Abstract Newtonian inertia has initiated science centuries ago and dictates modern society with isolated logic systems. The hidden premise of this system is rigid existence in an isolated environment that defies any internal motion. The equivalent principle from general relativity and the T-symmetry reversible processes from thermodynamics also rely on such a notion. However, bio-inertia originates from the blind spots of this system; surface tension region inversion as the most general interactions is sacrificed for methodological isolation/test purposes and then neglected by science. We define and experiment bio-inertia as “parameter-against-gravity-recovery”, revealing the interaction between Planck regions and surface tension regions issues negentropy, conventional quantum collapse period is then extended to lifespan. This modulation which integrates quantum mechanics, gravitational waves, thermodynamics into surface tension bio quantum path duality needs to break the isolated logic method and takes musical inversion as structural dynamics in bio-systems, generalized as Basic Law of Evolution. An original evolutionary physical string oscillation memory equation is unveiled for the first time.

The main purpose of the article is to consider the evolution of youth policy in Russia in the light of the constitutional reform of 2020 as the historical and political substantiation of the amendment made following the results of the popular vote to the first part of the article 72 (point «e») of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The article notes that in modern society there is a whole system of challenges destroying the traditional forms of socialization of young people, who have found themselves in a very dangerous socio-cultural zone. These dangers look even more real without appropriate attention to young people on the part of the state and society. This context, according to the author, puts the state youth policy in a row of key functions of public administration. Citing historical examples of domestic managerial experience in relation to youth, the author comes to the conclusion that the constitutional amendment, which for the first time solidifies the existence of youth policy in the country's basic law, can give a new impetus not only to the further development of regulatory mechanisms for regulating youth policy, but also to become the constitutional basis for the practical side of its implementation. In this regard, the article pays special attention to the consideration of the new draft content No. 993419-7 «On youth policy in the Russian Federation».

The study of interactions between polyelectrolytes (PE) and surfactants is of great interest for both fundamental and applied research. These mixtures can represent, for example, models of self-assembly and molecular organization in biological systems, but they are also relevant in industrial applications. Amphiphilic block polyelectrolytes represent an interesting class of PE, but their interactions with surfactants have not been extensively explored so far, most studies being restricted to non-associating PE. In this work, interactions between an anionic amphiphilic triblock polyelectrolyte and different types of surfactants bearing respectively negative, positive and no charge, are investigated via surface tension and solution rheology measurements for the first time. It is evidenced that the surfactants have different effects on viscosity and surface tension, depending on their charge type. Micellization of the surfactant is affected by the presence of the polymer in all cases; shear viscosity of polymer solutions decreases in presence of the same charge or nonionic surfactants, while the opposite charge surfactant causes precipitation. This study highlights the importance of the charge type, and the role of the associating hydrophobic block in the PE structure, on the solution behavior of the mixtures. Moreover, a possible interaction model is proposed, based on the obtained data.

AbstractGAME (Gamma Astrometric Measurement Experiment) is a concept for an experiment whose goal is to measure from space the γ parameter of the Parameterized Post-Newtonian formalism, by means of a satellite orbiting at 1 AU from the Sun and looking as close as possible to its limb. This technique resembles the one used during the solar eclipse of 1919, when Dyson, Eddington and collaborators measured for the first time the gravitational bending of light. Simple estimations suggest that, possibly within the budget of a small mission, one could reach the 10−6level of accuracy with ~106observations of relatively bright stars at about 2° apart from the Sun. Further simulations show that this result could be reached with only 20 days of measurements on stars ofV≤ 17 uniformly distributed. A quick look at real star densities suggests that this result could be greatly improved by observing particularly crowded regions near the galactic center.

Analogies between gravitation and electromagnetism have been known since the 1950s. Here, we examine a fairly general type D solution — the exact seven parameter solution of Plebański–Demiański (PD) — to demonstrate these analogies for a physically meaningful spacetime. The two quadratic curvature invariants B2 - E2 and E⋅B are evaluated analytically. In the asymptotically flat case, the leading terms of E and B can be interpreted as gravitoelectric mass and gravitoelectric current of the PD solution, respectively, if there are no gravitomagnetic monopoles present. Furthermore, the square of the Bel–Robinson tensor reads (B2 + E2)2 for the PD solution, reminiscent of the square of the energy density in electrodynamics. By analogy to the energy–momentum 3-form of the electromagnetic field, we provide an alternative way to derive the recently introduced Bel–Robinson 3-form, from which the Bel–Robinson tensor can be calculated. We also determine the Kummer tensor, a tensor cubic in curvature, for a general type D solution for the first time, and calculate the pieces of its irreducible decomposition. The calculations are carried out in two coordinate systems: In the original polynomial PD coordinates and in a modified Boyer–Lindquist-like version introduced by Griffiths and Podolský (GP) allowing for a more straightforward physical interpretation of the free parameters.

The article analyzes the concept of mathematical literacy. The formation of mathematical literacy among members of modern society is a fundamental basis for the formation of functional literacy. Currently, there is no single approach to the interpretation of the concept of "mathematical literacy", the article provides several different approaches to the definition. Based on the analysis of the points of view of different scientists, the authors of the article highlight the main components of the concept of "mathematical literacy". These include: literacy of mathematical speech; possession of mathematical concepts; the ability to correctly formulate definitions and statements; the ability to apply mathematics to research. The paper provides a characteristic of the listed components of mathematical literacy. In addition, in this work, for the first time, an attempt was made to formulate the levels of mathematical literacy – speech, terminological, critical and operational. The article presents the results of testing students in pedagogic areas of training of two universities – Kostroma State University and Yaroslavl State Pedagogic University. The test was aimed at assessing the level of mathematical literacy of future teachers, for whom teaching mathematics will be a part of their professional activities. The test tested not only the knowledge of terms and the ability to give definitions, but also the ability to correctly apply mathematics to solve practical problems with subsequent interpretation, as well as the ability to see errors and inaccuracies in the texts of students' works, Internet sources and teaching aids. The authors identified criteria for assessing the test results and for each criterion; a quantitative indicator was determined equal to the number of correctly completed tasks. The low results of even third-year students show topicality of specific activities that could help improve the mathematical literacy of pedagogues.

In the framework of the European Gravity Service for Improved Emergency Management (EGSIEM) project, consistent sets of state-of-the-art reprocessed Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) orbits and satellite clock corrections have been generated. The reprocessing campaign includes data starting in 1994 and follows the Center for Orbit Determination in Europe (CODE) processing strategy, in particular exploiting the extended version of the empirical CODE Orbit Model (ECOM). Satellite orbits are provided for Global Positioning System (GPS) satellites since 1994 and for Globalnaya Navigatsionnaya Sputnikovaya Sistema (GLONASS) since 2002. In addition, a consistent set of GPS satellite clock corrections with 30 s sampling has been generated from 2000 and with 5 s sampling from 2003 onwards. For the first time in a reprocessing scheme, GLONASS satellite clock corrections with 30 s sampling from 2008 and 5 s from 2010 onwards were also generated. The benefit with respect to earlier reprocessing series is demonstrated in terms of polar motion coordinates. GNSS satellite clock corrections are validated in terms of completeness, Allan deviation, and precise point positioning (PPP) using terrestrial stations. In addition, the products herein were validated with Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) precise orbit determination (POD) and Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR). The dataset is publicly available.

This year marks the 100th anniversary of Einstein’s 1915 landmark paper “Die Feldgleichungen der Gravitation” in which the field equations of general relativity were correctly formulated for the first time, thus rendering general relativity a complete theory. Over the subsequent hundred years, physicists and astronomers have struggled with uncovering the consequences and applications of these equations. This paper, which was written as an introduction to six chapters dealing with the connection between general relativity and cosmology that will appear in the two-volume book One Hundred Years of General Relativity: From Genesis and Empirical Foundations to Gravitational Waves, Cosmology and Quantum Gravity, endeavors to provide a historical overview of the connection between general relativity and cosmology, two areas whose development has been closely intertwined.

<div> <div> <div> <p>In this work we investigate whether experimental surface tension measurements, which are less sensitive to quantum and self-polarization corrections, are able to replace the usual reliance on the heat of vaporization as experimental reference data for fitting force field models of molecular liquids. To test this hypothesis we develop the fitting protocol necessary to utilize surface tension measurements in the ForceBalance optimization procedure in order to determine revised parameters for both three-point and four-point water models, TIP3P-ST and TIP4P-ST. We find that the incorporation of surface tension in the fit results in a rigid three-point model that reproduces the correct temperature of maximum density of water for the first time, but also leads to over-structuring of the liquid and less accurate transport properties. The rigid four-point TIP4P-ST model is highly accurate for a broad range of thermodynamic and kinetic properties, with similar performance compared to recently developed four- point water models. The results show surface tension to be a useful fitting property in general, especially when self-polarization corrections or nuclear quantum corrections are not readily available for correcting the heat of vaporization as is the case for other molecular liquids. </p> </div> </div> </div>
