, heading by 1%, shielding by 1%, turning by 0%, and chipping by 1%. Based on these results it can be concluded that there are two techniques that are very dominant in professional men's futsal matches, namely passing and control techniques.

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

The </em><em>aim</em><em> of this </em><em>research</em><em> was to</em><em> determine</em><em> the effect of </em><em>celebgram</em><em> credibility and trust on </em><em>intention to buy.</em> <em>The purpose of this research is to give solution for the decreasing problem intention to buy of ngikan restaurant , through some variables such as: celebgram credibility, trust, and intention to buy. </em><em>The sample used in this </em><em>research</em><em> were 168 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used PLS-SEM </em><em>.T</em><em>he results confirms that the probability value on the F test is 0.000 &lt;0.05 and the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 6</em><em>3</em><em>.5%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kredibilitas dan kepercayaan selebgram terhadap niat membeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi atas penurunan minat beli restoran ngikan gading serpong, melalui beberapa variabel seperti: kredibilitas selebgram, kepercayaan, dan niat membeli. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 168 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai probabilitas pada uji F sebesar 0,000 &lt;0,05 dan koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) sebesar 63,5%. Perkembangan zaman yang berimbas pada perubahan berbagai aspek kehidupan sangat memengaruhi ditinggalkannya bahasa Sunda oleh generasi muda. Jika kenyataan tersebut terus terjadi, tidak menutup kemungkinan dalam beberapa generasi ke depan, bahasa Sunda akan punah. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penguasaan remaja Sunda perkotaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 86 orang secara purposive sampling yang berasal dari wilayah Bandung Raya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif (crosstab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda mencapai rata-rata 70.5814% sehingga dapat dikategorikan cukup. Terdapat sekelompok remaja Sunda di perkotaan yang mengetahui keseluruhan istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda yang ditanyakan, tetapi ada juga kelompok remaja lainnya yang hanya mengetahui beberapa istilah. The development of the times which impacted the changes in various aspects of life, significantly affected the abandonment of the Sunda language by the younger generation. If this fact continues, it is possible that in the next few generations, the Sunda language will become extinct. The problem discussed in this study is the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in the vocabulary of the activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study aims to reveal the mastery of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. 86 persons from Great Bandung areas were chosen purposively as the research samples. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics (crosstab). The results showed that the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchen reached an average of 70,5814% so it could be categorized as sufficient. There is a group of urban Sundanese teenagers who know all the terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens that asked, there is also another group of teenagers who only know a few.

ABSTRAK stra Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga bulan Mei 2018 yang berlokasi di Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter kerjasama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua atau wali peserta turnamen Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang berjumlah 1000 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah insidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil rtabel 0,254 dan rtotal 0,66 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,84. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League berada pada kategori rendah atau buruk sebanyak 16 orang (4,35%) terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 192 orang (52,17%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sedang atau cukup terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 147 orang (39,95%) memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi atau baik terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama dan sebanyak 13 orang (3,53%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat tinggi atau baik sekali terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama.   Kata kunci: Pembentukan Karakter, Kerjasama, Sepakbola, Usia Dini   ABSTRACT                 This study aims to find out how far the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league of Indonesia Junior Soccer League. The research was conducted from March to May 2018 located at Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Bogor District. The method used in this research is survey method, that is by using questionnaire forming character of cooperation. The population in this study is the parents or guardians of the participants of the Indonesia Junior Soccer League tournament which amounted to 1000 people. The sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling, which is taken as sample is the parent or guardian of the Indonesian league participants Junior Soccer League who researchers meet by chance as much as 368 people.               This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument that has been arranged was consulted to the expert, then tested the validity with the result rtabel 0,254 and rtotal 0,66 and reliability equal to 0,84. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis with percentage.                The results showed that the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league Indonesia Junior Soccer League is in the category of low or bad as many as 16 people (4.35%) on the formation of cooperation character, as many as 192 people (52.17%) have knowledge of being or enough to form the character of cooperation, as many as 147 people (39.95%) have a high knowledge or good on the formation of character cooperation and as many as 13 people (3.53%) have a very high knowledge or excellent on the formation of the character of cooperation trak Keywords: Partner Character, Teamplay, Football, Early Age Birds

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan small sidedgame terhadap peningkatan VO2max pemain SSB IKC kelompok usia 11-12 tahun. Metodepenelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design.. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling didapatkan20 pemain. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bleep test. Purpose: This research aims at finding out the effect of entrepreneurship education on people’s entrepreneurship intention. Methodology: The subject of the research includes 18 persons of Wedomartani village, Sleman regency, Yogyakarta with the characteristics of having no jobs, having been married, and male or female incapable of handling waste for entrepreneurship. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses a Wilcoxon test. Results: The result of the analysis is Z = -2.102 and p = 0.018 (1-tailed), with p<0.05, which means there is a significant difference between the people's entrepreneurship intention before and after entrepreneurship education. So entrepreneurship education is effective in improving the people's entrepreneurship intention. Implications: People’s intention to convert waste into marketable goods is still low so that the waste spoils the environment. Therefore, entrepreneurship education is needed to rouse their intention in doing it.
