Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peran perencanaan pembelajaran untuk performance mengajar guru PAUD. Penelitian dilakukan selama semester genap tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian merupakan kualitatif study kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 4 orang guru Cendekia Kids School yang memenuhi kriteria. Kriteria tersebut adalah guru tetap yayasan yang menjadi guru inti di kelas yang sudah diwajibkan membuat perencanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian inidirancang dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Tahapan analisis yang digunakan dengan reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 44,44 % RPPH guru yang dikumpulkan tepat waktu dan rata-rata konten RPPH dinilai mulai berkembang. Rencana Program Pembelajaran harian yang disusun lengkap membantu guru dalam menguasai keterampilan mengajar membuka menutup pembelajaran, bertanya, variasi pembelajaran dan keterampilan menjelaskan. RPPH tidak cukup membantu jika hanya dihafalkan atau dibaca di kelas sambil mengajar tanpa dipahami. Menghafal akan membuat guru focus pada kegiatan menghafal bukan mengajar. Memahami RPPH membuat guru menampilkan performance percaya diri dan memunculkan keterampilan -keterampilan mengajar. RPPH merupakan perencanaan yang dibuat agar mencapai tujuan pembelajaran untuk anak bukan memaksakan kegiatan untuk anak. Perencanaan bisa berubah menyesuaikan keadaan anak dengan memodivikasi RPPH yang sudah dibuat. AbstractThis study aimed to determine the role of lesson plan for early childhood education teacher teaching performance. The study was conducted during the even semester of the 2018/2019 school year. Research was a qualitative case study. The research subjects consisted of 4 Cendekia Kids School teachers who met the criteria. These criteria were the foundation's permanent teachers who become the core teachers in the class that were required to make learning plans. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The stages of the analysis was used by data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed 44.44% of the daily lasson plan of the teachers that were collected on time and the average lesson plan content was assessed as starting to develop. Daily Lesson Plan that were prepared in full help teachers in mastering teaching skills opening closing learning, asking questions, learning variations and explaining skills. Daily lasson plan is not enough to help if only memorized or read in class while teaching without being understood. Memorization will make the teacher focus on memorizing activities rather than teaching. Understanding the lesson plan make the teacher have a confident performance and bring up teaching skills. Lesson plan was a plan that is made in order to achieve learning objectives for children rather than imposing activities for children. Planning can change according to the child's situation by modifying the lesson plan that has been made.

Parental participation is very basic in the development of a child's character, one of which is intelligence. Intrapersonal intelligence is very important for children, if someone has a high level of intelligence, he will be able to control his emotions so that the actions taken are based on the correct knowledge. Therefore, in developing this intrapersonal intelligence, a stimulus from parents is needed. The purpose behind this research is to describe the role of parents in developing intrapersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. The researcher uses a case study approach approach, the type of instrumental case study approach. The selection of research subjects was carried out by purposive sampling, which consisted of two families. This information collection method is carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques created by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that parents play a role in providing support, parents play a role in providing guidance, parents play a role in uniting children's activities, parents play a role in providing understanding for children, parents teach children in emotions, parents play a role in habituation to children.

This study involved a promising practice-based professional development activity called model teaching, where teachers collaboratively wrote and then enacted a lesson plan to a “class” of fellow teachers. Analysis of videos during the activity suggested that playing the role of “students” was especially effective as a way to highlight student thinking and to help teachers consider pedagogical strategies for addressing student difficulties. The activity also provided evidence of teacher learning from the professional development experience. Five teachers were followed throughout the school year, and findings suggested that although implementation varied, much of what was learned transferred to the classroom. We report on this variation and the extent of transfer, and we discuss affordances and limitations of the model teaching activity.

The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the results of the analysis of the ability to understand social science concepts in the material "economic activity" when using video learning with an online system in class IV.3 SDN Pakujajar CBM. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The writer acts as an instrument of data collection.Data analysis techniques used are according to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The research subjects used were grade IV.3 students in the 2019/2020 school year. The number of students is 25 people. The results showed that the ability to understand social science concepts in economic activity material, 7 students got the highest score, while 1 student got a grade less than KKM. All indicators can be mastered by students, but there are several categories, namely high to very high. The very high category can be combated as much as 96% in the exemplary indicator.

The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the analysis of the ability to understand cognitive mathematics in the material "angles" when using video learning with an online system in class IV B SDN Pintukisi Sukabumi City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The writer acts as an instrument for collecting data. Data analysis techniques used are according to Miles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data display, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The research subjects used were grade IV B students in the 2019/2020 school year. The number of students is 20 people. The results showed how to understand mathematics in the angles material, 2 students got the highest grades and 12 students got grades less than KKM.The results revealed that the cognitive understanding ability of students in class IV B based on the first indicator can be categorized high, the second indicator is categorized high, and the third indicator can be said to be very low.

<em>The purpose of this study is to describe the use of Central Java folklore as<strong> </strong>a strengthening of character building on Indonesian learning. This research is a case study which belongs to qualitative research and uses document as the data analysis. The object of this research is Central Java folklore, classroom observation result, lesson plan and syllabus of VII grade second semester, and the interview script of teacher and student. The technique of subject taking used is purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data is observation, interview, and document analysis. The validity test is using method triangulation and source triangulation. The data analysis technique is interactive analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data display, and building meaning and interpretation.The researcher found that, first, the intrinsic element of Central Javafolklore was encouraged by the characters in each story. Second, the value of character building on Central Javafolklore that existed in the characters. Third, the use of Central Javafolklore in Indonesian learning begins with planning in the form of lesson plan development based on the syllabus that has been prepared by the government. The planning, the implementation of learning begins from preparing the physical and psychological learners by providing stimulus in the form of motivation.</em>

Elementary schools in Indonesia have been implementing the 2013 Curriculum by using thematic learning. Teaching material that integrated with values and cultures is really needed since considering the conservative role of the curriculum as a means of relevant values and culture and the evaluative role that supports the choice of values and culture that will be inherited. Local wisdoms have been chosen as an inheritage culture for generations. One of them is the Baduy community in Banten. Baduy is one of unique tribe living in harmony with nature and avoiding the life of the modern world. This research tried to explore how to integrate the local wisdom of the Baduy community into a thematic teaching material. Researchers used qualitative research with ethnographic design with case study method. The data were collected by the triangulation technique and were analyzed using the Spradley model. The result described that the values of the local wisdom of the Baduy community in the form of preserving nature, humility, and mutual cooperation can be integrated into teaching material with through product model. For the maximum results, it can be supported by lesson plan, media, and the teacher's ability to present the teaching materials.

This paper described the interconnection model of morals-reasoning-research in the curriculum of Tarbiyatul Muallimien al-Islamiyah (known as TMI) Al-Amien Prenduan. It also examined the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the interconnected-curriculum. It is a case study employing observation, interviews and documentation, and the data were analyzed using qualitative analysis. Two conclusions were drawn. First, TMI uses multidisciplinary approaches in its curriculum by interconnecting morals, reason and research. Morals are instilled through reading and learning the morals books such as Ta‘lîm al-Muta‘allim and Iḥyâ’ ‘Ulûm al-Dîn. The reasoning skills are taught through school subjects such as logic, Islamic jurisprudence and the science of hadith. In contrast, the research skills are taught through research subjects and a compulsory program called writing a research paper. Second, the class classification model, which takes students’ talent and interest into account, and other research-related programs such as book review and fatḥ al-kutub (classical book research) are the supporting factors for the writing program. They are accommodating for students in completing their writing. Meanwhile, there are also numbers of inhibiting factors such as student’s lacking motivation, the prohibition of internet use, unsuitable supervisor expertise, and the minimum role of Islamic Study Center (Pusdilam).

Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin lembaga pendidikan sekolah mempunyai peran penting sebagai supervisor. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor dalam mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran PPKn dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat supervisor dalam mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 10 Mataram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subyek peneliti adalah kepala sekolah dan guru PPKn. Tehnik analisis data digunakan adalah data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi kepala sekolah adalah sebagai supervisi kepada guru yaitu memberikan bimbingan, arahan agar guru bisa melaksanakan tugasnya dengan professional dan bisa mengusai kompetensi berupa kompetensi sosial, pedagogik, professional dan kepribadian sedangkan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat supervisor akademik, faktor pendukung supervisor akademik adalah para guru selalu siap untuk disupervisor oleh kepala sekolah. Faktor penghambat supervisor akademik ini adalah adanya beberapa kesulitan yang dialami oleh kepala sekolah yang berupa jika kepala sekolah mensupervisor guru yang bukan bidang studi yang menjadi background pendidikan kepala sekolah.Principals as leaders of school education institutions have an important role as supervisors. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal as a supervisor in streamlining the PPKn learning process and what are the supporting factors and inhibitors of supervisors in making the PPKn learning process effective at Mataram State Middle School 10. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were the school principal and the PPKn teacher. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. The results showed that the principal's function was as supervision of the teacher, namely providing guidance, direction so that the teacher could carry out his duties professionally and could control competencies in the form of social, pedagogical, professional and personality competencies while supporting factors and inhibiting factors of academic supervisors, supporting factors of academic supervisors the teachers are always ready to be supervised by the principal. The inhibiting factor of this academic supervisor is that there are some difficulties experienced by the principal in the form of if the principal supports supervisors who are not in the field of study who are the educational background of the principal.

This research aims to find out the role of At-Taqwa mosque in Simorejo Surabaya towards the community. It uses qualitative approach with descriptive case study methodology. The researcher used purposive technique for data collection to determine the informant. Based on the technique, the researcher obtained seven informants which were the head of takmir, and six mosque jamaah from At-Taqwa Simorejo Surabaya. The data collection was done bydoing observation, documentation, and in-depth interview. The analysis of the data was done by using interactive model which were data reduction, data display and drawing the conclusion.The result is At-Taqwa Simorejo mosque has a big role in social empowerment because the community is involved in productive process which is based on equality and security, sustainability and cooperation which can run simultaneously so that prosperity can be achieved.

Kepeminpinan merupakan faktor yang paling penting terhadap ketercapaian tujuan suatu organisasi baik organisasi pendidikan ataupun organisasi di luar pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripsi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Jenis analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, displaydata, verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Lokasi penelitian adalah di MI Ma’arif Bego Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitiannya yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil  kepala sekolah, dua orang pelatih ekstrakurikuler, dan tiga orang siswa/siswi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler sudah sangat baik. Kepala sekolah memiliki kompetensi yang baik dalam melakukan tugas-tugasnya. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler meliputi silat, tahfiz, pramuka, sepak bola, badminton, catur, renang, dan hadro. Pramuka, silat, dan tahfiz merupakan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler yang wajib diikuti oleh siswa. Terdapat kendala dalam pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler seperti ketersediaan guru, fasilitas, dan kendala musim.The Role of Principal's Leadership in Extracurricular Management Leadership is the most important factor for the achievement of the goals of an organization, both educational organizations and non-educational organizations. This study aims to determine the role of the principal's leadership in extracurricular management. This research method used is a qualitative method with a description approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Types of data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection data reduction, data display, verification, and confirmation of conclusions. The research location in this study is located at MI Maarif Bego Yogyakarta. With the research subjects, namely the principal, vice-principal, two extracurricular trainers, and three students. The results of the study explained that in MI Maarif Bego the principal's leadership in extracurricular management was already very good. The principal has good competence in carrying out his duties. The extracurricular activities at MI Maarif Bego include Silat, tahfidz, scout, soccer, badminton, chess, swimming, and hadroh activities. The extracurricular activities that are required of students are Scouts, silat, and tahfidz. But in management it still has constraints such as the availability of teachers, facilities and season constraints.
