This study aims to determine how the implementation of the 2013 curriculum by Islamic religious education teachers in elementary schools (SD) in Samarinda. This research is qualitative research and the point of research is in the second semester of Elementary School (SD) in Samarinda City academic year 2013/2014. The data sources used are the Islamic religious teachers  in elementary school in Samarinda. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques used is observation, interviews, and documentation. Testing the validity of the data include a test of credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability. Data analysis techniques used is data reduction, data presentation, and verification.The result of the study shows that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum by Islamic religious teachers in elementary schools in Samarinda, Some of them is still not implementing the standardized processes optimally. Particularly, in the form of teaching planning administration. The problem is the lack of training 2013 curriculum, the lack of technology mastery, too much students, evaluation, and describing value for report cards, lack of cooperation between parents and teachers, the limitations of PAI books in 2013 curriculum.The results of this study concluded that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum by Islamic religious teachers in elementary schools (SD) in Samarinda is not done well and there are too much less optimal in practice.

This study aims to determine the process of implementing online learning during the Covid pandemic 19. This type of research is to use descriptive qualitative. The study was conducted in elementary schools namely SDN Dewi Sartika CBM, Sukabumi City in the Even Semester Academic Year of 2019/2020. The subjects used were teachers and fourth grade students with 32 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation to determine the process of implementation online learning carried out at home. The data collection instruments included interview guidelines, questionnaire sheets and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study were the process of implementing online learning in the Covid 19 pandemic period at SDN Dewi Sartika CBM, which has not been implemented properly, because there are still many obstacles faced, including the emergence of boredom, unfocused learning, lack of understanding of the material, cannot interact directly with the teacher and playing with friends, as well as limited network, signal, and quota constraints. As a result of the lack of understanding of teaching materials, some students experience a decrease in grades, although some other students have increased and even the average student gets a relatively consistent grade.

This study aims to describe the pattern and leadership strategies of principals in elementary schools in dealing with the crisis in the Covid-19 pandemic.  The method used in this study is qualitatively descriptive. The subject of this study was the principal and teacher at Sabilal Muhtadin Elementary School in Banjarmasin City. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies.  Test the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. Data analysis uses Miles & Huberman analysis techniques that consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. This research shows that the principal has a working philosophy that is to work for worship. Strategies implemented in its leadership include transparency, empowerment of teachers and employees, communication, and motivation. The conclusion is that elementary school principal Sabilal Muhtadin is transformational leadership based on Islam. The strategies used for its implementation are transparency, empowerment of teachers and employees, communication, and motivation to maintain excellence when facing crises in the Covid-19 pandemic.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kedisiplinan belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan ibadah salat zuhur berjamaah peserta didik di SDN 166 Laburawung Kecamatan Lalabata Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini termasuk kategori penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan teologis, pedagogis, dan psikologis. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, para pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, dan peserta didik. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kedisiplinan belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan ibadah salat zuhur berjamaah peserta didik di SDN 166 Laburawung Kecamatan Lalabata Kabupaten Soppeng cukup baik. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan pengamatan yang dilakukan bahwa peserta didik yang disiplin dalam belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam bisa lebih paham tentang ajaran Islam sehingga dapat mengamalkannya terutama dalam hal pelaksanaan ibadah salat zuhur berjamaah.AbstractThe aim of this research was to determine the implementation of learning discipline of Islamic Religious Education subject in improving the midday prayer together to the students of SDN 166 Laburawung, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency. This research applied qualitative research using theological, pedagogical, and psychological approaches. Data sources of this research were the principal, educators, staffs, and students. Observation, interview, and documentation were used in collecting the data as instruments. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Therefore, the result indicated that the implementation of learning discipline of Islamic Religious Education in improving midday prayer together to the students of SDN 166 Laburawung, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency was quite good. This finding was in line with the result of observations that the students who were discipline in learning Islamic Religious Education could understand more about the teachings of Islam so that they could apply it especially in terms of the implementation of midday prayer.

This study discusses the Implementation of Islamic Education Learning. The focus of this study is about: 1) How is the planning, implementation and evaluation of the implementation of learning in Islamic Religious Education at the Muhammadiyah Metro Central Elementary School; 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning Islamic Education at the Muhammadiyah Metro Central Elementary School. The purpose of this study is to describe: Implementation of Islamic Education Learning in the Muhammadiyah Metro Central Elementary School.The design of this study is to use a qualitative approach with a descriptive research model. So that this research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection technique uses observation and interview methods. To make it easier to explain the data, categorization and organization of data is done with a coding system. The research informants were obtained by snowball sampling technique, then testing the validity of the data was done using the triangulation method. In data processing and data analysis carried out during and after conducting research.The results showed that the Implementation of Islamic Education Learning in Muhammadiyah Metro Pusat Elementary School (SD) in the planning process was realized in a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), which was given a special time by the school to prepare learning tools which included: syllabus formulation, educational calendar , annual programs, semester programs, teaching materials up to remedial activities and endorsed by the school supervision team. In the implementation of Islamic Education Learning in SD Muhammadiyah Metro the Center for Islamic Education Teachers refers to one component of the learning strategy, namely the component of the learning method. The method used by Islamic Education Teachers at Elementary School Muhammadiyah Metro Pusat is the lecture method, discussion method, training method and demonstration method. Evaluations used include: 1) UTS (Semster Middle Examination), 2) Semester Exams, 3) Practice Exams. It is also influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors include: adequate school infrastructure, professional teachers, character development activities, while the inhibiting factors are limited learning resources and low student motivation.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan: budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan komitmen; komunikasi dengan komitmen, komitmen dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan kinerja melalui komitmen; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru melalui komitmen. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 250 orang guru di 100 Sekolah yang dipilih secara stratified proporsional random sampling dari populasi sebesar 2.276 orang guru yang tersebar di 274 SD Negeri di Kota Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriftip dan analisi jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komitmen memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja guru, komitmen merupakan perantara hubugan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru dan hubungan komunikasi dengan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: budaya sekolah, komunikasi, komitmen, kinerja THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCHOOL CULTURE, COMMUNICATION, AND COMMITMENT AND THE STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE Abstract: This study was aimed to describe the relationship between: school culture and tea- chers’ performance; communication and teachers’ commitment; school culture and commitment; communication and commitment; commitment and teachers’ performance; school culture and performance through commitment; communication and teachers’ performance through commitment. The sample consisting of 250 teachers from 100 schools was selected using the stratified proportional random sampling technique from a population of 2,276 teachers teaching in 274 state elementary schools in Banjarmasin Municipality. The data were collected using an instrument which had been validated and which was reliable. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis and the path analysis. The findings showed that there was relationship between: school culture and teachers’ performance, communication and performance, school culture and commitment, communication and commitment, commitment and teachers’ performance. Commitment became an intervening variable between school culture and teachers’ performance and between communication and teachers’ performance. This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

<p class="Bab"><strong><em>This research aims to improve understanding of service and figure role Indonesian independence concept at 5th grade student of elementary school in Surakarta by application of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model helped by rotar media.This research was classroom action resarch which was held i two cycles, there were four stage in each cycle, which planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were a teacher and 34 students. The data sources are form the teacher and student. The technics of collecting data are test, interview, observation, and documentary. Data analysis were interactive analysis.</em> <em>According to the research conclusion, Teams Games Tournament model helped by rotar media could improve understanding of service and figure role of independence concept at 5th grade student of elementary school in Surakarta academic year 2017/2018. That improvement could be Pre-action, the percentage of class attainment is only 5,88% then at second cycle, the percentage of class attainment increases to 88,24%</em></strong></p>

This research is a qualitative study aimed to describe the teacher's perception of pop-up book media when applied to the material building space in the V grade elementary school. The research method of using qualitative descriptive with the research data source is the teacher of grade V in elementary school Tanjungsari, namely VA and VB. The data collection techniques used are online interviews through the WhatsApp app. Data analysis techniques using the technical of Miles and Huberman are data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The result of this study raises positive perceptions of class V teachers. The Media pop-up book is interesting to apply to material solid figure in class V, seeing students who are always interested in new things, because this media has not been used, so that the media pop-up book is very good to be applied in class V, in order to support the creativity of students, so that students will be happy and think critically in the process of learning math material solid figure.

Abstract.This research is motivated by the poor management of the procurement of skyline restaurant operational goods due to the frequent situation of urgent goods but the user rarely directly engages in receiving goods, is not right in planning procurement of goods, organizational structure is not lived properly, and lack of communication in ordering goods. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling which consisted of purchasing staff and F&B Manager. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques are used through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.Based on the results of research conducted, it was found several things related to the management of the procurement of skyline restaurant operational goods, namely: purchase requests, supplier selection, purchase orders, receipt of goods, and recording of purchase transactions whose entire process must pay attention to several management functions including planning, organizing, directing and monitoring so that the management of the skyline restaurant operational goods procurement runs well and there is no loss for employees or hotels. This study aims to see the phenomena of the tradition of pilgrimage to the grave of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka in Dusun Senuko Sidoagung Godean Sleman. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. This study has two types of data and data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data interview techniques in this study were carried out by direct field observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data, data reduction, data presentation, and data collection. The data validity checking technique used was the source triangulation technique and the technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate the phenomenon of the pilgrimage tradition at K.H.Rr's grave intending to pray for and interpret the values of life, pilgrims who visit the grave of waliyullah K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka can trace the struggle of previous scholars in Islam. The existence of Sendang Bagusan as an example of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka is still used by the Javanese mystical adherents for the kungkum ritual to achieve certain goals. The development of the Tomb of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka also had a positive impact on the construction of hamlet roads, gates, and youth organization activities in Senuko Village.
