Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi konteks, input, process dan Produk pelaksanaan program pembinaan olahraga renang di Tirta Serayu, TCS, Bumi Pala, Dezender, Spectrum di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah atlet yang pernah mengikuti kejuaraan renang tingkat Nasional di klub renang Tirta Serayu Banjarnegara, TCS Semarang, Bumi Pala Temanggung, Dezender Purbalingga dan Spectrum Semarang, pelatih dan orangtua atlet yang berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu análisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi program pembinaan olahraga renang klub renang Tirta Serayu, TCS, Bumi Pala, Dezender, Spectrum di Provinsi Jawa Tengah sudah baik, meliputi: (1) evaluasi konteks dukungan dari orang tua atlet kepada atlet sudah baik, (2) evaluasi input, secara umum sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai tujuan program pembinaan olahraga renang meliputi pelatih, atlet, dan pendukung lainnya seperti sarana dan prasarana dan kualifikasi pelatihan telah memenuhi ketercapaian ideal. Meskipun untuk tingkat pendidikan pelatih serta sarana dan prasarana masih ada yang belum memadai, (3) evaluasi proses, secara umum telah berjalan dengan baik. Dalam pemilihan program setiap klub renang sebelumnya menganalisis program yang telah berjalan dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi di lapangan, pelatih telah mengikuti petunjuk teknis pelaksanaan program serta terdapat jadwal rutin dan target latihan serta dilaksanakan latih tanding, try out dengan klub atau atlet dari klub lain dan juga berperan aktif mengikuti kejuaraan, (4) evaluasi Produk, secara garis besar prestasi klub renang di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang dicapai para atletnya terbilang sangat baik, dibuktikan dengan prestasi yang telah diraih melalui tingkat daerah, provinsi, nasional bahkan ASEAN.   THE EVALUATION OF POOL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AT TIRTA SERAYU CLUB, BUMI PALA, DEZENDER, AND SPECTRUM IN CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCEAbstract This study was aimed to evaluate the context, input, process and Produk for the implementation of swimming sports coaching program at Tirta Serayu, TCS, Bumi Pala, Dezender, Spectrum in Central Java Province. The subjects were the athletes who attended the national championships level at the swimming pool club of Tirta Serayu Banjarnegara, TCS Semarang, Bumi Pala Temanggung, Dezender Purbalingga and Spectrum Semarang, the coaches and the athletes’ parents totaled of 15 persons. Data collection techniques were using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques were using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that generally the evaluation of the implementation of swimming sports development program at Tirta Serayu, TCS, Bumi Pala, Dezender, Spectrum in Central Java Province was good which consisted of (1) In the evaluation context it was good for the parents support for the athlete. (2) For the input evaluation, generally it met the ideal achievement for the human resources to achieve sports coaching program objectives included swimming coaches, athletes, and other supporting facilities and infrastructure such as training qualification, although the level of the coaches education and facilities were not adequate. (3) In the evaluation process, the implementation of swimming club training program in Central Java province generally had been going well. In the program election, each swimming club analyzing the running program based on the field and coaches who had followed the instructions and regular schedule, target practice and the practice match implementation, try out the clubs or athletes from other clubs and also actively follow the championship. (4) On the Produk evaluation, generally the performance of swimming clubs in the province of Central Java achieved by the athletes were fairly good, this was evidenced by some of the achievements that have been achieved through local, provincial, national and even ASEAN. The determination of this research is to support the artistic gymnastics coaching program in Pemalang district of Central java. The approach used in the assessment of this program is the CIPP Model of Daniel Stufflebeam in terms of context, input, process, and product. There are three elementary schools that thrived in representing the name of Pemalang Regency to become champions in the artistic gymnastics competition in Central Java, the schools are from SDN Padek 01, SDN Pamutih 02 and MI Muhammadiyah. The collecting data used observation technique, interviews and documentation in the form of archives as supporting data. While the informant sources were the Principal, sport teacher/trainer, students as the gymnasts and parents of students. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that: At the input stage, the athlete recruitment as a trainee was done voluntarily in accordance with the interests and talents sought since he/she entered first grade, for the determined criteria are applied well, inadequate facilities, insufficient and simple infrastructure. Keywords: Evaluation, Artistic Gymnastics Development Program, Elementary School AbstrakTujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi program pembinaan senam artistik di kabupaten pemalang.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Ada tiga sekolah dasar  yang berhasil membawa nama kabupaten pemalang untuk menjadi juara dalam kompetisi senam artistik  tingkat Jawa Tengah, yaitu dari SDN Padek 01, SDN Pamutih 02 dan MI Muhammadiyah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik  Pengamatan(observasi), wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi berupa arsip sebagai data pendukung. Sedangkan informan yang digunakan adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru Penjasorkes/pelatih, siswa sebagai pesenam serta orang tua siswa. penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Pada tahap input  perekrutan atlet sebagai peserta pelatihan secara suka rela sesuai dengan minat dan bakat dicari sejak dia masuk kelas satu,untuk kriteria yang ditetapkan dilaksanakan dengan baik,fasilitas yang kurang memadai,sarana prasarana kurang memadai dan sederhana. Kata kunci: Evaluasi, Program Pembinaan Senam Artistik, sekolah Dasar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga bola voli pantai di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu análisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga bola voli pantai di Provinsi NTB masih kurang baik dan di DIY sudah berjalan dengan baik. Pada evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi di NTB, dari segi contexs sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi input masih kurang baik. Dari segi process masih sangat kurang. Dari segi product secara garis besar prestasi yang diraih sudah baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil dokumentasi prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraih oleh atlet-atlet NTB. Sedangkan di DIY, evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi dari segi contexs sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi input sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi process sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik. Dari segi product secara garis besar prestasi yang diraih sudah baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil dokumentasi prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraih atlet-atlet DIY.Kata Kunci: evaluasi program, pembinaan prestasi, dan bola voli pantai An Evaluation of Development Program of Beach Volleyball AbstractThis study was aimed to evaluate the implementation of sport development program of beach volleyball in the province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) and Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) by using the CIPP evaluation model (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). This study was an evaluation. The data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research was descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results show that the overall results of the evaluation of the achievements of sports coaching program of beach volleyball in the province of NTB are still not good and in DIY are good. At the evaluation of the coaching program achievement in the province of NTB, in terms of contexs, it has been running well. In terms of the input, it is still not good. In terms of process, it is still very poor. In terms of product in general, the achievement has been good, it can be seen from the accomplishment documentation that has ever been achieved by athletes of NTB. In DIY, the evaluation of the coaching program achievements in terms of contexs has been running well. In terms of input, it has been running well. In terms of process it is already under way with very good. Waste is a major problem in Central Java Province, especially in urban areas. The development of green infrastructure in waste management is the best solution to overcome this waste problem. This paper discusses whether environmental waste management has been adopted in strategic environmental assessment. By using qualitative descriptive analysis, the research was carried out through literature review and content analysis of strategic environmental assessment reports that have been published in Central Java Province. The result show that most strategic environmental assessments have recommended green infrastructure in waste management. However, it needs to be investigated further concerning its implementation. Green infrastructure in waste management must be included in spatial planning policy which integrated with strategic environmental assessment.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap kualitas media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut. (2) Mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut pada siswa program keahlian Teknik Pemesinan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Data tentang kualitas produk pengembangan ini dikumpulkan dengan angket dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualiatatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) uji ahli materi pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,92%), (2) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (85,21%), (3) uji ahli rekayasa perangkat lunak berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (84,03%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,75%), (5) uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (91,35%) dan (5) uji coba lapangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,31%). Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif  dengan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan buku teks. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh  thitung sebesar 4,68 dan ttabel sebesar 1,67 pada taraf kepercayaan 95 persen. Maka diperoleh bahwa thitung> ttabel. Disimpulkan bahwa  hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan efektifitas sebesar 72,77 %. lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran menggunakan buku teks dengan efektifitas sebesar 62,13%. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran interaktif, teknik pemesinan bubut Abstract: This study aims to: (1) Determine student responses to the quality of interactive learning media on learning Lathe Machining Techniques. (2) Knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning media on learning of Machining Lathe in students of Machining Engineering expertise program. This type of research is development research. Data about the quality of this development product was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that; (1) Lathe machining engineering subject matter expert test is in very good qualification (88.92%), (2) learning design expert test is in very good qualification (85.21%), (3) software engineering expert test is in in very good qualifications (84.03%), (4) individual trials were in very good qualifications (88.75%), (5) small group trials were in very good qualifications (91.35%) and (5 ) field trials are in very good qualifications (88.31%). Hypothesis testing results prove that there are differences between student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with student learning outcomes using textbooks. This is indicated by the results of data processing obtained by tcount of 4.68 and ttable of 1.67 at a confidence level of 95 percent. Then it is obtained that tcount> ttable. It was concluded that student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with an effectiveness of 72.77%. higher than student learning outcomes taught by learning to use textbooks with an effectiveness of 62.13%. Keywords: interactive learning media, lathe machining techniques

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

The purpose of this study is to produce a science module based on disaster mitigation using eruption software. This research is a research and development following the steps of developing the ADDIE model including analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection techniques using the validation sheet of science modules and data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the science content validation module based on disaster mitigation using eruption software have a very valid and reliable category and can be used with minor revisions or without revisions in science learning.

The number of industries in Central Java Province has experienced a significant increase, however, economic growth in the of the manufacturing sector is experiencing a slowdown. This study aims to analyze the effect of processing industry credit, working capital credit, investment credit, regional minimum wages and investment on the economic growth of the manufacturing sector in Central Java Province in 2011-2018. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with panel data with eviews sofware . The results showed that working capital credit has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the of the manufacturing sector in Central Java Province in 2011-2018. The regional minimum wage has a negative and significant effect on the economic growth of the of the manufacturing sector in Central Java Province in 2011-2018. Processing industry credit, investment and investment credit not a significant on economic growth of the of the manufacturing sector in Central Java Province in 2011-2018. This research implies the need to increase working capital credit distribution and  the need to necessary to determine the ideal UMR.

<p>This study aims to describe the steps of developing Sindoro Sumbing Legend pop-up media based on local wisdom as a student literacy media. This type of research is development research (R &amp; D). This research was conducted at SDN Nguwet Kranggan, Temanggung Regency, Central Java, with a research subject of 35 class V students. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Questionnaires were filled in directly by respondents and validated by experts. The respondents who filled out the survey were teaching material experts, learning tool experts, and students. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that Media Pop-Up developed is a Pop-Up folk tale or legend by linking local story elements in Temanggung Regency. This is due to the developed Pop-Up Book media based on local wisdom so that relevant stories are chosen, namely the Sindoro Sumbing Legend. Pop-Up Media Legend of Sindoro Sumbing based on domestic intelligence was developed with stages (1) research and data collection, (2) product manufacturing planning, (3) product draft development, and (4) limited implementation test. The results of the implementation tests in schools include individual tests, limited, and extensive tests obtaining scores in a row 4.25; 4.48; and 4.77, which means that the Pop-Up Legenda Sindoro Sumbing media is worthy of being used as a media for student literacy.</p>

Housing and settlements are basic human needs. Therefore, the government is trying to meet the community's need for housing. This study aims to see how the housing development program is implemented in Palembang City, monitor this program and also monitor the extent of the housing development program. This research uses descriptive qualitative techniques with interviews. Key information is the Head of the Palembang City Housing and Settlement Area Office, the Head of the Housing and Settlements Section, the Head of the Palembang City Development Planning Agency, and Housing Developers in Palembang City, as well as people living in housing in Palembang City. Then the data obtained from the study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that the implementation of the housing development program in Palembang City has not been carried out properly in accordance with what has been planned by the Palembang City Government.

To overcome the problem of the severe food insecurity in the Central Java Province of Indonesia amidst the Covid-19 outbreak, the Indonesian government provided staple foods assistance to them. The research question is whether the provision of staple foods assistance will overcome the problem of severe food insecurity in Central Java Province of Indonesia? The purpose of this study was to determine whether the provision of staple foods assistance would overcome the problem of severe food insecurity in Central Java Province of Indonesia. This research method is a descriptive analysis using 2019 Susenas data obtained from BPS Indonesia. The result of the study is that the provision of staple foods assistance can not overcome the problem of severe food insecurity in Central Java Province of Indonesia because it is based on DTKS data and local government data which only covers 54.69% of all residents of Central Java Province who suffer from severe food insecurity. The recommendation of this research is the Indonesian central and local government so as to update DTKS data and local government data as soon as possible so that DTKS data and local government data can include all residents of Central Java Province who suffer from severe food insecurity so that they no longer suffer from severe food insecurity.
