The development of student entrepreneurship at the University of Kanjuruhan Malang is starting to show results. This is very supportive of government programs in their development in line with increasing economic growth. Furthermore, it has an impact on student entrepreneurial actors to be more creative and innovative in effective marketing strategic planning. Most entrepreneurial students have difficulty developing because they do not understand how to market a product effectively, display product packaging attractively so that it has high selling value and manages their business well. On this occasion, we aim to provide solutions through the Entrepreneurship Development Program of the University of Kanjuruhan Malang which collaborates with micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang City and Regency, in the form of a digital marketing strategy, namely e-commerce. The method we use in this activity is conducting workshops by forming student groups according to their target products and market reach, and providing assistance to these student groups. The investment that we provide is in the form of e-commerce applications. The results of the investment show a significant change in marketing among entrepreneurial students at Kanjuruhan University of Malang.

Structural change in U.S. agriculture has resulted in a decline in farm numbers, increases in farm size, and the dominance of large-scale producers. Although the number of black-operated farms has fallen considerably since the 1950s, a small group of these farmers operate successful farms. A selected group of black farmers in Louisiana was surveyed to determine their strategies for success. The results indicate that success is directly related to (a) good management practices, (b) knowledge and early adoption of new technology, (c) strong work ethics, (d) love of farming, (e) size of operation, (f) participation in government programs, and (g) strong family support.

Abstract Historically wolves and humans have had a conflictive relationship which has driven the wolf to extinction in some areas across Northern America and Europe. The last decades have seen a rise of multiple government programs to protect wolf populations. Nevertheless, these programs have been controversial in rural areas, product of the predation of livestock by carnivores. As a response to such issues, governments have presented large scale economic plans to compensate the respected owners. The current issue lies in the lack of reliable techniques that can be used to detect the predator responsible for livestock predation. This has led to complications when obtaining subsidies, creating conflict between landowners and government officials. The objectives of this study therefore are to provide a new alternative approach to differentiating between tooth marks of different predators responsible for livestock predation. Here we present the use of geometric morphometrics and Machine Learning algorithms to discern between different carnivores through in depth analysis of the tooth marks they leave on bone. These results present high classification rates with up to 100% accuracy in some cases, successfully differentiating between wolves, dogs and fox tooth marks.

Studying the role and place of state corporations, as well as improving their activities in the framework of stimulating the real sector of the Russian economy is a relevant issue. The subject of the research is organizational and managerial relations arising in the system of functioning of state corporations and their impact on the real sector of economy. The aim of the research is to substantiate the role of state corporations in the development of the real sector of the Russian economy and to develop practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of their functioning in modern conditions. The article reveals the essence, as well as the significant role of state corporations in the innovative modernization of the Russian economy; the necessity of using impressive organizational, financial and economic potential of state corporations in stimulating the development of competitive industries in various sectors of the real sector of the economy is substantiated. There are three main types of state corporations in the Russian economy: a) financial development institutions; their activities are aimed at financing large projects; b) industrial corporations; c) directorates for the implementation of government programs with limited periods of operation and a set of specific tasks for implementation. An analysis of the scale of activity of the state corporate sector has shown that at present state corporations control about 40% of the economy and provide more than half of the state GDP; their financing accounts for about 25% of the expenditure side of the RF budget. The article concludes that state corporations are the locomotives of growth in the real sector of economy, established by the state at the expense of the budget to carry out large-scale projects or to solve important economic and social problems.

All countries in the world are currently experiencing a severe economic crisis following the outbreak of the COVID-19 outbreak. In Indonesia, the Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy is reported to have increased the number of poor people. Social assistance is a government program to improve the social welfare of the lower economic community. In carrying out the program, the central government and local governments coordinate with each other so that the program is right on target without any element of fraud. In the neighbourhood of Rukun Warga 001, Kelapa Dua Village, there are still obstacles in selecting the eligibility for social assistance recipients, namely Non-Cash Food Aid. The data on the poor are not in accordance with the actual conditions. In this study, to implementing data mining with the K-Means Algorithm. The K-Means Clustering algorithm is used to classify people who are classified as eligible to receive social assistance and those who are not entitled to receive social assistance. The data sample used is the data of Rukun Warga 001, Kelapa Dua Village. The results of this study indicate that cluster 1 with the appropriate category of receiving social assistance according to government programs in the Rukun Warga 001 neighbourhood of Kelapa Dua sub-district amounted to 13 families. And cluster 2 in the category of not eligible to receive social assistance amounted to 97 heads of families out of a total of 110 heads of families in RW 001.

Abstract                                                                              Since the announcement that COVID-19 is a government, it has made several efforts to reduce the massive expansion of COVID-19. The implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), as well as adaptation to new habits or new normal has been instructed by the government for the community. However, these efforts have still not been able to show success in efforts to suppress the development of the spread of the corona virus in Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has led to a socio-economic crisis whose impact can be felt by all levels of society, especially the 40% of people with low levels of welfare. national disaster, the spread of this virus in Indonesia has not shown a decline. Therefore, in crisis management, the government implements the Social Safety Network (JPS) program to encourage economic growth in times of crisis. Long before the COVID-19 outbreak, the Social Safety Net (JPS) program was an important component of the economic crisis that hit Indonesia in 1998. The JPS program was part of a government microeconomic policy in facing the economic crisis. Keywords: JPS, Government Programs, Covid-19

We use responses to a large-scale national survey designed to oversample political activists to investigate the extent to which participant publics are representative of the public as a whole. Building upon the finding that while voters differ from nonvoters in their demographic attributes, their attitudes as measured by responses to survey questions are not distinctive, we consider a variety of political acts beyond voting that citizens can use to multiply their political input and to communicate more precise messages to policymakers. In addition, we consider not only respondents' demographic characteristics and policy attitudes but also their circumstances of economic deprivation and dependence upon government programs. Although activists are representative of the public at large in terms of their attitudes, they differ substantially in their demographic attributes, economic needs, and the government benefits they receive. Furthermore, in terms of the issues that animate participation, groups differentiated along these lines bring very different policy concerns to their activity.

AbstractUnusual short-period comet 29P/Schwassmann-Wachmann 1 inspired many observers to explain its unpredictable outbursts. In this paper large scale structures and features from the inner part of the coma in time periods around outbursts are studied. CCD images were taken at Whipple Observatory, Mt. Hopkins, in 1989 and at Astronomical Observatory, Modra, from 1995 to 1998. Photographic plates of the comet were taken at Harvard College Observatory, Oak Ridge, from 1974 to 1982. The latter were digitized at first to apply the same techniques of image processing for optimizing the visibility of features in the coma during outbursts. Outbursts and coma structures show various shapes.

AbstractThe large-scale coronal structures observed during the sporadically visible solar eclipses were compared with the numerically extrapolated field-line structures of coronal magnetic field. A characteristic relationship between the observed structures of coronal plasma and the magnetic field line configurations was determined. The long-term evolution of large scale coronal structures inferred from photospheric magnetic observations in the course of 11- and 22-year solar cycles is described. Some known parameters, such as the source surface radius, or coronal rotation rate are discussed and actually interpreted. A relation between the large-scale photospheric magnetic field evolution and the coronal structure rearrangement is demonstrated.

AbstractPrecise measurements of heliographic position of solar filaments were used for determination of the proper motion of solar filaments on the time-scale of days. The filaments have a tendency to make a shaking or waving of the external structure and to make a general movement of whole filament body, coinciding with the transport of the magnetic flux in the photosphere. The velocity scatter of individual measured points is about one order higher than the accuracy of measurements.
