This research measured the effect of e-service quality on e-consumer satisfaction which has an impact on repurchase intention. This research aims to describe how the e-service quality conducted by e-commerce, named Bukalapak, affected e-consumer satisfaction, which will impact Bukalapak repurchase intention. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. This research sampling technique was non-probability sampling and invited 150 respondents purchased on Bukalapak more than once as experience. Regarding data analysis techniques, this research used descriptive analysis and PLS-SEM analysis through SmartPLS 3.0 software. Based on description analysis, the e-service quality impacts e-consumer satisfaction since e-commerce provider has been provided programs such as the clear direction of giving comments and purchase feedback through online and application. Unfortunately, the repurchase intention on the e-commerce platform is below expectation (under sales). SEM-PLS results showed that e-service quality has a significant impact on e-consumer satisfaction in using e-commerce platforms. E-service quality has a significant impact on repurchase and e-consumer satisfaction has an impact on repurchase intention in using Bukalapak. Based on the results, e-service quality impacts repurchase intention through e-consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable in e-commerce platforms.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

This study aims to analyze the antecedents of repurchase intention on Apples smartphones. The population used in this study is the Indonesian people. While the sample taken from this study was 250 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data via google form which is distributed online through social media. The sampling technique used in this study was Convienence Sampling. The data were processed by SEM analysis using the AMOS program. Data variables used in this study consisted of variables of service quality, perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The results of the data analysis conducted indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on service quality variables on perceived usefulness, service quality on customer satisfaction, service quality on repurchase intentions, perceived usefulness on customer satisfaction, perceived usefulness on repurchase intentions and satisfaction. customers against repurchase intentions.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

This study aims to learn the skills passed by learning ball class X students in Jasinga 1 High School. Using quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 male students. The instrument used was the graduation skills test used by Jaelani (2014). Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of research on skills that pass of soccer learning in class X of SMAN 1 Jasinga are in the category of "skills" with a percentage of 53.3%, the category of "moderately skilled" with a percentage of 26.7%, the category of "very talented" with a percentage of 20, 0%. While the category of "less successful" and "very less" with a percentage of 0.0%. The conclusion of this study is the level of passing skills in learning soccer class X Jasinga SMAN 1 depends on the category of expertise.

The aims of this study are to find out (1) the effect of MSDM strategic practice variable, employees performance, (2) the effect of employee performance on company performance and the impact on company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company Yogyakarta.This type of research is explanatory research. Its population is 30 employees company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company. Number of samples were 30 respondents by using saturated sampling technique (census). Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaire media, while data analysis techniques used simple multiple linear regression analysis.The result shows that multiple linear regression equation is Y (company performance) = 0.059X1 (MSDM strategic practice) + 0.205X2 (employee performance). There is no significant effect between MSDM strategic practice on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,773>0,05). No significant effect between employee performance on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,322>0,05)


This study examines different service quality factors that may influence customer satisfaction towards Zain Company in Saudi Arabia. Moreover, this research tries to know the impact of these elements on SQ. Retail Service Quality Scale (RSQS) was used to collect primary data. The sample was collected by implying quota sampling technique. A sample of 970 questionnaires were filled by the Zain mobile subscribers’ in Albaha region. Out of all the received questionnaires, 891 completely filled questionnaires were finally included for the study. AMOS software was used to investigate the data using Structural Equations Modelling (SEM) analysis. It was found that three factors significantly impact SQ. these factors firstly Physical Aspect, then Problem solving and lastly Policy. Whereas two factors namely Reliability and second Personal interactions were found to be highly insignificant factor. This nonconformity of results occurred may be because of the social limitations in Saudi Arabia. Therefore there is a necessity to further examine as to why subscribers in Albaha region are less concerned in socialising and communicate with the retailer.

This study discusses the influence of delegation of authority, budget allocation and leadership to the performance of sub-districts in Garut Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The number of samples taken in this study was 286 respondents from a total population of 1003 people with a stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using SEM analysis. Based on the results of the study note that the delegation of authority, budget allocation, and leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of districts in Garut Regency, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract: Company competition surrounding today is colored with the fast changes and full of uncertainties. And, the problem faced by companies in present is the decrease of job volume, in which this matter takes place due to the impact of the decline of demands for the electric installation construction service to PT. Wisang Utama Mandiri. The job volume decline, perhaps, there any factors causing it, they are, among others, the poorly service quality, the market demands that not accommodated by the company, even the consumer satisfaction that not yet maximal, these cases, of course, so impacted on company incomes.From the result of testing on model in this research, by using random sampling, structural equation model (SEM) analysis, and the assistance of software Amos 22, on 100 respondents, that it was able to explain the Analysis of the Effects of Service Quality, Market Orientation, and Consumer Satisfaction on the Marketing Performance of PT. Wisang Utama Mandiri of Surabaya.The research result indicated that: 1) Service quality has effect on consumer satisfaction. 2) Service quality has effect marketing performace. 3) Market orientation has effect on consumer satisfaction. 4) Market orientation has effect on marketing performance. 5) Employee job satisfaction has significant effect on marketing performance.Of the three variables hypothesized as influential in this research, whose value largest is the direct relevance between market orientation and marketing performance.Key words: PT. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of café atmosphere, food quality, service quality on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention on consumers in the Beranda Eatery Kebumen. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the influence between independent variables, intervening variables and dependent variables.The population of this research is the consumer of the Beranda Eatery Kebumen. The sample in this study is 100 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The method of data collection with questionnaire. Respondents' attitudes are measured with a 4-level Likert scale and the data obtained are processed by SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) analysis for Windows version 22. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, and statistical analysis (path analysis).The results showed that there was a significant influence between café atmosphere variables on customer satisfaction, food quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, then service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, cafe atmosphere had a significant effect on repurchase intention, food quality had no significant effect on repurchase intention, service quality has a significant effect on repurchase intention, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention.
