Millennial Youth Empowerment Through the Program for Strengthening the Identity of Muslim Youth in the Community Home Education Based Akhlak and Talent. Youth with age characteristics who have a tempestuous spirit, the development of thinking power and the development of maximum maturity, in Islamic history have contributed a lot to world civilization. But today's youth seem to have started to lose their identity. Many young people are confused about the purpose of their lives, their life orientation is not directed to the good of the afterlife Therefore, it is important to have a youth empowerment program. The research approach uses a qualitative method with field research. The results of the study revealed that the Home Education Based Akhlak and Talent (HEBAT) community is one of the programs that empowers youth with the values of fitrah-based education (Insan Kamil). The program tries to apply a fitrah assessment model with a mentoring method to ignite the nature of youth so that they shine beautifully into youth who have an empowered paradigm that is not only seen from an economic perspective, but empowered which means freedom from serving other than Allah. Youth who can have an impact on community empowerment are youth who are integrated between mental and spiritual, transmit the spirit of monotheism in addition to the science and technology they master, and are adaptive to the times. The role of the youth is as a solution for the community and as proof of work as a provision for the afterlife.

Education is ubiquitous with clinical care. However, not all education supports behavioral change. Education is a broad term that encompasses the process of obtaining general knowledge, personal awareness, and skills training. Although not sufficient, education is a necessary component for behavior change. This article outlines the role of education in behavior change and offers practical suggestions for how clinicians can provide education to their patients to help them change behavior.

The paper highlights the methodological framework of an ongoing research focused on two issues of actuality in Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D): the role of ICTs in cultivating collective capabilities and the role of the participants in the different phases of a new design project in relation to development. A design-based research approach, rooted in exploratory ethnography and emergent design shows that when the researcher becomes ethnographer and designer and the users become resources for the co-production, a new methodology is born. It is a process of dialogue, never ending, in which the designer enters with the intention to make an impact, not only to understand. The participatory process is followed throughout the research, from the ethnographic phase of discovery and understanding, through the design phase of co-creation, till the evaluation final phase. This research is conducted in two marginalised urban settings of Cape Town. An exploratory phase, in which inductive ethnographic methods were used to explore the nuances of ‘agency', ‘capability' and ‘collective empowerment' that occur through technological dealings was followed by a still ongoing design phase, in which the two communities are involved in co-designing new ICT services that support their community activities. The assessment phase, which is directed towards the formulation of theoretical and design considerations, will look towards a participative evaluation process and a sustainable patterns.

Although ego-centered network data provide information that is limited in various ways as compared with full network data, an ego-centered design can be used without the need for a priori and researcher-defined network borders. Moreover, ego-centered network data can be obtained with traditional survey methods. However, due to the dynamic structure of the questionnaires involved, a great effort is required on the part of either respondents (with self-administration) or interviewers (with face-to-face interviews). As an alternative, we will show the advantages of using CASI (computer-assisted self-administered interview) methods for the collection of ego-centered network data as applied in a study on the role of social networks in substance use among college students.
