<p>The role of a textbook in the teaching-learning process is significant since most teachers used it as the source and guidance of teaching materials. In order to know the quality of the textbooks, the teachers should be able to analyze the materials contained inside because the selection of the textbooks determines the quality of the materials which will be delivered to the students. This study aimed to find out the grammatical cohesion of recount text in <em>Pathway to English;</em> English textbook for the tenth grade of senior high school published by Erlangga. The design of this study is a qualitative study using literature review as an approach. The study found that there are three recount texts in Pathway to English. Text 1 and 3 contained three types of grammatical cohesion (reference, ellipsis, conjunction).  Text 2 contained complete grammatical cohesion (reference, substitution, ellipsis, conjunction). This textbook categorizes as objective criteria because the percentage of grammatical cohesion is 33%.</p>

This paper is to examine the role academic libraries can play to organize and make indigenous knowledge accessible for national development. The target audience for the paper are academic librarians in Ghana, researchers of African studies in Ghana and other stakeholders. This is a qualitative study with data from interviews with the librarians and a desk-top literature review. Academic librarians in Ghana recognize the importance of indigenous knowledge organization, but little has been done by way of research. Most academic libraries in Ghana have the basic resources to manage indigenous knowledge. Academic librarians need to be proactive in their collaborative efforts to manage indigenous knowledge. Academic librarians in Ghana should be proactive towards effective management of indigenous knowledge, for easy accessibility. Again, academic libraries need to be well resourced to manage indigenous knowledge. Finally, academic libraries need to create awareness about the importance of indigenous knowledge using different media platforms to all stakeholders.

This study aims at analyzing mood structure type of the clause on recount and procedure text in English textbooks of SMA where it was analyzed based on the mood structure types of the clause. It was designed as a descriptive qualitative study and discourse analysis. Data were collected through documentation method. The technique in collecting the data is by determining the source to be investigated, determining the supporting resources, and seeking the recount and procedure text on the English textbook. The Data were analyzed using Mood structure analysis suggested by M.A.K Haliday. In analyzing the data, the activities did by deep reading, identifying, classifying, analyzing, and calculating the percentages. Based on the results of the data analysis, the findings of this research can be stated as follows: (1) There are some types of mood structure in the English textbooks of SMA at the tenth grade students which published by Pusat Perbukuan Departemen Pendidikan Nasional especially on recount text, they are indicative: declarative mood (99,41%), indicative: interrogative mood (0,59%), and imperative mood (0%). (2) The results of mood structure type on procedure text are indicative: declarative mood (25,62%), indicative: interrogative mood (0%), and imperative mood (74,38%). (3) The results in the textbook which published by Yudhistira especially on recount text are indicative: declarative mood (98,94%), indicative: interrogative mood (1,06%), and imperative mood (0%), and also on procedure text are indicative: declarative mood (25%), indicative: interrogative mood (0%), and imperative mood (75%).

The purposes of this research are to describe the implementation of the teacher in teaching speaking descriptive text using facebook for Senior High School Students, and to describe the achievement of the students in speaking using facebook. This study was descriptive qualitative research. The data were taken from the tenth grade students of senior high school in Sidoarjo. The data collecting technique used instruments of observation field note, interview and test. From the observation field note was described that the implementation of teaching learning process given were: First, the way of speaking descriptive text was explained to the students. Second, the examples of generic structure of descrptive text were displayed. Third, the way to describe picture profile from the Facebook was explained to the students. The last, the pleasant atmosphere was created while the students tried to operate Facebook for describing the profile of someone. Further, the results of test had shown that the  students’ scores were good; with the average scores > 75. They show that the technique of Teaching Speaking Descriptive Text Using Facebook For Senior High School students is good for teaching speaking.

A problemática deste trabalho consiste em investigar o desenvolvimento da aula expositiva de Geografia, em escolas públicas de Teresina-PI. Especificamente, buscou-se caracterizar os modelos de aulas expositivas de Geografia; caracterizar a aula expositiva de Geografia desenvolvida pelos professores do Ensino Médio; analisar como o professor usa a linguagem nas aulas expositivas de Geografia e, por último, debater uma proposta de sequência didática que promova a interatividade na aula de Geografia. Trata-se de um estudo de natureza qualitativa. Do ponto de vista teórico-conceitual, o estudo foi desenvolvido com base nos seguintes eixos: primeiramente, considera as reflexões sobre a aula expositiva, tanto na perspectiva tradicional quanto na perspectiva dialógica. Em segundo lugar, focaliza a aula na prática docente em Geografia. E, em terceiro lugar, sublinha o papel da linguagem para o aperfeiçoamento da aula de Geografia. A partir deste quadro de referência, o texto está estruturado em sete seções, compreendendo a Introdução, caminhos metodológicos e três seções teóricas, uma de análise e uma propositiva. Ensino de Geografia. GEOGRAPHY LESSON IN SECONDARY EDUCATION: the legacy of tradition to renewal of possibilities ABSTRACT The problem of this study is to investigate the development of lecture of geography in public schools in Teresina-PI. Specifically, we sought to characterize the models of lectures of Geography; characterize the lecture of Geography developed by high school teachers; analyze how the teacher uses the language in lectures of Geography and finally discuss a proposed didactic sequence that promotes interactivity in geography class. This is a qualitative study. From the theoretical and conceptual point of view, the study was developed based on the following principles: first, considers the reflections on the lecture, both in traditional perspective as the dialogical perspective. Second, the class focuses on teaching practice in geography. And thirdly, it emphasizes the role of language for the improvement of Geography class. From this frame of reference, the text is structured in seven sections, comprising the Introduction, methodological paths and three theoretical sections, one of analysis and one propositive. At present, the application of internet technology in the field of education is very much needed in order to improve the quality and equitable education services. One of them in improving the quality of education is from educators (teachers). The teacher has a very crucial role in the process of teaching and learning. Therefore, the teacher must be able to provide an appropriate method and method so that the classroom atmosphere in PBM becomes enjoyable. The specific purpose of this service is that they are able to understand and properly apply e-learning based learning media. The implementation is held for 2 (two) days, namely: first, the implementation of observation and the introduction process. Then the next day a workshop held on the application of e-learning based  learning media. The result of this dedication is that teachers can apply e-learning based learning models in the teaching and learning process.

Objetivo: descrever a atuação do enfermeiro auditor na qualidade da assistência a saúde. Método: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de artigos publicados no período de 2015 a 2020. A pesquisa e seleção dos artigos foi realizada nas bases de dados: BEDENF, LILACS e MEDLINE, por meio dos descritores “Enfermagem”, “Auditoria de enfermagem” , “Registros de enfermagem” e “ Qualidade da assistência à saúde”. Os critérios de inclusão foram artigos online gratuitos, com textos completos, publicados de 2015 a 2020, nos idiomas português e inglês. Resultados: foram selecionados 11 artigos, por cumprirem os critérios estabelecidos no estudo. Na análise dos resultados foi possível evidenciar a importância significativa da qualidade dos registros no processo de enfermagem. Conclusão: a atuação da enfermagem na auditoria tem ganhado notoriedade nos últimos anos, por ser de grande relevância para a qualidade da assistência prestada e abranger muito mais que a gestão de custos.Palavras-chave: Enfermagem; Auditoria de enfermagem; Registros de enfermagem; Qualidade da assistência à saúde. The auditor's nurse's performance in the quality of health care: integrative bibliographic review ABSTRACTObjective: to describe the role of the nurse auditor in the quality of health care. Method: this is an integrative review of articles published from 2015 to 2020. The research and selection of articles was carried out in the databases: BEDENF, LILACS and MEDLINE, using the descriptors “Nursing”, “Nursing audit "," Nursing records "and" Quality of health care ". The inclusion criteria were free online articles, with full texts, published from 2015 to 2020, in Portuguese and English. Result: 11 articles were selected, as they meet the criteria established in the study. In the analysis of the results, it was possible to highlight the significant importance of the quality of the records in the nursing process. Conclusio: the role of nursing in the audit has gained notoriety in recent years, as it is of great relevance to the quality of care provided and covers much more than cost management.Keywords: Nursing; Nursing audit; Nursing records; Quality of health care.

Abstract: This study discusses the role of Christian leaders in improving the quality of harmony between pluralist religious communities. Researchers use qualitative methods or literature review to examine this topic. In conclusion, the researcher found that there are two factors that cause difficulty in creating religious harmony, namely: fanaticism and the spread of religion.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang peranan pemimpin Kristen dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerukunan antar umat beragama yang pluralis. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif atau kajian pustaka untuk meneliti topik ini. Pada kesimpulan peneliti menemukan bahwa ada dua faktor yang menyebabkan sulitnya terciptanya kerukunan beragama, yakni: fanatisme dan penyebarluasan agama.
