This study aims to describe how the Islamic guidance model is implemented at Madrasah Qudsiyyah. It is as part of the process of transforming the religious behavior of new students who repeat the class and how their religious behavior in the class. This study used a phenomenological approach with qualitative research method. Data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed and concluded. The results of this study indicate that the students who repeat at Madrasah Qudsiyyah are new students who based on the entry selection test, their abilities are below the average so they must repeat in fifth or sixth grade of MI. Even though they have graduated from SD or MI in previous schools, as well as when they enter the Aliyah level, most of them will repeat in ninth grade of MTs Qudsiyyah. habituation. Using this way, the teachers succeeded in changing the santri attitude to be more enthusiastic, optimistic, <em>istiqamah</em> and tawadlu'.

Religion is a principle that has been taught since the early age. Therefore, religion is difficult to change and even contributes to form one’s soul. However, it does not mean that one’s religious understanding or religion cannot change. Religious change, which is often synonymous with religious conversion, can be considered as the transfer of mażab (schools) or religious beliefs, such as from Nahdlatul ’Ulama (NU) to Majelis Tafsir Al-Qur’an (MTA). To explain that phenomenon, this study is conducted based on three main issues: the process of conversion from NU to MTA, the basis of its rationality, and further implications. Those issues are examined using qualitative research method, applying phenomenological approach. The following results are the research’s findings: changes on understanding from NU to MTA are often caused by one’s psychological factors, while its complementer is caused by social factors. The process of the changes does not happen suddenly, but gradually with the basis of rationality. There are seven phases of the conversion from NU to MTA, namely curiosity and crisis, quest, encounter, interaction, commitment, consequences, and deployable agent. Meanwhile, its basis of rationality consists of clarity and certainty of the basis of Islam, obedience to Al-Qur’an and al-Hadiṡ, and egalitarianism. The phenomenon of conversion may result in counterproductive effects, such as verbal violence towards the perpetrator and social exclusion. Thus, to avoid conflict, one of the important things to do is to give tasamuh education to the moslem community so that they are willing to accept differences wisely.

This study aims to determine the communication behavior of the kyai with the community at the Nurul Yaqin Islamic boarding school. The focus of the problem of this research is the communication behavior of the kyai with the community at the Nurul Yaqin Islamic boarding school. Researchers used a qualitative study research method with a phenomenological approach. Descriptive method is intended to describe systematically, factually and accurately about the data. Qualitative research aims to gain an authentic understanding of people's experiences, as perceived by the people concerned. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation, and document collection. Sources of data are the results of interviews, observation findings in the Pariaman area, and documents with relevance. The technique of determining informants using snowball sampling, in this study is Kyai and the community. The research was conducted at the Nurul Yaqin Islamic boarding school in Padang Pariaman Regency. Kiyai (Buya) teaches religious behavior towards the people of lightness, such as worshiping Allah SWT, respecting each other, and not doing bad deeds that harm others. From religious values, Nurul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School places more emphasis on aspects of the faith as well as other religious fields. This study concludes that the kyai's communication behavior with the Nurul Yaqin Islamic boarding school community.

This study aims to analyze the creativity of children (dancers) in the Geculan Bocah dance performance and how the performance becomes a space to arouse creativity. The case study in this research was the phenomenon of the Geculan Bocah dance performance in Sanggar Tanuwiyoyo Semarang Regency. The method used is a qualitative research method through a phenomenological approach. Data collection was done by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis test used the Miles and Hubberman model through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity used triangulation of sources, techniques, and methods. The results showed that Geculan Bocah dance performance consisted of 3 parts, namely the beginning, middle (core) and final (ending). Each part of the performance requires the creative role of the child as a dancer. Children’s creative roles include individual creativity, collaborative creativity, and communal creativity. Individual creativity attempts every child to show good performance. Collaborative creativity can be seen in the cohesiveness and togetherness during the show. The communal creativity arises because it is influenced by the audience and the atmosphere of the performance. The Geculan Bocah dance performance is a creative product, a creative space/ process, and a driver for the development of children’s creativity.

This study aims to determine the zoning system's application for the admission of new students and determine the efforts of schools and teachers to overcome learning difficulties as a negative impact of the application of the zoning system. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research object was in the Junior High Schools 1, 5, and 10 Serang City, while the data obtained through interviews with the principal and vice-principal of the school. The results showed that the zoning system's implementation for new students' admission was following government policy. The efforts schools and teachers' to helping student learning difficulties by adding learning hours for students who experience learning difficulties at schools on health protocols as part of the 'new normal' through a scheduled and limited system, the importance of parental participation in coaching and supervision of learning at home and assist their friends or seniors to understand the substance earlier learning.

Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque is one of the most beautiful and salient examples of Iranian architecture of the Safavid era, in Isfahan. Despite the scientific studies on the architecture of this mosque, its sacred and semantic concepts have been overlooked behind its hidden values. Therefore, the Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque has been studied as a human-made place using the phenomenological approach to architecture, in order to understand the importance of inducing the concept of genius loci; and by examining each of the elements and comparing them to the ideas and components of place. The authors try to answer the question that what environmental qualities of the Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque build its genius loci? The research method used in this paper was phenomenology and information were gathered by library studies. The result of the research indicates that this Mosque has significant values, including semantic load, and there is a relationship between its elements and their material and semantic qualities created by concepts such as enclosure, span, and space. Thus, this integrated logical system confers Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque a genius loci which has been a meaningful quality of this space throughout the centuries and continues to remind the future generations of Iranian cultural identity.

The purpose of this study is to examine the process of writing algorithms using step by step instructions of students through computer science unplugged activity. Accordingly, CityMap activity which is related to daily life and scenario based was developed. The aim of this activity is to write algorithms of going from one place to another using step by step instructions. The rules are also to reach the destination with the shortest way and the least number of steps using correct instructions. The study group consists of 15 sixth grade students. The case study was used as a research method.  For the activity, a map and a worksheet designed by the researchers were used as data collection tools and an answer key was used for the analysis. Both individual and group evaluation were made and for this process gamification components were used. The findings revealed that students could wrote algorithms step by step instructions for the tasks determined in the activity. In addition, it was concluded that using of the gamification components made the activity more enjoyable and the students be motivated towards learning of computer science.

Kepulauan Riau merupakan provinsi yang terdiri dari beberapa pulau diantaranya Pulau Batam, Pulau Bintan dan Pulau Karimun. Modal sosial merupakan serangkaian nilai dan norma informal yang dimiliki oleh kelompok masyarat dalam membagun kerjasamanya. Lingkup penelitian pada pembahasan ini adalah terfokus pada pengaruh modal sosial terhadap perkembangan pariwisata di Kepulauan Riau dalam hal ini Pulau Batam, Pulau Bintan, dan Pulau Karimun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dikondisikan sebagai penelitian kualitatif melalui strategi studi kasus. Sistem pendekatan yang digunakan juga merupakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Melakukan pengamatan langsung, mengumpulkan data-data kemudian menghubungkannya dengan kajian teori yang digunakan. Lokus penelitian ini terdapat di Kepulauan Riau dengan melihat pengaruh modal sosial pada perkembangan pariwisata di ketiga pulau yaitu Pulau Batam, Pulau Bintan dan Pulau Karimun. Berdasarkan hasil survey yang saya lakukan di Kepulauan Riau, terutama pada ketiga pulau yaitu Pulau Batam, Pulau Bintan, dan Pulau Karimun, dari ketiga pulau tersebut ternyata pada Pulau Karimun perkembangan pariwisatanya tidak terlalu berkembang karena masyarakat yang tidak menerima adanya wisatawan terutama wisatawan mancanegara. Riau Islands is a province consisting of several islands including Batam Island, Bintan Island and Karimun Island. Social capital is a set of informal values ​​and norms that are owned by community groups in building cooperation. The scope of research in this discussion is focused on the influence of social capital on the development of tourism in the Riau Islands, in this case Batam Island, Bintan Island, and Karimun Island. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research is conditioned as qualitative research through a case study strategy. The system approach used is also a descriptive analytic approach. Make direct observations, collect data and then relate it to the study of the theories used. The locus of this research is in the Riau Islands by looking at the influence of social capital on the development of tourism in the three islands, namely Batam Island, Bintan Island and Karimun Island. Based on the results of a survey I conducted in the Riau Islands, especially on the three islands, namely Batam Island, Bintan Island, and Karimun Island, of the three islands, it turns out that on Karimun Island the development of tourism is not very developed because people do not accept tourists, especially foreign tourists.

This study aims to obtain a description related to the learning of PAI by using ICT and how the impact of the use of ICT on PAI learning systems in the classroom. The research method uses a qualitative approach in the integrated Islamic high school Ummul Quro Bogor, West Java. The results showed that a) there were four stages of using ICT in the learning process, namely; emerging, applying, integrating dan transforming. PAI teachers are already at the integrating stage. In other words, ICT has been integrated into the PAI learning curriculum. b) supporting factors for the use of ICT are the existence of ICT support facilities, the availability of qualified educators, the commitment of the school to implement ICT in every PAI learning. c) Inhibiting factors in the use of ICT are aspects of financing ICT facilities require a large budget. Some elderly teachers have difficulty using ICT in the learning process. Besides, the internet network is unstable. d) The impact of the use of ICT is very significant on PAI learning process. e) the existence of ICT devices not only as a support but already as an important component in the education system. The research led to the recommendation of the need for government support in the form of concern for ICT in terms of policies, facilities, workforce, budget, and organizing training in the use of ICT for PAI teachers to improve their professionalism. Therefore, further research is suggested regarding the effectiveness of the use of ICT in the learning process of PAI.
